Cross-sectional associations between lifestyle factors [cigarette smoking, alcohol intake, overall obesity indicated by body mass index (BMI), eating breakfast, snacking between meals, considering nutritional balance, coffee drinking, physical exercise, and hours of work and sleep] and serum lipid and lipoprotein levels were examined in 1580 middle-aged Japanese men in Osaka, Japan. From stepwise regression analyses, significant correlates with low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, and Log triglyceride levels were, in the order of relative importance: BMI, alcohol intake (negative), and age for LDL cholesterol level; BMI (negative), cigarette smoking (negative), alcohol intake, considering nutritional balance, and physical exercise for HDL cholesterol level; and BMI, cigarette smoking, working hours (negative), considering nutritional balance (negative), alcohol intake, and coffee drinking (negative) for Log triglyceride level. The cumulative percentages of variation for LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol and Log triglyceride levels were 4.2%, 15.4% and 14.7%, respectively. From stepwise regression analyses, excluding BMI as a factor in the model, snacking between meals emerged as a significant factor for LDL cholesterol level and HDL cholesterol level (negative). The cumulative percentage of variation for each serum lipid and lipoprotein level was decreased (1.5% for LDL cholesterol, 6.8% for HDL cholesterol, and 3.1% for Log triglyceride). These results suggest that BMI has the strongest association with serum lipid and lipoprotein levels and that good daily lifestyles may have an anti-atherogenic effect by altering serum lipid and lipoprotein levels in middle-aged Japanese men.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To assess the effects of a moderately hypoenergetic Mediterranean diet (MHMD) and exercise program on body cell mass (BCM) and cardiovascular disease risk factors in obese women. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Forty-seven obese women, 39.7+/-13.2 years of age, with a body mass index (BMI)=30.7+/-6.0 kg/m(2), completed the study. The following were measured at baseline, 2 and 4 months: BCM, BCM index (BCMI), body weight, BMI, fat-free mass (FFM), fat mass (FM), total body water (TBW), extracellular water (ECW) and intracellular water (ICW) using bioelectrical impedance analysis; fasting blood glucose (FBG), serum total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) concentrations; systolic (SBP) and diastolic (DBP) blood pressure. RESULTS: Body weight, BMI, FM, TC and TG significantly decreased (P<0.001; P<0.002 (TG)) at 2 and 4 months. FFM, TBW, ECW, FBG and DBP significantly decreased at 2 months (P<0.05 (FFM); P<0.001). LDL-C significantly decreased (P<0.001), while HDL-C significantly increased (P<0.002) at 4 months. BCM, BCMI, ICW and SBP remained stable over time. CONCLUSION: BCM was preserved and cardiovascular disease risk factors improved in obese women placed on a MHMD and exercise program for 4 months.  相似文献

目的 探讨中老年“健康”人群血清总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇 (HDL- C)、低密度脂蛋白—胆固醇 (L DL- C)水平及与相关个体因素的关系。方法 随机抽取 340人 ,横断面调查方法进行问卷调查、体格检查和血脂水平测定。结果  4 5岁以上的 340人 (男 183人、女 15 7人 )血清胆固醇水平均在正常范围内 ;女性 TC、HDL- C及 L DL- C水平均显著高于男性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;70岁以上老人 HDL- C水平均显著高于其它年龄组。逐步回归分析显示 :显著影响 TC水平的个体因素为年龄、性别 ,影响 L DL- C的因素为年龄、性别和体重指数 (BMI) ,影响 HDL- C水平的因素为年龄、饮酒、BMI。结论 超重和肥胖、经常大量饮酒是升高血胆固醇的重要因素。健康教育和行为干预过程中应强调良好的生活方式和维持适当的体重。  相似文献

