目的 :观察联合使用SPIO和Gd DTPA对大鼠肝癌模型的增强特点。材料和方法 :制作 3 0只大鼠肝癌模型 ,增强前后行MR扫描 ,平扫序列包括SE、TSE、GRE的T1、T2WI序列。增强扫描分为 4组 ,其中Gd +SPIO联合增强组 10只 ,先注射Gd DTPA ,行SE、GRET1WI扫描 ,随后给予SPIO造影剂 ,扫描序列同平扫 ;SPIO +Gd联合增强组 10只 ,先注射SPIO ,行SE、GRET1WI扫描 ,12min后再给予Gd DTPA ,扫描序列同平扫 ;Gd、SPIO增强组各为 5只 ,增强扫描序列同平扫。分析各增强扫描组中病灶的增强特点。结果 :两种联合增强方法中 ,肝脏信号强度在所有扫描序列中均较平扫时下降 ,但与SPIO增强组无差异 ;病灶的SNR、CNR在SE、GRET1WI中明显高于平扫和SPIO、Gd DTPA增强法 ;在T2WI中病灶的SNR、CNR和单独使用SPIO无显著性差异。两种联合增强方法之间的SNR和CNR在每种扫描序列中没有显著性差异。结论 :SPIO和Gd DTPA联合增强方法利用了两种造影剂的优势 ,增加了肿瘤病变的对比 ,可提高发现病变的几率。  相似文献

目的 比较两种超顺磁性氧化铁(superparamagnetic iron oxide,SPIO)对比剂,Ferumoxides及SHU-555A在肝脾MR成像中的效应。材料与方法 36例已知为肝转移癌患者于SPIO造影前后进行T2WI快速自旋回波成像(T2WI TSE)及T1WI梯度回波快去速相位成像(T1WI FLASH)。扫描伪为1.0T MR机。18例患者行Ferumoxides增强后90分钟进行MR成像;另18例行SHU-55A快速团柱增强,注药后即刻、30秒及480秒行T1WI FLASH成像,10分钟行T2WI TSE成像。测量肝脾、肝转移癌SPIO增强前后的信号强度(signal intensity,SI),计算两种SPIO对比剂在肝脾、肝转移癌增强前后SI变化的百分比(percentage signal intensity change,PSIC)及病灶肝脏对比噪声比(lesion-to-liver contrast-to-noise ratio,CNR)及其变化(ΔCNR)。结果 在T2WI TSE图像上,两种SPIO对比剂造成的肝实质SI下降无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Ferumoxides引的脾信号下降显著大于SHU-555A(P<0.05)。两种SPIO对比剂均导致肝实转移癌SNR显著增高。T1WI FLASH图像上,两种对比剂均可导致延迟像上肝脏SI的轻度下降及肝转移癌CNR下降,两者肝脏SIC之间无显著性差异。T1WI上两种对比剂均可导致脾脏SI显著升高,两者脾脏PSIC之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 两种SPIO在肝脏的TI及T2增强效应相似,而脾脏的T2增强效应,Ferumoxides强于SHU-555A。  相似文献

目的:评估CT、MRI对肝脏局灶结节性增生(focal nodular hyperplasia,FNH)的诊断价值.材料和方法:回顾性分析9例FNH(6例经病理证实,3例经磁共振特异性对比剂Resovist证实)的CT、MRI表现和术前或穿刺前诊断.结果:8例为单发病灶、1例为3个病灶.10个病灶呈稍低密度,其中7个T1WI为稍低信号、T2WI稍高信号,3个病灶T1WI和T2WI为稍高信号;1个病灶为等密度和等信号;CT动脉期明显增强、门静脉期轻度增强或无增强;MRI的增强方式与CT相似,但10个病灶存在明显的延迟增强.7个病灶检出瘢痕,T1WI呈低信号、T2WI高信号,动脉期和门静脉期无增强、延迟期轻至中度增强.8例单发病灶均正确诊断为FNH.结论:CT和MRI能显示FNH的特征性改变并提高诊断的准确性.  相似文献

