应用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法和荧光素双标记法,研究了家兔心脏与心俞穴、内关穴的外周神经联系,结果提示心脏和心俞穴、内关穴除通过中枢途径联系外,心俞穴和心脏可通过外周突分支投射的感觉神经元直接联系;支配心脏和内关穴的交感节后神经元之间,可能还存在直接或间接联系,此结果为穴位一内脏相关的机理提供了形态学证据。  相似文献

目的 对内关、公孙配伍机理及两穴配伍应用能调节胃等内脏功能,从神经解剖学角度进行探讨。方法 运用CB-HRP神经示踪法。结果 两穴配伍应用可使相应的感觉神经元和运动神经元阳性标记细胞,在数量上增多和节段性分布扩大;阳性运动神经元树突皆向第Ⅶ、Ⅵ、Ⅴ层特异性延伸;能使在孤束核、腹腔神经节和背根神经节的阳性标记细胞明显减少。结论 提示内关、公孙配伍应用,其针刺信息在脊髓内经中间内、外侧核的神经元纤维感传至相应脊髓节段,再分别通过与交感神经、副交感神经形成突触联系,形成两穴配伍在脊髓层次的协同增效关系。同时通过两穴在脊髓内相应神经元向孤束核的投射纤维产生突触联系,实现对胃等内脏传入信息在脊髓和孤束核水平的调节整合作用  相似文献

本文收集前苏联临床针灸治疗神经、精神科疾病的近况,简述如下,供参考。一、脑部疾病等观察因低血压引起的神经循环张力障碍患者64例。临床采用针刺与药物疗法相结合。针刺主穴:合谷、曲池、三阴交、浮郄肩髎、中府、照海;配穴:内关、劳宫、中冲、列缺、太渊、中渚、外关、厉兑、本神、阳白、大赫、角孙、少冲、风池、公孙、孔最。耳针取有益于神经系统的大脑周围皮层、肾、肾上腺、心、卵巢和睾丸穴。针刺一次取穴4~8个,每穴刺激5~7min,一个疗程10~15次,每日一次,而后根据疾病改善情况隔天一次。治疗中所有患者同时进行药物疗法(刺五加、白刺、漏卢根茎、维生素制剂等)。作者认为针刺综合疗法治疗此类病症有明显疗效。等采用针刺疗法治疗大脑器质性疾病患者156例。主要病症为脑蛛网膜炎、扩散性(大)脑炎、脑中风后遗症等。针刺以电刺激为  相似文献

目的:为了足三里穴位注射时,避免对胫前动脉,胫神经,腓深神经的损伤,方法:解剖70例成人下肢。结果:足三里穴直刺进针时,针体由皮肤穿及骨间膜的深度为2.22±0.31cm,针体由皮肤穿达胫骨后肌后缘的深度为4.42±0.53cm。胫骨后肌的后后需针体深方是含有胫神经,胫后血管的血管神经束。  相似文献

Research on the ethnobotany of Mestizos in Suni Miraño in 1994 documented 60 plant species used for medicinal purposes. Some cultural data on traditional healing and etiology were also collected. The incidence of diabetes has increased considerably, and become the third serious chronic disease following cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Though acarbose, metformin, and 1-deoxynojirimycin have good efficacy for clinical application as hypoglycemic drugs, their expensive costs and some degree of side effects have limited their clinical application. Recently, increasing attention has concentrated on the polysaccharides from natural plant and animal sources for diabetes. In order to illustrate the pharmaceutical activity of polysaccharides as natural hypoglycemic agents, polysaccharides isolated from Astragalus, oyster mushroom, and Yacon were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase. Polysaccharides were extracted and purified from Astragalus, Oyster mushroom, and Yacon with hot water at 90 °C for 3 h, respectively. The total sugar content of the polysaccharide was determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid method. The α-glucosidase inhibitory activity was measured by the glucose oxidase method. The results exhibited that the inhibitory effects on α-glucosidase were in decreasing order, Astragalus 〉 oyster mushroom 〉 Yacon. The α-glucosidase inhibition percentage of Astragalus polysaccharide and oyster mushroom polysaccharide were over 40% at the polysaccharide concentration of 0.4 mg·mL^-1. The IC50 of Astragalus polysaccharide and oyster mushroom polysaccharide were 0.28 and 0.424 mg·mL^-1, respectively. The information obtained from this work is beneficial for the use polysaccharides as a dietary supplement for health foods and therapeutics for diabetes.  相似文献

Objective: To evaluate the synergistic effect of α-mangostin with tetracycline, erythromycin, and clindamycin against bacteria involved in acne production.Methods: A broth microdilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of α-mangostin and a range of antibiotics. Synergistic effects on antibacterial activity were determined based on their own MIC, and then using a checkerboard method and a time-kill assay at 37 °C for24 h.Results: α-Mangostin exhibited antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis and S. pyogenes with MIC values of 0.78, 3.13, 0.78, and 6.25 μg/m L, respectively. The results of the checkerboard assay showed that α-mangostin produced synergistic effects with tetracycline, erythromycin, and clindamycin against all tested bacteria, with a fractional inhibitory concentration index(FICI) between 0.09 and 0.32. Moreover, time-kill curve data indicated that α-mangostin increased the antibacterial activity of tetracycline, erythromycin, and clindamycin.Conclusion: These findings suggested that α-mangostin may be used to enhance the antibacterial activity of some antibiotics against bacteria involved in acne production.  相似文献

Ethnopharmacological relevance

Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. leaves have been used as medicinal herbs in the past 1300 years, specifically utilized to cure hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and obesity. It has been recorded in the most famous medicinal book in China for more than 400 years. The present study aims to identify the potential therapeutic activities of the flavonoids isolated from Nelumbo nucifera leaves.

Materials and methods

Nelumbo nucifera leaf flavonoids (NLF) were tested for the inhibition of lipase, α-glucosidase, and α-amylase activities in vitro. A single dose of NLF was administered by oral gavage in mice for acute toxicity. Wistar rats with high-fat diet-induced hyperlipidemia and two other animal models were used to evaluate the hypolipidemic effects of NLF.

Results

Our in vitro biochemistry tests revealed that the NLF showed high inhibitory activity against porcine pancreatic lipase, α-amylase, and α-glucosidase with IC50 values of 0.38±0.022, 2.20±0.18, and 1.86±0.018 mg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, the NLF significantly lowered the lipid components, such as the total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and malondialdehyde, in various established in vivo systems and raised the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Moreover, the NLF alleviated high-fat diet-induced lipid accumulation in the liver.

Conclusions

The results demonstrate that NLFs can effectively ameliorate hyperlipidemia and inhibit the key enzymes related to type 2 diabetes mellitus. Our findings may provide new pharmacological basis for the treatment of hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and obesity using NLFs.  相似文献
