超高频皮肤整形仪祛除眼部先天性黑色素巨痣疗效观察   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

目的:观察超高频皮肤整形术对眼部先天性黑色素巨痣的治疗效果。方法:采用超高频皮肤整形技术治疗15例眼部先天性黑色素巨痣。结果:15例患者经过1-3次治疗后,其中12例患者皮肤病损基本恢复正常,3例皮肤病损患者比治疗前明显好转,有效率达100%,不留任何瘢痕。结论:超高频皮肤整形术治疗眼部先天性黑色素巨痣的效果显著,无副作用,是目前较为理想的治疗方法。  相似文献

目的:观察XH超高频皮肤整形仪对面部色素性皮肤病变的治疗效果。方法:选择合适的电极对7种269例面部色素性皮肤病变进行治疗。结果:特定频段的超高频电极可使皮肤病变组织气化,治疗有效率89.6%,但对太田痣、不良文饰、色素痣等部分皮肤损害达真皮深层或全层的病例效果欠佳。结论:超高频皮肤整形仪对面部色素性皮肤病变的治疗效果良好。  相似文献

目的:寻找一种矫治皮肤弹性差,皮下组织松软型眼袋行之有效的方法。方法:选择对26例皮肤弹性性差,皮下组织松软型眼袋用超高频皮肤整形仪治疗。结果:所有病例均获成功,下睑部位皮肤平坦,无瘢痕形成,皮肤颜色在2个月-3个月,左右逐渐恢复正常,结论:超高频皮肤整形仪矫治皮肤弹性差,皮下组织松型眼袋效果良好。  相似文献

目的:探讨皮管移植联合Q开关及CO2激光技术治疗鼻面部复杂性黑色素痣的效果,总结手术及激光治疗的技巧。方法:6例鼻面部复杂性黑色素痣采用手术切除后上臂皮管移植联合Q开关及CO2激光治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:本组6例患者经过皮管移植联合Q开关及CO2激光治疗后,皮瓣存活良好,存活后皮瓣颜色与邻近部位无明显差异,术后激光治疗1个疗程后鼻面部黑色素痣区域色素基本消失,手术切口瘢痕淡化,外观改善满意,随访1年无复发。结论:采用皮管移植联合Q开关及CO2激光治疗鼻面部复杂性黑色素痣临床疗效显著,是目前较为理想的方法。  相似文献

目的:观察595nm脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤微静脉畸形的疗效和不良反应,分析疗效相关因素,初步探讨皮肤镜技术在皮肤微静脉畸形治疗和随访中的作用。方法:应用595rim脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤微静脉畸形患者226例,观察治疗效果、不良反应,比较疗效与患者性别、年龄及病变类型等因素间的相关性,运用皮肤镜技术对疗效及不良反应进行评价分析及随访。结果:脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤微静脉畸形的总体有效率为51.8%,发生副反应7例(3.09%),其疗效与患者年龄、病灶类型等因素相关(P〈0.05),与性别无明显相关性;皮肤镜技术可明确区分病灶残留与色素沉着,指导后续治疗。结论:595nm脉冲染料激光治疗皮肤微静脉畸形安全性高,疗效良好,副反应低,皮肤镜技术可用于皮肤微静脉畸形激光治疗疗效的客观评价及随访。  相似文献

目的:探索同时解决颧骨过高及手术引起的医源性面部皮肤松垂的方法。方法:回顾分析48例颧骨过高患者的治疗过程,总结L形颧骨截骨降低联合颞颊部除皱术的设计方法和治疗效果。结果:L形颧骨截骨降低联合颞颊部除皱术较好地同时解决了颧骨过高及面中下部皮肤松弛的问题,47例患者对术后效果较满意,1例患者有轻微的两侧骨骼不对称,经Ⅱ期手术后也达到了治疗目的。结论:L形颧骨截骨降低联合颞颊部除皱术是一种较好的面部整形方法。  相似文献

Inadequate primary skin cleansing for dirt-ingrained skin abrasions can result in disfiguring traumatic tattoos. We present nine cases of traumatic tattoos treated with the Nd YAG laser. In six cases the pigmentation was completely cleared and in three cases minimal pigmentation remained. The Nd YAG laser offers effective late treatment of traumatic tattoos with many advantages over conventional destructive treatment modalities. The best treatment is still immediate debridement and cleaning.  相似文献

The acute or emergency treatment of traumatic tattoos has been based on the principles of immediate and thorough removal of all particles. The delayed treatment of traumatic tattoos has classically been with overgrafting or dermabrasion. We developed an animal model for traumatic tattoos. Two levels of wounds were made (shallow and deep). Each group consisted of five guinea pigs with one consistent level of wounding. Four treatment methods were applied: carbon dioxide laser, argon laser, overgrafting, and dermabrasion. The results were evaluated by trained observers on a gross basis. Although no statistically significant differences were found within these small groups, clinical experience in a small group of patients suggests that carbon dioxide laser may prove to be useful in the delayed treatment of traumatic tattoos. Eight patients have been treated over a 4-year period. Satisfactory total or subtotal foreign body removal of various agents (road tar, cement, cooper particles) has been achieved.  相似文献

