目的:探讨玫瑰花临床治疗的内在物质基础,为其临床合理用药提供资料。方法:对山东“传统”玫瑰花进行氨基酸、微量元素含量测定;对甘肃产的“苦水”玫瑰花进行氨基酸分析。结果:山东“传统”玫瑰花和甘肃“苦水”玫瑰花均含有17种人体所需要的氨基酸;山东“传统”玫瑰花中含有较高含量的微量元素和低含量的有害元素(铅)。结论:山东传统玫瑰花氨基酸总量为8.70%,甘肃玫瑰花氨基酸总量为6.73%,山东高于甘肃;山东“传统”玫瑰花含有人体必须的微量元素。  相似文献

本文对增乳灵口服液中的氨基酸和微量元素的含量进行了测定。该制剂中含有宏量的K,较多的Zn、Ca、Mg、Na,微量的Fe、Cu、Mn、Pb和多种必需氨基酸。含量在3mg/10ml以上的氨基酸有六种,即:精氨酸、谷氨酸、苯丙氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸和甘氨酸,,尚含有促进婴幼儿大脑发育,提高智力的牛磺酸。这些微量元素(除Pb外)和氨基酸对提高乳汁的质和量,对乳母和婴儿的健康是有益的。  相似文献

目的:对比分析蛇胆汁和鸡胆汁中的氨基酸及微量元素.方法:先将胆汁制备成胆粉,再分别用氨基酸分析仪和原子吸收分光光度计分析其中的氨基酸和微量元素.结果:鸡胆汁中除了牛磺酸含量略低于蛇胆汁外,其他氨基酸的种类和含量非常相似;蛇胆汁中微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu的含量均略高于鸡胆汁.结论:为鸡胆汁替代蛇胆汁提供了一定的理论依据.  相似文献

对全国七厂家石斛夜光丸中的12种微量元素和20种氨基酸进行了测定,发现各厂样品中均含有宏量的K、Na、Mg,较多的Zn、Cu、Mn和微量的Cr、Sr、Pb、As,并含有丰富的人体必需的多种氨基酸,且各厂中的同种氨基酸含量基本接近,含量在4.0%以上的有精氨酸、亮氨酸、谷氨酸和门冬氨酸。  相似文献

采用硝酸消化、直流氩等离子体火焰发射光谱仪测定出干花豆根中含有20多种微量元素。经氨基酸自动分析仪测出含有游离氨基酸17种。采用间接碘量法对其中多糖进行含量测定,结果表明干花豆根中多糖含量为0.183%,RSD为3.15%。  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to examine trace elements (Zn, Cu, Mn, Se, Fe, Co, Cr, Ni, Cd, Pb), minerals (Ca, Mg, K), amino acids status in children with phenylketonuria and also whether they were correlated with each other in phenylketonuric patients.It has been found out that the HPA group was significantly lower than the control group with regards to Zn, Se, K, Ca, Mg and Zn/Cr levels (p < 0.001, p < 0.01, p < 0.001, p < 0.01, p < 0.01 and p < 0.001 respectively). In the patients with HPA, significantly strong positive correlations were observed between magnesium and calcium (r = 0.791; p = 0.001), also, indicates negative significant correlation between the concentrations of magnesium and phenylalanine (r = −0.591; p = 0.026).The results of this study showed that, in the HPA group, phenylalanine-Mg relationship found, the presence of disease will in the evaluation of phenylalanine and other amino acids, together with the value of magnesium is required to consider.  相似文献

Dietary exposure of the French population to trace elements has been assessed in the second national Total Diet Study (TDS). Food samples (n = 1319) were collected between 2007 and 2009 to be representative of the whole diet of the population, prepared as consumed, and analyzed. Occurrence data were combined with national individual consumption data to estimate dietary exposure for adults and children mean and high consumers. Compared to the 1st French TDS performed in 2000–2004, exposure is higher for cadmium, aluminium, antimony, nickel, cobalt and lower for lead, mercury and arsenic. For aluminium, methylmercury, cadmium, lead and inorganic arsenic risk cannot be ruled out for certain consumer groups. It still appears necessary to continue undertaking efforts to reduce exposure to these elements. Due to the lack of robust toxicological data and/or speciation analysis in food on chromium, tin, silver and vanadium to perform a risk assessment, data on occurrence and dietary exposure are provided as Supplementary material. In order to minimize nutritional and chemical risks, the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES) reiterates its recommendation for a diversified diet (food items and origins).  相似文献

目的检测不同加工莱阳沙参的氨基酸含量。方法采用氨基酸自动分析仪对不同加上的莱阳沙参进行氨基酸检测。结果莱阳沙参至少含有19种氨基酸,不同的加工品氨基酸含量差异明显,烫去皮晒干北沙参总氨基酸含量最高(19.18%)。结论为不同加工的北沙参质量评价提供依据。  相似文献

