We examined 89 normal volunteers using Cloninger's Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI). Genotyping the 102T/C polymorphism of the serotonin 5HT2A receptor gene and the ser9gly polymorphism in exon 1 of the dopamine D3 receptor (DRD3) gene was performed using PCR-RFLP, whereas the dopamine transporter (DAT1) gene variable number of tandem repeats (VNTR) polymorphism was investigated using PCR amplification followed by electrophoresis in an 8% acrylamide gel with a set of size markers. We found a nominally significant association between gender and harm avoidance (P=0.017; women showing higher scores). There was no association of either DAT1, DRD3 or 5HT2A alleles or genotypes with any dimension of the TCI applying Kruskal–Wallis rank-sum tests. Comparing homozygote and heterozygote DAT1 genotypes, we found higher novelty seeking scores in homozygotes (P=0.054). We further found a nominally significant interaction between DAT1 and 5HT2A homo-/heterozygous gene variants (P=0.0071; DAT1 and 5HT2A genotypes P value of 0.05), performing multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). Examining the temperamental TCI subscales, this interaction was associated with persistence (genotypes: P=0.004; homo-/heterozygous gene variants: P=0.0004). We conclude that an interaction between DAT1 and 5HT2A genes might influence the temperamental personality trait persistence.  相似文献

There is evidence for an association between polymorphisms of monoamine transporter genes and temperamental personality traits. Recent findings have shown that interaction of allelic variants of the different genes may contribute to the personality factors. We studied the association between temperamental personality dimensions measured with the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) and polymorphisms of the dopamine (DAT), norepinephrine (NET) and serotonin (5-HTT) transporter genes in 127 healthy Polish volunteers. There were no significant differences between means of TCI temperamental dimensions (novelty seeking, reward dependence, persistence and harm avoidance) and the transporter genes compared by ANOVA. There were some significant associations between genotypes and TCI subdimensions. Individuals carrying the A9/A9 DAT genotype have lower RD4 scores (dependence vs. independence) than A10/A10 individuals (3.0 +/- 1.4 vs. 3.5 +/- 1.3); p = 0.01. Examining 5-HTT gene promoter polymorphism, heterozygous individuals (l/s) and individuals with 44-bp deletion (s/s) scored significantly lower in the HA1 subdimension (anticipatory worry and pessimism vs. uninhibited optimism; 4.3 +/- 2.3 vs. 5.5 +/- 2.6) in comparison with individuals without deletion (l/l); p = 0.021. The NET transporter gene polymorphism showed no significant association with any of the temperamental TCI subdimensions.  相似文献

The associations between 5-HTT-linked polymorphic region (5-HTT-LPR), monoamine oxidase A (MAOA)-LPR and the dimensions of temperament evaluated using the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) and NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) were studied. One hundred healthy volunteers (without psychiatric disorders) were recruited to represent a cross-section of the population of Szczecin (Poland) in terms of sex, age and education. No associations between 5-HTT-LPR and the TCI harm avoidance dimension and between 5-HTT-LPR and the NEO-FFI neuroticism dimension were found. Males carrying the 3-VNTR MAOA gene variant (209 bp) had significantly lower values on the NEO-FFI openness dimension (p = 0.039) and obtained higher scores on the subdimension 3 of the TCI reward dependence (RD3), i.e. attachment vs. detachment (p = 0.005). Individuals carrying the 'short' variant of 5-HTT-LPR had lower values on the reward dependence dimension and the RD4 subdimension (dependence vs. independence) than individuals not carrying the 'short' variant (p = 0.039 and p = 0.011, respectively). Females carrying the 'short' variant had lower values on NS1 (exploratory excitability vs. stoic rigidity) and RD4 (dependence vs. independence) than those not carrying the variant (p = 0.042 and 0.043, respectively). The obtained level of significance with respect to the observed associations between 5-HTT-LPR and the reward dependence scales and subscales and between 5-HTT-LPR and the NS1 subscale are too weak for further interpretation. Our results do not confirm the hypothesis that there is a simple correlation between single gene polymorphisms and a personality trait measured by the TCI and NEO-FFI scales.  相似文献

