复合树脂嵌体修复牙体缺损3年疗效观察 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:观察复合树脂嵌体远期疗效。方法:用光固化复合树脂制成嵌体用于牙体I、Ⅱ、Ⅴ类洞的充填,并以单纯光固化复合树脂充填作为对照,观察3年疗效。结果:嵌体组515例,复查285例,成功率93.33%;对照组651例,复查362例,成功率67.68%。结论:复合树脂嵌体具有很好的远期疗效,是一种较好的新型牙体修复体。 相似文献

使用复合树脂桩核材料修复牙体缺损是近年来牙体缺损修复研究中的一个活跃领域。因其有在修复体受到不良He力时先于牙体组织折断,从而可以再利用残余牙体组织进行再次修复的优点,引起口腔修复工作者的密切关注。本文简要介绍复合树脂桩核材料修复牙体缺损的现状,提出用与牙本质弹性模量相近似的复合树脂桩核材料修复牙体缺损的新概念,并对国外国内牙体缺损修复的进展以及近年来碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合桩核材料修复牙体缺损的进展进行了综述。指出用与牙本质弹性模量相近似的碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合桩核材料修复牙体缺损是更优异的方法和材料。 相似文献

目的 对比Grandio纳米树脂与可乐丽树脂充填治疗后牙深龋的临床效果.方法 选择后牙深龋患者276例398颗,随机分为2组.试验组138例197颗患牙使用Grandio纳米树脂充填,对照组138例201颗患牙使用可乐丽树脂充填.术后随访2年,对比两组充填体解剖形态、固位、边缘密合度及牙齿继发龋、牙髓、根尖周及牙周状况.结果 治疗后6个月试验组和对照组成功率分别为97.46%和97.01%,成功率差异无统计学意义(x2=0.074,P=0.786).治疗后2年试验组和对照组成功率分别为95.43%和88.06%,差异有统计学意义(x2 =7.110,P=0.008),其中Ⅰ类洞成功率差异无统计学意义,Ⅱ类洞成功率试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x2=8.728,P=0.003).结论 Grandio纳米树脂充填治疗后牙深龋Ⅱ类洞远期疗效较佳. 相似文献

复合树脂嵌体也称间接性树脂修复,是由含有双甲基丙烯酸酯基类的复合树脂在体外固化制作而成。体外固化过程释放了复合树脂嵌体的聚合收缩应力,使修复体的聚合收缩局限在粘接层内;同时提高了复合树脂的聚合程度,提升了其机械性能。同样,由于复合树脂嵌体有体外操作过程,因此在解剖形态方面更佳,有着相比直接树脂充填更良好的邻面接触和面形态。相比瓷嵌体,复合树脂嵌体有着修补方便,不磨耗对牙等特点。随着复合树脂材料及树脂粘接材料的更新,复合树脂嵌体的性能如抗折裂强度、边缘微渗漏、硬度及耐磨性等方面得以提高,复合树脂嵌体在临床方面的应用逐渐广泛,不仅限于牙体严重缺损活髓牙的修复,在完成牙髓治疗后的牙齿、隐裂牙、重度磨损牙等疾患中均有应用。本文就近年来复合树脂嵌体的性能研究及临床应用现状作一综述。 相似文献

目的 对比研究1种微瓷聚合树脂嵌体和另外3种复合树脂嵌体的边缘微渗漏情况,为临床选择嵌体材料提供参考。方法 将80颗健康离体上颌前磨牙随机分为8组,每组10颗,嵌体窝洞制备后,分别用微瓷聚合树脂Ceramage(C)和复合树脂Brilliant new line(B)、Z350(Z)、P60(P)间接法制成嵌体,每种材料2组,使用即刻牙本质封闭(immediate dentin sealing,IDS)/延时牙本质封闭(delayed dentin sealing,DDS)技术粘结,冷热循环品红染色后,用金刚砂片将实验牙切开,体视镜下观察微渗漏。结果 4种树脂嵌体龈壁与轴壁微渗漏无显著性差异(P>0.05),各IDS组与DDS组微渗漏亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。无论龈壁还是轴壁,采用IDS或DDS粘结技术,4种材料之间皆有显著性差异(P<0.05)并且渗漏情况一致。微渗漏从小到大依次均为C、Z、P、B。结论 单从微渗漏方面评价,Ceramage和Z350均为制作树脂嵌体的良好选择。 相似文献