Background: The present study examines the effect of joint exposure to cigarette smoking and alcohol intake on serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and triglyceride (TG) among Chinese male adults in Taiwan. Methods: A sample of 3311 men aged 20–59 years who reported having stable smoking and drinking behaviors during the period between January 1995 and December 1996 was selected from a periodic health checkup population. Serum lipids and lipoprotein cholesterol fractions were measured on fasting blood samples taken from participants. Statistical methods of analysis of variance and analysis of covariance were conducted to examine the associations of different smoking–drinking behavioral patterns with lipid and lipoprotein levels. Results: In the observed population, the percentages of men who had stable cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption behaviors were 39.5% (1307/3311) and 27.0% (895/3311), respectively. Mean values of TC and TG increased significantly and monotonically with increasing levels of cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption. In addition, alcohol intake was significantly associated with increased HDL-C and reduced LDL-C levels in a dose-dependent manner. More interestingly, the effect of alcohol consumption on LDL-C (negative) and TG (positive) levels was substantially greater for heavy smoker (> 20 cigarettes/day) than for light smokers ( 20 cigarettes/day) and non-smokers, while alcohol intake exerted a strong positive influence on HDL-C concentration regardless of levels of cigarette smoking. Conclusions: In this Chinese male population, cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption were confirmed to have similar effects on lipid and lipoprotein levels as in Caucasians. More interestingly, a significance of joint exposure to smoking and drinking in predicting lipid and lipoprotein levels was evident. These data indicate the importance of multifactorial interventions to obtain more favorable lipid and lipoprotein levels in the population.  相似文献

目的探讨老年人群体质指数、腰围与心血管病危险因素聚集的关系。方法对654名老年人进行健康查体,对不同体质指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)老年人的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和空腹血糖(FPG)平均水平及高血压、高TC、高TG、低HDL-C、糖尿病检出率进行分析,对心血管病危险因素聚集性进行分析。结果BMI、WC升高是老年人最常见的心血管病危险因素。随着BMI、WC的增加,老年人SBP、DBP、TC、TG、FPG平均水平明显升高,HDL-C平均水平降低,高血压、高TC、高TG、糖尿病的检出率明显增高。BMI为24.0~27.9ks/m^2时,老年人高血压、高TC、高TG、糖尿病的检出率分别为59.74%、3.89%、28.57%、10.06%,患高血压、高TG、糖尿病的危险性分别是正常BMI的1.65、1.88、1.85倍;BMI≥28.0ks/m^2时,老年人高血压、高TC、高TG、糖尿病的检出率分别为83.05%、5.08%、35.59%、15.25%,患高血压、高TG、糖尿病的危险性分别是正常BMI的5.44、2.60、2.98倍。男性WC≥85cm、女性WC≥80cm时,老年人高血压、高TC、高TG、糖尿病的检出率分别为66.15%、4.47%、29.57%、10.12%,患高血压、高TC、高TG的危险性分别是正常WC的3.52、6.51、1.68倍。BMI≥24.0kg/m^2或男性WC≥85cm、女性WC≥80cm的老年人伴随多个心血管病危险因素的比例显著增高。结论BMI、WC升高是导致老年人群心血管病危险因素聚集的重要因素。  相似文献

Pattern of the coronary artery disease (CAD) risk factors across body mass index (BMI) categories remains uncertain. There is a different threshold of obesity for increasing cardiovascular hazard across populations, accordingly recognition and management of obesity and overweight can guide better control of CAD epidemic in the national level. To determine the discrepancy in the prevalence of CAD risk factors across five BMI categories. A population based survey of 28566 participants recruited to medical screening of taxi drivres in Tehran (MSTDT) was designed. According to a standardized protocol data on CAD risk factors were obtained by taking medical history, examination and laboratory tests. After adjustment for age, sex, literacy, smoking, systolic blood pressure (SBP), fasting blood sugar (FBS), and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio, these CAD risk factors of diastolic blood pressure (DBP)>90 mmHg, hypertriglyceridemia, high triglyceride/ HDL-C ratio, hypercholesterolemia, and high cholesterol/HDL-C ratio were increased significantly across five incremental categories of BMI. Prevalence of DBP> 90 mmHg, hypertriglyceridemia, hyper cholesterolemia and ratios of cholesterol/ HDL-C and TG/HDL-C increased considerably across five groups of BMI. This pattern is different from previous research and our results endorsed more features of pattern of CAD risk factors across BMI categories.  相似文献