目的 探讨超顺磁性氧化铁(SPIO)增强MRI在肝脏局灶性病变的定性能力。材料与方法 43例怀疑肝占位者经常规MRI和Gd-DTPA增强后1-7后,行SPIO增强检查。其中31例经手术病理证实,12例经随访、实验室生化检查及临床资料证实。分析平扫MRI及SPIO增强后病灶的信号变化,并与Gd-DTPA动态增强结果相对照。结果 43例共12种病变、单发病灶21例,多病灶22例。包括原发性肝细胞肝癌22例,血管瘤5例,囊肿4例,转移性肝癌5例,肝硬化结节4例,局灶性结节增生(FNH)5例,其他病变6例。22例多发病灶中有8例合并1或2种病变。SPIO增强后,肝细胞肝癌T1WI为等或略高信号,T2WI为较高信号;血管瘤T1WI为较高信号,T2WI信号同平扫为高信号;囊肿T1WI、T2WI信号无改变;肝硬化结节T2WI为等信号同正常肝实质;FNH T2WI信号明显下降。其余病变的诊断SPIO增强不具有特征性,须与Gd-DTPA动态增强相结合。结论 SPIO具有一定的定性能力Gd-DTPA增强相结合,可帮助提高肝局灶性病变诊断和鉴别诊断的准确性。  相似文献

目的:比较多种扫描序列超顺磁氧化铁(SPIO)增强扫描对显示大鼠肝癌病灶的能力,找出最佳扫描方案。TSE T2WI、SE双回波的T2WI+PDWI、GRE T1WI、T2^*WI,分析增强前后大鼠肝癌病灶的强化特征,并进行病理学检查对照分析。结果:注射SPIO对比剂后,所有扫描序列均显示肝脏的信号强度较增强前有不同程度的下降,肝癌病灶CNR均分别高于平扫。增强后GRE T2^*WI中病灶的CNR明显高于其它序列,但增强后TSE T2WI和常规SE T2WI在显示病变的SNR、CNR方面没有显著性差异。结论:SPIO增强后检测肝癌病灶的各种序列中,以GRE T2^*WI最为敏感,其次是双回波的T2WI+PDWI序列。  相似文献

PURPOSE: To evaluate the possibility of superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO)-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the liver in predicting the histologic grade of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and differentiating HCC from benign hyperplastic nodule (HPN). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty patients with 31 histologically proved HCC and HPN underwent MRI (1.5 Tesla). HCCs were graded into well-differentiated HCC (HCCw; n = 10) and moderately to poorly differentiated HCC (HCCmp; n = 15). HPN was categorized into dysplastic nodule (DN; n = 1) and focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH; n = 6). T2-weighted fast spin echo images were obtained before and after administration of SPIO. Signal-to-noise ratios (SNR) of the lesion and surrounding liver parenchyma and contrast-to-noise ratios (CNR) were calculated pre- and postcontrast study. Relative enhancement ratios (RER), also known as signal intensity reduction ratios of the lesions, were also calculated. RESULTS: HCCw, HCCmp, DN, and FNH decreased in SNR after injection of SPIO. RER of HCCw was 19.5 +/- 13.3%, that of HCCmp was 6.8 +/- 5.8%, DN was 44.0%, and FNH was 42.9 +/- 4.8%. Significant statistical differences were seen between HCCw and HCCmp and HCC and HPN in RER. HCCw, HCCmp, and DN increased in CNR, and FNH decreased in CNR, but no lesion showed a statistically significant difference in CNR. CONCLUSION: SPIO-enhanced MR images may help to predict the histologic grade of HCC and distinguish HCC from HPN.  相似文献

目的 评价超顺磁性氧化铁(SPIO)对肝脏局灶性结节增生(FNH)的诊断价值。资料与方法 回顾性分析7例7个肝脏FNH的平扫、动态增强及SPIO增强MRI资料。结果 病灶在T1WI上呈相对低至等信号,T2WI上呈等至相对高信号,6个病灶可见中心瘢痕。动态增强扫描6个病灶以快速慢出方式强化。SPIO增强扫描6个病灶实质部分信号明显降低,5个中心瘢痕显示更清晰。结论 SPIO增强扫描进一步从组织成分方面为FNH诊断提供依据。  相似文献

