BackgroundDiagnostic karyotype and molecular studies represent the most powerful prognostic indicators in acute myeloid leukemia and provide the framework for risk stratification. Risk stratification in ALL has also a vital role in predicting outcome and identifying patients at higher risk of relapse with multiagent chemotherapy, but the role of diagnostic karyotype and molecular markers in adult ALL is limited to few well recognized cytogenetic abnormalities.Patients and MethodsWe report a case series of 6 adult ALL patients with a characteristic molecular abnormality that have done poorly with chemotherapy. Between April 2004 and November 2009, 72 adult ALL patients (Pre–B-cell 61; T-cell 11) were referred to and treated at the Leukemia/BMT Program of BC in Vancouver, Canada. FISH for BCR-ABL fusion was positive in 12 of 61 Pre-B cell ALL patients. An additional 6 patients were negative for this typical fusion but had FISH abnormalities related to BCR and/or ABL1.ResultsIn this report, we describe the clinical and hematopathologic characteristics of these 6 patients and their poor outcome. We review the literature where only 2 similar cases with normal karyotype Pre-B ALL and associated FISH BCR/ABL1 numerical abnormalities were found.ConclusionWe recommend screening all adult pre-B ALL patients with normal karyotype for this clonal abnormality and suggest classifying these ALL patients into the high-risk category.  相似文献

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most frequent childhood cancer. The disease is heterogeneous. The leukemic cells in childhood ALL patients show various karyotypic abnormalities, express diverse phenotypes, and respond variably to treatment. Identification of prognostic factors will make it possible to predict treatment outcome and to identify the patients that require different therapeutic approaches. The important prognostic implications of chromosome number and of the presence of several well defined structural chromosomal aberrations have been established by several groups. We analyzed 145 children with ALL at diagnosis for cytogenetic features. In 135 cases cytogenetic analysis was successful. Of these, 101 showed abnormal karyotype (70%). Structural chromosomal rearrangements were detected in 71 out of 135 cases investigated (53%), i.e. 71% of the cytogenetically abnormal cases. These cytogenetic findings were correlated with clinical outcome. In our series the ploidy of the karyotype appeared to be of prognostic importance. Our findings concerning karyotype, phenotype, and treatment outcome of this subgroup were in most cases in agreement with earlier reports from other investigators. We observed an increased risk for central nervous system relapse in childhood ALL patients with abnormalities involving the short arm of chromosome 12 in combination with pre-B or common ALL phenotype.  相似文献

BackgroundT-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) accounts for about 15% of pediatric ALL. With wider use of intensive chemotherapy, the prognosis for childhood T-ALL has improved. Further gains in treatment outcome will likely require methods to identify patients who continue to fail on contemporary protocols. This study aimed to evaluate pediatric patients with T-ALL at 2 different Arabic cancer centers regarding their clinicopathologic, immunophenotypic, and cytogenetic features and outcome.Patients and MethodsThis retrospective study included all children with T-ALL treated between 2003 and 2013 at 2 oncology centers in the Middle East. Patients were divided into (group I) treated with Berlin-Frankfurt-Münster (BFM)-90 treatment protocol between February 2003 and June 2007 and (group II) includes all patients treated thereafter by the Total Therapy Study XIII protocol for high-risk ALL.ResultsThis study included 103 patients with a median age of 8.9 years. The male to female ratio was 2.6:1. The median initial white blood cell count was 123 × 109/L. Central nervous system leukemia was detected in 15%. The early T-cell precursor (ETP)-ALL phenotype was found in 16.5%. The 5-year overall survival was 20.7% ± 67.5% and 72.9% ± 5.7% (P < .01); the 5-year disease-free survival was 47.1% ± 13.8% and 77.3% ± 6.0% (P = .023); and the 5-year event-free survival was 28.6% ± 12.1% and 71.1% ± 6.2% (P = .003) for group I and II, respectively.ConclusionThe outcome of patients with T-ALL significantly improved in patients who received the treatment protocol of ALL with high-risk criteria. This protocol eliminates the bad outcomes effect of several clinical and immunophenotypic markers. Patient with the ETP-ALL phenotype had a nonsignificant inferior outcome compared with the non–ETP-ALL group.  相似文献

