Viewpoint--Travel medicine and maritime medicine

Although travel medicine and maritime medicine study health problems of different populations of travelers, they have many common interests. Seafarers are a special kind of travelers and for them traveling is the essential part of their professional lives, so the health risks during travel are basically the risks of their profession and their working environment. In this paper similarities and differences between the practice of work in these two specialities of medicine are presented and discussed.

从医学的人文属性和人文价值出发，结合现代医学发展变化的新特征。研究了人文医学观建立的科学基础和现实基础。提出了人文医学观存在的必然性和对于医学发展的重要意义。     

Travel medicine and its correlations with insurance medicine

The author describes the basic ideas and skills of travel medicine, as a new discipline of medical science in Hungary. He also emphasizes the importance of the knowledge of assistance medicine (as a substructure of the travel medicine). The author points out that travel medicine should be assigned to the discipline of insurance medicine in Hungary. In respect of Hungary's joining the European Union, Hungarian doctors should be fully aware of the importance of the traveller's medical treatment.     

循证检验医学与检验医学的发展

循证医学是以证据为基础的医学，循证医学在检验医学的应用即为循证检验医学。其主要实施策略是发现和提出问题；寻求实验室或者文献中的有价值证据；进行实验或方法学的评价；应用于临床检验的实践中；评价实践结果。循证医学和循证检验医学对检验医学的学科发展和临床工作的开展具有重要的意义。     

Latin American social medicine and global social medicine

A fundamental change in the theory underlying public health and medicine is needed. Latin American social medicine (LASM), originating in a region of the world that has been subjected to colonial and postcolonial influence, will be part of this change. To the extent that the social production of disease among people in other regions is a consequence of various large-scale forms of domination, LASM offers a relevant analysis, models of resistance, and exemplars of social medicine in practice. I draw upon LASM to examine the social production of disease in the Marshall Islands and Iraq. I suggest a basis for a global social medicine in the shared experience of suffering and describe implications for public health theory and practice.

在中医临床上湿疹是一种常见的内科类炎症性皮肤病,在其临床上来讲,湿疹皮肤病症特点是一种为多形性皮疹,它在发作时溺水向四周分布倾渗而出,使人体感到剧烈搔痒难受难忍.湿疹这类皮肤病很容易反反复复的发作,使用一般的治疗方法难于治愈,皮肤体内的病毒久经多年也不易死去,而愈染愈多,延续扩散,难于根除治疗的炎症性皮肤病.本篇深入分析湿疹的病因,其发病的症状和所诊断方法;从病例中进行辨证分析,鉴别诊断这几方面来论述湿疹的发病机理.通过本篇论述为我们对湿疹进一步了解,更深一层的去分析论证在中医上如何根治湿疹.
