目的探讨网织红细胞相关参数在儿童β-地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血诊断中的价值。方法应用Sysmex XE-5000全自动血液分析仪对50例儿童健康体检者、50例β-地中海贫血患者、50例缺铁性贫血患者静脉血的红细胞参数[平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDWCV)]及网织红细胞相关参数[网织红细胞相对值(RET)、网织红细胞绝对值(RET#)、低荧光强度网织红细胞(LFR)、中荧光强度网织红细胞(MFR)、高荧光强度网织红细胞(HFR)]进行检测和网织红细胞血红蛋白(RET-He)。结果各组MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW-CV与健康组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。β-地中海贫血患儿MCH、MCHC与缺铁性贫血患儿比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。各组RET、RET#、LFR、MFR、HFR、RET-He与健康组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。β-地中海贫血组RET、RET#、RET-He与缺铁性贫血组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 RET、RET#、RET-He在β-地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血中的有明显的变化,网织红细胞相关参数可为儿童两种贫血的诊断和鉴别诊断提供依据。  相似文献

目的:探讨网织红细胞参数在儿童血液病中的临床应用价值.方法:应用Sysmex XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测106例儿童血液病患儿的网织红细胞计数(RET#)、网织红细胞百分比(RET)、未成熟网织红细胞比率(IRF)、低荧光强度网织红细胞比值(LFR)、中荧光强度网织红细胞比值(MFR)、高荧光强度网织红细胞比值(HFR)等参数.结果:营养性缺铁性贫血、溶血性贫血、血小板减少性紫癜患儿RET、IRF等指标显著增高(P<0.05),再生障碍性贫血、白血病患儿RET#显著降低(P<0.05),IRF显著增高(P<0.05).结论:测定网织红细胞及其相关参数有助于判断骨髓生成红细胞的活动度,对贫血类型的鉴别诊断有实用价值.  相似文献

目的:探究五分类血液分析仪检测网织红细胞参数在诊断贫血中的临床价值。方法:选取2016-01~2017-12我院200例贫血病人作为研究组,包含92例缺铁性贫血,108例失血性贫血,纳入同期98例健康体检者作为对照组,应用SysmexXE-5000全自动五分类血液分析仪检测网织红细胞参数:网织红细胞比率(RET%)、高荧光网织红细胞(HFR)、中荧光网织红细胞(MFR)、未成熟网织红细胞(IRF)。结果:研究组缺铁性贫血患者IRF、MFR、HFR、RET%水平高于失血性贫血患者、对照组(P0.05);研究组失血性贫血患者IRF、MFR、HFR、RET%水平高于对照组(P0.05);与采血后2h检测结果比较,24h、48h、72h时IFR、MFR、HFR水平升高,72h时RET%水平降低(P0.05)。结论:SysmexXE-5000全自动五分类血液分析仪检测RET各参数有助于反映不同贫血患者骨髓增生程度,为临床鉴别诊断及疗效评估提供参考信息。  相似文献

目的研究早期铁缺乏的敏感指标。方法根据铁蛋白(SF)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁(SI),将12~15岁289位女性分组:铁耗竭期(SID期),红细胞生成缺铁期(IDE期),缺铁性贫血期(IDA期)和对照组。检测各组网织红细胞参数[包括网织红细胞百分比(Ret%)、低荧光强度网织红细胞(LFR)、中荧光强度网织红细胞(MFR)、高荧光强度网织红细胞(HFR)和网织红细胞成熟指数(RMI)、血清转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)和红细胞参数[(包括红细胞分布宽度(RDW%)和红细胞平均容积(CMV)),比较各组的指标,以及sTfR同其他指标的相关关系。结果 HFR和sTfR在SID期、IDE期、IDA期均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并且呈数倍增长;MFR、RMI、RDW%和MCV在SID期与正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),而IDE期和IDA期均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中MFR和RMI呈数倍改变。sTfR和HFR、MFR以及RMI呈明显正相关(r=0.51,0.57,0.64,P<0.05),同Hb呈明显负相关(r=-0.54,,P<0.01);同SF、SI相关性微弱(r=-0.30,-0.31,P<0.05)。结论 HFR、sTfR、MFR、RMI可作为早期铁缺乏的诊断指标,尤其是前二者,可在铁缺乏患者的筛查中推广应用。[营养学报,2013,35(2):150-153]  相似文献