BackgroundThe prognostic score of the International Germ-Cell Cancer Collaborative Group (IGCCCG) in metastatic germ-cell cancers (mGCC) relies on treatments delivered before 1990. It is unclear, if this score is still relevant to contemporary cohorts of patients who receive modern-type chemotherapy and supportive care.Patients and methodsAll patients who underwent cisplatin/etoposide-based first-line chemotherapy for mGCC at the University Hospital Zurich (USZ) between 1991 and 2016 were identified retrospectively. Clinical characteristics were extracted from medical charts and patients classified according to the IGCCCG score. International germ cell consensus classification: a prognostic factor-based staging system for metastatic germ cell cancers. J Clin Oncol 1997; 15: 594–603.). Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) probabilities at 5 years served as outcome parameters.ResultsThe study cohort consisted of 204 patients at a median age of 32 years and a median follow-up of 4.2 years. According to the IGCCCG score, PFS in the contemporary USZ cohort was 71% overall: 83% for good-risk, 69% for intermediate-risk and 30% for poor-risk patients, P < 0.001. OS for the entire cohort was 88%. In respect to OS, we observed no difference between good- and intermediate-risk patients (94% versus 91%, P = 0.62), but a statistically significant difference between those two risk groups and poor-risk patients, who had an OS of only 65%, P < 0.001.ConclusionsWithin the contemporary USZ cohort of mGCC patients no improvements in PFS probabilities were observed compared with the ones predicted by the IGCCCG score for any prognostic category, but marked improvements in OS probabilities for intermediate- and poor-risk patients, possibly due to better salvage treatments.  相似文献

BackgroundPrognosis of MDS and particularly in patients categorized as lower risk (< 10% blasts or low and intermediate-1 International Prognostic Scoring System [IPSS]) is very heterogeneous and includes patients with very different outcomes with current scoring systems. Recently, a new cytogenetic classification has been proposed for the revised IPSS in predicting the outcome for MDS.Patients and MethodsTo evaluate the prognostic significance of multiple variables for survival and risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia, we analyzed baseline characteristics of 332 lower risk MDS patients within the lower risk cytogenetic categories by IPSS and the recent proposal for the new cytogenetic classification.ResultsIn multivariate analysis, severity of cytopenias, age > 60 years, bone marrow blasts (5%-9%) and transfusion dependency significantly influenced outcome. The combination of these variables allowed development of a model which categorizes patients in 3 different groups with median survival of 95, 44, and 13 months for groups 1, 2, and 3, respectively (P < .001). In addition, this score also stratified patients for their risk for leukemic progression, estimated at 2 years in 3.1%, 7.6%, and 21.3% for each group (P = .024).ConclusionAlthough karyotype remains the main prognostic factor in MDS, the current study identifies clinical parameters predicting outcome among patients with the better cytogenetic profile. Degree of cytopenias, blasts 5%-9% and transfusion dependence might identify a subset of patients within the nonadverse karyotype, in which early or more aggressive approaches could possibly be required to improve survival or prevent disease progression.  相似文献

Background and objectiveSARS-CoV-2 infection has bimodal distribution in Europe with a first wave in March to June 2020 and a second in September 2020 to February 2021. We compared the frequency, clinical characteristics and outcomes of adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and infection in the first vs. second pandemic waves in Spain.Patients and MethodsIn this prospective study the characteristics of ALL and COVID-19 infection, comorbidities, treatment and outcome in the two periods were compared. The study ended when vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 was implemented in Spain.ResultsTwenty eight patients were collected in the first wave and 24 in the second. The median age was 46.5 years (range 20–83). Patients from the first wave had a trend to more severe ALL (higher frequency of patients under induction or submitted to transplantation or under immunosuppressive therapy). No significant differences were observed in need for oxygen support, intensive care unit (ICU) requirement, days in ICU and time to COVID-19 infection recovery. Seventeen patients (33%) died, with death attributed to COVID infection in 15 (29%), without significant differences in the 100 day overall survival (OS) probabilities in the two waves (68% ± 17% vs. 56% ± 30%). The only prognostic factor for OS identified by was the presence of comorbidities at COVID-19 infection (HR: 5.358 [95% CI: 1.875- 15.313]).ConclusionThe frequency and mortality of COVID-19 infection were high in adults with ALL, without changes over time, providing evidence in favor of vaccination priority for these patients.  相似文献

Acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) results from a differentiation block of hematopoietic progenitor cells along with uncontrolled proliferation. The cytogenetic abnormality at initial diagnosis is the single most important prognostic factor classifying AML patients into three prognostic categories: favorable, intermediate, and poor risk. Currently, favorable-risk AML patients are usually treated with contemporary chemotherapy, and poor-risk AML patients receive allogeneic stem cell transplantation if suitable stem cell donors exist. The approximately 40% of AML patients without identifiable cytogenetic abnormalities (NC AML) are classified as intermediate risk. The optimal therapeutic strategies for these patients are largely unclear. Emerging data recently suggested that molecular study of the mutations of NPM1, FLT3, MLL, and CEBPα and alterations in expression levels of BAALC, MN1, and ERG may identify poor-risk patients with NC AML. Further prospective studies are needed to confirm whether NC AML patients with poor risk have improved clinical outcomes after more aggressive therapy.  相似文献

Background

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common malignancy in children, with a peak incidence at 2 to 3 years of age and accounting for almost 30% of all cancers in this age group. It is well established that the identification of cytogenetic abnormalities is highly relevant for the prognosis of and therapeutic decisions in ALL. The purpose of the present study was to define the frequency of recurrent chromosomal abnormalities of ALL in Moroccan patients referred exclusively to the BIOLAB Laboratory of the Children's Hospital of Rabat during a 4-year period and compare our findings to the reported data.

Patients and Methods

We performed conventional karyotyping of 155 ALL cases, with a successful cell culture rate of 94%.

Results

We identified chromosomal abnormalities in 66% of the total studied cases, of which 70% revealed important recurrent abnormalities with high prognostic value, such as hyperdiploidy, hypodiploidy, t(9;22), t(8;14), t(1;19), and MLL rearrangements. In total agreement with the reported data, most of the patients (56%) in the present study were aged 1 to 5 years, with a male predominance, and B-ALL was the most common blast phenotype (85%).

Conclusion

The frequency of most chromosomal rearrangements successfully identified in our study and their lineage correlated with those reported in the published data.  相似文献

To assess the clinical heterogeneity among patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and various 11q23 abnormalities, we analyzed data on 497 infants, children and young adults treated between 1983 and 1995 by 11 cooperative groups and single institutions. The substantial sample size allowed separate analyses according to age younger or older than 12 months for the various cytogenetic subsets. Infants with t(4;11) ALL had an especially dismal prognosis when their disease was characterized by a poor early response to prednisone (P=0.0005 for overall comparison; 5-year event-free survival (EFS), 0 vs 23+/-+/-12% s.e. for those with good response), or age less than 3 months (P=0.0003, 5-year EFS, 5+/-+/-5% vs 23.4+/-+/-4% for those over 3 months). A poor prednisone response also appeared to confer a worse outcome for older children with t(4;11) ALL. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation failed to improve outcome in either age group. Among patients with t(11;19) ALL, those with a T-lineage immunophenotype, who were all over 1 year of age, had a better outcome than patients over 1 year of age with B-lineage ALL (overall comparison, P=0.065; 5-year EFS, 88+/-+/-13 vs 46+/-14%). In the heterogeneous subgroup with del(11)(q23), National Cancer Institute-Rome risk criteria based on age and leukocyte count had prognostic significance (P=0.04 for overall comparison; 5-year EFS, 64+/-+/-8% (high risk) vs 83+/-+/-6% (standard risk)). This study illustrates the marked clinical heterogeneity among and within subgroups of infants or older children with ALL and specific 11q23 abnormalities, and identifies patients at particularly high risk of failure who may benefit from innovative therapy.  相似文献