The psychometric properties of the TCI-R method were investigated in a cohort of 15-year-old adolescents (n = 787). This is the lowest recommended age for using the adult version of the method. A factor analysis of the temperament and character scales was carried out on the basis of Principal Component Analysis with Varimax rotation. We compared our results with a previous TCI version which was used in the pilot study of 15-year-olds (n = 171), with established norms for the Czech adolescents and adults, and in regard to gender differences. The principal component analyses for all scales with eigenvalues ≥ 1 resulted in only a 6 factor structure, in contrast to the 7 factor structure postulated by Cloninger. But the factor solution, computed separately for temperament (4F) and character (3F), approximately reflected the Cloninger's model except for the temperament subscales NS1 (Exploration Excitability), RD1 (Sentimentality) and RD4 (Dependence), which load multiple factors, and the character subscale SD 4 (Self-acceptance), which loads the Cooperativeness factor. The internal consistency of the main TCI-R scales was excellent; the Cronbach's alpha varied from .83 (NS) to .89 (HA). However, for some subscales (NS4, RD4, and CO5) the consistency was rather weak. In our research, the previous version of TCI showed less satisfying psychometric properties than TCI-R did. In terms of gender differences, girls scored higher in NS, RD, HA, CO and ST, whereas boys scored higher in PS; no statistically significant differences for SD were found. In general, our results support the Cloninger's postulated 7 factor personality structure and the appropriateness of the TCI-R usage for 15-year-old adolescents.  相似文献

The gene for the human dopamine transporter DAT1 displays several polymorphisms, including a 40-bp variable number of tandem repeats (VNTR) ranging from 3 to 13 copies in the 3′-untranslated region (UTR) of the gene. Some hints for an association of certain VNTR with psychiatric disorders, behavioural problems and temperament traits have been found. This study explored possible associations between the most frequent DAT1 polymorphism, namely the A10 VNTR, and personality traits as measured by the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) and the NEO Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) in alcohol-dependent patients (ADP). One hundred and forty-four ADP and 144 age-, educational level- and sex-matched controls (CO) were genotyped and interviewed with the TCI and NEO-FFI. ADP showed higher neuroticism, lower extraversion, lower openness, lower agreeableness and lower conscientiousness than CO on the NEO-FFI and higher scores in harm avoidance, reward dependence and self transcendence and lower scores in self directedness and cooperativeness on the TCI than controls. There were no genetic links regarding those personality traits, the diagnosis of alcohol dependence and the VNTR. Only in a subgroup of ADP, those without psychiatric co-diagnoses and homozygous for A10, significantly lower scores in novelty seeking and higher scores in self directedness than in all the other ADP and CO could be detected. Summarizing, the 40-bp VNTR did not help to differentiate between ADP and CO, but might contribute to some personality dimensions in certain ADP subgroups.  相似文献

Objective

Personality dimension is considered as a risk factor of depression. This study was to compare aggression, impulsivity, hopelessness, and TCI (temperament and character dimensions) between patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) and normal controls.

Methods

A total of 56 MDD patients and the same number of normal controls who were matched for age, gender, and education were recruited. All subjects completed the following questionnaires; Aggression Questionnaire (AQ), Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS), Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, 11th Version (BIS-11), and Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI).

Results

MDD patients were significantly higher scores in anger, hostility of AQ, BHS, motor impulsivity of BIS-11, and Harm Avoidances (HA) of TCI with all subscales of HA than normal controls, whereas novelty seeking 1 (NS1) (Exploratory of NS), Reward Dependence (RD) with RD3 (Attachment) · RD4 (Dependence), Self-Directedness (SD) with most subscales of SD, Cooperativeness (CO), and ST3 (Spiritual Acceptance) showed lower scores than normal controls. Moreover, BHS and HA, BIS and NS showed moderate positive correlation in MDD patients, while BHS and SD, HA and SD were negatively correlated.

