微笑是人类最甜美、最动人的表情,在日常生活和人际交往中具有重要作用。在教学过程中,教师的微笑尤为重要。实践证明,教师的微笑是打动学生心灵最美好的表情,是教育学生最好的手段。教师的微笑传递着对学生的“爱”,可提高学生学习的兴趣。教师的微笑是热爱学生的外在表现,没有爱的教育犹如荒漠。教师面带微笑走进教室是与学生进行沟通的首要条件。在教学过程中,如果教师面孔冷漠、威严,不苟言笑,学生就会感到拘束,形成一种紧张的、消极的、甚至是对抗性的学习环境,这会抑制大脑皮质的兴奋度,对学生的心理和学业带来不良影响。当我们用一颗赤诚的心去爱学生,以真诚的微笑面对学生时,他便将“爱”悄悄地带给了学生,会使学生感到和蔼可亲,能使学生消除陌生感,缩短与我们的距离,对所教的学科感兴趣,将点燃学生智慧的火花,学生的思维之门也会为之大开,接受信息的灵感度会随之提高,学习该课程的兴趣会不断增强。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

How can we translate the findings from public health research into practice? We are not doing this job very well and we need to rethink our approach so that we can do a better job. The major problem is that we public health professionals have messages to give people, but people have lives to lead, and we have not done well in closing this gap. To deal with this problem, we will need to learn how to better involve the community as an empowered partner in our work. To do that, we will have to fundamentally change our public health model: We will have to change the way we classify disease; we will have to change the way we organize and finance public health education; and we will have to deal with our arrogance. This plenary talk at the Eighth Annual Midwest Rural Agricultural Safety and Health Forum (MRASH), November 2009, described the importance of looking at health promotion and disease prevention not only at the level of the individual but also at the community and environmental level.  相似文献

利用基线调查的数据,采用卫生经济学的研究方法,并且借助于SPSS统计软件,对江西省农村居民医疗服务利用、费用及影响因素进行详尽的分析,为新型农村合作医疗的决策者和基层工作者提供了方法上的指导。研究得出的主要结论如下:第一,不同层次农村居民医疗服务利用及费用呈明显的偏态分布,因此合作医疗的目标人群应是所有的农村居民;第二,要加强农村基层卫生机构的建设;第三,要因地制宜地确定合作医疗筹资及补偿标准;第四,要强化各级政府对新型农村合作医疗的财政支持。  相似文献

Here, we review the research we have conducted on social contagion. We describe the methods we have employed (and the assumptions they have entailed) to examine several datasets with complementary strengths and weaknesses, including the Framingham Heart Study, the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health, and other observational and experimental datasets that we and others have collected. We describe the regularities that led us to propose that human social networks may exhibit a ‘three degrees of influence’ property, and we review statistical approaches we have used to characterize interpersonal influence with respect to phenomena as diverse as obesity, smoking, cooperation, and happiness. We do not claim that this work is the final word, but we do believe that it provides some novel, informative, and stimulating evidence regarding social contagion in longitudinally followed networks. Along with other scholars, we are working to develop new methods for identifying causal effects using social network data, and we believe that this area is ripe for statistical development as current methods have known and often unavoidable limitations. Our response to the euthanasia movement brings us to the depths of moral character and spirituality. Character bears witness to the true significance of our Catholic convictions about the dignity of persons, the value of life, our dependence on God, and our interdependence on one another. To be credible players in public debates on euthanasia and assisted suicide, we have to bear convincing witness, personally and corporately, to the ways we care first for ourselves and for those who are not as fortunate as we--the sick, the elderly, the indigent, and the dying. Who we will be in the face of death will have a lot to do with what we have come to believe about life, with the values we have upheld, with the attitudes we have taken, and with the habits of thought and behavior we have formed. So we need not be victims of what dying has in store for us. Rather, we can engage our dying by developing those habits of the heart which will make a difference in the way we adapt to unwanted circumstances and endure what we cannot change. We cannot develop strength of character if we are not nurtured by a community of character. In addition to personal character, we also need to be a community that gives witness to those fundamental religious and moral convictions which shape our living and dying in ways that would make euthanasia unthinkable.  相似文献

We have witnessed the separation of the care for an individual patient and the concern for the health of a population. As we anticipate the twenty-first century, we see the wisdom of reconnecting these concerns. The knowledge and skills that we will address can help bridge the gap. First, we offer background to seminal work during the twentieth century that set the foundation for the improvement of health care. Next, we describe two major challenges for the continual improvement of health care that lie ahead. Third, we suggest an approach that leaders might use to address major challenges. Fourth, we offer a set of knowledge domains that outline the knowledge and skills that leaders of the improvement of health care will need. Finally, we provide two special issues that require additional mention and should not be overlooked. We believe that the combination of these ideas can provide a framework for knowledge building, action taking, and reflection needed by health care leaders in the coming century.  相似文献

对止血带污染调查及对策分三步进行。第一步调查发现对止血带感染潜在危害性认识不足,第二步通过调查采取对策:宣传教育统一思想、统一认识—它可致病人相互传染及医护人员的自身传染。建立消毒管理制度,增加固定数并建立保管制度,检查监测制度,但抽样检查仍不满意。第三步通过监测后又采取第二步对策,加强了检查督促制度,进一步明确了止血带消毒的重要性,并建立了奖惩制度,使止血带的消毒持之以恒,制度化。因此,第二次抽样监测达标满意。  相似文献

目的 依靠DRGS平台的病案大数据,研究双向转诊的下转标准制定,将病人从三级医院分流到二级医院与社区,实现分级诊疗。方法 通过DRGS软件平台,分析2015年1月 - 2016年12月2年的病案大数据,建立下转标准并实施。通过对2017上半年病案数据的监测,检查下转标准实施的合理性及效果。结果 分析DRGS平台的病案大数据,将“权重(CW)小于0.5且平均住院天数小于6 d”的DRGS组作为向下转诊的标准,调控2017年1 - 6月的患者,由三级医院转诊至二级医院或社区。结论 通过DRGS平台权重指数制定下转标准,合理分流患者,为分级诊疗的落实提供借鉴与参考。  相似文献

This paper aims to explore ways in which we as occupational therapists in Australia can participate in enabling a different and better future for all Australians. In doing so, it is necessary to explore our history and our cultures, both individually and collectively as a profession, and to understand the ways in which these shape who we are and what we do. As occupational therapists, we have valuable knowledge and skills that have the potential to contribute in a positive way to the health and educational outcomes of Indigenous Australians. As a profession operating in Australia, we also have a responsibility to reach this potential.