PURPOSE: Little is known about nonrandom deletions of chromosome bands 13q12 to 13q14 (13q12-14) in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). We determined the prognostic significance of cytogenetically identified breakpoints in 13q12-14 in children with newly diagnosed ALL treated on Children's Cancer Group protocols from 1988 to 1995. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Breakpoints in 13q12-14 were identified in 36 (2%) of the 1,946 cases with accepted cytogenetic data. Outcome analysis used standard life-table methods. RESULTS: Seventeen patients (47%) with an abnormal 13q12-14 were classified, according to the National Cancer Institute (NCI), as poor risk, and 15 patients (42%) were standard risk; four (11%) were infants less than 12 months of age. Eight cases had balanced rearrangements of 13q12-14, 27 patients had a partial loss of 13q, and one had both a partial gain and a partial loss. The most frequent additional abnormalities among these patients were an abnormal 12p, a del(6q), a del(9p), a 14q11 breakpoint, and an 11q23 breakpoint. Nineteen patients were pseudodiploid, 10 were hyperdiploid, and seven were hypodiploid. Patients with an abnormal 13q12-14 had significantly worse event-free survival than patients lacking such an abnormality, with estimates at 6 years of 61% (SD = 14%) and 74% (SD = 1%), respectively (P =.04; relative risk = 1.74). Overall survival, however, was similar for the two groups (P =.25). The prognostic effect of an abnormal 13q was attenuated in a multivariate analysis adjusted for NCI risk status and ploidy (P =.72). CONCLUSION: Aberrations of 13q12-14 may contribute to leukemogenesis of childhood ALL and confer increased risk of treatment failure but are associated with other poor-risk features.  相似文献

BackgroundThe objective of the study was to validate the characteristics of the International Metastatic Renal-Cell Carcinoma Database Consortium (IMDC) prognostic model in patients treated with first-line axitinib in clinical practice.Patients and MethodsWe retrospectively evaluated 143 patients with metastatic renal-cell carcinoma who were treated with axitinib as the first-line therapy between October 2008 and February 2019. Overall survival (OS) was evaluated according to the IMDC prognostic model. We investigated the intragroup heterogeneity in the intermediate-risk group and divided these patients according to abnormal C-reactive protein (CRP) levels. An inverse probability of treatment-weighted (IPTW)-adjusted Cox regression analysis was performed to evaluate the effects of the CRP-risk model of OS in the patients in the IMDC intermediate-risk group.ResultsA significant difference in OS was observed in patients in the IMDC intermediate- and poor-risk group, although no significant difference was observed between the IMDC favorable- and intermediate-risk group. Significantly shorter prognosis was observed in patients in the IMDC intermediate-risk group who had 2 risk factors and CRP ≥0.3 mg/dL (inter-high group) than in those with 1 risk factor or 2 risk factors with CRP <0.3 mg/dL (inter-low group). IPTW-adjusted Cox regression analysis revealed significant differences in the OS between the inter-low and inter-high groups.ConclusionThe IMDC prognostic model was active in patients who received first-line axitinib treatment. The combination of CRP value with the number of positive risk factors in the IMDC model might predict prognosis in patients with IMDC intermediate-risk treated with first-line axitinib.  相似文献

Objective: To compare the clinical and biologic characteristics, response to therapy and outcome of adult patients with ALL above and below the age of 55. Design: Retrospective review of clinical and laboratory data. Setting: University affiliated Cancer Center and Veteran's Hospital. Patients: Thirty-three newly diagnosed, consecutive, adults with ALL seen over a nine-year period. Results: while no differences were demonstrated in the distribution of recognized prognostic indicators (such as cytogenetic abnormalities or immunophenotype), individuals over the age of 55 had significantly lower remission rates and shorter survivals. Conclusions: The outcome of elderly patients with ALL is very poor. This is primarily related to an increase in the number of early deaths during induction, as well as a higher prevalence of disease refractory to standard chemotherapy programmes. There is a need for new treatment protocols designed for the elderly ALL patient, as well as a better understanding of the unique biological characteristics of the disease in this age group.  相似文献

