目的 观察职业性哮喘患者心率变异性,以了解其自主神经功能的变化。方法 采用时域及频域法对住院的40例职业性哮喘患者临床缓解期及65例健康体检者(排除其他可能影响自主神经系统活动的疾患)进行心率变异分析。结果 职业性哮喘组心率变异各项指标均明显异于正常组(P<0 .01)。结论 职业性哮喘患者在缓解期可能存在自主神经功能的障碍。  相似文献

目的 探讨二硫化碳(CS2)对作业工人心血管系统的影响,为进一步识别、评价和控制慢性CS2中毒提供新手段。方法 应用24h动态心电图记录,利用心率变异性的时域及频域分析,观察CS2对心脏自主神经功能的作用。结果 随着接触CS2浓度的增加及接触工龄的延长,接触组工人的心率差异性指标均较对照组工人变化明显。结论 CS2可能对作业工人的自主神经功能产生影响。  相似文献

目的:探讨代谢综合征患者心率变异性(HRV)的特点以及影响HRV的因素。方法:选择明确诊断为代谢综合征(MS)的患者45例,同时选择33例健康对照者。所有被研究者均行24h动态心电图监测,以获得HRV各项时域指标,通过对比分析以明确两组间HRV差异;采用多元线性回归法分析影响HRV的因素。结果:代谢综合征组HRV各项时域指标明显下降(P〈0.05),且血压、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、腰围(WC)均为HRV的影响因素。结论:(1)代谢综合征患者存在自主神经功能紊乱,表现为交感及迷走神经均受损;(2)血压、TG、FBG、WC、HDL-C均为HRV降低的危险因素。  相似文献

[目的]心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)是临床上用于评价自主神经功能的主要方法。自主神经功能紊乱与一些常见慢性病(高血压、冠心病、糖尿病和肥胖等)存在紧密联系。长期运动健身可以改善机体的自主神经功能紊乱,对上述疾病具有防治作用。为进一步开展"运动与自主神经功能"领域的研究,撰写本综述。[方法]采用文献综述法对心率变异性的原理、分析方法以及急性和慢性运动对心率变异性的影响进行了描述。[结果]大量研究证实急性运动过程中,由于运动强度、运动方式以及运动者机能状态的不同,HRV各参数也呈现不同的特征;慢性运动可以改善自主神经平衡状态,表现为HRV各参数的良好改变。[结论]HRV在疾病的运动防治领域有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

目的:探讨音乐疗法对心率变异性的影响。方法:对20名受试者进行音乐疗法实验,用3种方法分析治疗前、中、后心率变异性各种参数的变化。结果:随着治疗时间的增加,受试者主观感觉明显放松。心率变异性的VLF、LF、HF成分在音乐治疗后明显增加,而LF/HF无明显变化规律。音乐治疗后的近似熵也普遍低于音乐治疗前。结论:轻松的音乐可以增加副交感神经系统的活性,对心率变异性的影响显著。  相似文献

目的探讨中年人群心率变异性(HRV)特征,分析其自主神经活性及功能、疲劳度和心理压力的大小,比较不同时期中年人心率变异性差异。方法收集2016年1—12月体检中心进行心率变异性分析的中年人共837例,采用5 min短时心率变异分析仪记录HRV的各项指标。计量资料组间比较采用单因素方差分析,两两比较采用SNK-q检验,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,HRV相关因素分析采用多重线性回归,P0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果不同时期中年人SDNN、TP、LF、LF/HF比较差异有统计学意义(均P0.05),HF比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。调整期窦性心博间期标准差(SDNN)和点功率(TP)较低,壮实期低频功率(LF)和平衡度(LF/HF)较高;疲劳度随年龄增加而增大,心理压力在壮实期最高,自主神经活性和功能在调整期最低。多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、疲劳度、心理压力、平均心率对该人群HRV各项指标的影响具有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长,中年人群疲劳度增高,自主神经活性及功能降低,壮实期中年人群心理压力最高。  相似文献

