目的调查低年资护士的共情能力并分析其影响因素。方法采用临床护士共情能力测评量表、工作环境评价量表、护士工作满意度调查表和同事支持量表对220名工作5年以内的护士进行共情能力的调查分析。结果低年资护士的共情能力总分为(71.00±6.32)分,影响年轻护士共情能力的主要因素是工作环境、工作满意度和同事支持(P0.01)。结论低年资护士共情能力水平偏低,护理管理者应积极采取有效措施改善工作环境、增加管理者及同事的支持度和护士的满意度,以提高低年资护士的共情能力。  相似文献

目的:了解高护女生的共情现状,探讨共情现状的形成以及提高共情能力的方法.方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法进行团体施测,使用杰弗逊共情量表( JSE - HP)对262名高职护理女生进行测量.结果:非独生子女在观点采择上明显高于独生子女(P<0.05);各年级中大三护生在共情上得分最高,大三护生在情感护理、换位思考及共情方面的评分情况明显高于大一、大二护生(P<0.05);月生活费水平低的护生在情感护理和换位思考上明显高于月生活费水平高的护生(P<0.05).结论:本研究支持共情的自我和他人融合理论.以往经历可以增强共情者的感知相似性,有助于共情者的自我和他人进行融合,促进共情.  相似文献

目的探讨临床护士共情能力与人格的相关性,为护理管理者和护理教育者选拔和培养护理人才提供依据。方法采用杰弗逊共情量表(医护人员版)和大五人格量表(简版)对343名临床护士进行调查。结果临床护士的共情能力总分为(100.35±13.69)分;其人格特质各维度得分从高到低分别为谨慎性、外向性、亲和性、开放性和神经质。神经质与共情能力总分呈负相关(P0.01);开放性、亲和性和谨慎性与共情能力总分呈正相关(P0.01)。谨慎性是影响临床护士共情能力的主要因素。结论临床护士共情能力与人格具有相关性,护理管理者和教育者在选拔护理人才和培养护士共情能力应考虑其人格特征。  相似文献

目的 调查助产士共情能力现状并分析助产士共情能力的影响因素。方法 本研究采用滚雪球抽样的方法,通过问卷星进行网络调查。在2019年3—5月将自行设计的一般情况调查问卷和杰弗逊共情量表中文版制成问卷星电子调查问卷,发放到中华助产士专科培训微信群,并请求群成员将问卷转发至自己所在医院的产房助产士群,对全国25个省市80余家医院的297名助产士进行了调查。结果 助产士共情能力总分为(113.90±13.13)分,得分率均值为81.36%,各维度得分率均值由高到低依次为观点采择维度(82.36%),情感护理维度(80.64%),换位思考维度(79.67%)。参加过共情相关培训的助产士共情能力高于未参加培训者,对工作满意度高的助产士共情能力高于对工作不满意者和持一般态度者(P<0.05)。结论 助产士共情能力处于中等偏上水平,观点采择维度得分最高,换位思考维度得分最低,提示管理者可着重在换位思考角度加强对助产士共情能力的培训,同时采取多种措施提高助产士的工作满意度,以提高其共情能力。  相似文献

Evidence now suggests that improved empathic behaviors can have a positive impact on healthcare outcomes. Therefore, having psychometrically‐sound empathy scales is important for healthcare educators. In this study, the factor structure of the 20‐item Jefferson Scale Empathy–Health Profession Students' version, when completed by a group of undergraduate paramedic students from a large Australian university, was investigated. Data from the Scale completed by 330 paramedic students were analyzed using principal components analysis followed by a maximum likelihood confirmatory factor analysis to test goodness of fit to the sample data. Two factors emerged from the principal components analysis, “compassionate care” and “perspective taking”, accounting for 44.2% of the total variance. The 17‐item two‐factor model produced good model fit and good reliability estimates. Three of the original items did not fit the model. Results from the confirmatory factor analysis suggest that the 17‐item Jefferson Scale Empathy–Health Profession Students' version is a valid and reliable measure for undergraduate paramedic students' empathy levels.  相似文献

This methodological study was conducted to test the psychometric properties of the Jefferson Scale of Empathy‐Health Professional Student's version (JSE‐HPS), in a convenience sample of 797 Italian nursing students and to describe their empathic engagement. Data were subjected to exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, test–retest, correlation analysis, t‐test, and analysis of variance method. Principal component factor extraction with Oblimin rotation on the first half of the sample was conducted. The analysis suggested a three‐factor solution for 14 items: “compassionate care/emotional engagement,” “perspective‐taking,” and “standing in the patient's shoes.” Confirmatory factor analysis on the second half of the sample showed good fit indexes for the 14‐item solution, indicated by the exploratory factor analysis, and the 20 item solution of the scale, with the exception of one item. Test–retest correlation was 0.50 (P < 0.001) for the overall scale. Results from group comparisons and correlations are also provided and discussed. The Italian version of the JSE‐HPS is a psychometrically sound tool. The translated 20‐item solution is also suitable to carry out cross‐cultural comparisons.  相似文献