BackgroundChromosome 17 abnormalities are associated with poor outcome in leukemias including AML. Recently, MK was introduced as an independent predictor of dismal outcome in AML. The additional prognostic effect of C17 abns in patients with MK in a CK background is not clear.Patients and MethodsWe conducted a retrospective analysis of 1086 patients with newly diagnosed AML treated between January 1998 and December 2007. Patients received treatment with one of the institution's first-line protocols.ResultsFour hundred eighty-three patients had CK. Among them, 370 patients (77%) had CK-MK, and 195 patients (53%) had CK-MK-C17 abns. Patients with CK-MK had significantly shorter OS rates compared with patients with CK without MK (4.4 vs. 8 months, respectively; P = .002). The median OS for patients with CK-C17 abns was shorter than for patients without C17 abns (4 vs. 6.1 months, respectively; P = .004). In a multivariate analysis, the presence of MK among patients with CK was identified as an independent prognostic marker for OS. In addition, presence of C17 abns had a significant negative effect on OS among patients with CK-MK (P = .04).ConclusionAmong patients with CK-AML, MK was associated with poor outcomes. Additional presence of C17 abns further worsens the outcome in these particularly poor-risk patients with AML.  相似文献

BackgroundSurvival for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) decreases with age. Patients across all age groups from a homogeneous ethnic and socioeconomic background were studied to document age effect.Material and MethodsPatients diagnosed from 2005 to 2015 at a university hospital in Northeast Mexico were divided into 4 age groups: infants (< 1), children (≥ 1 to < 16), adolescents (≥ 16 to ≤ 20), and adults (> 20 years). Correlation between age at diagnosis and relapse-free (RFS) and overall survival (OS) was investigated.ResultsA total of 377 patients were included. Five-year RFS and OS for children were 55.6% and 66.9%; for adolescents, 36.0% and 48.3%; for adults, 19.5% and 24.1%, respectively. Differences in RFS and OS between age groups were significant (P < .001, P < .001). In the Cox regression model, all age groups reached statistical significance in univariate analysis of mortality.ConclusionAge plays a decisive role in clinical evolution of ALL and strongly influences outcome. Age older than 20 represents a progressive high-risk factor for death.  相似文献

CD38 is expressed in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) blasts and its prognostic significance is unknown. We investigated CD38 expression in 304 AML and 138 ALL patients. CD38 was lower in AML-M3 compared to other FAB subtypes (5% vs. 41%; P < 0.001), but was similar among ALL subtypes (56.6%; P = 0.69). Ph + ALL and AML with t(15; 17) patients showed lower CD38 expression than the other cytogenetic groups. Overall survival favored AML and ALL patients with higher CD38 levels. Multivariate analysis revealed CD38 expression to be an independent outcome predictor in AML, but not in ALL.  相似文献