Twenty-four acutely ill schizophrenic patients (DSM-III-R), 18–42 years old, were treated for 6 weeks with sulpiride. Sulpiride was administered in three different daily dosages (starting with 400, 800 or 1200 mg) according to a double blind randomized administration schedule. The monoamine metabolites (MAM) homovanillic acid (HVA), 5-hydroxy-indoleacetic acid (5-HIAA), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenylglycol (HMPG) and the amino acids tyrosine, tryptophan, glutamate and glutamine were measured in serum before treatment and once a week during treatment. There were no significant differences between healthy controls and schizophrenic patients in serum levels of monoamine metabolites and amino acids before treatment. There was no dose-response effect of sulpiride on serum levels of the monoamine metabolites or the amino acids. The results are therefore based on the whole group of patients. During treatment the HMPG levels were reduced at all points in time. The serum level of HVA was significantly reduced after 6 weeks. The 5-HIAA and the amino acid levels were not changed during treatment. There were no significant correlations among the monoamine metabolites before treatment. During treatment, however, significant correlations were found among MAM and amino acids. Since the biochemical findings during the treatment were not related to the dose or the concentration of sulpiride the results may be related to secondary biochemical effects of sulpiride and/or to changes in the clinical state following treatment.  相似文献

目的研究和分析抑郁症患者血清CRP、BDNF及微量元素的变化状态。方法选取2011年9月~2013年10月本院收治的65例抑郁症患者为观察组,并以同期的65例同龄健康者为对照组,将两组的血清CRP、BDNF及微量元素水平进行检测与比较,同时比较不同汉密尔顿抑郁量表评估结果者的检测水平。结果观察组的血清CRP、Fe及Cu均高于对照组,血清BDNF、Zn及Mg均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。重度抑郁患者的血清CRP、Fe及Cu均高于轻度及中度抑郁患者,血清BDNF、Zn及Mg均低于轻度及中度抑郁患者;中度抑郁患者的血清CRP、Fe及Cu均高于轻度抑郁患者,血清BDNF、Zn及Mg均低于轻度抑郁患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论抑郁症患者的血清CRP、BDNF及微量元素均呈现异常状态,且不同严重程度者间存在显著差异。  相似文献

A series of thiazole-derived N-Boc amino acids were synthesized and evaluated as targeted potential antimalarials against plasmepsins II enzyme of malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum. All the compounds showed moderate to good activity. Compounds 3f and 3g were found to have highest the 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) values (3.45 μM and 4.89 μM, respectively) against Plasmodium falciparum. The compounds docked to the active site of plasmepsin II. Most of the compounds were found to interact with the catalytic amino acids ASP34 and ASP214 of plasmepsin II. A good correlation was observed between binding energy and antiparasitic activity of the thiazole derivatives.  相似文献

Twenty-four acutely ill schizophrenic patients (DSM-III-R), 18–42 years old, were treated for 6 weeks with sulpiride. Sulpiride was administered in three different daily dosages (400, 800 or 1200 mg) according to a double dummy blind randomized administration schedule. The psychopathology of the patients was rated by the Comprehensive Psychopathological Rating Scale (CPRS) and the Nurse's Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE). The monoamine metabolites homovanillic acid (HVA), 5-hydroxy-indoleacetic acid (5-HIAA), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenylglycol (HMPG) and the amino acids tyrosine, tryptophan, glutamate and glutamine were measured in serum before and once a week during sulpiride treatment. There were no significant correlations between the CPRS or the NOSIE morbidity scores and the biochemical measures before drug treatment. HVA levels were not correlated to rating scores during treatment, but after 6 weeks HVA had decreased significantly in the patients with a good response but not in the patients with a poor response. A negative relationship between 5-HIAA levels and depressive and negative symptoms was found. Nonresponders according to the subscale for depression had low 5-HIAA levels throughout the treatment. An increase of tryptophan was correlated to improvement in the early part of treatment. High levels of glutamate or glutamine were found in non-responders before treatment. During treatment an increase of the glutamate level was correlated to improvement. Low levels of glutamine were related to improvement according to global and NOSIE (total) rating scores. Peripheral biochemical measures may be a valuable tool in the study of pathophysiological mechanisms and treatment effects in patients with schizophrenia.  相似文献

目的探讨不育症患者头发微量元素含量与精液质量的关系。方法用极谱分析法的模拟单扫描方式对发样进行Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mg含量测定,并对有关数据进行统计分析。结果不育症患者头发中Zn含量均低于生育组(P<0.01),而Cu则相反,Zn与精子密度、活动度呈正相关,而Cu则呈负相关;无、少精子组患者头发Fe和Ca含量与精子密度正常组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不育症患者Mg含量不论无、少精子组还是活动力异常组与生育组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头发中微量元素Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mg的含量对男性不育有一定的影响。  相似文献
