针对儿科护理工作的特殊性对儿科护理中影响护患沟通的因素进行综述,包括超负荷的工作状态、嘈杂的工作环境、护士缺乏有效促进沟通的技巧、患儿的依从性差、患儿家长对医护工作不理解等。提出针对特殊护理对象应合理配置护理人员,改善工作环境,提高护士的自身素质,合理运用沟通技巧等,从而促进儿科护患沟通顺利进行。  相似文献

总结护患沟通技巧在提高妇科优质护理工作中的应用。对笔者所在医院妇科2014年1月至12月收治的645例患者应用护患沟通技巧,包括语言沟通、非语言沟通、健康教育和护理操作取信患者的沟通。认为掌握和运用护患沟通技巧,有利于提高优质护理水平。正确的护患沟通能提高护士的工作热情,满足患者和护士的心理需要,使患者有良好的心态配合治疗和护理,可构建温馨和谐的护患关系,提高患者对临床护理工作的满意度。  相似文献

目的分析感染科护理工作中影响护患沟通的因素及探讨改善医患沟通的对策。方法随机选择我科5名责任护士及其主管的8名患者进行问卷调查,5名责任护士主要调查护患交流时间及护患沟通技巧重视度,并调查所选40名患者对护理工作的满意度,分析护患交流时间及护患沟通技巧与患者满意度之间的关系。结果护患沟通时间及护患沟通技巧重视度与患者满意度均存在直线相关,即护患沟通时间越长,患者满意程度越高;护士对沟通技巧重视度越高,患者满意程度越高。结论临床护理工作中,重视提高护患沟通时间及沟通技巧可大大提高患者对护理工作的满意度。  相似文献

目的 探讨外宾患者临床护理中应用非语言沟通的技巧和方法,保证护理工作顺利进行,提高对外宾患者护理服务质量.方法 总结我科收治的96例外宾患者的护理体会,护理中运用非语言沟通方式,通过创造舒适的住院环境、友善而亲切的眼神传递、温和的面部表情、肢体语言的应用、熟练的技术操作、与翻译及家属沟通协调、护士提高自我意识等非语言沟通技巧实施护理工作.结果 沟通后降低了患者对医院的惧怕生疏感,增加了安全感、亲切感和对护士的信任感,患者能积极主动配合治疗和护理.结论 非语言沟通与语言沟通一样在外宾护理工作中起着不可忽视的作用,可改善护患关系,提高护士在患者心目中的地位,提高护理工作的质量.  相似文献

目的了解沟通技巧在临床工作中的实际应用情况,找出其中的薄弱之处,为下一步如何将沟通技巧更恰当地应用到实际工作中去提供真切的参考依据,也为进一步改善护患关系,促进护患沟通做出贡献。方法在病房发放自行设计的问卷100份,向50例患者和50名护士进行问卷调查。调查内容:①护患沟通的时间;②沟通技巧的重要性;③各种沟通技巧在护患沟通中应用的调查情况,包括对患者的称呼、运用尊重性语言、耐心宣教的落实、倾听、平易近人和鼓励性语言;④患者的满意度。结果回收有效问卷96份,其中护士50份,患者46份。护士与患者沟通交流的时间过短,对患者的称呼不够尊重,倾听患者的心声不够,态度不够亲切、平易近人。结论护士应努力提高沟通交流技巧的应用能力,发展及促进良好的护患关系,提高护理质量,提高患者满意度,使患者真正接受整体护理。  相似文献

目的:探讨非语言沟通技巧在骨科外籍患者护理中的应用效果.方法:对28例骨科外籍患者的护理方法进行总结,分析和总结面部表情、身体语言、眼神接触、人际距离、人体接触、护士的仪表、环境的安排等非语言沟通技巧和经验.结果:通过非语言沟通技巧的应用,能够弥补语言沟通不足的障碍,建立良好的护患信任关系.结论:在骨科外籍患者护理中,充分发挥非语言沟通的优势,能够突破外籍患者护理的困境,有利于提升护理质量,提高外籍患者及家属的满意度.  相似文献

