The increasing role of Telecare Medicine Information Systems (TMIS) makes its accessibility for patients to explore medical treatment, accumulate and approach medical data through internet connectivity. Security and privacy preservation is necessary for medical data of the patient in TMIS because of the very perceptive purpose. Recently, Mohit et al.’s proposed a mutual authentication protocol for TMIS in the cloud computing environment. In this work, we reviewed their protocol and found that it is not secure against stolen verifier attack, many logged in patient attack, patient anonymity, impersonation attack, and fails to protect session key. For enhancement of security level, we proposed a new mutual authentication protocol for the similar environment. The presented framework is also more capable in terms of computation cost. In addition, the security evaluation of the protocol protects resilience of all possible security attributes, and we also explored formal security evaluation based on random oracle model. The performance of the proposed protocol is much better in comparison to the existing protocol.  相似文献

Healthcare sector indicates human-based and knowledge-intensive property. Massive IT investments are necessary to maintain competitiveness in this sector. The justification of IT investments is the major concern of senior management. Empirical studies examining IT value have found inconclusive results with little or no improvement in productivity. Little research has been conducted in healthcare sector. The balanced scorecard (BSC) strikes a balance between financial and non-financial measure and has been applied in evaluating organization-based performance. Moreover, healthcare organizations often consider their performance goal at customer satisfaction in addition to financial performance. This research thus proposed a new hierarchical structure for the BSC with placing both finance and customer at the top, internal process at the next, and learning and growth at the bottom. Empirical examination has found the importance of the new BSC structure in assessing IT investments. Learning and growth plays the initial driver for reaching both customer and financial performance through the mediator of internal process. This can provide deep insight into effectively managing IT resources in the hospitals.  相似文献

云联盟通过将隶属不同组织机构的云资源形成联盟解决单个云资源有限的问题。基于容器的虚拟化是近年来出现的一种更为轻量和便捷的虚拟化技术,可以替代Hypervisor抽象出的虚拟机。本文设计了一种适用于容器虚拟化云联盟的资源管理模型,并采用博弈论的方法,提出一种兼顾用户QoS约束和云平台资源利用率的资源分配方法。多组实验结果表明,该方法针对不同类型的服务都能有效地提高服务质量,同时有助于提高资源使用率。  相似文献

Chilean primary healthcare practice is analyzed using a Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) multiple stage approach. We estimate the efficiency level of 259 municipalities nationwide. Since the efficiency score by itself is of limited value for decision making, we use a multivariate tool to help explain the effect of relevant factors. First, we use a cluster analysis to homogenize the units under study. Second, we use DEA to estimate the efficiency levels, which varies from 61% to 71% for urban municipalities, and from 51% to 56% in rural ones. Third, we use bootstrap to estimate confidence intervals for the efficiency scores, and a Biplot method to identify adequate variables to include in the Tobit Model, which is our last stage. We identify six factors associated with rural municipalities’ operational efficiency, and two with urban ones. Knowing the efficiency level of municipalities can help determine ways to improve their efficiency.  相似文献

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology not only offers tracking capability to locate equipment, supplies and people in real time, but also provides efficient and accurate access to medical data for health professionals. However, the reality of RFID adoption in healthcare is far behind earlier expectation. This study reviews literature on the use of RFID in healthcare/hospitals following a formal innovation-decision framework. We aim to identify the common applications, potential benefits, barriers, and critical success factors. Our study facilitates quick assessment and provides guidance for researchers and practitioners in adopting RFID in medical arenas. Many earlier adopters in healthcare found RFID to be functional and useful in such areas as asset tracking and patient identification. Major barriers to adoption include technological limitations, interference concerns, prohibitive costs, lack of global standards and privacy concerns. Better designed RFID systems with low cost and privacy issues addressed are needed to increase acceptance of RFID in healthcare.  相似文献

云存储安全给访问控制技术带来了新的挑战。提出了一种基于安全策略的云数据访问控制优化方法,基本思想是利用数据关联关系进行安全策略精化,基于属性的安全策略中融合了角色和信誉特征。利用数据关联关系对云数据进行细粒度划分,得到相应的数据块;对策略中的规则和数据块进行匹配和冲突消除,得到精化的安全策略。理论分析和实验结果表明,本文方法对于数据量大的云数据访问控制具有较高的效率。  相似文献

This paper presents a case study of a hospital operating room that evaluated a Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID)-enabled traceability system for the management of consignment and high value products requiring item level traceability. Results indicate that the traceability system in conjunction with the redesign of replenishment processes facilitates item level traceability, improves financial controls and case costing, upgrades service levels and reduces inventory shrinkage. Other benefits include time saved from non-value-added activities that can be transferred to patient care activities. The solution can be considered (i) as an alternative to RFID-enabled cabinets used in the replenishment of consignment and high value supplies in certain operating rooms, cardiac catheterization laboratories and interventional radiology departments, or (ii) as a complementary solution facilitating the tracking of medical devices removed from RFID-enabled cabinets. In short, the end-to-end traceability of medical products in the healthcare supply chain can be significantly enhanced.  相似文献

在大规模系统在线实施中,双层结构预测控制计算存在复杂度较高、在线求解时间较长的缺陷,从而限制了它的求解效率。通过对稳态目标层和动态控制层的计算复杂度理论分析以及仿真验证,得出影响算法求解效率的主要因素为系统控制输入数和控制时域,且算法的时间复杂度正比于控制输入数和控制时域乘积的三次方。为双层结构预测控制在工程设计中的应用提供了有益的参考。  相似文献

目的 探讨肾移植患者应对方式、社会支持与抑郁情绪的关系.方法 采用方便抽样方法,应用医学应对问卷(medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)、社会支持量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)和自评抑郁量表(self-rating depression dcale,SDS)对123名肾移植患者进行测评,然后用结构方程模型分析软件Amos(analysis of moment structures)7.0进行分析.结果 肾移植患者应对方式中,面对维度得分为(20.9±3.6)分、回避维度得分为(17.2±2.7)分、屈服维度得分为(9.5±2.7)分;社会支持总分为(42.9±8.5)分,其中主观支持为(25.3±5.3)分、客观支持为(10.3±3.9)分,对支持的利用度得分为(7.3±2.0)分;SDS评分为(38.1±7.2)分.结构方程模型分析结果显示:面对维度对社会支持有直接(正向)效应(β=0.285,P<0.01);屈服维度对社会支持有直接(负向)效应(β=-0.376,P<0.01),屈服维度对抑郁有直接(正向)效应(β=0.321,P<0.01);而社会支持对抑郁有直接(负向)效应(β=-0.294,P<0.01);屈服维度还可通过社会支持间接影响抑郁.结论 应对方式对肾移植患者的抑郁情绪有直接效应和间接效应;社会支持作为中介变量(mediated variable)调节应对方式与肾移植患者抑郁情绪的关系.  相似文献

对传统的用例建模方法进行扩展,并针对用例描述的文本语言中经常出现的二义性、冲突以及遗漏信息的问题,提出一种基于Petri网的面向方面的用例建模方法。构建了从面向方面用例模型到面向方面Petri网模型的映射规则,引入面向方面的形式化的建模与分析技术,并利用时态逻辑检验织入时机的正确性。最后给出实例和分析,验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献