目的研究成年男性血尿酸水平与代谢综合征的相关性。方法对2010月10日~2011年1月在某院进行体检资料完整者1 234例成年男性进行调查,测量身高、体重、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),并检测血尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。按UA分为高尿酸组(HUA,268例)和正常尿酸组(对照组,n=966例),分析临床资料及与代谢综合征各组分的相关性。结果 (1)高尿酸血症检出率为21.72%。(2)高尿酸组TG、TC、LDL-C、体重指数(BMI)、SBP、DBP指标高于对照组,而HDL-C低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。(3)直线相关分析结果显示:UA与TG、TC、LDL-C、BMI、SBP、DBP呈正相关,而与HDL-C负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示:进入回归方程的有TG、BMI、DBP。(4)高尿酸组发生肥胖或超重、高血压、血脂紊乱检出率较正常组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论高尿酸血症与代谢综合征密切相关,应及早防治高尿酸血症及代谢综合征。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between lifestyle and change of cardiovascular risk factors based on a five-year follow up. The subjects were 307 employees participating in annual health check-ups in Tokyo, Japan from 1998 to 2003. Personal health check-up data were collected on their systolic/diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP), serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), fasting serum glucose (FSG), uric acid (UA), body mass index (BMI), questionnaire on medication history and Breslow's lifestyle. Over five years, cardiovascular risk factors such as SBP/DBP, TC, TG, FBG, UA and BMI have become worse; however, some of these risk factors were significantly different after 5 yr among lifestyle groups. TG in the poor lifestyle group was significantly higher than in good or moderate lifestyle groups after adjusting for age in men. In women, SBP and BMI in poor lifestyle group were significantly higher than those in good or moderate lifestyle groups after adjusting for age and baseline values. These results show that aging is the major influencing factor of cardiovascular risk factor deterioration. At the same time, lifestyle conditions are related to changes in some cardiovascular risk factors among Japanese employees.  相似文献

Cross-sectional associations between lifestyle and serum lipid levels were examined in 1591 Japanese male office workers aged 35 to 59 years in Osaka, Japan. From multiple linear regression analyses, significant correlates with low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, and Log triglyceride levels and the ratio of LDL cholesterol to HDL cholesterol were, in the order of relative importance: BMI, alcohol intake (negative) and age for LDL cholesterol level; BMI (negative), cigarette smoking (negative), alcohol intake, consideration for nutritional balance, hours of brisk walking, hours of walking at an ordinary pace and physical exercise for HDL cholesterol level; BMI, cigarette smoking, consideration for nutritional balance (negative), hours of work (negative), alcohol intake and coffee drinking (negative) for Log triglyceride level; and BMI, alcohol intake (negative), cigarette smoking, consideration for nutritional balance (negative), age, hours of brisk walking (negative) and the frequency of snack intake between meals for the ratio of LDL cholesterol to HDL cholesterol. Our data suggest that obesity, cigarette smoking and snack intake between meals are atherogenic whereas alcohol consumption, consideration for nutritional balance and walking long hours, especially at a brisk pace, are anti-atherogenic in middle-aged Japanese men.  相似文献

目的了解城市学龄儿童血脂水平的现状及其影响因素,为消除儿童心血管疾病危险因素提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样,抽取石家庄市区913名7~13岁儿童(男426人,女487人),对其血压、身高和体重进行测量,并采空腹静脉血测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖和血钙。通过问卷获得儿童饮食习惯、生活方式和家族史等影响因素。结果TC和HDL-C随年龄增长呈下降趋势,TG随年龄增长变化趋势不明显。TC、TG和HDL-C的异常检出率分别为8.9%,5.6%和6.0%。对TC作用显著的影响因素为TG、HDL-C和年龄;TG的影响因素为TC、HDL-C、体重指数(BMI)、血钙、父母高血脂史和性别;影响HDL-C的因素为TC、TG、血钙、BMI、甜食次数和吃水果次数。结论控制儿童血脂异常及消除以上不良因素,将有助于消除儿童心血管疾病危险因素,从而有效地防止儿童期心血管疾病的发生,并降低儿童期危险因素对成人心血管疾病发生的危险性。  相似文献

