目的:探讨以临床实践为基础的护理科研管理模式,建立完善的护理科研管理制度以及搭建良好的护理科研交流平台的方法。方法:比较建立以临床实践为基础的护理科研管理模式前后各5年内获得的科研成果数量。结果:2005-2009年度与2000-2004年度比较,科研成果数量明显增加。结论:建立以临床实践为基础的护理科研管理模式有助于科研工作的开展,提高护理科研水平。  相似文献

[目的]了解护理学专业本科实习生评判性思维态度倾向性及护理临床决策能力现状及其相关性。[方法]采用评判性思维态度倾向性量表和护理临床决策能力测量工具对重庆市5所三级甲等医院实习的护理专业本科实习生223人进行调查,对其相关性进行分析。[结果]护理专业本科实习生评判性思维态度倾向性总分为(295.92±27.95)分,求知欲得分最高,寻求真相得分最低;护理临床决策能力总分为(77.22±9.24)分,评价反馈能力得分率最高,实施决策能力得分率最低;评判性思维态度倾向性与临床决策能力呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]护理本科实习生在整体上具有正性评判性思维态度倾向,临床决策能力水平偏低,批判性思维态度倾向性可影响护生的临床决策能力,在教学过程中应注意促进护生批判性思维的形成,从而提高护生的临床决策能力。  相似文献

目的调查护理本科生人格特征与临床实践行为的现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用艾森克人格问卷和护理本科生临床实践行为量表对128名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果护生内外向、神经质得分均高于国内常模,精神质、掩饰性得分低于国内常模(P<0.01);临床实践行为总均分为(3.82±0.67)分;内外向与临床实践行为呈正相关,神经质、精神质与临床实践行为呈负相关。结论护理本科生人格特征对其临床实践行为有重要影响,护理教育者可根据其人格特征,采取不同的教育方式,提高护理本科生的临床实践行为。  相似文献

Spirituality has been the subject of numerous journal articles and books in recent years. Research into this topic has been conducted in many spheres of nursing practice with the notable exception of military nursing. This article goes a small way to addressing the apparent lack of research into spirituality in a military nursing setting by summarizing the findings of one study into this significant area of nursing care. The findings are derived from a mixed method quantitative/qualitative study of registered nurses in the Royal Australian Air Force. The major finding indicated that two distinct concepts of "family" define the way in which this small group of nurses perceive, assess and implement care for the spiritual needs of their patients. These concepts comprise a traditional family structure and an extended military family structure that includes the person's unit and comrades-in-arms.  相似文献

This paper demonstrates the value of participatory action research (PAR) and promotes its use by nurses in clinical practice. PAR has gained popularity in nursing and health-care research, offering a way of developing practice-based knowledge that can improve nursing care. PAR is described in detail: what PAR is, how to use PAR in clinical practice, and the steps in the PAR cycle as applied during an exemplar study in which nurses used PAR to address their concerns and develop, implement and evaluate a model of care in an acute medical ward. The authors advocate PAR as a collaborative means to improve the nursing care for patients in varied clinical practice settings.  相似文献

通过在实践中贯彻护理程序来实现护理的专业化,同时将护士提高为在人类健康服务中能够独立思考、决策和行动的专业角色,已经成为世界护理发展的目标与潮流。中国护理的历史与现实,决定了必须经过以“护理临床与管理同时系统地贯彻护理程序”为基本特征的护理改革,才能实现这样的目标。本文借鉴美国护士协会最新修订的“临床护理实践标准”,认为建立中国临床护理实践标准也是目前中国护理改革的一项紧迫任务。重点讨论了护理程序作为中国护理实践的基础和建立临床护理实践标准在中国护理专业化进程中的意义以及在中国护理改革这一系统工程中的重要作用。  相似文献

Abstract The aim of the present study was to develop educational guidelines to be used as a tool for the integration of theory, research and practice to ensure that nursing knowledge and practical skills form the basis of academic nursing education. An additional aim was to describe the nursing competence expected of the students at four academic levels: introductory, intermediate and advanced levels I and II. Clinical nursing education plays a crucial role in assisting nursing students to integrate the theory and practice of nursing at the baccalaureate level, as well as in further specialization and in‐depth nursing studies at the advanced level. A research group consisting of lecturers from the Institute of Nursing, Göteborg University, Sweden, was given the objective to formulate educational guidelines for clinical practice within nursing education. The study took the form of a literature search. In addition, the Delphi method, aimed at reaching a consensus of opinion among colleagues, was used. Based on the literature review and the collegial discussions, four core concepts emerged: professional stance, reflective processes, problem‐solving processes, and practical skills, from which the educational guidelines were developed. Guidelines were formulated both in general and abstract form. They were not connected to a specific care context, specific patient group or specific nursing problems. The most important objective of academic education is that the student develops abilities and techniques necessary for life‐long learning. Students will, in their professional life as nurses, continuously meet situations where they are challenged to take appropriate decisions and actions. This demands training in problem‐solving, reflection, decision‐making and the ability to use both deductive and inductive learning strategies. The guidelines describe what is expected of the students in terms of nursing competence and personal qualifications to ensure that they will be ready to meet the demands of their future profession.  相似文献

目的通过对中国与美国护理本科临床实践环节的共同点和差异性的比较研究,为密切我国护理本科教学理论与实践的联系提供可借鉴的资料和科学依据。方法采用统计分析法、内容分析法、个案研究法等方法对中国、美国各20所护理院校的全日制(四、五年制)护理本科课程进行横向比较研究。结果中美护理本科实践环节学时数及理论与实践的比值、实践环节安排、实践场所和教学活动方式等方面均存在差异。结论我国护理教育者有必要从护理本科临床实践环节的学时数、安排以及实践场所、教学方式等方面进行全面考虑,密切理论与实践的联系。  相似文献