Conclusion

The present study showed unique clinical features, especially personality dimensions of patients with MDD. Our results could be applicable to suggest treatment process and to predict one''s prognosis for depression in that psychological properties are important for drug compliance and treatment response.  相似文献

The results of two self-administered, paper-and-pencil tests based on biosocial theory of personality have been compared simultaneously: the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) and NEO Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI). The stability of the personality dimensions was assessed across age, sex and education level samples in a group of 406 Polish adults with major mental diseases excluded by use of PRIME-MD questionnaire. Significant effects of age, sex, and education have been found while comparing personality dimensions in both temperamental (novelty seeking, NS; harm avoidance, HA; reward dependence, RD; persistence, P) and character scales (cooperativeness, C; self-transcendence, ST) in TCI. Among subscales of temperament only NS1, RD4 were stable according to concerning factors. All converted to their age and sex norms NEO-FFI dimensions were stable according to sex. Extraversion scale was changeable depending on age (p = 0.04). Neuroticism dimension was a little higher in lower educated group (p = 0.035).To sum up, it was concluded that sex- and age-specific norms for the dimensions of the Polish version of TCI are necessary considering the established significant differences. Particular personality genetic studies should account for age, sex and also educational differences in their methods of associative studies. CONCLUSIONS: In the exploration of personality dimensions on healthy volunteers the Polish version of NEO-FFI corresponds better than TCI to theory of stability and genetic determinants of human personality. As the study included persons with excluded major mental diseases, the sample is appropriate to provide a control group in the research of psychiatric patients using both TCI and NEO-FFI. SIGNIFICANT OUTCOMES: TCI scores for persons with excluded mental disease are highly changeable depending on age, sex and education. Adjusted to sex and age scores NEO-FFI corresponded better than TCI to stability and genetic determinants of human personality.  相似文献

To determine whether there is an association of polymorphic variants of the serotonin transporter (5-HTT) gene-linked polymorphic region (5-HTTLPR) and autistic spectrum disorders, we analyzed the 5-HTTLPR genotypes of 72 autistic subjects, 11 fragile X syndrome patients with autistic behavior, 43 normal subjects, and 49 fragile X syndrome non-autistic subjects. The distribution frequency of 5-HTTLPR long allele (L) and the short allele (S) variants showed no differences between subjects. Our findings do not support the hypothesis that polymorphic 5-HTTLPR variants are a susceptibility factor for autistic disorders. BackgroundConsiderable data support phenomenological and temporal continuity between psychotic disorders and subclinical psychotic-like experiences (PLE's). Although numerous studies have found similar personality correlates for schizophrenia and schizotypal personality disorder patients, their unaffected first-degree relatives, and healthy adults characterized for schizotypal traits, no study has yet investigated personality correlates of PLE's measured by the Community Assessment of Psychic Experiences (CAPE). Our study sought to examine personality correlates of PLE's using the CAPE in healthy adults.MethodThe CAPE and temperament and character inventory (TCI) were administered to 415 healthy adults. Regressions examined links between TCI traits and overall PLE levels as well as positive and negative PLE's separately.ResultsConsistent with past studies, lower self-directedness (SD) and reward dependence (RD) and higher self-transcendence (ST) and harm avoidance (HA) significantly predicted overall PLE levels. Higher ST and persistence (P) and lower SD significantly predicted higher levels of positive PLE's while lower SD and RD and higher HA, ST, and cooperativeness (C) predicted higher levels of negative PLE's.ConclusionsAssociations between TCI and PLE's using the CAPE are strikingly similar to past work in non-clinical and patient samples and provide additional support for phenomenological continuity between psychotic disorders and sub-syndromal psychotic symptoms.  相似文献

Personality is considered to be an important aspect of schizophrenia, primarily because it may influence patients' symptoms and social functioning. Specific personality traits are related to schizophrenia. The Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) measures four traits of temperament - novelty seeking (NS), harm avoidance (HA), reward dependence (RD) and persistence (PS) - and three traits of character - self-directedness (SD), cooperativeness (CO) and self-transcendence (ST). We investigated associations between schizophrenia and personality traits using the TCI in a Japanese case-control sample (99 patients and 179 controls). Patients with schizophrenia scored higher on HA and ST and lower on NS, RD, SD and CO compared with controls in our case-control sample. We then performed a meta-analysis of samples from the published literature and our sample (384 patients and 656 controls). We found no evidence of heterogeneity among studies, except for NS in the overall population. Possible associations between personality traits (HA, RD, PS, SD, CO and ST) and schizophrenia were revealed. The effect sizes (Hedges' g) of the temperament traits were 0.98 for HA, -0.43 for RD and -0.23 for PS, and those of the character traits were -0.96 for SD, -0.47 for CO and 0.61 for ST. These findings suggest that patients with schizophrenia have a unique temperament and character profile compared with the general population.  相似文献

