目的提高护理质量和护士专业水平。方法将病区护士及患者分为两组,实施小组服务与管理(小组模式)和常规服务(常规模式),连续9个月后比较2种服务模式的患者满意度、护理投诉情况及护理人员护理差错率、专科理论和基护操作考试合格率及撰写论文篇数。结果患者满意度、考试合格率及论文撰写情况小组模式均显著优于常规模式(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论小组模式的实施提高了患者满意度及病区管理质量,调动了护理人员的积极性,促进了综合素质的提高。  相似文献

目的探讨护理组织模式对基础护理质量的影响。方法在全院16个病区随机选择6个病区,再随机分为观察组和对照组各3个病区。对照组实施常规整体护理模式.观察组构建实施层级全责护理模式,即每个病区护士按每组分管12~15例患者分为2~3组,每组3名护士(全责护士、辅助护士、助理护士各1名),辅助护士和助理护士在全责护士的指导下共同完成小组患者的各项护理。实施3个月后评价效果。结果病房环境、三短、六洁、五送、管道护理、压疮防护、健康教育、病情掌握及怠者满意度9项除管道护理、压疮防护2项外,观察组均显著优于对照组(均P〈0.01)。结论实施层级全责护理模式能提高基础护理质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。  相似文献

目的探讨对患者实施温馨优质服务的方法,以提高护理质量及患者满意度。方法制定“温馨服务承诺”活动条例,下发到每位护理人员.同时进行相关培训及督促检查.在活动开展前及开展3个月后分别用自编的“患者对病区护理服务质量评价表”和“患者对病区责任护士满意度评价表”对70例住院患者进行问卷调查。结果“温馨服务承诺”活动实施后患者对护理服务质量及责任护士的满意度显著高于活动前(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论护士在“温馨服务承诺”活动中重视对患者进行人性化服务,既加强了自身素质又有利于提高护理质量和患者满意度。  相似文献

为了提高科室护理管理质量,根据参与管理模式,将科室的各项护理管理工作分配给每位护士,同时成立科室质控小组,定期检查,考评护理管理工作情况,1年后与未应用参与管理模式的同期相比,一级护理,病区管理、消毒隔离、基础护理合格率及病人满意度差异有性或非常显著性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。提示参与管理模式可增强护士2的责任感及工作能力,提高护士长的管理水平。为病人提供高品质的护理服务。  相似文献

目的探讨老年专科护理的实践模式,为更好地开展专科护理提供依据。方法对1660例老年住院患者开展老年专科护理实践,如建立老年护理专业架构,成立老年专科护理小组,规范专科护理程序,实行专科护理会诊、查房以及引进相关评估工具等。结果实施老年专科护理后老年患者不良护理事件(如压疮、肺炎)的发生率显著低于实施前(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),患者满意度显著提高(P〈0.05)。病区护士老年专科护理知识和技能考核优良率显著高于培训前(均P〈0.01)。结论建立老年专科护理实践模式,可提高老年护理质量及老年患者对护理质量的满意度,显著提高护士的学习热情和业务能力。  相似文献

目的通过对护理管理模式的改革,实施了分组连续(APN)排班方式,探讨APN排班方式较传统排班方式的优势所在。方法2008年9月始在普外科病区护士实行APN排班工作,建立团队模式的责任组工作方式。对比分析传统排班与APN排班下的患者满意度、护士满意度、护士对患者病情了解情况和危重症患者护理合格率。结果APN排班能有效提高护理质量,改善护理人员工作满意度,提升护士工作能力,利于病区管理。结论APN排班较传统排班优势明显,值得临床推广。  相似文献

目的利用高年资护士良好的交流沟通能力、娴熟的操作技能,提高护理服务满意度和护理质量。方法在18个病区聘高年资护士为总责任护士,护理部定期评价考核其胜任能力,比较实施前后患者满意度、护士工作满意度及病区护理缺陷、差错事故发生情况。结果聘高年资护士为病区总责任护士后病区患者满意度从92.00%提高到98.50%(P〈0.01),年护理差错事故从21起降至9起,临床护士工作满意度在护士之间关系、医护之间关系等5个方面显著提高(均P〈0.01)。结论聘高年资护士为病区总责任护士能充分利用资深护士的资源优势,是创建良好的医患关系,造就和谐医疗环境.提高患者满意度和护理质量的有效途径。  相似文献

目的探讨TBAC授权控制模型在护理管理中的应用效果。方法将TBAC授权控制模型,即逐级授权、成立授权监督管理小组、实施整改计划并考核应用于内科护理管理。结果TBAC授权控制模型实施前后病区护理质量各项指标评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.01)。结论TBAC授权控制模型提高了护士自我满意率,满足了护士自我实现的需求及组织支持感,提高了护士工作满意度及患者满意度,使护理管理趋于科学性、规范性。  相似文献

目的探讨实施护理函牌服务对营造和谐病区环境的作用。方法于2005年7月至2006年7月在病区实施护理品牌服务并比较实施前、后患者对护理服务的满意情况。结果实施后患者对各项护理服务满意率均有所提高,其中对护理服务态度满意、护士能圆满解决问题等6项的满意率与实施前比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论实施护理品牌服务,能提高患者对护理服务的满意度,有助于营造和谐病区环境。  相似文献

目的加强门急诊护理信息化环节管理,提高患者门诊服务满意度。方法建立网络平台方便患者预约挂号和预约诊疗,实行自助缴费、自助打印检查报告,整合护士分诊台,护士实施走动式健康教育。结果改进后患者挂号爽约率减少,对门诊服务满意度显著提升,有效投诉率显著下降(均P<0.01)。结论加强门急诊信息化系统管理可不断完善就医流程和体验,满足患者就医需求,提高满意度。  相似文献

目的探讨参与性行动研究在临床护士分层级培训中的应用及其效果。方法采用目的整群抽样的方法选取符合入选标准的50个病房832名临床护士及参与本研究的5名继续教育教师作为研究参与者。采用参与性行动研究方法实施分层级继续教育培训,研究组成员与参与者一起预先找出存在及要解决的问题,发现可能的原因和可行的干预措施,从而达成对问题和原因的新共识,对变革过程进行计划,通过参与促发有效的变革而改善临床护士参与继续教育培训的积极性及效果。结果实施分层级继续教育培训后,培训覆盖率由92.5%上升到100%,认为自己有必要接受培训的护士由67.3%上升到88.9%,对培训的满意率由48.5%上升到62.4%,认为接受培训时有压力由70.5%降至41.7%,临床护士的理论及操作考核合格率逐年提高(均P<0.01)。结论参与性行动研究能够有效改善临床护士参加培训的主动性及对培训的满意度,明显提高培训效果。  相似文献