【目的】 观察心率变异 (heartratevariability ,HRV )在躯体形式自主神经紊乱患儿组的改变。  【方法】 对 41例躯体形式自主神经紊乱患儿、40例正常儿童行 2 4h动态心电图分析 ,观察HRV时域、频域十项指标参数 ,2 4h内清醒期和睡眠期的改变 ,并以其主要症状系数为因变量 ,HRV 2 4h、清醒期、睡眠期各测值为自变量进行相关分析及多因素回归分析。 【结果】 躯体形式自主神经紊乱患儿的HRV升高 ,以睡眠期最为明显 ,睡眠期与清醒期HRV差异幅度昼夜波动增大 ,以相邻RR间期差值 >5 0ms的个数所占的百分比 (pNN50 )最为显著 ;低频带 /高频带 (LF/HF)清醒期比对照组增高 ,而睡眠期则低于对照组。心悸的发生与睡眠期 pNN50 呈正相关 ,疲劳与HF、LF和清醒期HF有关 ,胸痛与清醒期相邻正常RR间期差值的均方根 (rMSSD)呈正相关。 【结论】 躯体形式自主神经紊乱患儿的自主神经活动较正常儿童的稳定性差 ,其常见症状与HRV测值有相关关系。HRV分析有助于其自主神经功能状态的研究以及临床诊断  相似文献

目的 研究冠心病 (CHD)患者冠状动脉不同病变程度与心率变异性 (HRV)的关系。方法 CHD组 31例 ,行选择性冠状动脉造影 (CAG)。正常对照组 2 7例。两组均行动态心电图监测 ,取得HRV时域和频域指标。结果 CHD组HRV各项指标均低于对照组 ,具有统计学意义。不同冠脉病变范围和程度HRV具有显著性差异。结论 CHD患者HRV明显下降。HRV能敏感地、定量地反映CHD患者冠状动脉病变程度。  相似文献

目的:探讨老年糖尿病合并高血压患者心率变异性的变化及临床意义。方法:对63例老年糖尿病合并高血压患者(分为不伴有LVH组和伴有LVH组),分别与对照组进行频域指标分析对比。结果:糖尿病合并高血压不伴LVH和LF,LF/HF比值明显升高,HF降低,差异显著;同时糖尿病合并高血压伴有LVH组各项指标变化更为明显(P〈0.01)。结论:老年糖尿病合并高血压患者心率变异性变化比健康老年人变化更为明显,HRV有助于心脏自主神经病变的早期发现和早期诊断。  相似文献

Objectives This report investigates whether there is any association between sense of coherence (SOC), as a coping measure in confronting stressful conditions, and heart rate variability (HRV), as a measure of the cardiac autonomic nervous system during the daily life pattern. Methods Sixteen healthy university students (14 males and 2 females) filled in the validated Japanese version of the SOC-13 questionnaire before being informed about the study protocol. For each participant, we calculated 5-minute HRV indices using logarithmically transformed data on frequency domains for HRV derived by 24-hour Holter monitoring. Frequency domains for HRV recordings were investigated for the 24-hour time periods. Results The correlation coefficient between the SOC scores and the high frequency power of HRV (0.15–0.40) was positively significant during the resting sitting position (r≥0.60, P<0.05). After grouping SOC scores by the median, the high frequency domain of HRV was higher in high SOC subjects for most of the 24-hour time period. Conclusion A higher SOC could modulate the parasympathetic tone of cardiac autonomic activity, especially during the resting sitting position.  相似文献

Background

Heart rate variability (HRV), a measure of cardiac autonomic tone, has been associated with cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Short-term studies have shown that subjects exposed to higher traffic-associated air pollutant levels have lower HRV.

Objective

Our objective was to investigate the effect of long-term exposure to nitrogen dioxide on HRV in the Swiss cohort Study on Air Pollution and Lung Diseases in Adults (SAPALDIA).

Methods

We recorded 24-hr electrocardiograms in randomly selected SAPALDIA participants ≥ 50 years of age. Other examinations included an interview investigating health status and measurements of blood pressure, body height, and weight. Annual exposure to NO2 at the address of residence was predicted by hybrid models (i.e., a combination of dispersion predictions, land-use, and meteorologic parameters). We estimated the association between NO2 and HRV in multivariable linear regression models. Complete data for analyses were available for 1,408 subjects.