目的通过分析肝脏局灶性结节增生的影像表现,提高其诊断准确性。方法2例经手术病理证实的肝脏局灶性结节增生患者均接受超声、CT和MRI检查,其影像表现结合文献复习进行了分析。结果超声显示了2例的肝右叶实性占位性病变。1例CT平扫肝右叶病灶显示不清,增强扫描后,肝右叶前段有一直径约3.1cm的类圆形病灶呈均匀强化。MR平扫见2例的肝内结节病灶均呈等T1、等T2信号,增强扫描动脉期病灶明显强化,门脉期和延迟期病灶的强化程度逐渐下降。结论腹部超声可提示本病的诊断,而CT和MRI,尤其是增强扫描,可清晰显示病灶的血供特点和强化特征,为定性诊断提供重要依据。  相似文献

PURPOSE: To compare the contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of advanced liver fibrosis on nonenhanced (NE), gadolinium enhanced (Gd), superparamagnetic iron oxides enhanced (SPIO), and combined contrast-enhanced (CCE) spoiled gradient echoes (SGEs). MATERIALS AND METHODS: This retrospective study assessed 83 consecutive patients with cirrhosis and 10 consecutive patients without fibrosis. All patients had NE, Gd, SPIO, and CCE images at 1.5 T. A total of six breathhold SGE sequences with varying imaging parameters were assessed. MR images were evaluated qualitatively and, in 15 cirrhotics who underwent liver transplantation, compared to gross pathology. CNR of fibrosis to background liver was compared across sequences and contrast enhancement types. RESULTS: In cirrhotic patients, CCE images on all sequences showed fibrosis as a meshwork of high-signal 1-mm to 3-mm thick reticulations surrounding 2-mm to 5-mm low-signal regenerative nodules. Fibrosis was less visible on Gd and SPIO images and was barely visible on NE images. CNR was significantly higher for CCE than for NE, Gd, or SPIO images in eight of nine comparisons (P < 0.0001-0.05). The liver had a homogeneous appearance in subjects without fibrosis. CONCLUSION: CCE imaging depicts advanced liver fibrosis with higher CNR than NE, Gd, or SPIO SGEs.  相似文献

目的 :分析肝脏局灶性结节增生 (FNH )的CT、MR及DSA表现 ,提高对本病的认识。方法 :6例经证实的FNH ,均行CT、MR及DSA检查。结果 :6例病灶CT平扫低密度者 4例 ,均匀或不均匀 ,2例为等密度。增强动脉期所有病灶均有明显强化 ,除中心瘢痕外病灶强化均匀一致 ,3例可见到中心或周边增粗、扭曲的动脉。门脉期和延迟期扫描 4例病灶为等密度 ,2例为略高密度。 3例伴有中心瘢痕 ,1例无强化 ,2例延迟强化。 2例行DSA检查 ,病灶内分布较均匀的新生血管团。MR检查 4例 ,T1 WI呈等信号或略低信号 ,T2 WI呈略高信号。 1例行Gd DTPA增强延迟期呈略高信号 ,中心瘢痕无明显强化。结论 :CT、MR及DSA检查可充分反映FNH的血供特点和病理特征 ,动态增强是诊断FNH最有效的影像学手段 ,在诊断和鉴别诊断中具有很大价值  相似文献

