介绍Epi Info软件临床研究数据管理中应用的主要步骤和技术要点。结合国家“九五”攻关课题“急性脑梗死早期治疗对照研究”这一应用实例,探讨了EpiInfo软件在临床研究数据的建库、数据管理及质量控制过程中的一些技巧。可见,用EpiInfo软件编制的可全屏幕录入的调查表简单、直观;CHECK模块的质控功能及VALI-DATE模块的对双分录入资料的比较功能确保了数据录入的准确性;用EpiInfo软件建立的数据库可转换为其他多种数据文件,为资料的进一步分析提供了方便。  相似文献

目的介绍在医学科学研究中如何应用全中文医用统计学软件PPMS 1.5。方法分析应用De1phi语言编制而成的PPMS 1.5的功能及其应用特点。结果 PPMS 1.5完全采用菜单和对话框的操作方式,全中文界面,用户界面友好;具有和Office软件一致的文件管理功能及文字和数字编辑功能,具有完善的数据管理功能;具有强大的统计分析功能。PPMS不仅能处理原始数据,而对于原始数据已丢失、只有"均数±标准差"的数据也能进行检验和单因素方差分析;且在统计设计中的应用功能强大。结论 PPMS 1.5是一种实用、便捷、易学的医用统计学软件,在医学科学研究中应用价值较高。  相似文献

目的探讨流式细胞术中不同细胞周期分析软件在细胞周期分析中的特点和差异。方法采用碘化丙啶染色,在Epics XL流式细胞仪上检测细胞周期,分别应用MultiCycle和Modfit LT软件对检测数据进行分析,并比较分析结果。结果 MultiCycle和Modfit LT软件分析细胞周期各时相比例、DNA倍体分析、细胞增殖及细胞凋亡数值,比较其结果基本一致。仅人肺癌细胞系A549细胞G2/G1值应用2种不同软件分析其数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Jurkat T细胞聚集体的比例应用2种不同软件分析其数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MultiCycle和Modfit LT软件分析同一样本所得拟合结果有较高的一致性;对G2/G1值进行限制的操作可能更适用于组成成分较复杂的样本;虽然不同采集软件区分粘连细胞和细胞集落的方法不同,导致聚集体的比例差异显著,但并未对细胞周期分析结果的判定产生影响。  相似文献

Background

Development and standardization of computerized color vision testing as a replacement for Martin Lantern test. Non-randomized comparative trial.

Methods

All candidates of SSB, Allahabad, reporting for SMB underwent color vision testing at the eye dept by computerized eye test and currently available tests.

Results

All candidates were subjected to Ishihara chart testing and those found to be CP III were subjected to the confirmatory test on Martin Lantern and the Software. Candidates requiring CP I standards for eligibility were tested on the same on Martin Lantern and on the new software method. On comparison between the Standard Martin Lantern and the Software, the results were consistent and comparable with 82 patients testing CP I on the Martin Lantern and 81 on the software. Of the CP III patients, 253 tested positive on the Standard lantern test as compared to 251 on the software and of the CP IV group, 147 tested positive on the Standard lantern and 149 by the software method.

Conclusion

It was found that the software replicated the existing Martin Lantern accurately and consistently. The Martin Lantern Software can be used as a replacement for existing old Lanterns which are not in production since the early 20th century.  相似文献

目的获取IBM SPLASH算法核心代码,为进一步开展生物序列模式识别研究提供一个高效算法引擎.方法基于SPLASH算法开发核心代码,运用开源软件工具,开发、调试和优化程序.结果开发出GNU Pattern(Gpat)程序,高效实现了SPLASH算法的核心部分,并提供全部源码,其他研究人员可以在GNU许可协议下修改该程序.结论Gpat成功地实现了SPLASH算法,并为下游生物序列模式识别研究提供铺垫.  相似文献

This paper presents a software system that visualizes the impact of the master surgery schedule on the demand for various resources throughout the rest of the hospital. The master surgery schedule can be seen as the engine that drives the hospital. Therefore, it is very important for decision makers to have a clear image on how the demand for resources is linked to the surgery schedule. The software presented in this paper enables schedulers to instantaneously view the impact of, e.g., an exchange of two block assignments in the master surgery schedule on the expected resource consumption pattern. A case study entailing a large Belgian surgery unit illustrates how the software can be used to assist in building better surgery schedules.  相似文献

Research work for making a biomedical signal processing instrument based on the APPLE-II computer is reported in this paper. According to the theory of the computer, two interface boards were designed as the hardware of the instrument. The memorizing waveform program was designed as the main program in the software system. Through a functional extended program, also called software inter face, more than ten programs especially for physiology can be easily linked to the main program. with the combination of both the software and hard ware several parameters of the instrument, such as sampling speed, gain of the amplifier, etc. can be controlled by a closed loop. This instrument is available in the physiology laboratory to replace oscilloscope, recorder, stimulator simultaneously. Software reliability analysis is inevitable for modern medical systems, since a large amount of medical system functionality is now dependent on software, and software does contribute to system failures. Most software reliability models are based on software failure data collected from the project. This creates a problem for the designers since, during the early stage, software failure data are not available. However, a valuable knowledge can be learned from the analysis of previous projects and applied to the new ones. This paper presents the approach that predicts the potentially dangerous software modules under development based on the analysis of the already finished modules using the machine-learning techniques. On the basis of the prediction given by our method software designers are able to devote more testing effort to the dangerous parts of the system, which results in a more reliable medical software system.  相似文献

A prototyped model of a generalized table-driven software package for laboratory testing and results registration is presented. The need to computerize dozens of laboratories performing hundreds of tests, called for a radical approach which would enable the quick addition of new laboratories to the system, as well as ease of maintenance. The generalized laboratory software package (GLAB) relies on a set of data tables, maintained by users, and a menu controlled environment interfacing GLAB with the rest of the hospital's systems.  相似文献

目的 设计B19微小病毒诊断基因芯片的寡核苷酸探针。方法 以微小病毒B19为例 ,利用BLAST软件对其序列进行比对并获得特异序列 ;利用软件Oligo 6设计特异性高、Tm值接近、长度均一的寡核苷酸探针。 结果 获得 12条 70 mer寡核苷酸探针 ,用于芯片打印及病毒检测。结论 利用BLAST系统和生物学软件Oligo 6可简便而有效地设计诊断芯片探针  相似文献