目的探究网织红细胞相关参数[网织红细胞百分比(RET%)、网织红细胞绝对值(RET#)、网织红细胞血红蛋白(RET-He)]在新生儿ABO溶血病中的诊断价值。方法选取2020年1—10月天津市中心妇产科医院新生儿科收治的确诊为新生儿ABO溶血病患儿66例作为观察组,以同期住院的非ABO溶血患儿51例作为对照组,检测两组患儿静脉血中RET%、RET#、RET-He的水平,并分析RET%、RET#及RET-He三个网织红细胞相关参数对新生儿ABO溶血病诊断的ROC曲线下面积(AUC),同时分别计算RET%、RET#及RET-He的cut-off值。结果观察组的RET%、RET#、RET-He分别为(6.55±2.92)、(0.29±0.17)和(33.71±2.24)pg,均高于对照组的(4.01±3.26)、(0.17±0.08)和(31.12±2.63)pg,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);RET%、RET#及RET-He对诊断新生儿ABO溶血病的AUC分别是0.820、0.816、0.776。RET%、RET#及RET-He的cut-off值分别是5.535、0.205、32.500。结论 RET%、RET#以及RET-He是早期诊断新生儿ABO溶血病的重要指标。  相似文献

目的:确定网织红细胞4项参数的参考范围。方法利用xe2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测200名健康体检者的网织红细胞及相关参数网织红细胞百分比(RET%)、网织红细胞绝对值(RET#)、低荧光强度网织红细胞百分比(LFR%)、高光强度网织红细胞百分比(HFR%)。结果男性 RET#为(42-88)x109/L,女性 RET#为(24-83)x109/L,男性 RET%为0.052-1.65;女性 RET%为0.051-1.59,LFR%男性为80.1-90.5,女性为82.1-92.2;HFR%男性为0.8-4.2女性为0.6-4.0。结论网织红细胞4项参数参考范围因试剂、仪器等因素的影响而有差异,各实验室应根据具体情况建立自己的参考范围。男、女无显著性差异。网织红细胞分群与性别无关。建立实验室仪器法成人网织红细胞相关参数参考区间。  相似文献

目的:探讨贫血性疾病鉴别诊断中Sysmex XN-10(B3)血液分析仪检测网织红细胞参数的应用价值。方法:回顾性选取2019年2月~2021年2月本院贫血性疾病患者80例作为贫血组、健康体检人员80例作为健康组。统计分析两组网织红细胞参数检测结果,并统计分析缺铁性贫血诊断中网织红细胞参数的效能。结果:贫血组巨幼细胞性贫血、溶血性贫血、肾性贫血、缺铁性贫血、再生障碍性贫血患者的网织红细胞血红蛋白(RETHe)、未成熟网织红细胞比率(IRF%)、网织红细胞百分率(RET%)、中荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(MFR%)、高荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(HFR%)均逐渐降低(P<0.05),RET%均高于健康组(P<0.05),低荧光强度网织红细胞百分率(LFR%)逐渐升高(P<0.05),均低于健康组(P<0.05)。巨幼细胞性贫血患者的RET-He高于健康组(P<0.05),溶血性贫血、肾性贫血、缺铁性贫血、再生障碍性贫血患者的RET-He均低于健康组(P<0.05);巨幼细胞性贫血、溶血性贫血、肾性贫血、缺铁性贫血患者的IRF%、MFR%、HFR%均高于健康...  相似文献

目的:讨论网织红细胞(Ret)、未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)、低荧光网织红细胞(LFR)在隐性缺铁孕妇中的变化。方法:采用Sysmex XE-2100型血细胞分析仪,对隐性缺铁的38例孕妇进行Ret参数检测;同时对非缺铁50例孕妇和健康育龄妇女80例进行相同项目检测,对检验结果进行对比分析。结果:隐性缺铁孕妇组IRF比非缺铁孕妇组和健康育龄妇女两组显著增高;隐性缺铁孕妇组的LFR比此两组显著减低。结论:IRF、LFR可作为孕妇隐性缺铁的参考指标。  相似文献