About 85% of children with ALL have leukemic blasts that express cell membrane antigens associated with B-cell lineage, although few are surface immunoglobulin positive. Patients differ from children with ALL of T-cell lineage in that they tend to be younger, less predominantly male, and less likely to have a mediastinal mass or CNS leukemia at diagnosis, and they have a lower leukocyte count. Leukemic blasts from these children are more likely to be hyperdiploid. However, B cell-lineage ALL is not homogeneous either. It includes infants, children, and adolescents; it includes patients with leukemic blasts that either express or fail to express CD10, CD24, and cytoplasmic immunoglobulin. B cell-lineage ALL includes patients with blasts showing hyperdiploidy and patients with blasts with translocations such as t(4;11), t(1;19), and t(9;22). In general, outcome for patients with B cell-lineage ALL is superior to the outcome of those with T cell-lineage ALL in univariate analysis. However, when comparisons are stratified by age and leukocyte count, any apparent prognostic advantage for children with B cell-lineage ALL is diminished. The addition of effective CNS prophylaxis to effective systemic chemotherapy made cure a reality for about one half of children with ALL. Subsequent work has made it possible to omit cranial irradiation and its sequelae for most children with ALL. At least three regimens have offered an unambiguous improvement over the original St. Jude prophylactic CNS therapy regimen. These regimens are the BFM 76/79 regimen, the New York regimen, and the Dana-Farber regimen. Cure appears possible for 70% of children. These regimens differ markedly in detail, but appear to benefit similar subsets of patients. Identification of their critical therapeutic elements is one challenge for the future. A second challenge is the early identification of patients likely to do poorly on these effective regimens, whether by age under 1 year, specific blast morphology, cytochemical findings, immunophenotype, cytogenetic findings, drug pharmacokinetic features, or early response to antileukemic therapy. The third challenge is continued awareness of the acute morbidity of therapy and its impact on the lives of children and their families, together with a heightened vigilance for likely long-term sequelae. Most children with lymphoblastic leukemia in the United States are referred to cancer treatment centers for the initiation of therapy. PURPOSE: To compare pediatric and adult therapeutic practices in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in adolescents. PATIENTS AND METHODS: From June 1993 to September 1994, 77 and 100 adolescents (15 to 20 years of age) were enrolled in the pediatric FRALLE-93 and adult LALA-94 protocols, respectively. Among the different prognostic factors, we retrospectively analyzed the effect of the trial on achieving complete remission (CR) and event-free survival (EFS). RESULTS: Patients were younger in the FRALLE-93 than in the LALA-94 protocol (median age, 15.9 v 17.9 years, respectively), but other characteristics were similar, including median WBC count (18 x 10(9) cells/L v 16 x 10(9) cells/L), B/T-lineage (54 of 23 v 72 of 28 patients), CD10-negative ALL (13% v 15%), and poor-risk cytogenetics (t(9;22), t(4;11), or hypodiploidy less than 45 chromosomes: 6% v 5%). The CR rate depended on WBC count (P =.005) and trial (94% v 83% in FRALLE-93 and LALA-94, respectively; P =.04). Univariate analysis showed that unfavorable prognostic factors for EFS were as follows: the trial (estimated 5-year EFS, 67% v 41% for FRALLE-93 and LALA-94, respectively; P <.0001), an increasing WBC count (P <.0001), poor-risk cytogenetics (P =.005), and T-lineage (P =.01). The trial and WBC count remained significant parameters for EFS in multivariate analysis (P <.0001 and P =.0004). Lineage subgroup analysis showed an advantage for the FRALLE-93 trial for CR achievement (98% v 81%; P =.002) and EFS (P =.0002) in B-lineage ALL and for EFS (P =.05) in T-lineage ALL. Age was not a significant prognostic factor in this population of adolescents. CONCLUSION: This study's findings indicate that adolescents should be included in intensive pediatric protocols and that new trials should be designed, inspired by pediatric protocols, for the treatment of young adults with ALL.  相似文献

This paper presents the long-term results of treatment for children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) as conducted by the Pediatric Oncology Group (POG) from 1986 to 1994. The data are presented using standard NCI/Rome risk criteria. The overall event-free survival (EFS) at 5 and 10 years were 70.9% and 67.3% for children with B-precursor ALL, 51.0% and 50.2% for patients with T cell ALL, and 22.4% and 20.9% for infants with ALL. Concomitant biologic studies found that in B-precursor ALL a DNA index (DI) of > or =1.16 and trisomies of both chromosomes 4 and 10 were good prognostic indicators for patients with B-precursor ALL. The traditional prognostic indicators (age and white count), DI and trisomies did not predict outcome in patients with T cell disease. Infants continued to do poorly overall despite more intensive therapy with rotating pairs of chemotherapy. We recommend continued reporting of study results using common risk criteria in order to facilitate comparisons both within and across study groups.  相似文献

目的总结2岁以下婴幼儿急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的生物学特征。方法回顾性分析1996年1月至2005年12月在北京儿童医院诊治的2岁以下ALL患儿的临床资料及治疗效果,随访至2006年8月31日。结果共41例患儿,占同期ALL的3.9%。诊断后治疗者28例。诊断时年龄≤12个月11例,白细胞数大于20×10^9/L21例,中枢神经系统侵犯者5例,骨髓免疫学均为B细胞来源,其中带有髓系标志22例,17例存在染色体易位,其中7例为11q23易位形成的融合基因。诊断后治疗的患儿,于诱导治疗第28天骨髓完全缓解率100%,复发4例,复发时间为缓解后9—34个月(中位14个月),4例复发患儿均为高白细胞,且3例具有11q23形成的融合基因。22/28例患儿生存并随访至今,随访时间8~124个月(中位39个月);持续完全缓解时间1~124个月(中位36.5个月)。结论2岁以下婴幼儿ALL的生物学特点明显,临床多表现为高白细胞,骨髓免疫学以B细胞型为主,且髓系相关抗原联合表达的频率很高,染色体以11q23易位形成的融合基因为多见,骨髓复发仍然是治疗失败的重要原因,伴有11q23易位形成的融合基因者预后差。  相似文献