PURPOSE: To determine whether gadobenate dimeglumine (Gd-BOPTA) is able to provide morphologic and functional information for characterization of focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Sixty-three consecutive patients with proved FNH were retrospectively examined. Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging with T2-weighted turbo spin-echo and T1-weighted gradient-echo sequences was performed. Images were acquired prior to and during the dynamic phase of contrast-material enhancement and 1-3 hours after administration of 0.1 mmol/kg Gd-BOPTA. Qualitative analysis of signal intensity and homogeneity on images in the various phases of the MR study and examination for the presence of central scar or atypical features were performed. On the basis of features observed in the precontrast and dynamic phases, lesions were defined as typical or atypical. Intensity and enhancement patterns of the lesions and scars were also evaluated in the delayed phase. RESULTS: One hundred FNHs were depicted on MR images. Seventy-nine of 100 lesions demonstrated typical morphologic and enhancement characteristics. On delayed phase images, 72% of 100 FNHs appeared hyperintense; 21%, isointense; and 7%, slightly hypointense. The delayed pattern of enhancement was homogeneous, heterogeneous, and peripheral in 58%, 22%, and 20% of 100 FNHs, respectively. Atypical morphologic features and lesion and/or scar enhancement were observed in 21 of 100 FNHs. On delayed phase images, 76% of 100 atypical FNHs appeared hyperintense, 14% isointense, and 10% slightly hypointense. Hyperintensity and isointensity allowed the correct characterization in 90% of atypical FNHs. CONCLUSION: Gd-BOPTA during both dynamic and delayed phases provides morphologic and functional information for the characterization of FNH.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To review the ultrasonographic (US), computed tomographic (CT), and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging findings in 13 patients with telangiectatic focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) and to compare imaging features with histopathologic results from resected specimens. MATERIALS AND METHODS: US, helical multiphasic CT, and MR images in 13 patients with pathologically proven telangiectatic FNH were reviewed retrospectively. Two abdominal radiologists evaluated lesions for number, size, heterogeneity, surface characteristics, presence of a central scar, presence of a pseudocapsule, US appearance, attenuation at CT, signal intensity at MR imaging, and presence of associated lesions. Imaging and pathologic findings were compared. RESULTS: Sixty-one lesions (5-140 mm in diameter) were seen at imaging. Lesions were multiple in eight of 13 (62%) patients. Imaging characteristics were heterogeneity in 26 of 61 lesions (43%), well-defined margins in 43 of 61 (70%), lack of a central scar in 56 of 61 (92%), presence of a pseudocapsule in three of 61 (5%), hyperintensity on T1-weighted MR images in 17 of 32 (53%), strong hyperintensity on T2-weighted MR images in 24 of 54 (44%), and persistent enhancement on delayed contrast material-enhanced CT or T1-weighted MR images in 23 of 38 (61%). No specific US pattern was noted. Two patients had additional lesions: One had classic FNH, and the other had a cavernous hemangioma. Hyperintensity on T1-weighted MR images was due to sinusoidal dilatation. Hyperintensity on T2-weighted MR images correlated well with the presence of inflammation. CONCLUSION: Telangiectatic FNH differs from typical FNH at imaging: Atypical FNH features often observed with telangiectatic FNH are lack of a central scar, lesion heterogeneity, hyperintensity on T1-weighted MR images, strong hyperintensity on T2-weighted MR images, and persistent contrast enhancement on delayed contrast-enhanced CT or T1-weighted MR images.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To prospectively compare intraindividual differences in enhancement patterns between gadolinium- and superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO)-enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in patients with histologically proved hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Institutional review board approval and informed consent were obtained. Twenty-two patients (18 men, four women; mean age, 58.9 years) with 36 pathologically proved HCC lesions underwent contrast material-enhanced dynamic T1-weighted gradient-echo MR imaging twice. Gadopentetate dimeglumine was used at the first session. After a mean interval of 5 days, a second session was performed with a bolus-injectable SPIO agent, ferucarbotran. Qualitative analysis of contrast enhancement patterns with each agent during hepatic arterial, portal venous, and equilibrium phases was performed by two readers who classified lesions as isointense, hypointense, or hyperintense compared with surrounding liver parenchyma and searched for presence of hyperintense peritumoral ring enhancement. Results of signal intensity analysis during different vascular phases at both sessions were compared by using the McNemar test, and kappa statistic was used to evaluate agreement between signal intensity and enhancement pattern of lesions during different vascular phases. RESULTS: On gadolinium-enhanced hepatic arterial phase images, HCC lesions (n = 36) were hyperintense in 21 (58%) cases, hypointense in 10 (28%), and isointense in five (14%). On ferucarbotran-enhanced hepatic arterial phase images, HCC lesions were isointense in 18 (50%) cases, hypointense in 11 (31%), and hyperintense in seven (19%). On gadolinium-enhanced portal venous and equilibrium phase images, respectively, HCC lesions were hypointense in 17 (47%) and 21 (58%) cases, hyperintense in 10 (28%) cases and one (3%) case, and isointense in nine (25%) and 14 (39%) cases. On ferucarbotran-enhanced portal venous and equilibrium phase images, respectively, HCC lesions were hypointense in 15 (42%) and 11 (31%) cases, hyperintense in three (8%) and three (8%) cases, and isointense in 18 (50%) and 22 (61%) cases. CONCLUSION: For HCC, contrast enhancement pattern on T1-weighted gradient-echo MR images shows marked variability with gadolinium or SPIO contrast agents.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To prospectively determine the accuracy of differentiating benign focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) from hepatic adenoma (HA) and liver adenomatosis (LA) by using gadobenate dimeglumine-enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The ethics committee at each center approved the study, and all patients provided informed consent. Seventy-three patients with confirmed FNH and 35 patients with confirmed HA (n = 27) or LA (n = 8) underwent MR imaging before (T2-weighted half-Fourier rapid acquisition with relaxation enhancement or T2-weighted fast spin-echo and T1-weighted gradient-echo [GRE] sequences) and at 25-30 seconds (arterial phase), 70-90 seconds (portal venous phase), 3-5 minutes (equilibrium phase), and 1-3 hours (delayed phase) after (T1-weighted GRE sequences only, with or without fat suppression) bolus administration of 0.1 mmol per kilogram of body weight gadobenate dimeglumine. The enhancement of 235 lesions (128 FNH, 32 HA, and 75 LA lesions) relative to the normal liver parenchyma was assessed. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and overall accuracy for the differentiation of FNH from HA and LA were determined. RESULTS: Hyper- and isointensity on T2-weighted and iso- and hypointensity on T1-weighted GRE images were noted for 177 (88.9%) of 199 lesions visible on unenhanced images. On dynamic phase images after contrast material administration, 231 (98.3%) of 235 lesions showed rapid strong enhancement during the arterial phase and appeared hyper- to isointense during portal venous and equilibrium phases. Accurate differentiation of FNH from HA and LA was not possible on the basis of precontrast or dynamic phase images alone. At 1-3 hours after contrast material enhancement, 124 (96.9%) of 128 FNHs appeared hyper- or isointense, while 107 (100%) HA and LA lesions appeared hypointense. The sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, and overall accuracy for the differentiation of FNH from HA and LA were 96.9%, 100%, 100%, 96.4%, and 98.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION: Accurate differentiation of FNH from HA and LA is achievable on delayed T1-weighted GRE images after administration of gadobenate dimeglumine.  相似文献