Student nurses’ experiences of communication in cross‐cultural care encounters Background: Communication is a fundamental component of cross‐cultural care encounters. Nurses experience communication difficulties in situations where they do not speak the same language as their patients. Communication difficulties are a major obstacle for immigrant patients and can lead to insufficient information and poor quality nursing care in contrast to the majority population. Aim: To explore student nurses’ experiences of communication in cross‐cultural care encounters. Methods: Semi‐structured interviews were undertaken a purposive sample of 10 final year students from one university in Sweden: five participants were from a Swedish background and five from an immigrant background. Interviews explored participant’s experiences of communication in cross‐cultural care encounters. Interviews were tape recorded, transcribed and analysed using ‘framework’ approach. Results: Four themes were identified: conceptualizing cross‐cultural care encounters, difficulties in communication, communication strategies and factors influencing communication. ‘Culture’ was equated with country of origin. Cross‐cultural care encounters involved patients from a different immigrant background to the nurse. Student nurses experienced particular difficulties communicating with patients with whom they did not share a common language. This led to care becoming mechanistic and impersonal. They were fearful of making mistakes and lacked skills and confidence in questioning patients. Various strategies were used to overcome communication barriers including the use of relatives to interpret, nonverbal communication, gestures and artefacts. Other factors which influenced communication included the student’s attitude, cultural knowledge acquired through education and life experience. Conclusion: Although student nurses seek creative ways to communicate with patients from different cultural backgrounds they lack skills and confidence in cross‐cultural communication. Nursing programmes need to address this deficit to ensure that nurses are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide quality care to patients from different cultural backgrounds.  相似文献

目的:调查护生实习前临床沟通能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2012年7月即将进入实习的中职和高职学生共263名作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、一般自我效能量表和护生临床沟通能力测评量表进行调查。结果护生临床沟通能力总分为(82.56±8.87)分,其中共同参与得分率最低,验证感受和传递信息次之,敏锐倾听得分率最高。学生一般自我效能总分为(2.37±0.49)分。影响护生临床沟通能力的主要因素有与老师的关系、一般自我效能、是否为学生干部、与患者的关系和报考意愿5项,可解释临床沟通能力总变异量的20.7%。结论护生实习前临床沟通能力处于中等水平,在开展人际沟通、护理礼仪等课程的同时,采取多种措施增进护生与老师的关系、提高其自我效能感、鼓励其参加学生管理工作、增加护生与患者交流机会、培养其对本专业的职业认同感,可提高护生临床沟通能力。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Family planning programmes in developing countries need a better understanding of nurse-patient communication in order to improve the quality of counselling. OBJECTIVES: To identify factors in the clinic and in the community that enable nurses and patients to communicate effectively with one another. DESIGN: The study explored the personal experiences of nurses and patients who communicate especially effectively during family planning consultations (so-called "positive deviants"). SETTING: Sixty-four randomly selected public clinics located in East Java, Indonesia. PARTICIPANTS: Seven positive deviant nurses and 32 positive deviant patients were identified from among 64 nurses and 768 patients who participated in an earlier patient coaching study. Flooding prevented 5 patients from participating in the study, reducing their number to 27. METHODS: Investigators conducted: (1) a content analysis of qualitative data collected by structured in-depth interviews and focus-group discussions (FGDs) with positive deviant nurses and patients, and (2) analyses of variance (ANOVA) of quantitative data on clinic, nurse, and patient characteristics. RESULTS: Positive deviant nurses identified four factors, listed in rough order of importance, that helped them communicate effectively: independent study to strengthen their knowledge and skills; communication aids; feedback from colleagues; and motivation stemming from a desire to help people, patients' appreciation, husband's support, and increased income. Positive deviant patients identified five enabling factors: motivation due to their need for a service; confidence in their own communication skills; positive feedback from nurses; belief in patients' right and responsibility to communicate with nurses; and communication aids. CONCLUSIONS: Insights from positive deviant nurses and patients suggest that efforts to improve nurse-patient communication should go beyond conventional communication skills training. Managers should consider a mix of clinic-based interventions (such as peer feedback, communication aids, and better management of patient flow) and community-based interventions (such as patient education and mass media).  相似文献
