改进三测单在创伤病房疼痛记录中的临床应用研究

Objective To investigate the effect of improved three-item nursing recording sheet on simplifying nursing record and pain management in trauma ward. Methods The patients involved two wards in our department were divided into control group and study group. Control group was adopted conventional nursing recording sheet to record pain information with words. In study group, the improved three - item nursing recording sheet added pain scoring column was used to record pain information through the curve form. The effect, satisfaction of pain control and nursing record costing time were compared between two groups. Results Satisfaction of patients in study group was better than control group ( P＜0.05 ) ; The effect of pain control in study group wassignificantly better than control group (P＜0.001 ) ; The time of nurse recording was reduced one-third. Conclusions The improved recording sheet can make doctors and nurses visually, dynamically know pain intensity and trends, make patients receive timely and effective treatment, promote patient satisfaction with pain control, save recording time. This method is suitable for the surgical department.

【 】 Objective To analyze the influence of narrative nursing on the bad mood and stigma of breast cancer patients. Methods Taking August 2021 to August 2022 as the time line, 60 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital during this period were selected as the research object. According to the order of admission, the first 30 patients were classified as the control group, and the other 30 patients were classified as the experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given narrative nursing care, and the changes of adverse emotions between the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, both groups improved, and the effect of the experimental group was better (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, both groups improved, and the effect of the experimental group was better (P < 0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing can effectively alleviate the anxiety and shame of breast cancer patients, which is worth applying.

Audio recording nurse-patient interactions

BACKGROUND: Clinical supervision is accepted as important in all areas of nursing. There are various methods available for conducting clinical supervision but the most commonly used is self-reporting by the supervisee to his or her supervisor. However, other methods might also be applicable. CONCLUSION: This article discusses the merits of using audio recordings of nurse-patient interactions in clinical supervision and suggests that such a method may help to improve patient care.
