目的:探讨CDIC纯钛牙种植体的临床应用疗效。方法:对114例失牙患者共种植各型CDIC纯钛牙种植体156颗,术后3~6个月用固定种植义齿修复方法行烤瓷冠修复。结果:修复后通过13~48个月随访种植体成功率为96.15%。结论:严格的技术适应证,正确的外科操作,种植体的合适选择及正确的修复是种植体成功的关键,尽管CDIC种植体只能行固定种植修复,其精确度与国外种植体比还有待于进一步提高,但CDIC种植价廉,成功率较高,适合中国国情。  相似文献

钛是一种稀有金属。目前钛制作成牙种植物在临床上被广泛应用。本文报告应用国产叶状、螺旋状两类种植体对106颗牙齿进行了种植。通过2至于20个月的观察,结果表明:有98颗效果良好,获得成功,成功率为92.45%。  相似文献

目的:评价国产CDIC牙种植系统在部分牙缺失中的临床应用价值。方法:对88例患者128枚种植牙临床应用,就种植术的要点及种植成功要注意的问题进行回顾性分析,结果:CDIC种植牙2年观察临床成功率达93.0%,失败率0%,结论:CDIC牙种植系统具有美观,舒适,固位良好,咀嚼功能恢复好等优点,该系统操作规范,简单,价格低廉,具有广泛的推广价值。  相似文献

目的观察报告叶状一段式钛牙种植体修复部分牙缺失的临床效果。方法对本院1993~1996年接受叶状一段式钛牙种植的患者79例108枚牙种术后作种植记录卡片,并于术后1周、1月、2月、3月、6月及每间隔一年定期复查植体周围骨质情况、植体的固位和稳定情况等,并作记录,最后进行统计分析。结果观察时间一年者108枚,成功率93.5%;二年者42枚,成功率92.9%;三年者18枚,成功率88.9%。结论叶状一段式钛牙种植义齿作为一种新的修复方法,其近期疗效是理想的。  相似文献

Objective: The main purpose of this retrospective study is to evaluate clinical outcomes of Xive implants 3-year after insertion. Methods: 219 Xive implants were placed in 139 patients and their clinical effects were evaluated using the Albrektsson Standard. Results:The 3- year survival rate of the Xive implants is 97.26%(213/219). Eleven cases of immediate implants and 15 cases of implant insertion after maxillary sinus lifting all succeeded. The failure ratio is 6/219(2.74%) with failures resulting from excess bone loss in the implant region, peri-implant mucosal inflammation or continuous pain caused by some unknown reasons. Conclusion: Xive implants are clinically effective for the restoration of missing teeth. Immediate implant and implant following maxillary sinus lifting were also successful.  相似文献

目的:研究牙龈结合上皮对精密铸造加工的一段式钛种植体的附着情况。方法:拔除实验动物双侧前磨牙4只,愈合3个月后,植入一段式铸造钛种植体,分别于植入后6,12周取标本在透射电子显微镜下观察结合上皮对种植体的附着状况。结果:牙龈结合上皮增再生活跃,界面层以半桥粒结合方式附着于种植体表面的基质上,细胞质内有较多的粗面内质网,游离核糖体,分泌小泡,张力细丝,线粒体,有时还可见高尔基复合体。结论:牙龈结合上  相似文献

目的分析和评价Xive种植体临床应用3年的效果。方法应用Xive系统种植体对139例缺牙患者进行了219颗种植修复,并采用Albretsson的评价标准进行临床疗效分析。结果Xive种植体3年的成功率为97.26%(213/219)。其中,即刻种植11颗,占5.01%;上颌窦底提升种植15颗,占6.85%;失败率2.74%(6/219)。失败的原因有种植区骨缺损过多,种植体周围炎和原因不明的持续性疼痛。结论Xive系统种植体修复各种牙齿缺失,具有良好的临床疗效;即刻种植疗程短,疗效好,值得推广。  相似文献

Background

In this study, we investigated the effects of treating dental implants made from titanium with argon based non-thermal plasma, immediately before insertion on implant stability and bone formation. Biodegradable sandblasting and acid etching had been previously used to modify the surface of the implants.

