Blood glutathione peroxidase activity and selenium levels were found to correlate well, indicating that glutathione peroxidase activity can be used to assess blood selenium levels in beef cattle. The glutathione peroxidase activity of blood is less stable than is the selenium concentration but when blood was stored at 4 degrees C, the glutathione peroxidase activity remained constant for seven days.  相似文献

目的:研究血硒水平及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)发生的关系。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月就诊于该院的孕妇共1360例,其中68例为 GDM 患者(观察组),另随机抽取非 GDM 孕妇113例作为对照组,对比两组患者血清中的血硒水平及 GSH-Px 活性。结果对照组血硒水平及 GSH-Px 活性均高于观察组,对照组与观察组血硒水平分别为(3.07±0.51)、(2.06±0.41)mmol/L,GSH-Px 活性分别为(197.23±18.73)、(151.35±19.67)U,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论血硒水平及抗过氧化酶活性降低可能是 GDM 的发病原因之一。  相似文献

目的:探讨磁场对家兔谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响.方法:将20只家兔随机分为实验组与对照组.实验组每天进行一次磁处理,每次30 min.在家兔腹背贴磁片,每一磁片的磁感应强度0.2T.6周后测定两组家兔血清中GSH-Px 和血液中CAT的活性.结果:实验组GSH-Px活性为(1 438.50±157.89)活力单位/ml,CAT活性为(68.29±13.91)活力单位/L.对照组GSH-Px活性为(1187.73±272.55)活力单位/ml,CAT活性为(55.69±7.57)活力单位/L.实验组GSH-Px与CAT活性明显升高 (P<0.05).结论:磁场能够增强GSH-Px和CAT的活性,提高机体处理自由基的能力,增加机体的抵抗能力,具有一定的抗衰老功能.  相似文献

目的探讨高压氧(HBO)对舰员重症牙周炎牙龈血流量(GBF)、袋内厌氧菌和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)的作用。方法 90例重症牙周炎患者分为3组,每组30例:HBO组、HBO加洁治组[HBO+SCA(scaling)组]和双氧水组(HP组),在治疗前、后即时和治疗结束1个月时用激光多普勒血流仪测定GBF、牙周袋厌氧菌培养、DTNB比色法测定GPx活性,记录牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、牙周附着丧失(AL)。结果 3组治疗后即时和治疗结束1个月时的GBF、袋内厌氧菌数和GPx与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),HBO组和HBO+SCA组治疗后即时和治疗后1个月时的各指标与HP组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);HBO+SCA组治疗后即时和治疗后1个月时的各指标与HBO组、HP组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),HBO和HBO+SCA组治疗后1个月各指标与治疗后即时比较无差异无统计学意义。结论 HBO对舰员牙周炎有明显治疗作用,HBO加洁治更好,并维持1个月以上,其疗效与抑制致病性厌氧菌,增加GBF和GPx活性有关。  相似文献

目的观察高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)治疗对创伤性颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)模型大鼠氧化-抗氧化指标的影响,为临床TBI患者实施HBO治疗提供基础实验依据。方法雄性Wistar大鼠分为脑损伤组、损伤后HBO治疗组、空白对照组。采用侧位液压撞击(lateral fluid percussion,LFP)法建立TBI大鼠模型。分光光度法测量血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力、丙二醛(maleic dialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果 HBO治疗组GSH-Px活力显著高于损伤组(P〈0.01),MDA含量两组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.01)。HBO治疗各组GSH-Px活力均高于相应脑损伤组,亚急性期开始行HBO,治疗组GSH-Px活力显著高于相应脑损伤组(P〈0.01)。结论在TBI模型大鼠损伤后特定时间段内给予HBO治疗,可使模型大鼠抗氧化能力短时间内迅速提高,所以适时适量的HBO治疗,不但不增加氧化损伤,反而减轻氧化损伤。  相似文献