Aim:  Adult patients with type 2 diabetes were classified using the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI). This classification was used to propose effective therapeutic approaches based on subtypes of psychological characteristics.
Methods:  The TCI and various psychological tests were administered to 89 patients (54 men and 35 women). Cluster analysis was performed using three temperament factors of the TCI as variables for subclassification: novelty seeking (NS), harm avoidance (HA) and reward dependence (RD).
Results:  The patients were divided into two clusters based on the TCI results. Cluster 1 had a low NS/high HA/low RD pattern, which indicated resistance to change and lack of cooperativeness, and results of other tests indicated that patients in cluster 1 were obsessional and had weak intention and personality disorder symptoms. In contrast, cluster 2 had a high NS/low HA/high RD pattern, indicating a socially active person who easily becomes dependent on others, and results of other tests indicated that these patients were histrionic and less anxious. In cluster 1 there was a significant negative correlation between hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and SD-1 (TCI self-directedness) 'responsibility' and a significant positive correlation between HbA1c and State anxiety of State–Trait Anxiety Inventory. In cluster 2 there was a significant positive correlation between HbA1c and HA-2 'fear of uncertainty'.
Conclusions:  Patients with type 2 diabetes were classified using the TCI into two subgroups. These two groups differed in psychological characteristics and had a different pattern in correlation with glycemic control.  相似文献

The aim of this present study was to evaluate the temperament and character profiles of persons with tension-type headache (TTH) and migraine, and to compare the results with those of healthy controls. The study population consisted of 81 patients with TTH (60 female, 21 male) and 56 patients with migraine (34 female, 17 male) aged 18-50 years, according to the criteria of the International Headache Society with age and gender - matched healthy control subjects (54 female, 28 male). All participants were instructed to complete a self-administered 240-item temperament and character inventory (TCI) questionnaire and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). The TCI assesses four dimensions of temperament, namely, novelty seeking (NS), harm avoidance (HA), reward dependence (RD), and persistence (P), and three dimensions of character, being self-directedness (SD), cooperativeness (C) and self-transcendence (ST). According to the TCI biosocial model, the temperament dimension HA is suggested to indicate central serotonergic turnover, which is further correlated with depressive state. It was found that mean BDI scores were significantly higher in patients with TTH and migraine than in those of the controls. The BDI scores were positively correlated with HA scores (r = 0.295, P < 0.001) and negatively correlated with SD (r = -0.386, P < 0.001) and C scores (r = -0.164, P= 0.016). Multivariate analysis showed that BDI scores had significant covariation for HA, SD and C. Despite using the BDI score as a covariate, TTH patients had higher HA scores (P = 0.01) than did the control subjects. No significant differences were found between the groups regarding main NS, RD, P, SD, C and ST scores. Based on the main results of this study, it is suggested that higher serotonergic activity related to HA scores in TTH patients and their relationship with depressive symptomatology supports the role of central serotonergic involvement in TTH.  相似文献

ObjectiveThe Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) is commonly used in adult populations. Our aim was to explore: (1) if there are specific differences in temperament dimensions related to depression in comparison with general population, (2) if the treatment response during the acute phase of major depressive disorder (MDD) is predictable by TCI temperament dimensions.MethodTemperament profiles in 98 MDD patients were compared with a Finnish community sample. The patients were treated with serotonin selective reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) for 6 weeks and their temperament profiles were assessed at baseline and endpoint. The harm avoidance (HA) and depression scores at baseline and endpoint were modelled with path analysis. For path modelling, we tested the relationships between different temperament dimensions and depression symptoms and other clinical variables with Mancova model.ResultsThe HA scores were significantly higher in patients both at baseline and endpoint compared to the Northern Finland 1966 Birth Cohort (NFBC). The patients, and especially males, had slightly higher reward dependency (RD) scores. HA at endpoint explained moderately the Montgomery Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) endpoint score. HA endpoint score was strongly explained by HA baseline score.ConclusionsHA is associated with risk of and treatment response to depression.  相似文献

Objective

Population-based twin studies demonstrate that approximately 40–50% of the variability in personality dimensions results from genetic factors.This study assessed selected polymorphisms in the COMT Val158Met, MAOA 3′VNTR, 5HTTLPR, 102T/C 5-HT2A, DAT 3′VNTR and DRD2 exon 8 genes and evaluated their association with personality profiles, anxiety levels, and depressiveness in healthy subjects.