目的探讨网织红细胞参数在慢性肾炎患者中的变化及临床意义;方法将12例慢性肾炎患者分成三组:肾功能不全代偿期(37例)、肾功能不全失代偿期(40例)和肾功能衰竭期(35例),正常对照组33例,采用五分类全自动血液细胞分析仪(BEACKMAN COULTER LH750)测定其外周血中的网织红细胞百分数(RET%)、高散射光网织红细胞百分数(HLR)、未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)、红细胞(RBC)计数和血红蛋白(Hb)浓度,并对结果进行对比分析;结果①慢性肾炎肾功能不全代偿给RET%与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),HLR%和IRF均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),RBC和Hb均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);②肾功能不全失代偿给RET%、HLR和IRF均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),RBC和Hb均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);③肾功能不全失代偿组RET%、HLR和IRF均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),RBC和Hb均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);结论网织红细胞参数为反映骨髓造血功能较好的指标,其中高散射光网织红细胞百分数(HLR%)、未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)为更灵敏指标,提示慢性肾炎本身骨髓红系造血反应较为活跃,网织红细胞参数测定对于慢性肾炎患者治疗效果监测具有重要意义。  相似文献

[目的]研究儿童血铅与红细胞、网织红细胞多参数的变化,探讨铅对儿童血液系统的影响.[方法]收集136例健康儿童和279例铅中毒患儿临床资料,用原子吸光谱仪检测儿童的血铅含量;采用Sysmex XE-2000型全自动血细胞分析仪检测网织红细胞等血常规参数.[结果]轻度中毒组,网织红细胞未成熟指数(IRF%)、高荧光度网织红细胞(HFR%)、中荧光度网织红细胞(MFR%)均高于对照组(P<0.05),而低荧光度网织红细胞(LFR%)低于对照组(P<0.05),而血红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞平均容积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC),与对照组相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).中度铅中毒组,RET%、IRF%、HFR%、MFR%都高于对照组(P<0.05),而LFR%低于对照组(P<0.05),RBC、HGB、HCT都低于对照组(P<0.05).[结论]铅中毒对儿童血液系统有很大的影响,网织红细胞参数变化较红细胞参数发生较早,观察网织红细胞多参数的变化能及早发现铅中毒对血液系统的影响.  相似文献

Epidemiological studies of calcium and osteoporosis have been hampered by the lack of a suitable tool for assessing calcium intake. This report describes a new frequency and amount questionnaire for measuring present and past calcium intake in the elderly. The validity of the questionnaire was tested against two commonly used standards of dietary assessment, five-day duplicate diets and seven-day weighed dietary inventories. The resulting correlation coefficients were, respectively, r = 0.76 and r = 0.69, while that for repeatability was r = 0.84. Furthermore, the questionnaire categorized subjects into thirds of the distribution of intake with almost no gross misclassification. It is suggested that the present findings may be extended to the majority of normal, healthy elderly subjects, implying wide application for the questionnaire in the assessment of calcium intake in the elderly.  相似文献

Unemployment is considered to be a public health concern sincedeterioration in the health of the unemployed is often anticipated.However, for some groups, such as miners, unemployment mightimprove health due to a cessation of potentially harmful occupationalexposures. This study evaluates the health of 79 miners in oneSwedish iron-ore mine, and 226 age-matched controls from thegeneral population, during one year after the closure of themine. The participants received a questionnaire regarding medicalhistory and subjective symptoms at the beginning of the studyperiod, and after one year. Statistically significant negativeeffects on self-reported health attributable to unemploymentwere not found, although neuropsychiatric symptoms were morecommon among the unemployed miners. The miners reported a statisticallysignificant improvement in grip force (p=0.031). They had asignificantly higher prevalence of symptoms associated withmining related exposures when compared with the population controls;pain in the upper extremities [relative risk (RR)=2.27, 95%confidence interval (Cl)=1.44–3.59), back pain (RR=1.84;Cl=1.237–2.75), vasospastic disease of the fingers (RR=2.05;Cl=1.18–3.57) and obstructive respiratory symptoms (attacksof dyspnea and wheezing: RR=3.67; Cl=1.167–11.6).  相似文献

Context

Tularemia is a zoonosis affecting humans and hares in France. We describe the results of surveillance in both species, in 2007 and 2008.

