近年来,我国结直肠癌的发病率显著升高。随着对结直肠癌复发、转移机制的深入探索,可提供全面生物医学信息的生物样本库信息系统显得尤为重要。本文阐述了采用微服务架构构建包含临床电子数据采集系统、生物样本管理系统和生物信息数据平台三个子系统的多中心结直肠癌临床研究生物样本库信息系统,同时介绍各子系统在多中心临床研究中的管理模式和特色功能;并通过统一化编码规则、结构化临床信息、标准化样本流转信息和规范化数据存储等数据标准化管理方案,保障数据质量和互联互通,从而为推进转化医学研究和精准医疗发展提供全方位生物医学信息。 相似文献

自2009年起,我国生物样本库建设进入了快速发展时期。在发展过程中,由于建设理念和认识不同,生物样本库建设目标各异且相互之间协同性差,导致生物样本库资源共享与应用陷入困境。针对生物样本库发展面临的主要问题,本文引用计算机软件开发行业中的“重构(refactoring)”理念,讨论和阐明生物样本库建设和发展面临的主要问题及相应改进方式,旨在建议通过调整建设生物样本库的程序改善生物样本库的质量和功能,提高生物样本库建设成果的可维护性及建设模式的可扩展性,使生物样本库的设计模式和架构更趋于合理化。 相似文献

生物样本库是实现转化医学与精准医学的重要源头与关键环节之一,随着精准医学计划和“健康中国2030”战略规划的提出,生物样本库迎来了难得的发展机遇。同时我国生物样本库存在的问题也日益凸显,包括相关国家标准尚未出台、标准化流程实施与质量控制有待推进、共享应用机制尚待完善、低层次重复建设较为严重、自身造血能力普遍较弱及可持续发展机制有待探索等。在过去十年,生物样本库在标准化、共享应用、集约化和可持续发展等方面取得了一定发展,促进了生物样本资源在生物医药产业链各环节的充分应用,开启了中国生物样本库标准化建设的新时代。 相似文献

目的探讨护理领域生物学研究中生物样本库的建设及其效果。方法通过在浙江大学医学院附属金华医院设立护理领域生物学研究计划, 从生物样本、仪器与设备、操作软件、生物样本库团队组建、人员培训、标准化流程制订等方面对护理领域生物学研究中的生物样本库进行建设。结果于2020年8月浙江大学医学院附属金华医院护理部和中心实验室建立了护理领域生物学研究的生物样本库, 组建生物样本库团队、进行人员培训、制订标准化流程;2020年12月1日—2021年6月30日, 共收集胃癌患者264例和健康对照者56人的生物样本, 主要包括全血、血清和尿液。结论护理领域生物学研究生物样本库的建设能够收集较为丰富的生物样本, 为后续独立开展护理领域生物学研究奠定了基础。 相似文献

Standardization of biorepository best practices will enhance the quality of translational biomedical research utilizing patient-derived biobank specimens. Harmonization of pathology quality assurance procedures for biobank accessions has lagged behind other avenues of biospecimen research and biobank development. Comprehension of the cellular content of biorepository specimens is important for discovery of tissue-specific clinically relevant biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment. While rapidly emerging technologies in molecular analyses and data mining create focus on appropriate measures for minimizing pre-analytic artifact-inducing variables, less attention gets paid to annotating the constituent makeup of biospecimens for more effective specimen selection by biobank clients. Both pre-analytic tissue processing and specimen composition influence acquisition of relevant macromolecules for downstream assays. Pathologist review of biorepository submissions, particularly tissues as part of quality assurance procedures, helps to ensure that the intended target cells are present and in sufficient quantity in accessioned specimens. This manual procedure can be tedious and subjective. Incorporating digital pathology into biobank quality assurance procedures, using automated pattern recognition morphometric image analysis to quantify tissue feature areas in digital whole slide images of tissue sections, can minimize variability and subjectivity associated with routine pathologic evaluations in biorepositories. Whole-slide images and pathologist-reviewed morphometric analyses can be provided to researchers to guide specimen selection. Harmonization of pathology quality assurance methods that minimize subjectivity and improve reproducibility among collections would facilitate research-relevant specimen selection by investigators and could facilitate information sharing in an integrated network approach to biobanking. 相似文献

The Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome epidemic, caused by the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, is a global crisis which threatens development gains, economies, and societies. Within sub-Saharan Africa, where the epidemic began the earliest and the HIV prevalence is the highest, African countries have death rates not seen before. In South Africa the epidemic has a devastating impact which creates profound suffering on individuals and their families, and the impact on the socio-economic level is of great concern. The eradication of HIV/AIDS represents one of humanity's greatest challenges, which requires co-operation and comprehensive collaboration between many different role players. In this endeavour clinical information plays a major role. To combat the effect of the disease, the Free State Department of Health started with the provisioning of antiretroviral therapy in the public health sector. The objective of this paper was to address the challenges they faced in order to develop and implement an information system to manage the rollout of antiretroviral treatment effectively. They started with a paper-based system to collect vital information. It was followed by a palm computer project that was initiated to electronically capture the data collected by the paper-based system. This system was then replaced by a comprehensive Hospital and Clinic Information System which was acquired and customised for the antiretroviral data collection process. Research partners developed a standalone antiretroviral data warehouse for collecting information associated with the monitoring and evaluation of the Free State antiretroviral and HIV/ AIDS treatment programme. The data warehouse successfully produced several management information reports to the antiretroviral management team. A need was identified to design a comprehensive antiretroviral data warehouse that will integrate data from several operational sources which are all associated with HIV/AIDS. 相似文献

The Emergency Medicine Specimen Bank (EMSB) was developed to facilitate precision medicine in acute care. The EMSB is a biorepository of clinical health data and biospecimens collected from all adult English‐ or Spanish‐speaking individuals who are able and willing to provide consent and are treated at the UCHealth–University of Colorado Hospital Emergency Department. The EMSB is the first acute care biobank that seeks to enroll all patients, with all conditions who present to the ED. Acute care biobanking presents many challenges that are unique to acute care settings such as providing informed consent in a uniquely stressful and fast‐paced environment and collecting, processing, and storing samples for tens of thousands of patients per year. Here, we describe the process by which the EMSB overcame these challenges and was integrated into clinical workflow allowing for operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at a reasonable cost. Other institutions can implement this template, further increasing the power of biobanking research to inform treatment strategies and interventions for common and uncommon phenotypes in acute care settings. 相似文献
