目的:比较树脂类正畸粘接剂(3M)和树脂改良型玻璃离子粘接剂(GC)粘接托槽的脱落率及牙釉质的脱矿率。方法:选取正畸治疗病例60例,采用自身对照方法在口内相对象限随机使用3M粘接剂和GC粘接剂粘接托槽,记录托槽的第一次脱落情况及治疗结束时牙釉质的脱矿情况。结果:3M粘接剂组托槽的脱落率为9.67%,GC粘接剂组托槽的脱落率为11.83%,两组之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05);治疗结束时,3M粘接剂组牙釉质的脱矿率为21.5%,GC粘接剂组牙釉质的脱矿率为18.0%,两组之间存在统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:树脂改良型玻璃离子粘接剂与传统的树脂粘接剂都能够满足临床治疗需要,但是树脂改良型玻璃离子粘接剂可以免除酸蚀,且能释放氟离子,降低釉质脱矿的发生率。  相似文献

目的评价树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂粘接正畸托槽的临床使用效果.方法随机选择30名患者,采用自身对照的方法,进行为期18个月的临床研究.231个托槽用树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂(resin modified glass ionomer cement,RMGIC)粘接,234个托槽用复合树脂粘接剂(composite resin,CR)粘接.观察脱落托槽所在的牙位、时间和脱落后粘接剂在牙面上的残留量.计算托槽脱落率和粘接材料残留指数.结果树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂粘接的托槽脱落率为23.4%;复合树脂粘接剂粘接的托槽脱落率为9.4%,两者差异有极显著的统计学意义(P<0.001).不论使用玻璃离子粘固剂还是复合树脂粘接剂粘接托槽,第二前磨牙都是最容易出现托槽脱落的牙位.两种材料粘接的托槽脱落后,牙釉质上的粘接材料残留指数差异没有显著性的统计学意义(P>0.05).结论与复合树脂粘接剂相比,树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂的粘接强度尚不能满足正畸治疗的需要.  相似文献

目的 通过体外pH循环实验研究树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂 (resin modifiedglassionomercement)对托槽周围釉质脱矿的抑制作用。方法 选择 5对离体前磨牙 ,实验组用树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂粘接托槽 ,对照组用复合树脂粘接剂粘接托槽。全部样本每天进行pH循环实验 ,共60d。用偏振光显微镜观察托槽周围釉质脱矿病损并测量病损体部的深度、面积以及病损边缘与粘接材料边缘的距离。结果 对照组托槽周围釉质脱矿病损的深度和面积均大于实验组 ,配对t检验表明 2组间差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 0 1 )。实验组病损均远离玻璃离子粘固剂边缘 ,而对照组病损均深入复合树脂粘接剂边缘的下方。结论 树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂是一种可以减少正畸治疗中釉质脱矿的粘接材料  相似文献

目的比较光固化复合树脂与京津釉质粘接剂临床粘接MBT托槽的效果。方法选择牙列完整的20例非拔牙固定正畸矫治患者的患牙400颗,将2种粘接剂分别用于同一患者的左上颌和右下颌区以及右上颌和左下颌区,比较正畸治疗期间MBT托槽脱落情况。结果使用光固化复合树脂和京津釉质粘接剂粘接MBT托槽的脱落率无统计学意义。结论光固化复合树脂与京津釉质粘接剂粘接强度基本相同,但光固化复合树脂具有临床操作可控性强、MBT托槽粘接准确率高等优点,值得临床广泛应用。  相似文献

目的 研究用于正畸托槽粘接的树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂的抗剪切强度。方法  30颗离体前磨牙平均分为 2组。一组用树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂 (Advance)粘接方丝弓正畸托槽 ,另一组用复合树脂釉质粘接剂 (DM)粘接。 2 4h后用材料力学试验机检测两种材料的抗剪切强度 ,统计牙面上粘接材料的残留指数。结果  2种粘接材料的抗剪切强度相似 [玻璃离子粘固剂为 (6 86 2±2 142 )MPa,复合树脂粘接剂为 (7 183± 3 2 0 5 )Mpa],差异无显著性。结论 体外研究中 ,树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂的抗剪切强度已达到复合树脂釉质粘接剂的水平 ,具有临床应用前景  相似文献

