The Study on the Distribution of the Healthy Young＇s Resistance Based on the Positive Oleson Auricular Map

Objective： Healthy auricle is tested by modem testing technology of physical characteristics to find the auricle＇s resistivity distribution of healthy. Drawing topographic maps offers objective indicators in order to use auricular physical properties measurement in the diagnosis of the disease to identify healthy auricle resistance distribution law. Methods： In this study the auricle＇s resistivity distribution of 60 healthy young people （20-30 years old） is surveyed by ＂Meridian Energy Analysis Device 5＂.Exploring the positive resistance of the auricle of the law with statistics and analysis. Study on the differences between the resistivity distribution of left ear and right ear. Map out an objective resistivity distribution map by Photoshop. Results： The resistance of healthy male is higher than that of female and the ears of the same subject are same. The resistance of auricle normal healthy people is different and has regular pattern. The pattern is that the resistance of the cartilage is higher than that of fat and the resistance of convex position is higher than that of depression position. Specifically, the resistance of Triangular fossa and Intertragic notch is the lowest. The resistance of Cymba concha, Cavum concha and Scapha is lower than that of Ear lobe.     

苍龟探穴针法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎57例

Osteoarthritis (OA) of knee joint is a common chronic joint disease in community.It is seen in middle-aged and old people generally.In clinic, a great deal of attention is paid because of its serious pain and motor impairment of knee joint.These symptoms become the important factors affecting the survival quality of the middle-aged and old people.The authors adopted the needling method of Canggui tanxue (needling manipulation for promoting qi) to treat 57 cases of the disease in Community Health Service Center.The report is as follows.

NEEDLE-PRICKING TREATMENT FOR STENOTIC TENOVAGINITIS

In this paper, effects of needle-pricking plus TDP lamp radiation and medication onstenotic tenovaginitis are compared. In the needle-pricking group, a three-edged needle is inserted intothe subcutaneous tissues perpendicularly after the pain point of the affected finger is detected, then theneedIe body is inclined along the longitudinal axis of vagina tendinis, and the tip of the needle is movedhorizontally to prick the vagina tendinis for a few times until no snapping occurs when the patient isflexing and stretching his diseased finger. In the medication group, the injection of Prednisolone andProcaine is given topically. Results show that the therapeutic effect of needle pricking is superior tothat of medication (P<0. 01). Moreover, the recurrence rate of the needle-pricking group is lower.     

Study on the TCM Pathogenesis of Angiopathic Complications of Type Ⅱ Diabetes

Excess production of reactive oxygen species （ROS） of mitochondrion mediated by hyperglycemia is the common pathogenesis of angiopathic complications of diabetes. TCM holds that the damp from the dysfunction of spleen, kidney and liver is the causative factor of complications of diabetes. This is similar to the mechanism of ROS resulting in angiopathic complications of diabetes. When the angiopathic complications of type II diabetes mellitus （T2DM） are differentiated as caused by turbid damp in TCM can be explained as ROS. Since the obstruction of pathogenic damp in channels and collaterals is said to be the main pathogenesis, the treating principle should be dissolving the damp to remove the obstruction.     

Treatment of 60 cases of hyperlipidemia by electroacupuncture

Hyperlipidemia, which is the result of lipid metabolic disorder, can be simply divided into 3 types of hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and mixed type in clinic. The increase of lipids in the plasma is the important cause of atherosclerosis. It‘s significant that hyperlipidemia is treated for preventing and treating the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease caused by atherosclerosis. The exploitation of blood-lipid lowering drugs is relatively rapid. But their application is limited in clinic for the side effects and potential fatalness to the elders. The author treated hyperlipidemia by electroacupuncture and it was reported as follows.     

11 CASES OF MOTOR INJURY OF ANTERIOR TALOFIBULAR LIGAMENT TREATED BY ACUPUNCTURE OF QIUXU(GB 40)-THROUGH-ZHAOHAI(KI 6)POINT

Injury of ankle is the most common in athletic injury.Because of anatomic particu- larity of ankle joint,i.e.lateral malleolus is long and thin and is located at the posterior and lower than medial malleolus.The medial malleolus is broad and flat and is located at the anterior.Lateral ligament is thinner and weaker than medial ligament and the muscle groups supporting strephexopodia is far inferi- or to the muscle groups supporting strephenopodia in strength,injury of ankle joint happens more at inversion sprain and in- jury of anterior talofibular ligament is induced often.Thus,rapid and effective treatment of anterior talofibular ligament injury can elevate better athletics of sportsman.Whenever the disease happened in students to exercise,the authors often used acupuncture of Qiuxu（GB 40）-through-Zhaohai（KI 6）point with strong stimulative manipulation,which could relieve more remakedly pain of the ankle joint caused by anterior talofibular ligament injury as re- ported in the
