震颤麻痹是好发于中年以后的原因不明的黑质以及黑质纹状体通路变性的疾病.症状可以有静止性震颤、肌肉僵硬、动作减少且缓慢等.必须长期服用抗帕金森病(PD)药物,但抗PD药物副作用较多,比如’开关’现象、’剂末’运动不能与’耗尽’效应,多动现象以及精神障碍均为抗PD药物的副作用.其中精神障碍症状比较少见.笔者在临床工作中遇到此病人,总结治疗中的体会如下.……

本文总结我院开通急救生命绿色通道两年来,在建立组织,实行三级管理,增加设备,改善环境,分红、黄、绿3区管理,严格1’3’5’10’的抢救制度,建立了一套快捷、高效优质的急救服务体系,在接诊、分诊、抢救、治疗、住院、手术、收费等实现全程优质服务,大大方便了病人,急诊量增加30％,就诊时间比原来缩短50％,抢救成功率91.3％,取得明显社会效益。

K值校准法在5''''-NT测定中的应用

5’-核苷酸酶(5’-NT),在岛津CL-7200全自动生化分析中,采用测定次黄嘌呤释放速率5’-NT比色分析法,选择[装置定数]和[K值接受]校准模式,以底物次黄嘌呤为标准,进行510 nm/600 nm双波长终点比色,测装置K值,由5’-NT连续监测法反应程序接受K值后,用于一般样品分析,结果在设定的次黄嘌呤标准浓度选择性试验中,次黄嘌呤在200～1000μmol/L时,可求得理想K值;准确性:质控结果均值与靶值误差<2％,符合WHO允许误差范围;重现性:高低值5’-NT批内CV<2％,日间<7.5％;线性试验中,5’-NT线性范围是0～300 U/I。,相关系数r=0.998 8,回归方程Y=1.052 8X-2.413,呈高度直线相关且离散度小,回收率为98.2％～99.4％,30例病人结果同手工法相关统计为r=O.897 O,Y=1.209 4X+O.857 8;40例正常组试验为0.3～10.0 U/L,可作为正常参考值。

根管治疗中各类牙内穿孔的临床探讨

根管治疗是口腔内科常用疗法，适用于各类牙髓炎及尖周炎。由于操作不慎或不熟悉正常牙体解剖结构，牙内穿孔时有发生，其中包括髓底穿孔、例壁穿孔及根管内穿孔。我们观察了30例由于操作不慎导致牙内穿孔的患者，用羟基磷灰石配合碘仿修复穿孔部位，效果基本满意，现报道如下。临床资料30例中男18例，女12例，年龄30～65岁，其中医底穿孔13例，例壁穿孔《例。根尖步处穿孔且例，根””””””——”“’””““—”“——”“”’—””3””‘”——””’一管唇侧tr处穿孔1例，舌侧穿孔1例。“””””“2”—“”——”“’””””—…
