目的探讨渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法通过热板法和冰醋酸致痛试验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀试验、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验,对渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏进行镇痛抗炎方面的药效学评价。结果渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏中、高剂量的剂型可有效提高小鼠痛阈值,减少小鼠扭体反应次数,抑制角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足趾肿胀和抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏中、高剂量的剂型有较好的镇痛抗炎作用,且在方便使用的基础上,优于原剂型渭良伤科散的镇痛抗炎作用。  相似文献

目的:评价温中安胃软胶囊的主要药效.方法:采用热板法、扭体法观察镇痛作用,二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法及角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀法观察抗炎作用,小鼠大黄致泻法观察止泻作用,酚红排泄法观察对小鼠胃排空的影响,炭末推进法观察对小鼠肠推进的影响.结果:温中安胃软胶囊能提高小鼠热刺激痛阈,减少小鼠因冰醋酸致扭体反应数,对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀有抑制作用,减少大黄煎剂所致小鼠湿粪数,对正常及胃复安负荷小鼠胃排空有抑制作用,对阿托品负荷小鼠胃排空抑制亦有对抗作用,对正常小鼠及新斯的明负荷小鼠肠推进有抑制作用.结论:温中安胃软胶囊有抗炎、镇痛、止泻及调节胃肠运动作用.  相似文献

目的:观察痛经宁胶囊(当归、川芎、香附等)对♀幼鼠生殖器官发育的影响及其镇痛抗炎作用.方法:对小鼠子宫、卵巢重量测定,记录小鼠扭体次数和热刺激痛阈,二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀法,大鼠肉芽肿模型法及蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀法.结果:痛经宁胶囊能明显增加♀幼鼠卵巢和子宫重量,减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,延长小鼠热刺激痛阈,显著抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀度和肿胀百分率,显著抑制大鼠肉芽肿胀和蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀值及足趾肿胀百分率.结论:痛经宁胶囊能促进♀幼鼠生殖器官的发育,有镇痛抗炎作用.  相似文献

目的研究康妇炎胶囊的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性和琼脂致小鼠皮下肉芽肿实验观察康妇炎胶囊的抗炎作用,采用热板法和扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果康妇炎胶囊能够显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,显著降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,抑制小鼠皮下肉芽肿的形成;并明显降低热刺激所致的小鼠痛阈值,减少小鼠的扭体次数。结论康妇炎胶囊对炎症有明显的抑制作用,且有一定的镇痛效果。  相似文献

目的探讨大蒜素抗炎性痛作用及抗氧化应激机制。方法采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体、小鼠足底注射甲醛致痛、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀等实验,观察不同剂量大蒜素的抗炎性痛效应;采用生化法检测角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀组织SOD、MDA、GSH-Px及T-AOC含量变化。计量资料比较采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果与阴性对照组比较,大蒜素20 mg/kg组及40 mg/kg组小鼠扭体次数和累计舔足时间均降低;大蒜素40mg/kg组小鼠耳廓肿胀度和小鼠足趾肿胀度均低于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与模型组比较,大蒜素40 mg/kg组小鼠足趾肿胀组织SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC含量增加,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论大蒜素对小鼠炎性痛有一定的缓解作用,其机制与抗氧化应激作用有关。  相似文献

目的研究消肿止痛液对实验动物炎性作用、镇痛作用以及活血化瘀作用的影响.方法分别以SD大鼠、小鼠为实验动物,观察消肿止痛液对角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症的作用,以及对镇痛、活血化瘀作用的影响.结果消肿止痛液局部涂擦能明显减轻角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀和二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症:明显延长小鼠的痛阈值,减少小鼠扭体次数;显著促进小鼠瘀血吸收.结论消肿止痛液有消炎、镇痛和化瘀作用.  相似文献

目的 探讨荭草的抗炎、镇痛作用.方法 采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,观察高、中、低剂量荭草水煎剂的抗炎作用;采用热板法致痛,观察高、中、低剂量荭草水煎剂的镇痛作用.结果 高、中、低剂量荭草水煎剂明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓的肿胀度,与生理盐水对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与赖氨匹林组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).高剂量荭草水煎剂显著提高热板法所致小鼠的痛阈值,与生理盐水对照组比较和自身给药前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中剂量荭草水煎剂给药后30、60 min显著提高热板法所致小鼠的痛阈值,与生理盐水对照组比较和自身给药前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 荭草水煎剂具有抗炎、镇痛作用.  相似文献