目的:比较嵌体和复合树脂直接充填修复治疗垂直型食物嵌塞的临床疗效。方法:选择68例垂直型食物嵌塞病例82个牙,随机分组,分别应用金属嵌体和复合树脂直接充填修复进行治疗,进行1年的临床随诊观察,通过对患牙邻接关系,牙龈健康状况及边缘密合度进行比较。结果:两组病例在边缘密合性及牙龈健康状况方面无显著性差异,而在邻接关系方面差异具有统计学意义。结论:嵌体修复在治疗垂直型食物嵌塞时较复合树脂充填修复效果好。 相似文献

In cavities with no support for inlays, polymerization contraction of the resin cement may move the ceramic inlay axially. The purpose of this study was to determine the velocity and extent of such movement. Cylindrical ceramic inlays were placed in dentin cavities filled with one of four commercially available resin composite cements. An initial standardized 200-μm-thick cement film was created. The movement of the ceramic inlay during polymerization of one of the resin cements was measured by a dial gauge. The velocity of the inlay movement decreased exponentially with time and with a velocity constant of 0.09 min−1 . The majority of the movement occurred within the first 12 min after photopolymerization and probably continued for several days, reaching an estimated value of 5.8μm. After 1–2 d of water storage, 1–2μm contraction gaps at the cavity floors were observed microscopically for every cement used. It is concluded that in cavities without support for the inlay, about 2/3 of the resin cement contraction results in movement of the inlay and about 1/3 results in formation of gaps at the cavity floors. 相似文献

A diluted composite resin (Concise diluted with Concise Enamel Bond) was used for fissure sealing and filling in 896 permanent first molars of 281 children, initially 5--7 years of age. Ordinary fissure sealing was used for fissures with no apparent caries, while a filling method was used after an explorative drilling with a small round bur (Ash No. 1/2) in fissures with incipient caries. On the basis of clinical evaluation every 6 months, the frequency of total retention of the composite material after different observation periods was calculated using the life table method. The rate of success in the fissure sealing group was 94.8% after 6 months, falling to 75.2% after 30 months. The corresponding data for the filled teeth were 92.6 % and 83.5%. It would seem that diluted composite resin is well suited for the prevention of caries in pits and fissures. 相似文献

目的 观察使用树脂进行龋齿治疗前后唾液中变异链球菌数量的变化.方法 招募志愿者20名,对其口腔内所有龋齿去净龋坏组织后使用不含氟树脂材料进行充填,分别收集充填前及充填后第1、2、3、4周的非刺激性唾液样本,使用轻唾-杆菌肽琼脂培养基厌氧培养48 h后检测变异链球菌数量,比较其在龋齿充填治疗前后的变化.结果 龋齿行树脂材料充填后1周唾液中变异链球菌数量较充填前下降明显(P<0.05),充填后2、3、4周较充填前无明显变化(P>0.05).结论 对患龋个体进行龋齿备洞后的树脂充填能在短期内降低唾液中变异链球菌的含量,但随时间推移,唾液中变异链球菌数量会逐渐恢复到治疗前的状态.单纯依靠龋齿充填治疗并不能改变唾液中变异链球菌的数量. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: There are a number of studies citing the primary reason for replacing auto cure glass ionomer cements was due to recurrent caries. The purpose of this study was to use an in vitro model to measure caries at the dentine restoration interface of bonded composite resin and auto cure glass ionomer cement restorations and to measure the amount of surface degradation occurring in the restorative materials. METHODS: Specimens of auto cure glass ionomer cements (Riva Fast, Fuji IX Fast, Ketac Molar Quick and Fuji VII) and bonded composite resin restorations (Ice, SDI) were placed separately at the dentino-enamel junction of 10 recently extracted human third molar teeth, disinfected and placed into the overflow from a continuous culture of S. mutans for two weeks. Restorations were sectioned and prepared for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA). Restoration tooth interfaces were photographed and the distance from the surface of the teeth to the surface of the restorations measured. EPMA of percentage weights of calcium, phosphorous and fluoride were made outwards from the restoration surface 130pm at a depth of 10 microm below the surface of the dentine. RESULTS: There were significant differences between the surface heights of composite resin, auto cure glass ionomer cements compared to teeth surfaces. Percentage weights of calcium and phosphorus levels were similar to non-demineralized dentine in the auto cure glass ionomer cement samples but there were significant reductions in mineral content of dentine adjacent to bonded composite resin restorations. Fluoride levels were mixed. CONCLUSIONS: This study shows that placing a bonded composite resin restoration into dentine affords little protection to the surrounding tooth from caries attack although insignificant degradation of the restorative surface occurs. Placing a glass ionomer cement restoration into dentine protects the surrounding tooth from caries but degradation of the restoration surface occurs. 相似文献