目的 探讨一般人群中传统心血管疾病危险因素与慢性肾脏病的相关关系.方法 2007-2008年随机对北京部分地区5100名成年人进行估计肾小球滤过率(eGFR)水平及心血管疾病危险因素的横断面调查,4515名符合入选标准并对其资料进行分析.设计统一的心血管疾病危险因素调查表,进行心血管疾病传统危险因素现况调查,测量身高、体重、血压,检测TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C及肌酐(Scr)指标,用简化的MDRD公式估算GFR(eGFR),并以eGFR[ml·min~(-1)·(1.73 m~2)~(-1)]<60定义为慢性肾脏病(CKD).按eGFR≥90、60-89和<60将人群分为3组,采用单因素方差分析进行组间均值的比较,X~2检验进行组间率的比较,以有无CKD为因变量(eGFR≥60为0,eGFR<60为1),以所选择的研究因素为自变量,进行单因素及多因素logistic回归分析.结果随着eGFR水平下降,心血管疾病危险因素检出率增加;单因素分析显示,年龄、吸烟情况、高血压及糖尿病病史、BMI、SBP、LDL-C及TG是CKD的危险因素,女性是其保护性因素;多因素分析表明,增龄、吸烟、高血压、高TG是CKD的重要危险因素,OR值(95%CI)分别为1.80(1.28~2.52)、1.09(1.06~1.13)、2.50(1.75~3.57)、1.73(1.18~2.54),而女性是其保护性因素.结论 北京地区一般人群心血管疾病危险因素随eGFR水平下降检出率增高,年龄、血压、TG、吸烟是CKD的危险因素.  相似文献

The objective of the study was to determine some Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) risk factors in 174 Roma children and adolescents (88 males and 86 females) aged 7-18 in 3 Central Slovakian cities (44 from Zilina, 39 from Bansk, Bystrica and 91 from Rimavská Sobota). Venous blood samples were drawn in the morning, after a 12 hour overnight fast for biochemical analysis. Total cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides (TG) were determined enzymatically. HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C) after selective precipitation lipoproteins containing apolipoprotein B and LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) was calculated by the Friedewald Formula. Serum levels of apolipoproteins (apo A, apo B) were analyzed immunochemically. Concentration of lipoprotein a [Lp(a)] was analyzed by immunonephelometric method (Beckman-Coulter System). Anthropometric measurements, including weight, height, waist and hip circumference were used to calculate the sum of the body mass index (BMI) and waist to hip ratio (WHR). Measured blood pressure (BP) was used to classify for hypertension. Significant differences were determined in serum levels of LDL-C (p < 0.05; by Tukey HSD test multiple comparison more significant difference was determined between Zilina and Rimavská Sobota p < 0.046), TG (p = 0.008), apo A (p < 0.001), Lp(a) (p = 0.042), WHR (p < 0.001), BMI (p < 0.001), sBP (p < 0.001) and dBP (p = 0.012) in Roma individuals of all locality groups. The Roma population from Rimavsk, Sobota had (in comparison to the examined populations) statistically higher values of TC, TG, LDL-C, lower HDL-C. The population showed significant relation of TG and stress at home (p = 0.03) and at school (p = 0.01), HDL-C and cigarette smoking (p = 0.004), apo A and cigarette smoking (p = 0.02) and socioeconomic status (p = 0.006), WHR and cigarette smoking (p = 0.02). Risk values of WHR, apo B and Lp(a) were mostly determined in Zilina's population (WHR significantly connected with family history CVD p = 0.03, cigarette smoking p = 0.02 and leisure time physical activity p < 0.001) and BMI, apo A and BP in Banská Bystrica. WHR was positively correlated to BP and negatively to HDL-C and TG only in Roma participants from Rimavská Sobota. BMI was positively correlated to systolic BP in populations from Banská Bystrica and Rimavská Sobota. The results of the study should improve the paediatric health treatment and prevention of CVD risk predictors for Roma from different cities.  相似文献