目的:探讨Q开关Nd:YAG激光多次低能量祛除文身的临床疗效观察。方法:临床选取21例文身患者,治疗采用自身对比:A区为试验区,使用Q开关1064nm波长激光,光斑直径4~6mm,能量密度为2.0~4.0J/cm2,平行均匀照射1遍,术后即刻反应皮损变白霜,无皮肤出血点,每天治疗1次,连续治疗3~4次;B区为对照区,使用Q开关1064nm波长激光,光斑直径3~4mm,能量密度为5.0~8.0J/cm2,均匀照射1遍,即刻反应皮损灰白或皮肤出血。两组病例均于术后6个月观察疗效。结果:术后6个月观察,试验区:治愈9例(42.8%),显效12例(57.2%),无瘢痕形成;对照区:治愈3例(14%),显效5例(24%),好转13例(62%),2例(9.5%)出现轻度增生性瘢痕。结论:采用Q开关Nd:YAG激光多次低能量治疗文身的方法可加快文身消退病程,减少文身治疗中能量密度过大形成瘢痕或色素脱失的风险,为文身治疗提供一种新的治疗方法。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The Q-switched Nd:YAG laser can completely eliminate traumatic tattoos. OBJECTIVE: We report the results of the unsuccessful removal of traumatic tattoos among three patients with dermal inclusions of gunpowder who were shot at close range. METHODS: Treatment was tried in each patient with a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at a medium fluence (4-6 J/cm2). RESULTS: During treatment of our patients, each pulse provoked sparks and the immediate formation of bleeding trans- epidermal pits. After the healing process was completed, we observed poxlike scars and the spreading of pigments in the skin around the initial points of the tattoo. CONCLUSION: We hypothesize that the rapid transfer of high-energy pulses to powder particles creates microexplosions of these fragments resulting in cavitation and provoking transepidermal holes and subsequent scars. This adverse effect was only produced if the tattoo resulted from gun powder being shot at a short distance from the skin.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: Q-switched laser systems have been used for removal of tattoo-related carbon, graphite, and other particles. We assessed elimination of traumatic tattoos of different origin with Q-switched alexandrite laser in nine patients. STUDY DESIGN/MATERIALS AND METHODS: Fluence threshold was determined and a spot test was made. Q-switched alexandrite laser, with a fluence range 4.5-8.0 J/cm(2) (mean, 7.16 +/- 1.18), was used at 4-5-week intervals. Total treatment ranged from 3-12 sessions (mean, 6.1 +/- 3.6 sessions). Double-pulse technique was used in black/black-bluish areas, but single-shot was applied to slate-gray pigment. RESULTS: More than 95% lightening was achieved in five patients after 5.2 +/- 2.3 sessions, and >75% lightening in six subjects after 6.1 +/- 3.1 sessions of treatment. Blacktop, surgical pen, and gravel tattoos presented a better response than gunpowder/fireworks tattoos (>95% vs. 68.7 +/- 23.9% clearance), or tattoos of unknown origin (>95% vs. 62.5 +/- 53% clearance). Epidermal splattering and pinpoint bleeding were observed in one case. No pigmentary alteration or scarring was seen. CONCLUSION: The Q-switched alexandrite laser is a useful system for removal of traumatic tattoos of diverse origin. The best response (>95% clearance) was achieved in blacktop, surgical pen, and gravel tattoos, although an acceptable degree of lightening may be obtained in tattoos due to gunpowder or fireworks.  相似文献

目的 分析儿童面部外伤的特点及总结急诊修复经验,为达到最佳治疗效果提供依据.方法 对过去8年间(2004年1月至2011年12月)收治的1407例儿童面部外伤的病因、年龄分布、急诊处理等进行回顾性分析.结果 1407例患儿中绝大多数(1196/1407,85.0%)为皮肤挫裂伤;最常见外伤原因为摔伤(1154/1407,82.0%);最常见部位为额部(562/1407,39.9%)、颏部(211/1407,15.0%)、口唇(196/1407,13.9%)及鼻部(95/1407,6.8%),即“T”区;2岁和5岁是儿童最易发生面部外伤的年龄.经过规范化的整形外科急诊清创缝合后,临床疗效均较为理想.经过3~6个月随访发现:其中5例早期感染;27例瘢痕增生较明显;7例继发外伤性文身.结论 儿童面部外伤急诊处理时,应充分考虑儿童自身的生理和心理特点,尽量遵循整形外科的原则,在伤口Ⅰ期愈合的同时使瘢痕最微小,达到最佳的美容效果.  相似文献

目的:寻找一种在自体表皮移植治疗白癜风中处理白斑区的有效方法。方法:选择28例稳定期白癜风患者,用XH超高频皮肤整形仪处理白斑区,使之形成新鲜创面,而后行表皮细胞移植。结果:用XH超高频皮肤整形仪治疗白癜风患者28例,移植皮片178片,其中痊愈107片(60.1%),显效58片(32.16%),有效11片(6.2%),无效2片(51.5%),总有效率92.6%。结论:用XH超高频皮肤整形仪处理白癜风皮损区表皮方便、灵活、精细、准确,创面新鲜、平坦,有利于移植皮片成活。  相似文献

目的:介绍睑缘色素痣手术切除后创面修复的方法。方法:根据睑缘色素痣切除后眼睑缺损创面的层次、大小及形状,选用适当的眼睑局部皮瓣修复睑缘缺损,如:"A-T"皮瓣、"风筝"皮瓣、"H"形推进皮瓣。共施行手术38例,其中缺损创面位于上睑缘者23例,下睑缘者15例;睑缘全层缺损9例,睑缘前层皮肤缺损29例;睑缘缺损面积最小者约为0.5cm×0.6cm,最大者约为1.6cm×0.8cm。共利用"A-T"皮瓣16例、"风筝"皮瓣13例、"H"形推进皮瓣9例。结果:本组患者术后皮瓣全部成活,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,其中33例术后获得随访1周~16周,眼睑外观形态良好,眼睑切口无明显瘢痕,睑缘弧线正常自然,双眼睑形态对称,眼睑闭合功能正常。结论:睑缘色素痣因其位置的特殊性,灵活选用眼睑局部皮瓣修复睑缘缺损,能获得满意的眼睑功能和美容性重建效果。  相似文献