Methods

Human tularemia cases are mandatorily notifiable in France since 2003. In hares, surveillance relies on volunteer hunter associations in all districts of the country. Data from mandatory reports and volunteer surveillance in 2007/2008 were analyzed and compared with previous results.

Results

In 2007/2008, 144 cases were reported in humans and 117 cases in hares. This was a 100% increase compared to previous years. Human cases differed from those of previous years only by the frequency of contact with breeding animals. Human cases without any documented risk exposure were also more frequent.

Conclusion

An increase of tularemia cases occurred in 2007/2008 in both species. Complementary studies are needed to identify the species reservoir in France to understand the causes of this peak of cases.  相似文献

This review article outlines the physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and psychosocial occupational health hazards of mining and associated metallurgical processes. Mining remains an important industrial sector in many parts of the world and although substantial progress has been made in the control of occupational health hazards, there remains room for further risk reduction. This applies particularly to traumatic injury hazards, ergonomic hazards and noise. Vigilance is also required to ensure exposures to coal dust and crystalline silica remain effectively controlled.  相似文献

This paper provides an overview of the production and use of nanomaterials (NMs), particularly in the UK. Currently, relatively few companies in the UK are identifiable as NM manufacturers, the main emphasis being the bulk markets in metals and metal oxides, and some niche markets such as carbon nanotubes and quantum dots. NM manufacturing in the UK does not reflect the global emphasis on fullerenes, nanotubes and fibres. Some assumptions have been made about the types of NM that are likely to be imported into the UK, which currently include fullerenes, modified fullerenes and other carbon-based NMs including nanotubes. Many university departments, spin-offs and private companies have developed processes for the manufacture of NMs but may only be producing small quantities for research and development (R&D) purposes. However, some have the potential to scale up to produce large quantities. The nanotechnology industry in the UK has strong R&D backup from universities and related institutions. This review has covered R&D trends at such institutions, and appropriate information has been added to a searchable database. While several companies are including NMs in their products, only a few (e.g. manufacturers of paints, coatings, cosmetics, catalysts, polymer composites) are using nanoparticles (NPs) in any significant quantities. However, this situation is likely to change rapidly. There is a need to collect more information about exposure to NPs in both manufacturing and user scenarios. As the market grows, and as manufacturers switch from the micro- to the nanoscale, the potential for exposure will increase. More research is required to quantify any risks to workers and consumers.  相似文献

Red cell membranes, prepared from red blood cells of rats exposed to 4, 10, or 20 ppm nitrogen dioxide (NO2) for 1 to 10 days, were examined for evidence of changes in membrane components. Appreciable changes were not found in contents of phospholipid and cholesterol during exposure to 10 ppm NO2. By contrast, protein content altered with the time of exposure. Moreover, changes in protein composition were observed by employing sodium dodecyl sulfate — polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Twenty-four-hour exposure to NO2 at the concentration above 10 ppm resulted in a marked increase in the percentage of lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LysoPE) to the total phospholipids. The prolonged exposure to 10 ppm NO2 gave rise to a further increase in LysoPE, whereas the percentage of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) showed a gradual decrease. A 1-day exposure to 4.0 ppm NO2 also caused an increase in sialic acid content and decreases in those of PE and hexose. In addition to contents of these components the percentage of LysoPE increased 5 days after exposure and the elevated values were maintained up to the end of exposure period. These results demonstrate that red blood cells in circulation exhibit different membrane properties in terms of lipid and carbohydrate composition during 10 days of exposure to 4.0 ppm NO2.  相似文献

Clusters of disease are common and occur in the workplace and in the general community. They often arouse considerable concern among the population. Investigations have sometimes lead to exciting new knowledge, but in general the investigation of clusters is difficult and often unrewarding, especially for community clusters. In the workplace, investigations are more likely to find associations and even new causes, but still many clusters remain enigmatic. Despite this, there are many reasons for investigating clusters, including allaying community concern and identifying uncontrolled exposures.