Results

For women, but not for men, each 10-μg/m3 increment in 1-year averaged NO2 level was associated with a decrement of 3% (95% CI, −4 to −1) for the standard deviation of all normal-to-normal RR intervals (SDNN), −6% (95% CI, −11 to −1) for nighttime low frequency (LF), and −5% (95% CI, −9 to 0) for nighttime LF/high-frequency (HF) ratio. We saw no significant effect for 24-hr total power (TP), HF, LF, or LF/HF or for nighttime SDNN, TP, or HF. In subjects with self-reported cardiovascular problems, SDNN decreased by 4% (95% CI, −8 to −1) per 10-μg/m3 increase in NO2.

Conclusions

There is some evidence that long-term exposure to NO2 is associated with cardiac autonomic dysfunction in elderly women and in subjects with cardiovascular disease.  相似文献

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVESAlthough some juices affect subjective sleep quality, there is a lack of information on the effect of a specific juice on objective sleep quality and heart rate variability (HRV) during sleep; thus the present study investigated whether a blended juice made from natural extracts influenced sleep quality and HRV during sleep in adults with disturbed sleep.SUBJECTS/METHODSA randomized, crossover study was conducted on twenty-five adults (15/10, female/male) complaining of difficulty initiating or maintaining nighttime sleep (Pittsburgh sleep quality index [PSQI] ≥ 5). During feeding sessions (FS), subjects received sleep-inducing juice made of natural ingredients (250 mL/trial) twice a day for 8 weeks or non-FS (N-FS) for 8 weeks while maintaining normal activities. Sleep quality and parameters were recorded via wearable actigraph for 7 consecutive days, and PSQI scores were assessed before and after the intervention. HRV was also monitored at rest and during sleep.RESULTSAfter receiving the sleep-inducing juice intervention (FS), PSQI scores were significantly decreased (P < 0.001) and correlated with a significant decline in fatigue severity scale and visual analogue scale levels (P < 0.05; both). HRV indices of vagal activity were significantly improved during FS (P < 0.05), and no significant differences in N-FS were observed. Sleep efficiency and total sleep time increased significantly (P < 0.05) and sleep latency, total counts, sleep fragmentation index, and movement index, decreased significantly (P < 0.05, all 4) during FS, with no significant differences-observed during N-FS.CONCLUSIONSThis study results demonstrated that an 8-week course of sleep-inducing juice has led to improve sleep quality, suggesting an enhanced cardiac vagal tone during sleep. Thus, it could be a well-tolerated option for adults with disturbed sleep.  相似文献

Background: Household cleaning products are associated with adverse respiratory health outcomes, but the cardiovascular health effects are largely unknown.Objective: We determined if long-term use of household sprays and scented products at home was associated with reduced heart rate variability (HRV), a marker of autonomic cardiac dysfunction.Methods: We recorded 24-hr electrocardiograms in a cross-sectional survey of 581 Swiss adults, ≥ 50 years of age, who answered a detailed questionnaire regarding their use of household cleaning products in their homes. The adjusted average percent changes in standard deviation of all normal-to-normal intervals in 24 hr (24-hr SDNN) and total power (TP) were estimated in multiple linear regression in association with frequency [< 1, 1–3, or 4–7 days/week, unexposed (reference)] of using cleaning sprays, air freshening sprays, and scented products.Results: Decreases in 24-hr SDNN and TP were observed with frequent use of all product types, but the strongest reductions were associated with air freshening sprays. Compared with unexposed participants, we found that using air freshening sprays 4–7 days/week was associated with 11% [95% confidence interval (CI): –20%, –2%] and 29% (95% CI: –46%, –8%) decreases in 24-hr SDNN and TP, respectively. Inverse associations of 24-SDNN and TP with increased use of cleaning sprays, air freshening sprays, and scented products were observed mainly in participants with obstructive lung disease (p < 0.05 for interactions).Conclusions: In predominantly older adult women, long-term frequent use of household spray and scented products was associated with reduced HRV, which suggests an increased risk of cardiovascular health hazards. People with preexisting pulmonary conditions may be more susceptible.  相似文献
