目的探讨牙齿Croll法釉质微打磨和家庭漂白联合使用对釉质表面形态的影响。方法12颗离体牙随机分为3组,A组为对照组,B组采用Croll法釉质微打磨法,C组采用Croll法釉质微打磨法后家庭漂白4周,通过对离体牙扫描电镜的观察,研究上述釉质微打磨和家庭漂白对釉质表面形态的影响。结果Croll法釉质微打磨可以使釉质表面形成致密的矿化结构,经过4周的家庭漂白,釉质表面有脱矿表现。结论Croll法釉质微打磨能形成致密的矿化表层,但漂白后釉质仍然脱矿。  相似文献

目的 :比较活髓牙家庭漂白、Croll釉质微打磨和P .Longhurst釉质微打磨治疗氟牙症的临床疗效。方法 :1 2名氟牙症患者的上颌前牙按中线分为两组 ,每组患牙随机采用 3周活髓牙家庭漂白、Croll釉质微打磨或P .Longhurst釉质微打磨 ,比色板记录患牙颜色的改变。 结果 :三种方法都能有效地治疗氟牙症着色 ,两种微打磨治疗后牙齿亮度等级无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,3周家庭漂白后牙齿的亮度等级小于两种微打磨法(P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :3周家庭漂白比Croll釉质微打磨和P .Longhurst釉质微打磨治疗氟牙症更有效。  相似文献

目的:观察牙齿Longhurst法釉质微打磨以及与家庭漂白联合应用后釉质表面形态的变化。方法:24个离体牙随机分为3组,组为对照组,B组采用Longhurst釉质微打磨,即35%磷酸酸蚀,然后钨钢车针打磨,组采用ACLonghurst法打磨后家庭漂白4周,通过扫描电镜观察釉质表面形态的变化。结果:Longhurst法釉质微打磨后牙釉质表层釉柱结构消失,继续漂白4周,釉质不规则孔隙增多。结论:Longhurst是釉质表面的机械磨除,而随后的漂白可造成釉质的脱矿表现。  相似文献

目的探讨Croll釉质微打磨和漂白联合应用治疗氟斑牙的疗效。方法将患者有氟斑牙着色的上颌前牙按中线分为两组,随机采用Croll法釉质做打磨或Croll法釉质微打磨后漂白4周,通过比色板记录牙齿的颜色,并通过表格比较这两种方法对牙齿敏感和牙龈刺激程度的影响。结果 Croll釉质微打磨后漂白4周的牙齿颜色比单独Croll法釉质微打磨的牙齿颜色更白(P<0.01),这两种方法牙齿敏感和牙龈刺激程度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 Croll法釉质微打磨与漂白联合应用治疗氟斑牙效果更好。  相似文献

目的 :探讨牙齿漂白及漂白后再矿化对变形链球菌在釉质表面粘附定植的影响。方法 :选用因正畸减数的前磨牙分别进行离体牙和活髓牙漂白。离体牙漂白后分别应用生理盐水、人工唾液和再矿化液处理 ,活髓牙漂白后分别给予盐水和再矿化液含漱 ,分别分离培养变形链球菌并计数。结果 :离体牙和活髓牙漂白后釉质表面粘附的变形链球菌均明显增多 ,并且变形链球菌在牙齿漂白后应用再矿化液处理 ,釉质表面的粘附能力低于对照组。结论 :漂白后变形链球菌在釉质表面的粘附能力增强 ,应用再矿化液有助于减少变形链球菌在漂白后釉质表面的粘附。  相似文献

目的观察微打磨技术结合家庭漂白及粘接技术治疗轻度釉质缺陷症的临床效果。方法对36例轻度釉质缺陷患者采用微打磨技术,必要时联合家庭漂白及粘接修复技术进行治疗,随访复查。结果 36例患者随诊6~30个月,患牙都恢复了均匀自然的外观,秞质表面光滑完整有光泽,无肉眼可见的白垩或淡黄色色斑。结论利用以微打磨技术为基础的微创技术可治疗因轻度的釉质缺陷而对前牙美观造成的影响。  相似文献