目的了解社区高血压患者体质指数(BMI)和其他心脑血管疾病的危险因素的分布特点、冠心病发病风险、及它们间的相关情况。方法通过全人群现场调查和血压测量发现疑似病例,2w后对疑似病例复查来确诊高血压患者,对高血压患者进行详细的体检和血液的化验检查。对2015例确诊的社区高血压患者的资料进行统计分析。结果高血压患者中男性、女性的超重或肥胖患病率分别为57.2%、55.4%,远高于一般人群的患病率;BMI与甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)比值、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比值、TG/HDL—C、血糖的水平呈正相关,与HDL—C水平呈负相关;BMI与未来10a冠心病的预测发病风险呈正相关;超重或肥胖患者中危险因素水平、异常率高于正常体重组。结论高血压患者伴发超重或肥胖时,心脑血管病的发病风险增加,为了预防和控制心脑血管疾病的发生,应及早控制并减轻体重。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: The study aimed to characterize the lipid and apolipoprotein profile and the prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors in a population of urban adult women of Morocco. DESIGN: A total of 213 women 25-55 y old were sampled from an agricultural province of Morocco: El Jadida. The following parameters of lipid and apolipoprotein profile were measured: plasma triglycerides (TG), plasma cholesterol (TC), triglyceride-rich lipoprotein triglycerides (TRL-TG), TRL-cholesterol (TRL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and apolipoproteins A1, B, B48, CIII and E. Waist circumference (WC), body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure (BP) were also determined. RESULTS: The women studied showed the following pattern: elevated TC, LDL-C levels and TC/HDL-C in 10, 19.4 and in 43.8%, respectively; low HDL-C levels in 45.3% (<0.9 mmol/l) or in 95% (when the cutoff <1.3 mmol/l is used), elevated TG levels in 11.8%. Elevated TRL-C (>0.6 mmol/l) and TRL-TG (>0.8 mmol/l) were observed in 13.4%. Obesity and hypertension were highly prevalent in 23.9 and 16.5%, respectively. Plasma triglyceride concentrations were closely correlated with plasma concentrations of TRL-TG (R = 0.86, P = 0.0001), apoB (R = 0.50, P = 0.0001) and apoCIII (R = 0.52, P = 0.0001) and moderately correlated with HDL-C levels (R = -0.3, P = 0.0001) and BMI (R = 0.4, P = 0.0001). The association between BMI and systolic blood pressure was statistically significant (R = 0.3, P = 0.0001). Obesity, BP, TRL-C, TRL-TG, TG, apoB and apoCIII increased with age. CONCLUSION: There is a high prevalence of some risk factors for cardiovascular disease including altered lipid and lipoprotein profiles in the Moroccan urban women studied, some of these risk factors are associated with age.  相似文献