目的 对肝局灶性结节增生(FNH)的MRI表现进行分析和总结,以提高对FNH MRI表现的认识。资料与方法 经手术病理证实的FNH18例,24个病灶,均作快速多层面扰相梯度回波(FMPSPGR)动态增强,11例作SET1WI、PDWI及T2WI,7例作SET1WI及FSET2WI。结果 24个病灶中,2个有典型中心瘢痕,9个有不典型中心瘢痕;动脉期明显强化23个;门脉期7个明显强化,15个中度强化,中心线样或点状强化6个;平衡期16个病灶中度强化,8个轻度强化,中心线样或点状强化2个;延迟期17个病灶,12个轻度强化,5个与肝实质等信号,4个有中心线样或点状强化。结论 MRI可对多数FNH(83.3%)作出正确诊断,对不典型FNH应结合病史及SPIO或Gd-EOB-DTPA动态扫描综合判断。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to compare small and ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide particles (SPIO and USPIO, respectively) as MR contrast agents for the evaluation of focal hepatic disease. In two different patient groups (SPIO [n = 53], USPIO [n = 27]), with focal liver disease (metastases, hepatocellular carcinoma [HCC], hepatocellular adenoma [HCA], and focal nodular hyperplasia [FNH]), spin-echo T1- and T2-weighted images (T1WI, T2WI) were obtained at 1.0T, before and after intravenous contrast administration. The percentage signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) change and lesion-to-liver contrast (LLC) were measured and statistically compared. The liver decreased in signal intensity (SI) after SPIO administration (?28%) and increased after USPIO administration (+16%) on T1WI. On T2WI, the liver decreased in SI on postcontrast images with both agents (?78% SPIO, ?73% USPIO). This difference was not statistically significantly different (P ? .07). Both SPIO and USPIO provided >500% improvement in LLC on T2WI. On T1WI, LLC was increased in metastases (120%) and HCC (325%) with SPIO. Post-USPIO, LLC was increased on T1WI only in metastases (>500%). Both SPIO and USPIO show excellent hepatic uptake, presumed secondary to reticuloendothelial activity, based on the degree of %SI change seen in the liver after administration of contrast on T2WI. However, USPIO preparations exhibit blood pool activity that may aid in further characterization of focal liver lesions, as is evidenced by their greater T1 effect in the liver and in some focal liver lesions.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To assess the yield of superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO)-enhanced MR images in the detection and characterization of benign hepatic tumors and to evaluate the potential role and safety of SPIO administration in the diagnosis of these tumors. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Eighteen patients underwent MRI before and after administration of SPIO particles. Spin echo (SE) T1, DP, T2 and Gradient echo (GE) T2* images were acquired with a.5 T superconductive unit. MR diagnosis was bioptically proved in 12 patients. In the remaining six patients, who had hemangiomas only, diagnosis was confirmed by at least two imaging techniques-such as MR, CT, ultrasonography, radio-labeled red cells scintigraphy-and by both clinical and imaging follow-up. RESULTS: Thirthy-four tumors were detected on the MR images: 29/34 (85,3%) before and 33/34 (97%) after SPIO administration - 6 focal nodular hyperplasias (FNH), 6 adenomas and 22 hemangiomas. One small tumor (adenoma) was detected on the unenhanced MR images only, while 4 lesions (3 adenomas, 1 FNH) were detected after SPIO administration only. DISCUSSION: SPIO-enhanced MRI increased the detection rate of benign hepatic tumors compared to non-enhanced MRI. Iron oxide was also useful in the characterization of such lesions as it was able to demonstrate any heterogeneity resulting from the presence of central scars or septa. Nevertheless, in our experience it was useful to compare baseline with SPIO-enhanced MRI, even if time consuming. Indeed the uptake of iron oxide particles by well-differentiated lesions and normal hepatic parenchyma, is comparable, so that well-differentiated lesions appear isointense and therefore undetectable. CONCLUSIONS: In our experience, although numerically limited, SPIO-enhanced MRI was clinically safe and more effective than non-enhanced MRI in both the detection and characterization of benign hepatic tumors, providing useful clues for diagnosis.  相似文献

