急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病1例

<正>1 病历摘要患者男,52岁。因全身弥漫性红斑、脓疱伴瘙痒3 d入院。患者诉3 d前因咽痛就诊于当地诊所,予阿莫西林口服,服药1 d后,颈部出现少量红斑、丘疹伴瘙痒,之后红斑、丘疹逐渐增多,并出现脓疱,伴明显瘙痒,在外院经氯雷他定、左西替利嗪口服和复方甘草酸苷、地塞米松静脉滴注,皮疹未见明显好转。现全身弥漫性水肿性红斑及针尖大脓疱,瘙痒剧烈。既往体健,否认其他系统性疾病史及银屑病病史,否认银屑病家族史。     

急性泛发性发疹性脓疱性皮病1例

报告1例急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病。患者女，75岁，躯干、四肢起红斑，部分融合成大片，其上密集分布粟粒至米粒大的脓疱，部分脓疱互相融合成“脓湖”，右下肢部分片状脱屑。组织病理示角层下脓疱。患者在发疹前2h使用过青霉素等药物。

急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病7例临床分析

目的了解急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病(AGEP)的发病原因及临床特点,提高对本病的认识。方法对7例AGEP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果7例患者中,6例由药物引起,1例可能与急性上呼吸道感染有关;典型的AGEP表现为:在全身水肿性红斑的基础上突然出现非毛囊性、浅表性、无菌性小脓疱,伴高热。结论AGEP可能是一种特殊类型的药疹。     

急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病14例临床分析

本文分析了14例急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病的一般资料、临床表现和治疗情况。14例患者中11例有用药史,全部有发热,皮疹为弥漫性红斑、非毛囊性脓疱,予以糖皮质激素等对症治疗,所有患者2周内痊愈。

５例急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病,均有典型的临床表现,经组织病理学检查证实,５例发病均与用药有关。     

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis induced by ingestion of bamifylline

We report a case of acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) in a 64-year-old woman, associated with the use of bamifylline. To the best of our knowledge there have been no previous reports of AGEP induced by the ingestion of bamifylline in the medical literature. We, therefore, add this drug to the list of causes for AGEP.     

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis complicated by cutaneous small vessel vasculitis: A case report and literature review

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a rare skin eruption characterized by widespread erythematous lesions covered with numerous pustules. Leukocytoclastic vasculitis is now considered an uncommon but possible histopathological feature within the clinical and pathological spectrum of AGEP. Our report describes a rare case of AGEP overlapping with cutaneous small vessel vasculitis, a condition that has only been reported once in the literature.     

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis in a six-year-old boy

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) presents with an abrupt onset of widespread pustules on erythematous base and rapid spontaneous healing. AGEP may have a variety of causative factors such as drugs, viral infection and exposure to mercury. We report a case of AGEP in a 6-year-old boy who presented with acute onset of fever and widespread pustular eruption on erythematous bases. Histologic examination showed neutrophilic subcorneal spongiform pustule. It is an uncommon condition in children.     

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis due to terbinafine

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis is a rare adverse cutaneous reaction characterized by the rapid appearance of numerous pustules arising on edematous, erythematous skin. It is commonly accompanied by fever and leukocytosis and usually resolves with discontinuation of the offending agent. Herein, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis induced by terbinafine is described, followed by a brief review of the literature.