目的 研究不同粘接剂对烤瓷瓷面与金属托槽间剪切强度的影响.方法 40个烤瓷瓷面经打磨、氢氟酸酸蚀、冲洗干燥、硅烷偶联剂处理瓷面后,再根据使用粘接剂的不同分为A组:光固化复合树脂粘接剂、B组:单组份化学固化复合树脂粘接剂、C组:树脂改良型光固化玻璃离子粘接剂、D组:双组份化学固化复合树脂粘接剂.将40个金属托槽粘接于烤瓷瓷面,经水浴孵化24 h后测得样本剪切强度,并进行统计分析.结果 A组剪切强度大于其他组(P<0.05),C组剪切强度小于B组(P<0.05),D组与B、C组剪切强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 光固化复合树脂粘接剂可获得最大的剪切强度,树脂改良型光固化玻璃离子粘接剂对金属托槽与烤瓷瓷面的粘接效果欠佳.  相似文献

目的比较树脂类Grengloo粘接剂和玻璃离子类GC Fuji LC粘接剂粘接托槽的首次脱落率。方法固定正畸病例96例,采用自身对照法在口内左右侧随机使用Grengloo和GC粘接剂粘接托槽,记录托槽首次脱落情况。结果两种粘接剂托槽的总体首次脱落率Grengloo组高于GC组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.269,P=0.001)。组内比较:Grengloo组(χ2=76.816,P〈0.001)和GC组(χ2=48.538,P〈0.001)上颌、下颌颊面管脱落率的差异均有统计学意义,下颌均高于上颌;Grengloo组(χ2=11.045,P=0.010)、GC组(χ2=4.485,P=0.034)下颌前磨牙脱落率均高于上颌前磨牙,差异有统计学意义。组间比较:下颌颊面管脱落率GC组低于Grengloo组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.757,P=0.002)。其他组内组间比较差异均无统计学意义。结论下牙托槽的粘接脱落率较上牙高,尤其在磨牙区;GC与Grengloo粘接剂都能够满足临床粘接需要,GC粘接剂尤其适合后牙区托槽粘接。  相似文献

目的研究渗透性树脂治疗早期釉质龋后,对正畸托槽抗剪切粘接强度的影响。方法选择30颗新鲜拔除的健康人类前磨牙,随机分为对照组、脱矿组、渗透性树脂治疗组,每组10颗。使用光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子将托槽粘接于实验牙后,采用万能力学试验机测量托槽的抗剪切粘接强度(SBS),并对牙面进行粘接剂残留指数(ARI)评估。结果 SBS对照组为5.13±0.62MPa,脱矿组为4.09±0.89 MPa,渗透性树脂治疗组为6.23±1.17 MPa。任意两组之间独立样本t检验均表明差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脱矿组ARI小于另外两组,对照组和渗透性树脂治疗组之间ARI无统计学差异。结论渗透性树脂治疗早期釉质龋不影响托槽的粘接强度。  相似文献

目的探讨Esthet—X Flow光固化流体树脂粘接正畸托槽的效果。方法收集2012年1月至2012年2月在中国医科大学口腔医院颌面外科因正畸需要拔除的上颌第一前磨牙30颗,随机等分为3组:实验Ⅰ组应用Esthet—X Flow光固化流体树脂及Prime&Bond NT粘接剂粘接托槽;实验Ⅱ组仅应用Esthet—X Flow光固化流体树脂粘接托槽;对照组应用京津釉质粘接剂粘接托槽。测试各组的抗剪切强度,并在光学显微镜下观察粘接剂残留情况。结果实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的抗剪切强度均明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),而实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),且抗剪切强度均大于9MPa,达到了临床应用标准。各组间粘接剂残留指数差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论单独应用Esthet—X Flow光固化流体树脂可满足临床粘接托槽的要求。  相似文献

目的:比较两种常用的正畸粘接剂在埋伏牙导萌中粘接正畸附件的脱落率。方法:含埋伏牙正畸患者48例随机分成两组,进行闭合式开窗术后粘接正畸附件,实验组24例,用GC Fuji正畸粘接剂、对照组24例,用京津釉质粘接剂粘接,术后1周加力牵引,比较加力2、6、12个月后正畸附件脱落率。结果:两种粘接剂加力2个月时正畸附件脱落率有统计学意义(P<0.05),6个月、12个月时正畸附件脱落率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2个月时埋伏牙粘接正畸附件脱落率GC Fuji粘接剂效果优于京津釉质粘接剂,两种粘接剂远期粘接效果相同。  相似文献