Methods

To obtain data for 4-time points in triplicate with references, a total of 36 dental implants were divided into 2 groups; 18 implants served as the experimental group and received a spray containing non-thermal plasma, while the other 18 implants served as controls. Two treated and two untreated implants were each inserted in the jaws of 9 beagle dogs. After periods of 4, 8, and 12 weeks, the Implant Stability Quotient scores were determined and histometric values obtained.

Results

Plasma spray treatment increased the healing time slightly during the early recovery period (4th to 8th week, p = 0.1595 and 0.1041, respectively), but was not profoundly effective in the later recovery stage (12th week, p = 0.4942). Both non-decalcified histometric measurements and bone growth analysis showed no statistically significant differences between the plasma spray group and the controls at 4, 8, and 12 weeks.

Conclusion

Non-thermal plasma did not enhance the stability of the implants nor did it increase bone formation in our animal models.  相似文献

[目的]研究应用钛膜在自体骨碎末与Bio-Oss混合骨恢复种植体周围骨缺损中的修复效果.[方法]对种植植入自体骨碎末与Bio-Oss混合骨9周后有无应用钛膜的骨缺损处进行比较.[结果]有钛膜组有结缔组织生长,平均骨缺损量1.9925 mm,无钛膜组平均骨缺损量1.5025 mm,说明有钛膜组骨缺损恢复量低于无钛膜组(P<0.05),并且有钛膜组少数出现软组织瓣裂开钛膜暴露现象.[结论]应用钛膜作为骨引导再生时应注意钛膜要有理想的可塑性,软组织瓣要有一定的厚度与韧性,以防止伤口裂开,钛膜暴露过早地取出影响骨缺损的恢复.  相似文献

采用牙种植术将36颗牙种植体植于6只杂种犬双侧下颌缺牙区,同时在种植体近中造3.5 mm×3.5 mm×3.5mm的骨缺损,然后填入β-TCP/PRF混合物、β-TCP,另设空白对照组(不做任何处理)于各骨缺损区,分别于种植术后4、8、12周各处死2只犬,行大体、X线及组织学观察各个时期各组骨缺损区的成骨情况。植入的36颗种植体无脱落,无明显不良并发症发生。β-TCP/PRF混合物是一种良好的骨修复材料,具有促进新骨形成的作用,有利于骨组织的愈合。  相似文献

探讨血管化骨膜-结缔组织夹层( VIP-CT)瓣联合引导骨再生( GBR)技术在前牙美学区种植中的应用,15例患者应用VIP-CT瓣联合GBR技术修复缺牙区软硬组织缺损并同期牙种植,记录术前、术后6个月、术后18个月附着龈宽度。术后6个月及术后18个月附着龈宽度较术前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6个月的附着龈宽度与术后18个月相比差异无统计学意义。采用VIP-CT瓣可增加美学区附着龈宽度,短期内效果良好。  相似文献

Due to an increased risk of infection, dental implant in organ transplantation patients has long been considered questionable, particularly when the restoration is complicated. Five-year follow-up data of a 45-year-old liver transplant recipient with long-term immunosuppressive therapy was reported. One year after liver transplantation, 11 Brånemark implants were inserted in the maxilla and mandible, using minimally invasive surgery. Oral clinical parameters included peri-implant bone absorption, probing depth, and implant mobility. The measured fifth-year parameters were within normal ranges indicating a stable osseointegration with moderate vertical bone loss. This case report suggests that immunocompromised patients can be successfully rehabilitated with dental implants through careful examination, suitable antibiotic administration, and minimally invasive dental implant procedure.  相似文献

The presence of insufficient bone volume affects the implant healing and success.The aim of this study was to evaluate osteogenic capacity of dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs) on micro-arc oxidation(MAO) titanium surface.DPSCs were challenged at MAO and smooth titanium surface separately for different durations,and the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) served as the positive controls.The osteogenic capacity of DPSCs on MAO titanium surface was assessed by using scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,biochemical tests and real-time quantitative PCR.Data showed that DPSCs differentiated into osteoblasts and expressed bone morphogenetic genes on MAO titanium surface.The results of this study revealed that DPSCs had good potential to generate mineralized tissue on MAO titanium plates.The differential potential of DPSCs may be regulated by MAO titanium surface.The osteogenesis potential of DPSCs on the MAO titanium was similar with BMSCs.  相似文献