目的研究宁夏枸杞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的测定方法,以寻求测定枸杞中GSH-Px的最佳条件。方法以0.2mol·L-1的磷酸缓冲液作为提取介质,1.67%的偏磷酸作为沉淀液,用分光光度计分别在410nm、412nm、414nm、416nm、418nm、420nm、422nm波长下比色测定宁夏枸杞中GSH-Px活性。结果宁夏枸杞中GSH-Px在含1mmol·L-1乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和1%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的0.2mol·L-1磷酸缓冲液(pH6.24)作为提取介质,反应2min、412nm波长条件下比色测定,活性最高。结论本方法可以准确地测定枸杞中GSH-Px的活性,且重复性好。  相似文献

The effects of different blood collection procedures, various storage temperatures and durations of storage on the levels of plasma cholinesterase and whole blood glutathione in turkeys were investigated.Collection of blood through vacutainers yielded satisfactory results. Whereas the plasma cholinesterase activity remained unchanged even after three weeks of storage at -17.8 degrees C., blood glutathione concentration was unaffected only when the samples were stored at -28.9 degrees C for the three weeks. The range of mean activity was from 4.64 to 4.71 DeltapH/hour x 10 for cholinesterase and from 44.85 to 47.91 mgm/100 ml for glutathione.  相似文献

目的 探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)患者全血硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平与健康人的差别,以及与肿瘤临床分期之间的关系。 方法 对122 例NPC患者采用2.3-二氨基萘(DN)荧光法测定血硒,采用2-硝基苯甲酸直接显色法测定血GSH-PX水平,并设健康人对照;数据采用t检验及方差分析进行统计学处理。 结果 (1)放疗前NPC患者血硒和GSH-PX水平均低于对照组(P< 0.01)。(2)随着临床分期的增加,血硒和GSH-PX水平逐渐下降,(P< 0.01)。(3)放疗后患者血硒和GSH-PX水平比放疗前升高,但仍比对照组低(P> 0.05)。 结论 (1)NPC患者血硒和GSH-PX均处于低水平状态。(2)血硒和GSH-PX水平与NPC的发生、发展可能有关。  相似文献

目的观察谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)与脂质过氧化物(lpo)在哮喘患者发病前后变化,分析其临床诊断意义。方法选取住院治疗的哮喘患者46例作为研究对象(实验组)。另选取同期体检的健康人48例作为正常对照组,采用生物学方法检测哮喘患者和健康人的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、脂质过氧化物及血清SOD水平。对比哮喘患者治疗前后的指标变化以及治疗后与正常人的指标水平比较情况。结果治疗前后患者的GSH-Px和lpo水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后GSH-Px和lpo与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。哮喘患者在发病后的0~6h、6~24h以及24~72h的GSH-Px、lpo以及SOD水平与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者发病后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平降低,脂质过氧化物水平升高,提示GSH-Px和lpo的检测结果可作为哮喘诊断和治疗效果的临床依据。  相似文献

目的:研究支气管肺炎时超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)的动态变化及相关性,以探讨其临床意义。方法:检测52例支气管肺炎患儿极期与恢复期血SOD、CAT、GSHPX、丙二醛(MDA)活性,设正常对照组60例。结果:支气管肺炎极期SOD、CAT、GSHPX均明显降低,MDA显著升高,与正常对照组比较差异非常显著;恢复期SOD、CAT、GSHPX均明显上升,MDA明显下降,与极期比较差异非常显著。肺炎组极期和恢复期三种抗氧化酶之间均无相关性。结论:支气管肺炎时体内产生过多氧自由基,抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、GSHPX活力均下降。测定抗氧化酶可判断病情及预后。此三种抗氧化酶之间关系复杂,统计学上无相关性。以上为治疗中联合应用抗氧化剂提供了理论依据。  相似文献