目的:评估一种树脂修饰化的玻璃离子托槽粘结剂在牙面不同处理方式和环境下的两次粘结后的剪切强度情况。方法:将新近拔除的105颗上颌第一前磨牙随机均分成7组,按照说明书的要求完成托槽的粘结。对照组牙面用37%的磷酸处理后,用光固化复合树脂粘结剂(3M,Transbond XT)粘结。其它6组牙面分别在37%的磷酸、GC处理剂(GC Self-Conditioner)、和不做任何处理的条件下,分别在干燥和湿润的环境下用树脂修饰化的玻璃离子(RMGIC;Fuji ORTHO LC,GC Corporation,Tokyo,Japan)粘结,所有牙齿均选用同种托槽。托槽粘结24 h后,在万能测力机下以1 mm/min的速度卸载,并记录下数值。除去牙面和托槽底面多余粘结剂后,重复上述过程。每次卸载后检查牙釉质损坏情况。结果:对照组两次剪切强度有较小的差异,其它GC玻璃离子粘结剂组两次剪切强度没有统计学意义。GC粘结剂不做任何处理组在干燥和湿润的环境下其剪切强度存在明显的差异。干燥环境下,37%的磷酸和GC处理剂处理后,GC粘结剂组两次卸载后的牙釉质均出现不同程度的釉裂或釉质脱落。结论:这种树脂修饰化的玻璃离子粘结剂可以在多种条件下用于托槽的粘结。  相似文献

PURPOSE: Enamel demineralization adjacent to orthodontic brackets is one of the risks associated with orthodontic treatment. Glass ionomer cements have been shown to decrease enamel demineralization adjacent to brackets and bands but do not exhibit bond strengths comparable to resin composites. The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare a fluoride-releasing resin composite versus a resin-modified glass ionomer cement for inhibition of enamel demineralization surrounding orthodontic brackets. METHODS: Forty-five teeth were randomly assigned to 3 groups of 15 teeth. Fifteen were bonded with Concise (3M), a non-fluoride-releasing resin composite (control); 15 teeth were bonded with Light Bond (Reliance), a fluoride-releasing resin composite; and 15 teeth were bonded with Fuji Ortho LC (GC Corporation), a resin-modified glass ionomer cement. The teeth were placed in an artificial caries solution to create lesions. Following sectioning of the teeth in a buccolingual direction, polarized light microscopy was utilized to evaluate enamel demineralization adjacent to the orthodontic bracket. The area of the lesion was measured 100 microns from the orthodontic bracket and bonding agent. RESULTS: MANOVA (P < .0001) and Duncan's test (P < .05) indicated the resin-modified glass ionomer cement (Fuji Ortho LC) and the fluoride-releasing resin composite (Light Bond) had significantly less adjacent enamel demineralization than the non-fluoride-releasing resin composite control. However, there was no significant difference between the resin-modified glass ionomer cement and the fluoride-releasing resin composite. CONCLUSIONS: Based on the results of this in vitro study, it can be concluded that Fuji Ortho LC and Light Bond exhibit significant inhibition of adjacent demineralization compared to the non-fluoride-releasing control.  相似文献

目的:研究普通卤素灯(QTH)和发光二级管灯(LED)对正畸托槽复合树脂光敏粘结剂(3M)和树脂加强型玻璃离子光敏粘结剂(GC)抗剪切力的影响,为临床正畸粘结材料和固化光源的选择提供一定依据。方法:选取新鲜拔除的第一双尖牙48颗,随机分为4组,使用不同粘结材料和不同光源配合粘结标准网底方丝弓托槽,采用微机万能材料实验机对托槽的粘结强度进行检测,同时记录粘结剂残留指数(ARI)。结果:3M抗剪切力及ARI值均显著大于GC(P〈0.05);QTH和LED对3M和GC的抗剪切力及ARI值影响差别无统计学意义。结论:2种正畸光敏粘结剂抗剪切强度均符合临床要求,托槽去除后GC对牙面破坏较小;LED灯照可以节约一半光照时间并能达到普通卤素灯的光照效果,正畸托槽粘结建议使用LED灯作为固化光源。  相似文献

The mean shear debonding force of stainless steel orthodontic brackets with microetched bases bonded with either a compomer or a resin-modified glass ionomer cement was assessed. In addition, the amount of cement remaining on the enamel surface following bracket removal was evaluated. Finally, survival time of orthodontic brackets bonded with these materials was assessed following simulated mechanical stress in a ball mill. Debonding force and survival time data were compared with those obtained for brackets bonded with a chemically cured resin adhesive, a light-cured resin adhesive, and a conventional glass ionomer cement. There were no significant differences in mean shear debonding force of brackets bonded with the compomer, resin-modified glass ionomer, chemically cured resin adhesive, or the light-cured resin adhesive. Brackets bonded with a conventional glass ionomer cement had a significantly lower mean shear debonding force than that recorded for the other materials. The Adhesive Remnant Index (ARI) mode score indicated that significantly less cement remained on the enamel following debonding of brackets cemented with resin-modified or conventional glass ionomers compared with other adhesives. The median survival time for brackets cemented with the compomer, resin-modified glass ionomer, chemically cured resin, or light-cured resin were significantly longer than for brackets cemented with conventional glass ionomer. The compomer and the resin-modified glass ionomer adhesive appear to offer viable alternatives to the more commonly used resin adhesives for bracket bonding.  相似文献

