目的应用条形码技术识别标本。替代传统检验标本处理程序,提高工作效率和检验质量。方法用HP小机服务器和HP存储服务器,采用SQLserver2000系统数据,使所有工作站和服务器全部挂接在医院局域网上运行。条形码选用CODE128码。结果条形码技术应用于实验室检测,规范了工作流程,提高了工作效率,减少了分析差错。结论条形码技术的应用,是实现实验室信息自动化的重要途径。  相似文献

目的建立大规模人群的分子流行病学队列研究生物库,确保快速、准确地识别每一份生物样本,并保持其活性,以便长时间跟踪研究。方法采用条形码识别技术对血液样品的采集、处理及存储、查询过程进行全程管理。结果创建成功以条形码自动识别技术为核心的新型运作管理模式,建立起10000人份的生物样品库。大型生物样本库实施条形码管理系统可缩短每份样品的处理时间,提高工作效率1.5倍。结论条形码技术的应用可有效地避免样品间的相互混淆,使实验室每一项工作准确、可靠、高效,实现医学研究工作全面信息化,提高基因队列研究的质量。  相似文献

This pilot study investigated how farm operators use and experience working with advanced farm technology and automated systems. The study participants included 10 farm operators at 4 modern and technically well-equipped arable and dairy farms. The informants reported that the technology allowed for more accuracy and efficiency in daily work, made the work less physically strenuous, and gave more time for leisure. The challenges lay in systems and programs not being compatible and difficulties in interpreting generated data. At times, the technology was considered complex or difficult to handle and operate. It was also considered mentally stressful when it did not work as expected. Nightly alarms causing disturbed sleep and work time, and tasks losing some of their clear and natural starts and ends were the most challenging issues on dairy farms. Malfunctions disturbed the daily work, especially when spare parts or service technicians were unavailable. The informants concluded that advanced farm technology and automated systems had both positive and negative sides. They reported no consistent mental strain caused by the technology and considered it a necessity for their future work. However, technology and automated systems must be functional, user-friendly, and reliable to avoid imposing potential mental strain.  相似文献

This paper examines the probable association between use of complex technologies in the work setting and psycho-social factors believed to impact upon human health. The analysis is set within two long-standing philosophical perspectives on technology, one which holds that technology controls human choice and action, and the other which sees technology as a useful tool for extending human capabilities. Research evidence linking technologies of work to health are reviewed. On the basis of this literature, the authors conclude that, in general, among blue collar and clerical workers, technology is often a controlling element, to the detriment of health; but among professionals and managers, technology can be an aid to work and may therefore facilitate positive health. Strategies are offered toward the prevention and detection of, and intervention into work environments which, through the use of high technology, may pose a threat to health.  相似文献

The rate of diffusion of information technology varies among industries, as does its resultant added value. The different paces of work transformation are determined by the opportunities of the differing work processes, efficiency of exchange of workplace ideas, and relationships among constituencies. The differences raise the question of why the maturation process is accelerated (or restrained) in different industries, how the health care industry fares in comparison, and how information technology may be more effectively used as health care evolves toward new forms of work interaction, control mechanisms, and information technology management paradigms and as information processing moves toward higher levels of complexity.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present the experience of nurses since the introduction of information technology in hospital work processes. It analyzes the meaning of information technology within the subjectivity and perception of healthcare in nursing work in a general hospital. As a theoretical background, it takes studies of work psychodynamics/psychopathology, referred to healthcare work processes and their repercussions on worker health. This qualitative inquiry strives to understand the significance of this subject in nursing routines. The field research was based on semi-structured interviews and non-systematic observation of some nursing activities, noting some resistance to change among the nurses, with difficulties in organizing the work and introducing them to new ways of handling their tasks. Faced by a machine, they feel trapped and isolated. This leads to the conclusion that the implementation of information technology interferes significantly in the work processes of the nurses participating in this study, and may adversely affect their health in the future.  相似文献

The substitution of clinical with non-clinical staff to triage and manage calls in the NHS urgent care services is one of the number of measures designed to meet growing health services demand. The deployment of a Computer Decision Support System ‘NHS Pathways’ to support this work has created a new type of health worker and a new form of risk work. In this article, we examine how call handlers manage, experience and respond to risk in their everyday practice of telephone assessment. We draw on data from an ethnographic study of 5 NHS 111 sites involving 356 h of observation plus 6 focus groups with 47 health services staff in 2011–2012. We found that there was a ‘risk problem’ involving balancing the competing demands of assessing patients safely against rationing limited health resources. The new service used technology to support risk management but this technology also created risk work for call handlers, clinicians and patients. We found that call handlers engaged in risk work that involved interpretation, judgement and flexibility in using NHS Pathways. Call handlers also deferred some risk work to both clinicians and patients/callers. Risk work now involves ‘making the technology work’ and much of this work has been delegated to non-clinical call handlers. These new healthcare workers are interpreters of risk. Risk work creates a sense of responsibility (and sometimes anxiety) for these non-clinical call handlers.  相似文献