Methods

This study included 406 unrelated (mean age 38.51 years), mentally and somatically healthy Caucasian subjects of Polish origin. The prevalence of the gene variants mentioned above and their association with personality profiles, anxiety levels, and depressiveness was assessed using the Temperament and Character Inventory, NEO Five-Factor Inventory, Spielberger's State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and Beck's Depression Inventory.

Results

The effects of the 5HTTLPR gene on the s/s genotype and empathy (C2) were lowest in the entire group. The effects of gender, age and the HT2A gene for the T/T genotype and attachment (RD3) were highest in women.The effects of gender, age and the DAT gene on the 9/9 DAT genotype, compassion (C4) and cooperativeness (C) were lowest in women. The effects of gender, age and the COMT gene on the Met/Met genotype and neuroticism (NEU) NEO-FFI were also lowest in women.

Conclusions

Our results suggest considerable influence of individual genes on the formation of personality traits.  相似文献

Cloninger's theory is that specific dimensions of temperament are associated with single neurotransmitter systems, and it is based on neurophysiologic and genetic approaches to the human traits. It suggests that overexpression of temperament could cause psychiatric illness. Based on this theory, we examined the correlation between reward dependence (RD) trait, measured with the Temperament and Character Inventory, and 5 polymorphisms in genes of norepinephrine pathways, ADRB1, COMT, PNMT, SLC18A1, and SLC6A2, in 85 Japanese female nursing students. We found that rs3764351 in PNMT was significantly associated with RD on Fisher's exact test (P = .029, Pcorr = .236). When haplotype analysis was performed for rs3764351 and rs876493 polymorphisms in the 5′ flanking region of PNMT, 3 haplotypes were identified. Rs3764351 itself appeared to be correlated with RD in the present study of a specific population, although we could not demonstrate an association between RD and any of the haplotypes. Our findings have implications for the understanding of temperament using neurophysiologic approaches.  相似文献

