This paper looks at the scientific production of nursing professionals, on the subject of education in nursing, published in REBEn (BRAZILIAN JOURNAL OF NURSING) between 1990-2001. It aims at identifying articles on education in nursing and analyzing the levels and sub-themes in 168 articles obtained from 43 magazines. Results showed that undergraduation teaching was the most highlighted theme, followed by education for health and continued education. There was less attention to the theme education (in general), post-graduation and High School Education. The study concluded that, in the last decade, Brazilian nursing has reflected upon curriculum changes, which were conquered by its professionals; valued its educational role through privileging education in health and highlighted continued education due to technological advances.  相似文献

The authors identify a number of lessons to be learned regarding implementing a knowledge management system in hospitals. Building on the diffusion of innovations model, the authors address the development and implementation of a staffing productivity system designed to anticipate future hospital staffing needs. They describe the methodology behind the daily staff management system, efforts to market the system, and the implementation process and subsequent discontinuance of the system in a few early adopter hospitals. The authors address a number of principles of diffusion of innovations in the context of a complex adaptive system and provide insights into why some knowledge management systems fail.  相似文献

The article presents some reflections based on the authors'participation in a workshop when the subject: colective processes of knowledge production in health was discussed. Based on other authors' ideas such as Michel Focault and Norbert Elias, the author's discussion concerns some dimensions over that process in a particular knowledge considering the hospital setting and also the position of specific nursing know-how in the context of professional practice (nursing records), with central focus in the work, the disease, and the sick body. In that direction the text is structured around three inter-related/dependent central questions: which knowledge configure nursing know how in hospital context? Which registered knowledge reinforce, legitimate and feed-back the nursing know how? How does this process occur, what and for who are those effects?  相似文献

This is a historical study that analyses the formation process of the professional habitus of Rachel Haddock Lobo through the reconstruction of her biography. It also analyses her contribution as 1st editor in chief of Revista Annaes de Enfermagem (Brazilian Journal of Nursing), in 1932, which is currently called Revista Brasileira de Enfermagem. The preferential primary sources of this study included written documents and the oral testimony of one of Rachel Haddock Lobo's family members. Both sources were obtained from Centro de Documenta??o da Escola de Enfermagem Ana Nery (Documentation Center of Ana Neri School of Nursing). Data were analyzed through the concepts of habitus and social configuration by Norbert Elias. The analysis showed that Rachel Haddock Lobo gave expressive contribution to the creation process of the journal referred, which, on its turn, had an strategic importance on the formation of the identity of the Brazilian nursing professionals at that time.  相似文献

The present study was carried out at the Municipalities of S?o Paulo and Guarulhos with undergraduate nursing students and aimed at evaluating their knowledge regarding neonatal nursing and, if necessary, to contribute to the program reformulation. Thus, we would be able to improve nurses knowledge on the full-term new born care. In order to develop a structured questionnaire to be used as an instrument to measure the studied variable, aspects of the theoretical content related to the most common care procedures at the neonatal unit were selected. This integrative literature review aimed to identify nursing actions for stimulating child development in national and international journals, between 2000 and 2009. Medline and Lilacs were examined, with analysis of fifteen articles. Results point out ludic elements as essential for child development and state that it should be explored by nursing professionals through art, music, toys and theatre. Soften the stress of hospitalization through environmental adjustments reduces its impact on child development. Guiding and intervening in the inter-relationships are nursing actions for the social and behavioral development of children. The themes addressed in literature are essential to the nursing practice in comprehensive child care.  相似文献

This study presents an analysis of the conditions of women/nurses in the articles published by REBEn (Brazilian Journal of Nursing) in the 1980's and 1990's. Initially, the researcher intended to analyze specifically those articles which had some reference to gender. However, in the beginnings of the 1980's, some articles pointed in the direction of the social problems involving women and the implication of these problems to nurses, without making explicit reference to gender category. Thus, the author decided to evaluate abstracts and the content of different articles, in order to detect those which were related to the subject of investigation. Eleven articles and two thematic editorials selected show that REBEn, although timidly, is a magazine which is updated regarding decisive moments of women's worldwide movement.  相似文献

目的 探讨医院感染基本知识培训对带状疱疹感染患者护理工作的影响,为减少与控制带状疱疹感染提供参考.方法 随机抽取2011年1月-2012年7月258例带状疱疹感染住院患者进行回顾性调查,对护理人员进行面对面的医院感染基本知识培训,培训结束后随机选取79名护士进行带状疱疹感染医院感染基本知识知晓率问卷调查.结果 带状疱疹感染患者护理工作影响相关因素包括治疗与护理持续时间、患者住院时间、抗菌药物使用种类等;79名护士在医院感染基本知识培训前后对疾病相关知识知晓率发生了显著的变化,护士对带状疱疹病因知识、感染因素、患者临床表现、感染危害、护理措施和医院感染防治知晓率教育前分别为46.8%、44.3%、51.9%、31.6%、44.3%和40.5%,教育后分别为86.1%、81.0%、89.9%、81.0%、87.3%和73.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 规范的护理操作可最大程度的减少或消除带状疱疹感染.  相似文献

The insane asylum, in spite of being criticized, reformed or even denied, is still a predominant habit in taking care of people with mental disturbances. That habit has as its basic principle the isolation of the mental sick, contradicting all the possibilities of assistance centered in an ethical humanism. This essay tries to interpret the institutionalization of the asylum, psychiatry, mental sickness and also the process of psychiatry reform, searching to contribute to all the reflections about uninstitutionalization, nursing knowledge and practice in mental health.  相似文献

目的:分析广州市儿童结核病疫情动态。方法;对1951-2001年广州市结核病登记统计资料和年报表进行分析总结。结果:0-14岁儿童结核病死亡率1951年为245.8/10万,2001年无结核病死亡;1961-2001年,活动性肺结核登记率和新登记率分别下降了98.6%和94.9%。7周岁儿童结素试验试验强阳性率1963-1996年下降了90.86%。结论:广州市儿童结核病疫情持续下降,明显好转。  相似文献
