加替沙星治疗淋病合并沙眼衣原体解脲支原体感染的安全性及可行性研究

目的探讨加替沙星治疗淋病合并沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染的安全性及可行性。方法将我院收治的76例淋病合并沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染患者随机均分为两组,观察组38例患者采用加替沙星治疗,对照组38例患者采用阿奇霉素治疗,比较分析两组的临床效果。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为97.4%、94.7%,淋球菌清除率分别为100.0%、97.4%,沙眼衣原体清除率分别为86.7%、85.7%,解脲支原体清除率分别为95.5%、91.3%,两组间以上各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为2.6%、21.1%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加替沙星治疗淋病合并沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染疗效满意,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。     

Endocervical chlamydial infection in women with gonorrhoea

Eighty six women attending Middle Road Hospital with endocervical gonococcal infection were evaluated. Chlamydia trachomatis was isolated in 27% of them. Women co-infected with C. trachomatis were similar to those with gonococcal infection alone in terms of demography, type of sexual contact, previous sexually transmitted disease, genitourinary symptoms, and clinical signs.     

Melioidosis in a child in papua new guinea successful treatment with kanamycin and trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole.

An instance of melioidosis is described in a five-year-old Papua New Guinean. The disease did not involve the lungs, but the patient presented with an abscess on the abdomen and with numerous abscesses on the feet. The disease was successfully treated with kanamycin and trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole. This is the fourth case known to have occurred in Papua New Guinea, and the patient is the first to have survived.
