本文分析了织物纬密不匀的成因,找出其重要原因之一是打纬开始时间的提前或推迟,认为造成这种变动的原因有两类:第一类是钢筘推动织口的动程的变化;第二类是织口位置的偏移。就解决稀密路横挡在机构方面采取的措施作了研究探讨,结果表明在现有织机的上机弹性系统中串联弹性元件是一种有效的方法。  相似文献

本文阐明了打纬区的定义及其形成,并介绍了自制的织口位移测量仪的工作原理和使用情况。利用织口位移测量仪在1511M型织机上,分别就21/2×21/2帆布和42/2×21半线卡对经纱上机张力和综平时间与打纬区宽度的关系进行了研究,得出了在其它条件固定时“上机张力与打纬区宽度成近似双曲线关系”、“综平时间与打纬区宽度成负指数关系”的结论。  相似文献

A study was undertaken to provide data on the three-dimensional tracking pattern of the patella, relative to the femur, in human knee-joint specimens. For this purpose, a highly accurate roentgen stereophotogrammetric analysis (RSA) method was applied. The three-dimensional motion patterns of the tibia and the patella were measured and represented in terms of three translations and three rotations each, during knee flexion in neutral (unloaded), endorotated, and exorotated pathways. We found that the patella displays complex but consistent three-dimensional motion patterns during flexion, which include flexion rotation, medial rotation, wavering tilt, and a lateral shift relative to the femur. The motion patterns are very much affected by tibial rotations accompanying flexion.  相似文献

Extensor mechanism disruption is an uncommon but devastating complication of total knee arthroplasty. A new technique of extensor mechanism reconstruction for patellar tendon loss, after total knee arthroplasty, with the help of extensor mechanism composite allograft is described. Four patients with chronic extensor mechanism-deficient total knee arthroplasty were undertaken for revision surgery along with reconstruction of extensor mechanism with an innovative technique using an extensor mechanism composite allograft consisting of a patella-patellar tendon-tibial tubercle. On final follow-up, none of the patients had extensor lag but for 10 degrees of extensor lag in 1 patient only. Providing an environment for bone-to-bone healing both proximally as well as distally and supervised postoperative rehabilitation led to encouraging results in the management of a failed extensor mechanism after total knee arthroplasty.  相似文献

光老化是人体暴露部位皮肤衰老的主要原因,其机理的阐明对防护皮肤衰老及治疗光损性疾病具有十分重要的意义。本文总结了近些年该领域的研究成果,发现日光中的UV主要通过损伤DNA、进行性蛋白质交联、降低免疫应答、产生高度反应自由基损伤细胞和组织等机制造成皮肤光老化。UVB和UVA在诱导皮肤光老化形成中,既有各自的特点,又相互协同,而UVA单独对真皮深层的穿透能力及对真皮组织的损伤机制尚待进一步研究。  相似文献

We measured the portal circulatory hemodynamic parameters in 10 cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension and esophageal varices to determine the significance of esophageal variceal pressure. In 4 patients (group I), the temporary portal vein occlusion produced significant elevations in both the esophageal variceal pressure and the portal venous pressure. The results of the portal circulatory hemodynamic assessment in this group were consistent with the predominance of the backward flow mechanism. In the remaining 6 patients (group 11), however, portal vein clamping resulted in a slightly increased esophageal variceal pressure with an enormous increase in the portal pressure. The forward flow mechanism thus appeared to be predominant in group II. In other words, the results of the pressure measurements were consistent with the functional separation of the hemodynamics in the esophageal varices and portal trunk in group 11 and the functional hemodynamic continuity in group I. This functional separation between the esophageal varices and the portal trunk in group II might therefore have resulted from the increased blood flow in the lesser splanchnic region.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Nonablative laser and light treatments have largely replaced ablative laser therapy in clinical use for the improvement of the visible signs of cutaneous photoaging, including rhytides, vascular lesions, and pigmentation. However, the mechanisms underlying the reported clinical efficacy of nonablative treatments are not well-understood. The purpose of this analysis is to critically evaluate what is known about histologic and tissue effects of nonablative laser therapy and suggest future directions for research. STUDY DESIGN/MATERIALS AND METHODS: This is a review of the English language literature pertaining to nonablative laser and light treatments available through MEDline (1995-2002), and unpublished reports presented at major national meetings. Only studies that included harvesting and analysis of tissue samples are included. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: (a) Thermal injury to the dermis in association with epidermal cooling most likely affects the dermal vasculature, which initiates a cascade of inflammatory events that includes fibroblastic proliferation and apparent up-regulation of collagen expression; (b) There is no indication that nonablative treatments are harmful or able to induce skin cancer; (c) It is possible that the horizontally distributed collagen reported after nonablative treatments is a "microscar," an enlarged Grenz sone associated with repetitive photo-induced trauma; (d) Further research is needed to elucidate the biophysical mechanisms underlying nonablative treatment, as well as to distinguish the utility of different wavelengths on epidermal and dermal improvement.  相似文献

检测因脾外伤而切除全脾的病人外周血T、B淋巴细胞亚群及促吞噬肽(Tuftsin)和IgM水平,以及T、B淋巴细胞亚群和Tuitsin对B淋巴细胞合成免疫球蛋白能力的影响。结果显示:全脾切除后IgM的减少与CD21 ̄+B细胞及Tuftsin减少有直接关系,尤其与CD21 ̄+B细胞减少有关;而CD8 ̄+T细胞的减少使B细胞受抑制程度减轻,有利于B细胞合成IgM能力的代偿。  相似文献

Skin is the first organ exposed to sulfur mustard (SM). The mechanism of SM-induced cutaneous injury has not been fully clarified so far, which is a major obstacle to the development of effective treatments for SM-induced injury. So far, there is no satisfactory therapy for acute symptoms and long-term complications.