目的:对强脊壮步胶囊主要药效学与急性毒性进行实验研究。方法:以醋酸致小鼠扭体实验和热板刺激致小鼠舔后足实验为镇痛药效学指标,以二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和甲醛致小鼠足肿胀实验为抗炎药效学指标,研究强脊壮步胶囊的镇痛、抗炎作用;同时考察了强脊壮步胶囊的一日最大给药量。结果:强脊壮步胶囊具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用,可明显延长疼痛潜伏期,降低耳廓与后足趾的肿胀度;小鼠灌胃的最大给药量为50g/kg,最大给药量是临床用药量的463倍。结论:强脊壮步胶囊具有一定的镇痛抗炎作用,急性毒性试验结果提示该药按临床剂量短期内使用安全。  相似文献

目的研究杭白菊挥发油抗菌抗炎作用及其可能的机制。方法采用体外抗菌法、小鼠耳壳二甲苯肿胀法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀法,观察不同浓度和剂量杭白菊挥发油对细菌和炎症的影响,并检测PGE2的含量。结果杭白菊挥发油有明显的抗菌效果;对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀有抑制作用,并能减少PGE2的含量。结论杭白菊挥发油有抗菌抗炎作用,其抗炎作用可能与抑制PGE2的产生有关。  相似文献

目的:通过动物实验模型观察白鲜皮提取物的抗过敏和止痒作用。方法:建立动物瘙痒和Ⅳ型变态反应模型,以致痒组胺总量和小鼠耳廓肿胀度为指标,观察白鲜皮提取物抗过敏疗效。结果:白鲜皮提取物高、中剂量组致痒阈值高于空白对照组,白鲜皮提取物高剂量组较空白对照组显著降低2,4-二硝基氯苯致敏所导致的小鼠耳廓肿胀度。结论:白鲜皮提取物可以对抗Ⅳ型变态反应和提高致痒阈值,对湿疹的治疗有一定意义。  相似文献

Strategies to manipulate gut microbiota in infancy have been considered to prevent the development of allergic diseases later in life. We previously demonstrated that maternal dietary supplementation with fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) during pregnancy and lactation modulated the composition of gut microbiota and diminished the severity of spontaneously developing atopic dermatitis-like skin lesions in the offspring of NC/Nga mice. The present study tested whether dietary FOS affects contact hypersensitivity (CHS), another model for allergic skin disease, in NC/Nga mice. In experiment 1, 5-wk-old female NC/Nga mice were fed diets either with or without FOS supplementation for 3 wk and then received 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) on the ear auricle 5 times at 7-d intervals. FOS supplementation reduced CHS response as demonstrated by ear swelling. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis showed that mRNA levels for interleukin (IL)-10, IL-12p40, and IL-17 in the lesional ear skin were significantly lower in mice fed FOS. In experiment 2, female NC/Nga mice were fed diets either with or without FOS during pregnancy and lactation. After weaning, offspring were fed the diets supplemented with or without FOS. Three weeks after weaning, offspring received DNFB on the ear auricle 4 times at 7-d intervals. Although FOS supplementation after weaning reduced ear swelling, maternal FOS consumption was ineffective in offspring. The present data suggest that dietary FOS reduces CHS while maternal FOS consumption is ineffective in offspring of DNFB-treated NC/Nga mice.  相似文献

目的探讨中国被毛孢菌粉(HSFM)对小鼠抗疲劳、免疫功能的作用。方法采用负重游泳试验法测定负重游泳时间、运动后血乳酸、尿素氮的含量,观察中国被毛孢菌粉对小鼠抗疲劳作用;采用碳粒廓清法、二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应试验法测定小鼠耳肿胀度、胸腺指数及脾指数,观察中国被毛孢菌粉对免疫低下小鼠的影响。结果给予不同剂量HSFM(0.12g/kg、0.24e,/kg、0.48g/kg)20d后,能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低运动后小鼠血乳酸、血清尿素氮含量(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);HSFM(0.48g/kg)能显著增加小鼠碳廓清指数K及吞噬指数q(P〈O.01);在迟发型变态反应实验中,HSFM(0.24g/kg、0.48g/kg)能显著增加小鼠耳肿胀度、胸腺指数和脾指数(P〈0.05或P〈O.01)。结论中国被毛孢菌粉对小鼠抗疲劳和环磷酰胺引起的免疫功能低下小鼠具有一定的增强作用。  相似文献

目的 观察醋酸舍莫瑞林对免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法 通过给小鼠腹腔注射免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺 ,建立免疫功能低下模型 ,腹腔注射醋酸舍莫瑞林进行体内拮抗实验。测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、T淋巴细胞的增殖指数、耳肿胀度、血清IL - 2的含量。结果 醋酸舍莫瑞林 ( 0 18,0 36mg/kg)能显著提高被环磷酰胺抑制的胸腺和脾脏重量 (P <0 0 1) ;使巨噬细胞吞噬功能明显增加 ,并能拮抗环磷酰胺对小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖、二硝基氯苯 (DNCB)诱导的迟发型超敏反应和IL - 2产生的免疫抑制作用。结论 醋酸舍莫瑞林能拮抗环磷酰胺所引发的免疫抑制作用  相似文献

