文章设计了一个基于智能手机和移动网络的远程医疗监控系统。系统能实现多生理参数采集、采集仪器微型化、实时监控、远程数据传输、主动报警、生理数据分析处理、GPS定位患者位置等功能。智能手机除了作为信号的接收和中转平台,还能对生理参数进行处理分析,利用心电信号检测出呼吸暂停情况。系统集单片机开发、蓝牙传输、Android和Web平台开发、小波变换、移动通信等技术于一体,进一步推动基于智能手机的远程移动医疗的发展。  相似文献

心电信号的远程监测在远程医疗中非常重要。文章使用GPRS技术,将采集到的心电数据通过GPRS网络传输到已接入Internet网的监护中心服务器上供医护人员分析,并将诊断结果反馈给用户。实验结果表明该系统能实现心电信号的远程、动态监测,心电信号在远程传输过程中无失真。  相似文献

目的 设计基于移动智能终端的单通道胎儿心电监护系统,以实现扩展卡尔曼滤波(extended Kalman filtering,EKF)和奇异值分解(singular value decomposition,SVD)相结合的单通道胎儿心电提取算法,实时获取高信噪比的胎儿心电信号,完成胎心监护的远程移动医疗.方法 利用STM32单片机控制24位采样芯片ADS1298,对单通道的孕妇腹部信号进行采集,并将采集后的数据经蓝牙传送给移动智能终端,在基于Android的移动智能终端上实现EKF和SVD相结合的单通道胎儿心电提取算法,完成对胎儿心电的实时提取、显示、存储与分析,计算心律变异率,实现对整个监护系统进行控制等功能.结果 测试结果表明,该系统可从单通道孕妇腹部信号中准确提取出胎儿心电信号,准确度为95.60%,阳性预测率为98.71%,系统工作稳定,连续处理5个胎心周期的数据用时约为70μs,小于一个母体心动周期(约0.8 s)的时间,适于临床对胎儿心电的实时监护.结论 该系统实时性强、准确率高、工作稳定、操作简单、便于携带,实现了对胎心监护的可穿戴式远程移动医疗,适合社区医院和家庭使用.  相似文献

目的 为满足嵌入式移动无线终端传输高采样率心电信号的需要,设计一种实时心电数据压缩算法.方法 根据心电数据自身特点,在嵌入式S3C2440平台上,以Huffman算法、LZ77算法及LZW算法进行心电数据压缩并比较分析,在此基础上设计了一阶差分结合Huffman算法和LZ77算法的混合压缩算法.结果 心电数据的压缩结果显示,该算法压缩比达7.20,平均计算时间392 ms,与普通压缩算法相比具有更高的心电压缩比和更低的时间复杂度.结论 将该压缩算法运用到远程无线监测终端中能满足系统设计的要求.  相似文献

目的设计一种基于嵌入式Web服务器的心电远程监护系统。方法采用低功耗ARM9微处理器为核心的开发板,移植嵌入式Linux系统和Web服务器,通过JavaApplet和CGI设计开发,利用动态网页实现心电信号的远程实时监护。结果设计的心电记录器能准确地采集和显示各类心电信号,浏览器端能动态显示心电波形和分析结果,可准确实时地进行远程监护。结论本系统操作方便、成本低,实现了现有动态心电监护仪缺乏的实时监测,适合家庭和社区的心电监护。  相似文献

Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases as well as pulmonary oedema can be early diagnosed using vital signs and thoracic bio-impedance. By recording the electrocardiogram (ECG) and the impedance cardiogram (ICG), vital parameters are captured continuously. The aim of this study is the continuous monitoring of ECG and multi-frequency ICG by a mobile system. A mobile measuring system, based on ‘low-power’ ECG, ICG and an included radio transmission is described. Due to the high component integration, a board size of only 6.5?cm?×?5?cm could be realized. The measured data can be transmitted via Bluetooth and visualized on a portable monitor. By using energy-efficient hardware, the system can operate for up to 18?hs with a 3?V battery, continuously sending data via Bluetooth. Longer operating times can be realized by decreased transfer rates. The relative error of the impedance measurement was less than 1%. The ECG and ICG measurements allow an approximate calculation of the heart stroke volume. The ECG and the measured impedance showed a high correlation to commercial devices (r?=?0.83, p?<?0.05). In addition to commercial devices, the developed system allows a multi-frequency measurement of the thoracic impedance between 5–150?kHz.  相似文献