釉质表层是在早期龋时釉质表面相对完整的一层结构,其出现与表面釉质的晶体排列和化学组成有关,早期釉质龋不单是矿物质的溶解和丢失,还包括溶解的矿物质在釉质表层的选择性再矿化,釉质表层和再矿化在早期龋损过程中有重要作用。对釉质表层和早期釉的研究是指导早期龋预防和治疗的关键。本文就釉质表层结构特点,化学组成特点及近6年来众学者对早期龋的形成和预防方面的研究作一综述。  相似文献

目的 对比釉质的表面形貌、钙磷质量比和硬度的变化.方法 分别用超越冷光牙美白剂临床装与家庭装漂白体外牙,于漂白即刻以及1、2、3周后分别用扫描电镜观察釉质表面形貌和钙磷质量比的变化,显微硬度仪检测釉质的硬度.结果 漂白后即刻釉质表面均出现脱矿,釉质钙磷质量比和硬度最低,但是1周后逐渐恢复,2周后恢复至正常水平,家庭装再矿化速度高于临床装.结论 超越冷光牙美白剂临床装与家庭装均会对釉质产生一过性脱矿,但随后可以再矿化并恢复至漂白前的形貌,家庭装的脱矿程度低于临床装.  相似文献

This article reports clinical procedures used to remove residual bonded resin and enamel stains following bracket "debonding" at the conclusion of orthodontic treatment. A water-cooled fine-tapered diamond bur was used for resin removal, followed by enamel surface finishing using a commercially available microabrasion paste. It was noted that residual tooth coloration remained yellowish because of enamel translucency; the yellow dentin shade showed through. Additional tooth shade lightening was achieved using carbamide peroxide dental bleaching solution in custom-formed trays. This report describes a safe and effective technique that optimizes tooth appearance at the conclusion of orthodontic therapy. Mechanical resin removal, enamel microabrasion, and tooth bleaching are employed. CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE: A combination of treatment methods are sometimes required for the best esthetic result. After orthodontic treatment, mechanical resin removal followed successively by enamel microabrasion and tooth bleaching can yield ideal long-lasting improvement.  相似文献

Superficial irregularities and certain intrinsic stains on the dental enamel surfaces can be resolved by enamel microabrasion, however, treatment for such defects need to be confined to the outermost regions of the enamel surface. Dental bleaching and resin-based composite repair are also often useful for certain situations for tooth color corrections. This article presented and discussed the indications and limitations of enamel microabrasion treatment. Three case reports treated by enamel microabrasion were also presented after 11, 20 and 23 years of follow-ups.  相似文献

目的:观察BEYOND冷光漂白治疗对牙釉质表面及牙本质微结构的影响。方法:选用临床因正畸需要拔除A4、B4、C4和D4四颗健康前磨牙的患者12例作为受试者,每名受试者的D4作为空白对照牙,其余3颗牙予以BEYOND冷光漂白治疗。治疗结束后立刻拔除受试牙,分别制备牙釉质表面、牙本质纵剖和横剖观察面,以扫描电镜观察其微结构改变情况。结果:电镜显示BEYOND冷光漂白治疗后牙釉质表面出现溶融、脱矿现象;牙本质纵剖面可见管周牙本质轻微脱矿,管间牙本质胶原纤维网架塌陷;横剖面见牙本质小管口因脱矿而呈现不规则。结论:BEYOND冷光漂白可使牙釉质表层脱矿,并能透人到牙本质层使其微结构发生轻微改变。  相似文献

Enamel microabrasion is a proven method of removing superficial intrinsic enamel discoloration defects. The method is safe, easily performed, and causes no discomfort for the patient. A new commercially available microabrasion system has been introduced by Ultradent Products Inc. In addition, a new tooth isolation material is available, along with a visible light-activated in-office hydrogen peroxide solution. This article describes these new products and documents tooth-color correction for two young patients using this new tooth-color correction approach.
CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE
Enamel microabrasion and vital bleaching can be used effectively to treat enamel dysmineralization and associated discoloration in children and adolescents.  相似文献

Enamel surfaces have been found to acquire a glasslike luster and an exceptionally smooth texture following enamel microabrasion procedures. A commercially available enamel microabrasion compound containing abrasive particles and a mild concentration of hydrochloric acid, when applied by rotary compression, simultaneously abrades and erodes (abrosion) the enamel surface. Human enamel surfaces were evaluated microscopically after routine enamel microabrasion procedures. The results show distinct evidence of enamel surface changes that have been described as the abrosion effect.  相似文献