目的了解社区居民体质指数(BMI)与空腹血糖(FPG)和血脂等因素的关系。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,于2007年对947例居民进行问卷调查、体格检查和生化检查。采用偏相关分析、多元线性逐步回归和非条件Logistic回归分析社区居民BMI与FPG、血脂的关系。结果市区男性中超重检出率和肥胖的患病率分别为33.0%和10.4%,女性为23.4%和14.5%;农村男性中超重检出率和肥胖的患病率分别为32.9%和20.0%,女性为28.7%和19.7%。经偏相关分析,以年龄为控制变量,BMI与FPG、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)的相关系数分别为0.206,0.275,0.101,0.148(P0.01),呈正相关;BMI与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的相关系数为-0.351(P0.01),呈负相关;BMI与总胆固醇(TC)的相关系数为0.061(P0.05),呈不相关。经多元线性逐步回归分析,血生化指标FPG、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的标准化回归系数分别为0.138,0.125,-0.326,0.073,表明HDL-C对BMI影响最大。非条件Logistic回归分析,超重和肥胖者的血生化指标FPG、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的OR值分别为1.436,1.193,0.079,1.403,表明FPG、TG、LDL-C是超重和肥胖的危险因素,HDL-C是超重和肥胖的保护因素。结论超重、肥胖与糖尿病和血脂异常等疾病常伴随发生。加强居民健康教育,改变不良生活方式,成为超重和肥胖预防工作的重点。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Cross-sectional studies revealed that cigarette smokers have lower high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels and higher levels of total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and triglycerides (TG) than nonsmokers. But prospective studies on the effects of cigarette smoking cessation on lipid profile have yielded inconclusive results. METHODS: Relevant English articles were retrieved by keyword searches of MEDLINE (1966-October 2000), Cochrane Library (2000, Issue 2), and cited references. Twenty-seven studies met the following inclusion criteria: (1) prospective cohort study including clinical trials, (2) measuring smoking status and lipid profile of HDL-C, TC, LDL-C, and TG, (3) reporting the changes of lipid concentrations in abstinent smokers, and (4) not using adjuvant antihyperlipidemic drugs. RESULTS: Overall Q statistics for net change of HDL-C, TC, LDL-C, and TG showed heterogeneity. Using a random-effects model, HDL-C level increased significantly [0.100 (CI 0.074 to 0.127) mmol/L] after smoking cessation. However, levels of TC [+0.003 (CI -0.042 to 0.048)], LDL-C [-0.064 (CI -0.149 to 0.021)], and TG [+0.028 (CI -0.014 to 0.071)] did not change significantly after smoking cessation. 目的 探讨饮酒与男性血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及TG/HDL-C比值的关系。方法 利用2010~2012年中国居民营养与健康状况监测在广西的监测数据,以年龄18~65岁之间的男性为研究对象,共1290人纳入研究,数据录入采用中国居民营养与健康状况调查数据录入系统进行,应用SPSS19.0比较不同酒精摄入量男性基本信息分布、血脂 (TG、HDL-C、TG/HDL-C) 水平、异常率比较;采用非条件logistic回归分析不同酒精摄入量男性血脂异常患病危险的OR值。结果 极重度饮酒男性的TG水平和TG/HDL-C比值均明显高于不饮酒者(P<0.05);重度饮酒者HDL-C明显高于不饮酒者和轻度饮酒者(P<0.001)。男性居民TG、HDL-C、TG/HDL-C异常率分别为37.4%、22.6%和29.1%。不同酒精摄入量分组间TG异常率和TG/HDL-C比值异常率不同(P均<0.01),TG异常率和TG/HDL-C比值异常率均随着酒精摄入量的增加而升高。调整了年龄、BMI、中心性肥胖等影响因素后,当男性居民的酒精摄入>48.0g/ d时,患高TG血症和TG/HDL-C比值异常的OR(95%CI)分别为2.24(1.49~3.37)和1.62(1.03~2.56)。结论 饮酒与升高男性高TG血症发病危险相关,当酒精摄入量>48.0g/d时增加男性高TG血症和TG/HDL-C比值异常的发病危险。  相似文献

目的分析宁夏银川、吴忠市儿童青少年血脂水平与血压的关系。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,于2013年9月在宁夏银川和吴忠市抽取学生2 331人,对其进行问卷调查、血压测定及血脂水平测定。结果研究对象高血压检出率为18.6%;不同年龄组儿童青少年高血压检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=116.186,P=0.000),10岁年龄组高血压检出率最高,为32.7%。不同年龄组血脂异常检出率及其水平有差异(均P<0.05),血脂异常组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均高于血脂正常组(P<0.001),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)高血压检出率异常组高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同体质指数(BMI)水平下SBP、DBP水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),高血压检出率肥胖组>超重组>正常组。进一步二元logistic回归分析结果表明,年龄(OR=0.754,90%CI=0.717~0.793)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(OR=0.594,90%CI=0.424~0.832)、LDL-C(OR=1.550,90%CI=1.272~1.840)、甘油三酯(TG)(OR=1.733,90%CI=1.546~1.944)、TC(OR=1.502,90%CI=1.357~1.663)、BMI(OR=1.173,90%CI=1.134~1.213)、高血压家族史(OR=1.282,90%CI=1.050~1.660)均与高血压相关。结论儿童青少年高血压检出率处于较高水平,血脂可能是血压的影响因素,HDL-C是高血压的保护性因素,LDL-C、TG、TC、BMI、高血压家族史均是高血压的危险性因素。  相似文献
