目的:探讨心理干预对住院期间白血病患儿抑郁焦虑的影响。方法:66例住院白血病患儿分为干预组34例和对照组32例,均行化疗治疗。干预组在治疗原发病的基础上进行个体化心理干预。2组治疗前后采用儿童抑郁焦虑量表(DSRSC、SCARED)评价2组抑郁焦虑的程度,生存质量量表(QLQ-C30)评价生存质量。结果:心理干预15d后,DSRSC和SCARED评分干预组明显低于治疗前及对照组(均P〈0.05);QLQ-C30评分明显高于治疗前及对照组(均P〈0.05)。对照组仅QL2、EF、FA、NV及PA评分较入院第1天有提升(P〈0.05)。结论:心理干预能有效改善白血病患儿的心理状态和生存质量。 相似文献

目的探讨家长焦虑水平对择期手术患儿合作程度的影响。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对64名患儿家长焦虑水平进行测评;采用合作量表测量64例患儿手术合作程度。并分析家长SAS评分与患儿合作程度的相关性。结果患儿家长焦虑水平与常模比较,t=8.62,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。患儿手术合作程度:完全合作6例(9.4%),轻度抵触35例(54.7%),极度抵触和逃避23例(35.9%)。患儿家长焦虑水平与患儿合作程度成正相关(r=0.75,P〈0.01)。结论择期手术患儿家长在患儿术前存在明显焦虑情绪,并直接影响患儿对手术的合作程度,需采取针对性护理干预减轻其焦虑情绪,提高患儿手术的适应性。 相似文献

目的探讨健康教育对患儿家属状态、物质焦虑程度的影响。方法将我院2003年6月至2004年2月300例患儿家属随机分为A、B两种,A组(150例)作为实验组,B组(150例)作为对照组,A、B两组在患儿就诊时采用状态一物质量表分别测量患儿家属焦虑程度;A组家属在患儿住院或门诊静脉点滴第1天或第2天期间,由医生或护士对其进行相关知识的宣教,而B组未进行任何相关内容的健康教育,患儿治疗后对两组家属进行焦虑程度的测定。结果在治疗前两组家属焦虑程度均等于正常,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;治疗及健康宣教后两组状态,特质焦虑程度比较,P<0.0l,差异有统计学意义。结论健康教育是降低患儿家属焦虑程度的有效方法之一。 相似文献

目的观察术前治疗性游戏干预对学龄前手术患儿焦虑及麻醉诱导期配合程度的影响。方法将70例外科手术患儿按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组术前和麻醉诱导期采取常规护理,观察组采取治疗性游戏干预。比较两组患儿不同时间平均动脉压和心率,改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表和麻醉诱导期合作度量表。结果观察组麻醉诱导时(T3)、手术开始20 min(T4)时间点的平均动脉压分别为(83.7±8.8)mmHg和(79.4±9.4)mmHg,均显著低于对照组的(88.6±10.2)mmHg和(85.9±8.7)mmHg;观察组T3、T4时间点的心率分别为(108.5±12.8)次/min和(102.4±10.8)次/min,均显著低于对照组的(117.4±14.3)次/min和(108.7±11.5)次/min。观察组安静状态下(T2)和T3时间点的改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表评分分别为(27.7±5.4)分和(48.8±9.2)分,显著低于对照组的(36.3±6.7)分和(56.7±10.5)分。观察组T3时间点麻醉诱导期合作度量表评分为(1.5±1.1)分,显著低于对照组的(3.7±1.8)分。结论术前治疗性游戏能有效减轻学龄前患儿术前焦虑、恐惧,提高麻醉诱导配合程度。 相似文献

Zahr's (1998) study supported the use of puppet shows, as therapeutic play, to decrease anxiety in hospitalized preschoolers. The results of this study support our group's research utilization project to educate nurses on the effects of therapeutic play on anxiety levels in hospitalized children. Nurses could use this information to implement therapeutic play in hospitals throughout the world. Feasibility issues would include the cost of materials needed and the time involved to educate nurses. More research should be done on therapeutic play as a method to decrease anxiety in children. Future research could be conducted using other cultures or age groups. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine whether nurses' recommendations for managing children's pain were influenced by stereotypes based on children's personal attributes. Three vignettes, in which hospitalized children's sex, race, and attractiveness were experimentally manipulated, were mailed to a national random sample of 700 pediatric nurses; 334 nurses responded. Responses to vignette questions indicated little evidence of stereotyping. Nurses perceived similar levels of pain and recommended similar pain treatments, regardless of sex, race, and attractiveness. Nurses, on average, perceived children's pain at levels consistent with the children's self-reports and recommended assertive analgesic and non-pharmacologic pain management strategies. The results appear consistent with prevailing views on providing adequate pain treatment for children. 相似文献
