为了培养既熟悉传统中医药理论又掌握现代科学技术知识,能够应用现代科技手段研究传统中药,创新能力强,符合中药现代化要求的中药学高级专门人才,湖北中医药大学积极改革中药学专业课程体系。新的课程体系实现了通识教育、专业教育和个性教育的统一,通识教育是鼓励本科生在宽口径、厚基础的积累上找到更多通往成功的可能性,而专业教育可以更快地帮助学生找到自己的成功方向,个性教育则满足学生个性发展的需要。加强实验及实践性教学的创新,以培养学生的实践动手能力和专业技能,是启迪学生创新思维,培养学生开拓、创新、理论联系实际的重要方法和途径。 相似文献

SNOMEDCT(Systemized Nomenclature of Medicine,Clinical Terms,系统化临床医学术语集)依据特定的原则,进行了现代临床医学相关术语的分类设定,建立起19个具有内在关联关系的层级体系(Hierarchies)。发布5年来,SNOMEDCT已得到了30余个国家和地区的引进,广泛应用于现代医学临床科研的重要领域,说明该术语集具有充分的合理性和实用性,进行术语分类的原则符合现代西医学的自身规律。本文在回顾SNOMED术语顶级分类几次重大调整的基础上,以剖析SNOMEDCT顶级分类层级之间的相互关系为切入点,提出现代西医学本体论是SNOMEDCT进行术语分类框架体系设定的理论依据。 相似文献

Identified as a treasure of natural herbal products, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has attracted extensive attention for their moderate treatment effect and lower side effect. Cardio-cerebrovascular diseases (CCVD) are a leading cause of death. TCM is used in China to prevent and treat CCVD. However, the complexity of TCM poses challenges in understanding the mechanisms of herbs at a systems-level, thus hampering the modernization and globalization of TCM. A novel model, termed traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology (TCMSP) analysis platform, which relies on the theory of systems pharmacology and integrates absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and toxicity (ADME/T) evaluation, target prediction and network/pathway analysis, was proposed to address these problems. Here, we review the development of systems pharmacology, the TCMSP approach and its applications in the investigations of CCVD and compare it with other methods. TCMSP assists in uncovering the mechanisms of action of herbal formulas used in treating CCVD. It can also be applied in ascertaining the different syndrome patterns of coronary artery disease, decoding the multi-scale mechanisms of herbs, and in understanding the mechanisms of herbal synergism. 相似文献

目的:以网络药理学:方法理念构建中药饮片网络,研究和诠释饮片的主治、功能与归经等属性间相互关系.方法:根据《中国药典》2010年版一部所载646种中药饮片的相关信息,采用文本挖掘法将饮片主治信息梳理归类;以主治来关联各味饮片.建立饮片网络模型;再对网络进行分析和诠释.结果:针对药典所载饮片,梳理归纳出 3 016对饮片-主治关联,据此建立饮片网络,表达了646味饮片的主治与功能间复杂网状关系;通过网络分析获知了药典未明确记载的某些饮片功能信息,且能反映饮片的归经属性.结论:本文方法可用于研究和诠释饮片主治、功能与口经等属性间相互关系. 相似文献

中医药学强调事物本身的统一性、完整性和联系性,是以"整体观念"和"辨证论治"为指导理论,并以"同病异治"和"异病同治"为原则进行临床治疗的一门学科。而网络药理学是从整体上探索药物与疾病的相关性,其整体性、系统性和注重药物与靶点间相互作用的特点与中医药学的基本特点相吻合,是一门从系统层面揭示中药对机体网络调控作用的新兴学科。网络药理学利用计算机模拟和各种数据库筛选药物分子作用靶点,预测其信号通路和作用机制,采用相关软件进行化合物-靶标-通路网络可视化,经过拓扑参数分析筛选关键节点。为新药研发节约了成本经费,可在一定程度上解决传统中药研究中"单一成分-单一靶点-单一途径"的局限性。对网络药理学的研究思维方法、创新点,在国内外中药领域的应用和面临的挑战进行概述,以期完善网络药理学在中医药领域的应用,为中医药学研究提供新方向。 相似文献

Network pharmacology is a powerful tool to reflect the pharmacologically active effects, mechanism of action and toxic activity of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). The ingredients of TCMs, associated with quality control of TCM products, are those fundamental chemicals that exhibit biological activities. A great amount of effort has been made by scientists in that field in order to improve the quality of TCMs, though the approaches to determine their quality and the TCM theory and compatibility rules remain ambiguous. Now some methods and technologies must be applied to predict and explore the quality marker (Q-marker) for quality control, as well as to clarify the factors affecting the quality of TCM, which may give new insight into rational ground of establishment of appropriate quality control and assessment system. In this review paper, authors focus on the prediction of quality markers of TCMs by network pharmacology based on three aspects: (1) from network medicine to network pharmacology, (2) complex network system of traditional Chinese medicine, and (3) predicting TCM quality markers based on network pharmacology. Authors proposed the research pattern on network pharmacology based on biological and medical networks, and further TCM network pharmacology based on substantial basis of TCM formulae, and the idea of “effect-ingredient-target-fingerprint” to predict and recognize the TCM Q-marker was the ultimate goal. In addition, authors yet noted how to make full use of the advantages of network toxicology to provide new ideas for the toxicity study of complex TCM systems and the prediction of TCM toxicity markers. 相似文献