目的对岭南抗感凉茶的药效学进行研究,并对其安全性作出评价。方法采用小鼠二甲苯所致耳肿胀模型及毛细血管通透性增高模型观察岭南抗感凉茶的抗炎作用;以最大浓度、最大给药剂量灌胃小鼠,评估其对人体的安全性。结果岭南抗感凉茶对二甲苯所致耳肿胀和冰醋酸所致毛细管通透性增加均有抑制作用,并与剂量相关,其最大给药剂量为256.4g/kg。结论岭南抗感凉茶作为清凉饮料使用是安全有效的。  相似文献

目的 :观察柿叶制剂治疗子宫异常出血的药理学作用。方法 :测定柿叶制剂对小鼠出、凝血时间的影响和抗炎作用 ,对正常和妊娠大鼠离体子宫及兔在体子宫的影响。结果 :柿叶可缩短出、凝血时间 ;使正常和妊娠大鼠离体子宫收缩频率幅度增加 ;使家兔在体子宫活动力加强 ,振幅加大 ,基线升高 ;具有明显的抗炎作用。结论 :柿叶有明显的止血、抗炎和促进子宫收缩的作用。  相似文献

Strategies to manipulate the intestinal microbiota have been considered to promote immune health. The aim of the present study was to examine whether fructo-oligosaccharide, a typical prebiotic, could suppress antigen-specific skin inflammation by favourably changing the population of intestinal microbiota. Female BALB/c mice were fed a synthetic diet with or without fructo-oligosaccharide supplementation for 3 weeks and were then epicutaneously immunised with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene. Afterwards, mice continued to receive their respective diets. At 5 d after immunisation, the mice were ear challenged with the hapten. Ear swelling after the challenge was significantly reduced in the mice fed the diet supplemented with fructo-oligosaccharide than in mice fed the control diet. To characterise the change in the intestinal microbiota, DNA samples isolated from fresh faeces were subjected to PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis and real-time PCR based on 16S rDNA gene sequences. Dietary fructo-oligosaccharide altered the composition of intestinal microbiota. The numbers of bifidobacteria, but not lactobacilli, were significantly higher in mice fed the fructo-oligosaccharide-supplemented diet than in mice fed the control diet. Ear swelling was negatively correlated with the numbers of bifidobacteria in the faeces. Sequence analysis revealed that Bifidobacterium pseudolongum was the most predominant bifidobacteria in the intestine of mice fed the fructo-oligosaccharide-supplemented diet. These results suggest that consumption of fructo-oligosaccharide reduces contact hypersensitivity, which is associated with proliferation of B. pseudolongum in the intestinal tract of mice.  相似文献

To investigate the biological effectiveness of neutrons at energies below 1MeV with regard to ear toxicity, we exposed mice to 1.0 Gy of monoenergetic neutrons (1.026 MeV) or 137Cs gamma rays at 7 days of age, and observed subsequent morphological changes in the inner ear with light and scanning electron microscopes. Monoenergetic neutrons, but not gamma rays, caused acute changes in the ear. The epithelium of the greater epithelial ridge in the organ of Corti showed degeneration around 6 hours and disappeared by 72 hours post-irradiation. The apoptotic cell death of the epithelium of the greater epithelial ridge was inducible by the radiation at 3 or 4 days of age. The hair cells formed the protrusion structures of the surface by 72 hours post-irradiation. Neutron-irradiation also caused acute otitis media until 10 weeks of age.  相似文献

Soymilk is rich in phytochemicals such as soy isoflavones (SIs) and soyasaponins (SSs). Dietary SIs and SSs display inhibitory effects on contact hypersensitivity (CHS), which was reported in a mouse model for allergic contact dermatitis (ACD); however, the beneficial effects of soymilk consumption on CHS remain unknown. Here, we studied the effects of drinking soymilk on CHS and gut microbiota. Soymilk consumption attenuated ear oedema and swelling, decreased the infiltration of Gr-1-positive cells into ear tissues, and reduced the production of chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 2 and triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 in ear tissues. The analysis of bacterial 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequences indicated that CHS caused changes in the gut microbiota structure and that consuming soymilk reduced these changes. These results suggest that soymilk consumption may be of therapeutic value for patients with ACD and may help control the balance of intestinal microbiota.  相似文献
