Five new abietane derivatives which have a commonly rearranged abietane skeleton contained a 17(15 → 16),18(4 → 3)-diabeo-abietane framework, mandarones D-H, were isolated from the stem of Clerodendrum mandarinorum Diels (Verbenaceae). The structures were characterized as (16S)-12,16-epoxy-11-hydroxy-17(15 → 16),18(4 → 3)-diabeo-abieta-3,5,8,11,13-pentaene-7-one (mandarone D, 1), 12,16-epoxy-11,14-dihydroxy-17(15 → 16),18(4 → 3)-diabeo-abieta-3,5,8,11,13,15-hexaene-7-one (mandarone E, 2), 12,16-epoxy-6,11,14-trihydroxy-17(15 → 16),18(4 → 3)-diabeo-abieta-3,5,8,11,13,15-hexaene-7-one (mandarone F, 3), 12,16-epoxy-11,14-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-17(15 → 16),18(4 → 3)-diabeo-abieta-3,5,8,11,13,15-hexaene-2,7-dione (mandarone G, 4) and 12,16-epoxy-11,14-dihydroxy-17(15 → 16),18(4 → 3)-diabeo-abieta-3,5,8,11,13,15-hexaene-1,7-dione (mandarone H, 5) respectively, mainly based on the spectral analysis and by comparison with those of closely related compounds.  相似文献

A new abietane diterpenoid, (3S,16R)-12,16-epoxy-3,6,11,14,17-pentahydroxy-17(15 → 16)-abeo-5,8,11,13-abietatetraen-7-one (1), was isolated from the stems of Clerodendrum kaichianum Hsu, together with four known diterpenoids. The structures of the isolated compounds were assigned on the basis of their NMR spectra including 2D NMR techniques such as COSY, HMQC, and HMBC experiments, and were compared with those of the literature data. This new compound showed significant cytotoxicity against the HL-60 and A-549 tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Two new chalcones, 3,2′,3′-trihydroxy-4′-methoxychalcone (1) and 3,2′-dihydroxy-4′,6′-dimethoxychalcone (2), were isolated from the seeds of Clerodendrum phlomidis together with three known flavonoids, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone (3), 5-hydroxy-7-methoxyflavone (4), and kaempferol-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (5). The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated as a perhydrobenzofuran derivative and a peroxide dimer by spectral and chemical evidence. Abstract

Colebroside A (1), a new diglucoside of fatty acid ester of glycerin, was isolated from the aerial parts of Clerodendrum colebrookianum Walp., along with nine known compounds (2–10). A rare type of phenolic compound, namely, planchol E (1), was isolated from the cones and seeds of Pinus yunnanensis together with 16 known abietane diterpenoids (217). Three new isobenzofuranone derivatives erinaceolactones D-F (1–3), together with four known ones (4–7), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Hericium erinaceus. Their structures were determined on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analyses including UV, 1D, 2D NMR and HR-TOF-MS. The absolute configuration of erinaceolactone D (1) and erinaceolactone E (2) were assigned by comparing their specific rotation with those of analogs in literatures. 目的研究中药大蓟Cirsium japonicum DC.的化学成分。方法应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果共分得12个化合物,分别鉴定为cis-8,9-epoxy-heptadeca-1-ene-11,13-diyne-10-ol (1), ciryneol A (2), 8,9,10-triacetoxy-heptadeca-1-ene-11,13-diyne (3), ciryneone F (4), cireneol G (5), ciryneol H (6), ciryneol C (7),对-香豆酸(8),丁香苷(9),蒙花苷(10),β-谷甾醇(11)和胡萝卜苷(12)。结论4,5,6为新化合物,3为新天然产物,8为首次从大蓟中获得。  相似文献

Two novel furostanol saponins were isolated from the fresh tubers of Ophiopogon japonicus. Comprehensive spectroscopic analysis allowed the chemical structures of the compounds to be assigned as (25R)-26-[(O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl)]-22α-hydroxyfurost-5-ene-3-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)]-β-d-glucopyranoside (1, ophiopogonin F) and (25R)-26-[(O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl)]-22α-hydroxyfurost-5-ene-3-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)]-β-d-glucopyranoside (2, ophiopogonin G). The rare furostanol saponins with two glucosyl residues at C-26 position were isolated from the natural source for the first time.  相似文献
