超级药店的定义超级药店始于19世纪的美国,迄今已逾200年.经过两个世纪的变迁,超级药店已经发生了种种深刻的变化.1933年出现了阻止超级药店连锁化的动向.在这种背景下,力主连锁业态的、对超级药店发展具有奠大作用的志同道合者创建了全美连锁(超级)药店协会(National Association of China Drug Stores,简称NACDS).此后,考证美国超级药店的定义,各个时期的文献表述各异,但基本可以概括为"经营处方调配药、HBC(Health and Beauty care)商品及杂货(日用品、文具、食品)的店铺".而在日本的超级药店,从行政区划与现行药事法及医疗制度来看,则可以将其定义为"经营药品、化妆品、日用杂货(文具、胶卷、食品)等的店铺",并未像美国那样将处方调配药载入业态定义.这是因为医药分业在日本进展毕竟为时尚短,处方调配药多半还南医院、诊所门前的专业药局经手,以超级药店为主体的面分工(指可经手多数非特定医院的处方)为数依然不多. 相似文献

This paper describes the goals of the American Society of Health‐System Pharmacists' Pharmacy Practice Model Initiative (PPMI) and its recommendations for health‐system pharmacy practice transformation to meet future patient care needs and elevate the role of pharmacists as patient care providers. PPMI envisions a future in which pharmacists have greater responsibility for medication‐related outcomes and technicians assume greater responsibility for product‐related activities. Although the PPMI recommendations have elevated the level of practice in many settings, they also potentially affect existing clinical pharmacists, in general, and clinical pharmacy specialists, in particular. Moreover, although more consistent patient care can be achieved with an expanded team of pharmacist providers, the role of clinical pharmacy specialists must not be diminished, especially in the care of complex patients and populations. Specialist practitioners with advanced training and credentials must be available to model and train pharmacists in generalist positions, residents, and students. Indeed, specialist practitioners are often the innovators and practice leaders. Negotiation between hospitals and pharmacy schools is needed to ensure a continuing role for academic clinical pharmacists and their contributions as educators and researchers. Lessons can be applied from disciplines such as nursing and medicine, which have developed new models of care involving effective collaboration between generalists and specialists. Several different pharmacy practice models have been described to meet the PPMI goals, based on available personnel and local goals. This paper describes the design and implementation of a workshop to enhance pharmacy students’ appreciation of the importance of chemistry for pharmacy practice. The workshop was designed to form part of the practical work of two modules taught in the second year of the MPharm degree. In this mandatory workshop, second year pharmacy students were required to spot in the dispensary drugs based on their chemical properties like chirality, their origin and chemical structure. The lecturers involved in the workshop showed examples of the application of chemistry in the day to day work of the dispensary (e.g. calculating the dose for a patient in millimoles or how small modifications from a natural product can change its ability to cross the blood-brain-barrier). Feedback from participating students was collected via two survey instruments to examine the impact of the intervention. The survey results showed a clear shift towards a more positive perception by students of the chemistry taught in the MPharm curriculum. 相似文献