Because the risk of dental caries increases with the use of orthodontic appliances and its control cannot depend only on the patient's self-care, this study evaluated the effect of a glass ionomer cement on reducing enamel demineralization around orthodontic brackets. Fourteen orthodontic patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 7; they received 23 brackets fitted to their premolars, bonded with either Concise (3M Dental Products, St Paul, Minn), a composite resin (control group), or Fuji Ortho LC (GC America, Chicago, Ill), a resin-modified glass ionomer cement (experimental group). The volunteers lived in a city that has fluoridated water, but they did not use fluoridated dentifrices during the study. After 30 days, the teeth were extracted and longitudinally sectioned; in the enamel around the brackets, demineralization was assessed by cross-sectional microhardness. The determinations were made at the bracket edge cementing limits, and at occlusal and cervical points 100 and 200 microm away from them. In all of these positions, indentations were made at depths from 10 to 90 microm from enamel surface. Analysis of variance showed statistically significant effects for position, material, depth, and their interactions (P<.05). The Tukey test showed that the glass ionomer cement was statistically more efficient than the control, reducing enamel demineralization in all analyses (P<.05). The use of glass ionomer cement for bonding can be encouraged because it decreases the development of caries around orthodontic brackets.  相似文献

Effect of using self-etching primer for bonding orthodontic brackets   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
Questions over the use of self-etching primers with composite resin adhesives in the bonding of orthodontic brackets remain unsolved. In addition, there are no previous reports on the efficacy of self-etching primers with resin-modified glass ionomer cements for bonding orthodontic brackets in orthodontic dentistry. The purpose of this study was to determine the shear bond strengths of orthodontic brackets bonded with one of four protocols: (1) a composite resin adhesive used with 40% phosphoric acid, (2) the same composite resin used with Megabond self-etching primer, (3) a resin-modified glass ionomer cement adhesive used with 10% polyacrylic acid enamel conditioner, and (4) the same resin-modified glass ionomer cement used with Megabond self-etching primer. The appearance of the tooth surfaces after acid etching or priming was observed with a field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). When used with resin-modified glass ionomer cement, Megabond self-etching primer gave no significantly different shear bond strength compared with polyacrylic acid etching. But when used with composite resin adhesive, Megabond self-etching primer gave significantly lower shear bond strength than phosphoric acid etching. However, the shear bond strength of orthodontic brackets bonded with composite resin adhesive after Megabond priming was almost the same as that of brackets bonded with resin-modified glass ionomer cement after polyacrylic acid etching. FE-SEM observation revealed that Megabond self-etching primer produced less dissolution of enamel surface than did phosphoric acid and polyacrylic acid etching. Megabond self-etching primer may be a candidate for bonding orthodontic brackets using the resin-modified glass ionomer cement for minimizing the amount of enamel loss.  相似文献

目的了解树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀在临床使用的脱落率,探讨树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀在临床使用的可行性.方法20名正畸初诊患者的上颌左右侧分别使用正畸用树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀,复合树脂型正畸釉质粘结剂粘结正畸托槽,观察其临床脱落率.结果树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀粘结托槽的脱落率与临床普遍使用的复合树脂型正畸釉质粘结剂粘结托槽的脱落率相似.结论树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀可以满足临床需要.  相似文献

目的评价不同黏结剂用于光固化复合树脂充填体表面托槽黏结的效果。方法2012年3月于中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科制作10个自凝树脂长方体试件,在其4个表面制备窝洞并行光固化复合树脂充填。将40个树脂充填体随机分为A、B、C、D组(每组10个),分别用京津釉质黏结剂、3M Unite化学固化黏结剂、3M Transbond光固化黏结剂和可乐丽菲露AP—X光固化复合树脂黏结金属托槽,进行抗剪切强度测试,并测评光固化树脂面黏结剂残留指数(ARI积分)。结果4种黏结剂的抗剪切强度分别为:A组(7.763±1.240)MPa;B组(8.231±0.338)MPa;C组(8.654±0.916)MPa;D组(8.349±0.820)MPa。4种黏结剂的抗剪切强度均达到临床要求,其中c组与A组的抗剪切强度差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其余各组间的抗剪切强度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。各组的ARI积分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论在经过打磨粗糙表面处理后的光固化复合树脂表面黏结托槽时,4种黏结剂均能满足临床要求。其中3MTransbond“光固化黏结剂产生的抗剪切强度最大。  相似文献