目的:了解产科护士共情能力及工作家庭冲突现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法:通过方便取样法抽取湖南省长沙、株洲、衡阳三市城区医院426名产科护士,采用一般资料问卷、人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、工作家庭冲突量表进行调查。结果:产科护士共情能力均分为(54.99±0.42)分,工作家庭冲突得分为(53.62±0.48)分,提示产科护士共情能力与家庭工作冲突均处于中等水平;两者呈负相关(P<0.05),基于时间、压力的工作-家庭冲突及基于压力、行为的家庭-工作冲突对共情能力影响最大。结论:产科护士共情能力与工作家庭冲突存在负相关关系,护理管理者应关注护士工作家庭冲突对共情能力的潜在影响,采取有效措施,降低其工作家庭冲突水平,提高产科护士的共情能力,从而进一步提高护理质量。  相似文献

目的探讨精神科护士共情倾向与关怀能力之间的关系。方法采用人际反应指针量表和关怀能力量表调查147名精神科护士的共情倾向、关怀能力及其二者之间的关系。结果精神科护士共情各维度得分由高至低依次为共情性关心、幻想、观点采择、个人痛苦;关怀能力总分为(180.99±19.48)分,各维度得分均低于常模(P<0.01);精神科护士共情倾向的各维度(共情性关心、观点采择、幻想、个人痛苦)以及护士的职称、护龄是关怀能力的影响因素。结论精神科护士的关怀能力有待进一步提高,共情倾向影响护士实施关怀照护行为,建议对护士进行有针对性的管理和培训,提高护士的共情能力,有助于改善护士对病人的关怀,进而提高护理服务质量。  相似文献

目的探讨巴林特小组对骨科护士共情能力及职业倦怠感的影响。方法成立巴林特小组,每月组织1~2次巴林特小组培训活动,于培训前及完成22次培训后,比较骨科护士共情能力及职业倦怠感。结果巴林特小组培训后骨科护士的"换位思考"维度得分较培训前提高(P0.01),共情能力总分及其各维度评分未提高(P0.05);72.73%的骨科护士存在轻中度及以上的职业倦怠感,培训前后职业倦怠评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论骨科护士容易在工作中出现职业倦怠感,巴林特小组培训对骨科护士在护患交流中的换位思考能力具有一定积极促进作用。  相似文献

目的 采用Meta分析的方法评价临床护士心理弹性与共情疲劳的相关性。方法 检索美国科学引文索引网络版数据库(Web of Science)、世界医学文献数据库(PubMed)、Ovid电子期刊全文数据库、EBSCO护理学全文学术期刊(CINAHL)、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普全文电子期刊,检索时限为2001年1月—2021年10月,查找关于临床护士心理弹性与共情疲劳相关性的文献。由2名研究人员根据纳入、排除标准独立筛选、评价文献。提取资料后,使用RevMan 5.2进行Meta分析。结果 共计纳入4项研究,文献质量中等。Meta分析结果显示,护士心理弹性与共情疲劳合并相关系数为-0.22,亚组分析显示,ICU护士心理弹性与共情疲劳水平相关系数高于全院护士。结论 临床护士的心理弹性水平越高,其共情疲劳的程度越低,ICU护士心理弹性与共情疲劳水平相关性更高。建议护理管理者加大对于临床护士心理弹性建立的支持,减少共情疲劳对临床护士工作的影响。  相似文献

IntroductionEmergency nurses are likely to experience serious ethical dilemmas and conflicts because of the dangerous and unpredictable care situations. Nursing ethical decision-making ability is therefore a core competence. Empathy and professional values may be the important variables that influence ethical decision-making. However, for emergency nurses, there is a lack of empirical evidence to support presently. This study aimed to explore the influence of empathy and professional values on nursing ethical decision-making of emergency nurses.MethodsA convenience sample of 236 emergency nurses from 10 general hospitals in China were surveyed. Their ethical decision-making ability, empathy and professional values were measured using the Judgment About Nursing Decision scale, Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professionals, and Nursing Professional Values Scale-Revised, respectively. Additionally, their sociodemographic data were collected. Univariate analysis, Pearson analysis, and multiple linear regression were performed.ResultsThe mean ethical decision-making score of emergency nurses was 295.06 ± 26.49, which was medium level. Their average ethical choice score was higher than that of ethical action (P < 0.001). The multiple linear regression results showed that professional values (Standardized coefficients (β) = 0.295, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.618–1.618), empathy (β = 0.210, 95% CI: 0.620–1.613), job title (β = 0.253, 95% CI: 0.357–2.800) and number of forms of in-service training on ethical decision-making (β = 0.243, 95% CI: 0.254–3.942) were the independent factors significantly influencing the ethical decision-making ability. The multivariate linear regression model had an F statistic of 32.153 (P < 0.001) and an R2 = 0.588.ConclusionsStrengthening nurses’ empathy and professional values can help nurses make ethical decisions. More clinical experience and in-service training on ethical decision-making can help emergency nurses better handle ethical dilemmas and conflicts.  相似文献
