电灼术联合聚甲酚磺醛治疗化脓性肉芽肿疗效观察   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:评价电灼术联合聚甲酚磺醛治疗化脓性肉芽肿的临床疗效。方法:选择77例化脓性肉芽肿患者电灼治疗,术后给予聚甲酚磺醛止血、抗感染。结果:手术时间1~10 min,出血量0~0.5 mL。随访3个月,一次性治愈74例(96.1%),显效3例(3.9%)。结论:电灼法联合聚甲酚磺醛治疗化脓性肉芽肿效果显著,手术时间短,操作简单易行,止血效果好。  相似文献

目的:针对女性生殖器尖锐湿疣发病逐年增多,且与多种生殖道恶性肿瘤关系密切,严重危害女性健康问题,开展女性生殖器尖锐湿疣治疗方法研究。方法:对20例女性生殖器尖锐湿疣患者进行聚甲酚磺醛液患处涂药治疗。结果:取得较满意的治疗效果,治愈率达到95%。结论:用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗女性生殖器尖锐湿疣疗效满意。  相似文献

目的:探讨聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓联合CO2激光治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:选取126例宫颈尖锐湿疣患者,将其随机分为两组,治疗组64例,对照组62例;治疗组采取聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓联合CO2激光治疗,对照组单纯应用CO2激光治疗,并比较治疗效果。结果:治疗组痊愈率82.8%(53/64),对照组痊愈率61.3%(38/62),两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.52,P<0.05)。结论:聚甲酚磺醛阴道栓联合CO2激光治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣安全可靠,治愈率高。  相似文献

目的:分析聚甲酚磺醛栓联合抗宫炎片治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床效果。方法:收集我院2013年1月至2013年12月期间诊治的普外科患者76例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各38例。对照组单纯采用抗宫炎片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用聚甲酚磺醛栓治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果:研究结果显示,观察组中显效30例,占总数的78.95%,有效7例,占总数的18.42%,无效1例,占总数的2.63%,总有效率为97.37%;对照组中显效24例,占总数的63.16%,有效6例,占总数的15.79%,无效10例,占总数的21.05%,总有效率为78.95%,观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P0.05);同时,观察组患者的用药时间明显短于对照组(P0.05),抗宫炎片用药剂量明显少于对照组(P0.05),生活质量评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:聚甲酚磺醛栓联合抗宫炎片治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床应用上推广。  相似文献

目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(narrow-band UVB,NB-UVB)联合凉血祛风汤治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法 95例患者随机分成三组,联合治疗组33例,给予NB-UVB和凉血祛风汤治疗;单纯中药组32例,给予凉血祛风汤治疗;NB-UVB组30例,单用NB-UVB治疗。结果联合治疗组显效率90.9%,中药组显效率62.5%,NB-UVB组显效率63.3%,联合治疗组的显效率高于其他两组。三组治愈时间分别为(15.85±1.71)天、(22.63±3.56)天和(23.08±2.75)天,联合治疗组治愈时间明显短于其他两组(P<0.01),中药组与NB-UVB组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)结论 NB-UVB联合凉血祛风汤治疗玫瑰糠疹临床疗效好,治愈时间短。  相似文献

Summary To evaluate the antagonism between estradiol and tamoxifen in the sebaceous gland of the hamster ear, animals were topically treated, and the size of the sebaceous glands was measured by histoplanimetry. The systemic effects were described by determining the estradiol and testosterone plasma levels and within the testes, and the size of the seminal vesicles and the contralateral sebaceous gland. The administration of 0.1 g estradiol resulted in a diminution in the size of the treated glands but left all other parameters unchanged, indicating a purely local effect. A higher dose of estradiol (1 g) further decreased the size of the treated glands, but this was combined with a systemic effect, i.e. low plasma testosterone, decrease in testis size and a diminution of the contralateral ear gland. Ten micrograms of estradiol maximally suppressed all of the androgen effects without side effects. The administration of tamoxifen alone also decreased the size of the sebaceous glands without side effects, but it did not affect the production or effects of androgens. When administered in combination with estradiol, it antagonized the effects of this hormone completely. We conclude that tamoxifen inhibits the negative effect of estradiol on sebaceous-gland size. It acts predominantly in a systemic manner, because a metabolisation to monohydroxytamoxifen is necessary.  相似文献

BackgroundThere are various treatment protocols to manage the increased bacterial load in plantar ulcers. Recently, Controlled-Flux Electrolyzed Acidic Solution (CFEAS), with a pH less than 3, has appeared to be an effective option since its antimicrobial effect could help in the healing of those ulcers. In order to evaluate its potential in this sense, the aim of the present study was to compare bacterial growth on healthy hallucal skin using two types of bandaging (control and Controlled-Flux Electrolysed Acidic Solution).Material and methodsIn a sample of 19 healthy subjects, two experiments were performed. In the first, for each subject, two identical hallux bandages were applied in the early morning. At random between left and right foot, either physiological saline (wetting every 2 h) was applied or nothing (control). In the second, two days later, new bandages were applied as before, but now either wetting with Controlled-Flux Electrolysed Acidic Solution (experimental, again wetting every 2 h) or nothing (control). In each experiment, the bacterial load in the nail fold was assessed at the first moment and after 10 h from standard counts of bacterial colony forming units (CFU).ResultsIn the first experiment, the CFU counts had increased significantly (p < 0.05) in both toes after the 10-h period. In the second experiment, while the bacterial load increased significantly (p = 0.001) from 0.68 ± 0.8 × 104 CFU/cm2 (the “pre” sample) to 1.3 ± 0.9 × 104 CFU/cm2 (the “post” sample) in the control toe, in the experimental CFEAS toe, the pre sample bacterial load was 0.61 ± 0.6 × 104 CFU/cm2, and the post sample 0.9 ± 0.8 × 104 CFU/cm2, with no significant difference between them (p = 0.221). Negative cultures were obtained in 3 cases (15.78%) of the experimental toe post sample, and equal post and pre counts in 2 cases (10.5%).ConclusionControlled-Flux Electrolyzed Acidic Solution has an effect on healthy hallucal skin that is bacteriostatic, and in some cases bactericidal. This effect could be very helpful in treating plantar ulcers when there is a greatly increased bacterial load in the wound, thus potentially favoring the normal formation of granulation tissue in the skin and normal healing and closure of the ulcer.  相似文献

Summary The diameters of Sudan Black B stained sebum vesicles and acid hematein stained perinuclear granules, and the numerical density of the latter, were determined in mature sebaceous preputial cells from normal male and female rats, testosterone-treated female rats and estradiol-treated male rats. Statistical analysis by Student's t-test showed that the diameter of lipid droplets was significantly higher in male than in female controls and that testosterone increased female values up to male control levels. Estradiol treatment decreased male values to levels below those of normal male and female controls and of testosterone-treated female rats. Diameters of perinuclear granules did not vary among animal groups but their numerical density was larger in testosterone treated than in normal female rats or estradiol treated male rats. Lipid droplet sizes and perinuclear granule numbers are thus increased by androgens and decreased by estrogens, which was interpreted as meaning that sexual hormones do not only act on sebaceous cell multiplication or turnover time as previously known, but also on the production of lipid and the output of beta-glucuronidase containing granules in this gland.  相似文献
