近年来，我院坚持以疗养工作为中心，以飞行员疗养为重点，坚持走质量建设、内涵发展之路，强化服务意识，拓展服务功能，挖掘疗养院潜力，为提高飞行部队战斗力服务，取得了较好成绩。下面就如何适应联勤体制，努力提高为“特勤”服务的保障能力，谈谈我们的做法和体会。     

探讨军队疗养服务中的"特殊疗养"

军队疗养院有着与地方疗养院不同的任务，服务对象主要是部队官兵，以特勤疗养和在职干部为主的综合型疗养，“平时保健康、战时保打赢”。军队“特殊疗养”与传统意义上的为航天员、飞行员、舰潜艇官兵进行的疗养和训练的特勤疗养有着不同的内涵。在新军事斗争卫勤准备需要下，能否为部队提供最佳的健康保健服务，是当前需要思考与解决的问题。     

新时期军队疗养院拓展疗养服务的思考

为了积极适应新时期军事斗争的需要，贯彻全军疗养院研讨会精神，按照创建先进疗养院的标准，我们应围绕疗养职能作用拓展疗养服务，为提高部队战斗力水平作出积极贡献。     

疗养院开展优质服务的几点思考

军队编制体制调整改革后，许多疗养院从体制上发生了变化，有的由过去的单一兵种疗养任务变成了承担多兵种疗养任务，有的由单纯的疗养任务增加了医疗任务，有的兼有教学、训练任务。在新军事斗争形势下，军队疗养院如何根据职能的转变，重新进行功能定位，通过服务的优质、高效、低耗，提高为部队服务的保障能力，在竞争激烈的医疗、保健市场中占有一席之地，是摆在我们面前的一项重大课题。     

发挥军队疗养院职能推动自身建设与发展

随着保健康复事业及相关技术的迅速发展,传统的疗养院功能模式受到了新的挑战。新形势下,在强化疗养功能的基础上更有效地发挥军队疗养院为部队服务的功能,是推动军队疗养院全面建设和管理的时代要求。

近年来，军队疗养院通过整合疗养资源，使疗养院的面貌有了较大的改观。随着社会经济水平的提高，医学保健技术的发展，众多亚健康人群自我保健认知水平显著提高，对疗养护理的服务内涵提出了更高的需求。因此，提高疗养院的疗养护理模式质量是疗养护理发展的关键问题。现将我院构建无缝隙的疗养护理服务模式介绍如下。     

围绕疗养中心工作努力推进疗养院建设水平

“十一五”期间，正值新世纪初的重要战略机遇期，军事斗争准备也进入关键阶段。根据形势的发展需要，对加强疗养院建设提出了更高的要求。按照军委保健委员会议和全军疗养院研讨会精神，积极开展创建为部队服务先进疗养院活动的要求，进一步落实军队疗养工作有关规定，加强疗养院全面建设，不断提高疗养院为部队服务工作的质量和水平。现结合我院实际情况和医疗工作要点，我着重就推进疗养院建设水平，不断提高服务保障质量谈几点意见。