Objectives: Anxiety sensitivity (AS) has predictive potential for the development of anxiety disorders. We investigated the role that gene–environment (G?×?E) interactions, focussing on childhood trauma (CT) and selected SLC6A4 variants, play in modulating levels of AS in a South African adolescent population. Methods: All adolescents (n?=?951) completed measures for AS and CT. Six SLC6A4 polymorphisms were genotyped. G?×?E influences on AS levels were assessed using multiple linear regression models. Relevant confounders were included in all analyses. Results: Xhosa (n?=?634) and Coloured (n?=?317) participants were analysed independently of one another. The 5-HTTLPR-rs25531 L-G haplotype associated with reduced AS among Xhosa adolescents (P?=?0.010). In addition, the rs1042173 CC-genotype protected against increased levels of AS in Xhosa participants who had experienced increased levels of CT (P?=?0.038). Coloured males homozygous for the S-allele had significantly increased levels of AS compared to Coloured males with at least one L-allele (P?=?0.016). Conclusions: This is the first study to be conducted on AS in adolescents from two ethnically diverse populations. Results indicate that the L-G haplotype confers protection against high AS levels in a Xhosa population. Furthermore, increased CT was found to protect against high levels of AS in Xhosa rs1042173 CC-carriers.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo describe symptom expression and functional outcome in psychotic disorders in relation with temperament traits assessed with the Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI) in a population-based sample.MethodAs part of the 31-year follow-up survey of the Northern Finland 1966 Birth Cohort, TCI temperament items were filled in by 4349 members of the cohort. In individuals with psychotic disorders, also positive and negative symptoms and outcome variables were assessed in a 35-year follow-up. Information of TCI and outcomes were available for altogether 41 individuals with psychosis.ResultReward dependence (RD) (rho = ?0.45) and Persistence (P) (rho = ?0.52) were significantly correlated with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) negative symptoms. Higher P scores predicted higher social and occupational functioning (as measured by Social and Occupational Functioning Assessment Scale [SOFAS]), and higher Harm avoidance (HA) predicted a higher likelihood of being on a disability pension.ConclusionResults indicate that understanding of personality dimensions support better understanding of outcome and symptom expressions in psychotic disorders.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: In our study, we explored the associations among anxiety, the dimensions of Cloninger's theoretically based and empirically validated psychobiological model of personality (Temperament and Character Inventory, TCI) and fatigue in order to clarify the personality risk factors for fatigue. METHODS: Fifth-year students (n=89) and freshmen (n=162) at Saga Medical School and psychiatric outpatients of Saga Medical School Hospital (n=101) were investigated with the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI, Japanese version), the TCI (Japanese version), the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-30) and the self-rating Fatigue Symptom Checklist (FSC), which describe fatigue along three subscales (general, physical and psychological fatigue). Correlation and ANOVA analyses were performed in this study. RESULTS: The analysis identified a significant relation (P<.0005) between trait anxiety and fatigue. The TCI dimension of harm avoidance (HA) is positively correlated with both trait anxiety and fatigue (general fatigue, psychological fatigue and physical fatigue). The character dimension of self-directedness is negatively correlated with both trait anxiety and fatigue. CONCLUSIONS: There is an inherent relationship among trait anxiety, the temperament dimension of harm avoidance, character dimension of self-directedness and fatigue. The TCI dimensions, harm avoidance and self-directedness, might be considered as predictors for fatigue-related disorders.  相似文献

Attachment styles as well as personality traits in adolescents and adults have been found to be associated with their health outcomes and with their personality pathology. In this cross-sectional exploratory study, we study the relationship between attachment styles that derive from our data employing the items of Feeney et al. (1994) self-report attachment style questionnaire (ASQ), and personality traits given by the junior version of Cloninger et al. (1993) self-report temperament and character inventory (TCI), in a sample of 426 adolescents (54% females) from a general population. The secure attachment style was correlated significantly negatively with the personality trait harm avoidance (HA), but significantly positively with the personality traits novelty seeking (NS), reward dependence (RD), cooperativeness (CO) and self-transcendence (ST). The preoccupied (anxious/ambivalent) attachment style was correlated significantly positively with HA and NS, but significantly negatively with self-directedness (SD). The fearful-avoidant category was correlated significantly negatively with NS. Our five-factor solution of the attachment styles and their relation to the TCI point towards a need for a modification of the two-axis, four-category attachment model of Bartholomew (1990) and Bartholomew and Horowitz (1991), with their category dismissing-avoidant replaced by the two categories defined here as dismissing relations (correlated significantly negatively with CO) and dismissing others (correlated significantly negatively with RD and significantly positively with SD).  相似文献

Background: This is a pilot study assessing the impact of polymorphisms of serotonin transporter (5-HTT; 5-HTTLPR (S/L)) and norepinephrine transporter (NET; rs2242446 (T/C)) genes on selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) response in Korean panic disorder (PD) patients. Methods: PD patients were treated with SSRI (n?=?18) or SNRI (n?=?6) for 4 weeks. Panic Disorder Severity Scale (PDSS) was rated to evaluate the treatment response. Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to compare PDSS scores before and after medication (SSRI or SNRI) as well as to compare those according to genotypes. Mann–Whitney U test was used to compare those between the two groups (SSRI or SNRI). Results: Both SSRI and SNRI treatments for 4 weeks significantly reduced PDSS scores. We assessed the impact of rs2242446 on this effect of SSRI and SNRI. The scores were significantly decreased after 4 weeks in the SSRI-treated group regardless of genotypes of rs2242446, whereas they were significantly decreased in the SNRI-treated group with only non-C carrier (TT) of rs2242446. On 5-HTTLPR we could not analyse because 22 patients had SS genotype. Conclusions: These results suggest that NET polymorphism may affect the SNRI response in Korean PD patients.  相似文献