The main consequences of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and AIDS are frequent and persistent opportunistic infections at mucosal surfaces, but data upon impaired oral mucosal response in AIDS patients are still lacking. - The aim of this study was to determine salivary flow rates and peroxidase levels in unstimulated whole saliva in AIDS patients together with comparison to the healthy controls. Salivary peroxidase levels were determined according to Putter and Becker in 20 AIDS patients and 18 HIV-seronegative healthy controls. Statistical analysis was performed using Student t-test. Salivary peroxidase levels were significantly increased in the AIDS group (9.41 +/- 8.50 kU/L; p<0.009) when compared to the healthy controls (3.1 +/- 2.0 kU/L). Salivary flow rates were significantly decreased in AIDS patients (0.17+/-0.11 ml/min, p<0.009) when compared with healthy controls (0.58 +/- 0.19 ml/min). Elevated salivary peroxidase levels indicate increased salivary antimicrobial activity in AIDS patients.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Malondialdehyde (MDA) is a marker of lipid peroxidation. Glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) are the main enzymes responsible for the detoxification of superoxide anion. The aim was to assess whether serum MDA, erythrocyte GPX, and erythrocyte SOD levels altered during early spontaneous abortions presenting with vaginal bleeding. MATERIAL/METHODS: A group of pregnant women at less than 8 weeks' gestation with spontaneous abortion and vaginal bleeding (n=23) and a control group of healthy pregnancies with similar characteristics (n=25) were included. Serum MDA levels, erythrocyte GPX, and SOD activities were determined and compared among the groups. RESULTS: Characteristics, including maternal age, parity, gestational age, complete blood count values, serum total protein, serum albumin, and serum lipid profile, were similar across the groups. Spontaneous abortion prior to 8 weeks of gestation was associated with increased mean serum MDA levels and decreased mean erythrocyte SOD activity. Erythrocyte GPX values did not differ among the groups. CONCLUSIONS: Increased lipid peroxidation and inhibition of SOD activity might be involved in the termination of spontaneous abortions and expulsion of fetoplacental material out of the uterine cavity.  相似文献

Serum selenium concentrations were found to be significantly lower in women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy than in women with normal pregnancies during the last trimester of pregnancy and post partum. The activity of the selenoenzyme glutathione peroxidase had a significant positive correlation with selenium concentration and it was also significantly lower in women with the disease. These findings suggest that selenium deficiency and reduced glutathione peroxidase activity are associated with the aetiopathogenesis of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.  相似文献

研究目的探讨某些中枢神经系统疾病血清过氧化脂质(LPO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)水平的变化。处理方法 47例脑梗塞患者和14例急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)患者均在发病一周内抽取空腹静脉血,迅速分离血清,置-20℃冰箱保存,3天内测定。对照组为42例健康人。LPO和GPX测定均采用荧光分光光度法。统计学处理采用t检验。结果脑梗塞患者和DEACMP患者血清LPO明显高于对照组(P<0.01),GPX明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者LPO/GPX的比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且较LPO增高更为明显。结论脑梗塞患者和DEACMP患者血青LPO增高,GPX降低。表明脑缺血或缺氧后脑组织的损伤与自由基引发的脂质过氧化作用增强有关。LPO/GPX的比值作为过氧化损害的检测指标较LPO更为敏感。  相似文献

目的探讨慢性失眠障碍患者血清丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平及其影响因素。方法收集慢性失眠障碍患者110例(患者组)和睡眠正常的健康者90例(健康对照组),采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)对慢性失眠障碍患者的睡眠质量进行评定,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)对慢性失眠障碍患者的焦虑、抑郁水平进行评定,受试者血清MDA水平采用比色法(TBA法)进行测定,血清GSH-PX水平采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行测定。结果患者组患者的血清MDA水平明显高于健康对照组,血清GSH-PX水平明显低于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,患者组患者的PSQI总分为血清MDA水平的独立影响因素(标准化茁=0.354,P=0.008),另外患者组PSQI总分和BMI是血清GSH-PX水平的独立影响因素(标准化茁=-0.393,P=0.002;标准化茁=0.254,P=0.025)。结论慢性失眠障碍患者体内存在血清MDA、GSH-PX水平异常,氧化应激可能是慢性失眠障碍引起的病理生理变化之一。  相似文献