目的分析肝FNH的MR、CT表现,旨在提高对FNH认识。方法对6例肝FNH进行MR平扫及Gd-DTPA动态增强检查,其中3例CT平扫及动态增强,1例行CT平扫。结合文献分析其不典型表现。结果6例肝FNH不典型表现包括1例平扫呈明显长T1、长T2信号,动脉期弥漫不均匀强化,假包膜的存在及延迟强化;2例动脉期仅轻度强化;2例MR、CT动态增强各期表现不完全符合。结论MR、CT尤其是动态增强是诊断肝FNH的有效方法。对肝FNH的不典型表现需有足够的认识,以免误诊误治。  相似文献

目的:探讨肝脏局灶性结节增生(FNH)的CT和MRI表现及病理基础。方法:回顾性分析18例20个经手术或穿刺活检病理证实FNH的CT和MRI表现特点,并与病理对照(CT检查12例,MRI检查10例,4例同时行CT和MRI检查)。结果:病灶大小1.8~13.5cm;CT检出11个病灶,CT平扫病灶均呈低密度,均匀或不均匀;增强扫描动脉期示除中心疤痕灶外,所有病灶均明显增强,6个病灶周边见增粗、扭曲的动脉;门脉期示病灶呈稍高密度,延时期示6个病灶呈稍高或等密度,5个病灶呈稍低密度;5个病灶的中央疤痕均延时增强。MRI检出12个病灶,病灶均呈稍长或等T1及T2信号;增强动脉期示病灶明显增强,门脉期及延时期呈稍高或等信号,7个病灶的中央疤痕延时增强。结论:CT和MRI能够显示FNH的血供特点及病理特征,动态增强扫描是诊断FNH最有效的影像学手段,在诊断和鉴别诊断中具有很大价值。  相似文献
