目的:分析肝病治疗药物的应用现状和发展趋势,以期为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:采用销售金额排序法和用药频度分析法对我院2001年~2003年肝病药物的应用情况进行统计、分析.结果:在肝病的治疗药物中,护肝药物的销售金额及用药频度均位居前列,其中促肝细胞生长素(威佳)用量最大.结论:在肝病的药物治疗中,护肝药物仍是应用广泛的重要药物,复方甘草酸苷(美能)的应用呈日益增长的趋势. 相似文献

目的:调查分析广州地区抗感染药物应用情况.方法:采用DDD分析方法和金额排序法,对广州地区医院2000年~2002年抗感染药物购入数据进行综合分析.结果:3年来,头孢菌素类药金额平均占抗微生物药物总金额的40%,占第1位;拉米夫定在DDDs排序及金额排序中均从2000年的第4位渐升至2002年的第1位;在金额排序中排位在前面的一般为广谱、高效、新型的抗菌药物.结论:该类药物的应用基本合理,但对广谱、高效、新型的抗感染药物仍存在不合理应用现象,应予重视. 相似文献

近二十年来,稳定同位素示踪技术在临床药代动力学研究中有了快速发展.采用气相色谱-质谱或液相色谱-质谱联机技术检测生物样本中标记药物和未标记药物,具有较高的测试专属性和灵敏度.稳定同位素标记药物的主要作用是作为"分析内标"和"生物内标",作生物内标时可将标记药物用于人体.本文介绍了稳定同位素标记药物的有关知识及该技术在药物的生物利用度、生物等效性、药物吸收、药物处置及药物相互作用研究中的应用原理与方法.该法具有减少体内药物处置的个体内差异, 减少受试者数目, 提高药代动力学数据的可信度等优点,但也有一些原因限制了该项技术的广泛应用. 相似文献

The crystalline structure of two different batches of chloroquine diphosphate was studied. Differential thermal analysis showed the existence of two polymorphic modifications in one of the batches, whilst spectral analysis did not reveal any differences. This discrepancy is attributed to the fact that the second modification is formed during the transition phase when analysed by differential thermal analysis. This recrystallization process is initiated by the presence of seed material. The ratio of transition heat of both modifications is dependent on particle size and heating rate during analysis. 相似文献

The increase in precision that can be obtained when the bodyweights of animals at the start of an experiment are used as a covariate in the analysis of organ weights is demonstrated. Theoretical reasons are given why the analysis of relative organ weights does not eliminate the indirect effect of treatment on organ weight via its effect on bodyweight. An alternative method, that of analysis of organ weights using the current bodyweight as a covariate, is described. Results from these two methods of analysis carried out on simulated experimental data are presented. Analysis of covariance is demonstrated to be superior to analysis of relative organ weights. 相似文献

A review is presented on the state of the art of the chemiluminescence analysis of pharmaceuticals by the two most relevant automated controlled-flow methodologies--flow-injection analysis (FIA) and sequential-injection analysis (SIA). The current chemiluminometric applications of FIA and SIA in pharmaceutical analysis are discussed with special emphasis on the analytical figures of merit and sample matrix characteristics. Multiple studies on the pathomechanisms of depressive disorder and antidepressants have been reported. However, literature involving scientometric analysis of depressive disorder is sparse. Here, we use scientometric analysis and a historical review to highlight recent research on depression. We use the former to examine research on depressive disorders from 1998 to 2018. The latter is used to identify the most frequent keywords in keyword analysis, as well as explore hotspots and depression trends. Scientometric analysis uncovered field distribution, knowledge structure, research topic evolution, and topics emergence as main explorations in depressive disorder. Induction factor, comorbidity, pathogenesis, therapy and animal models of depression help illustrate occurrence, development and treatment of depressive disorder. Scientometric analysis found 231,270 research papers on depression, a 4-fold increase over the last 20 years. These findings offer a vigorous roadmap for further studies in this field. 相似文献

A fast non-targeted strategy is described for analysis of formulations--meant for administration to live stock--containing growth-promoting agents or veterinary drugs. The use of 1H NMR as a first step universal screening method is applied and used in routine analysis. The implementation of this approach has increased the analysis efficiency considerably. Apart from screening on illegal compounds, 1H NMR information on matrix and thus, indirectly, administration mode, can be present. An ever-growing 1H NMR database is used containing more than 200 reference substances. Based on the 1H NMR screening, decisions for further analysis can be made, such as for instance HPLC fractionation of steroid cocktails and subsequent 1H NMR (and LC-MS) analysis. Examples of unravelling formulations are given in detail including a steroid cocktail containing 15 compounds. 相似文献

Topographic brain mapping of the electroencephalogram (EEG) is a promising new method in neuropsychiatry and neuropsychopharmacology. Rapid advances in computer technology allow on-line analysis by means of micro-computers. This paper describes an acquisition and signal analysis system for studying neurophysiological and neuropsychopharmacological aspects of human brain function. It consists of a server micro-computer functioning as an acquisition unit which is connected to a workstation micro-computer for statistical analysis and subsequent documentation of data on a printer and color plotter. According to the recommendations for standardization of data acquisition and signal analysis in pharmaco-electroencephalography, the paper mediates detailed information concerning recording and analysis equipment with special emphasis on the treatment of artifacts. Since up to now there is no normative consensus on the choice of reference conventions and interpolation algorithms, the system is designed for high flexibility to enable empirical comparisons between different methods. 相似文献