目的为满足生理监测设备多功能、便携式、网络化的发展需求,本文将生理监测技术和无线通信技术相结合,设计了一款便携式的智能生理监护仪,将多种生理参数的检测通过蓝牙传输到手机,使被监测者行动不受拘束,实时、可移动地获取和传输人体生理参数,满足家庭监护和远程医疗的需求。方法该监测仪主要由MSP430f6638作为主控芯片,包括脉搏波采集电路与心电信号采集电路,单片机分时采集两路信号,进行中值滤波与均值滤波后将信号通过串口通信传输给蓝牙模块,通过蓝牙模块与手机自带的蓝牙进行通信。结果该监护仪包含少量外围电路,只需连接3个心电极与1个血氧探头,加之简单的手机应用操作。通过蓝牙传输,可以通过手机实时显示心率、血氧饱和度、血压等生理参数。结论该生理监护仪结构简单,经济实惠,操作方便,实时监测,提供了一个便携、高效、实时的家居化健康服务平台。  相似文献

Cerebral temperature can be monitored unobtrusively on free-ranging human subjects. We describe here a pulse-modulated radio frequency transmitter that is worn behind the ear and transmits information on temperature in the ear canal. Background and Aims:

To observe the effects of mobile phone use in the vicinity of medical devices used in a critical care setting.

Subjects and Methods:

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) was tested by using two types of mobile phones – GSM and CDMA. Mobile phones were placed at a distance of one foot from three medical devices – syringe pump, mechanical ventilator, and the bedside monitor – in switch off, standby, and talking modes of the phone. Medical devices were observed for any interference caused by the electromagnetic radiations (EMR) from the mobile phones.

Results:

Out of the three medical devices that were tested, EMI occurred while using the mobile phone in the vicinity of the syringe pump, in the ‘talk mode.’ The mean variation observed in the calculated and delivered volume of the syringe pump was 2.66 ml. Mechanical ventilator did not show any specific adverse effects with mobile phone use in the one-foot vicinity. No other adverse effects or unexplained malfunctions or shutdown of the syringe pump, mechanical ventilator, or the bedside monitor was noted during the study period of 36 hours.

Conclusion:

EMI from mobile phones have an adverse effect on the medical devices used in critical care setup. They should be used at least one foot away from the diameter of the syringe pump.  相似文献

Energy expenditure is an important parameter in the assessment of gait and orthotic treatment of heavily handicapped patients, since any orthosis which increases the effort required is likely to be discarded with consequently disturbing implications. Heart rate has been shown to be a reliable monitor of energy expenditure and is convenient because ECG can be telemetered by a miniature radio transmitter. Using a transmitter causes minimal interference with the patient, but care must be employed to obtain ECG signals free of artefact from subjects who are exercising. Means of reducing artefact are discussed, as are ways in which heart rate monitoring by radio telemetry is being used in the routine assessment of orthotic treatment of paediatric patients and the development of new orthotic devices.  相似文献

目的 为解决生理参数测量模块在监护仪间的共享,实现病人在不同科室间监护数据的整合,及在转运途中连续不间断的实时监护,本文提出一种插件子母式监护仪的设计.方法 将监护仪与参数模块分开,通过定时轮询判断参数模块的加载和卸载,实现了监护仪的插件式设计.通过监护仪主机和移动式监护仪的独立设计,实现时间的同步及历史数据的合并.结果 临床实践证明,该设计方法有效避免了病人在转移过程中因不能被连续监测而导致的监测盲区.结论 目前该设计已成功应用于新型监护仪上.  相似文献

Cellular mobile phones may interfere with hospital equipment. We irradiated five representative pieces of equipment using simulated phone signals and frequencies. Two (an oximeter and a syringe pump) were immune to electric fields of up to 40 V m?1. The most susceptible was a physiological monitor which showed effects at 10 V m?1. None of the equipment was affected by fields that could be produced at over one metre from a 2 W mobile phone.  相似文献
