Recent evidence has shown acute static stretching may decrease hamstring‐to‐quadriceps (H:Q) ratios. However, the effects of static stretching on the functional H:Q ratio, which uses eccentric hamstrings muscle actions, have not been investigated. This study examined the acute effects of hamstrings and quadriceps static stretching on leg extensor and flexor concentric peak torque (PT), leg flexor eccentric PT, and the conventional and functional H:Q ratios. Twenty‐two women (mean ± SD age=20.6 ± 1.9 years; body mass=64.6 ± 9.1 kg; height=164.5 ± 6.4 cm) performed three maximal voluntary unilateral isokinetic leg extension, flexion, and eccentric hamstring muscle actions at the angular velocities of 60 and 180°/s before and after a bout of hamstrings, quadriceps, and combined hamstrings and quadriceps static stretching, and a control condition. Two‐way repeated measures ANOVAs (time × condition) were used to analyze the leg extension, flexion, and eccentric PT as well as the conventional and functional H:Q ratios. Results indicated that when collapsed across velocity, hamstrings‐only stretching decreased the conventional ratios (P<0.05). Quadriceps‐only and hamstrings and quadriceps stretching decreased the functional ratios (P<0.05). These findings suggested that stretching may adversely affect the conventional and functional H:Q ratios.  相似文献

Contracting the knee flexor muscles immediately before a maximum voluntary contraction (MVC) of knee extension increases the maximal force that the extensor muscles can exert. It is hypothesized that this phenomenon can be impaired by muscle fiber damage following eccentric exercise [delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS)]. This study investigates the effect of eccentric exercise and DOMS on knee extension MVC immediately following a reciprocal‐resisted knee flexion contraction. Electromyography (EMG) was recorded from the knee extensors and flexors of 12 healthy men during knee extension MVCs performed in a reciprocal (maximal knee extension preceded by resisted knee flexion), and nonreciprocal condition (preceded by relaxation of the knee flexors). At baseline, knee extension MVC force was greater during the reciprocal condition (P < 0.001), whereas immediately after, 24 and 48 h after eccentric exercise, the MVC force was not different between conditions. Similarly, at baseline, the EMG amplitude of the quadriceps during the MVC was larger for the reciprocal condition (P < 0.001). However, immediately after, 24 and 48 h postexercise the EMG amplitude was similar between conditions. In conclusion, eccentric exercise abolished the facilitation of force production for the knee extensors, which normally occurs when maximum knee extension is preceded by activation of the knee flexors.  相似文献

The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of an acute bout of eccentric exercise on maximal isokinetic concentric peak torque (PT) of the leg flexors and extensors and the hamstrings-to-quadriceps (H:Q) strength ratio. Sixteen male (mean±SD: age=20.9±2 years; stature=177.0±4.4 cm; mass=76.8±10.0 kg) volunteers performed maximal, concentric isokinetic leg extension and flexion muscle actions at 60°·sec?-?1 before and after (24-72 h) a bout of eccentric exercise. The eccentric exercise protocol consisted of 4 sets of 10 repetitions for the leg press, leg extension, and leg curl exercises at 120% of the concentric one repetition maximum (1-RM). The results indicated that the acute eccentric exercise protocol resulted in a significant (P<0.05) decrease in isokinetic leg flexion (13-19%) and leg extension (11-16%) PT 24-72 h post-exercise. However, the H:Q ratios were unaltered by the eccentric exercise protocol. These findings suggest that an acute bout of eccentric exercise utilizing both multi - and single - joint dynamic constant external resistance (DCER) exercises results in similar decreases in maximal isokinetic strength of the leg flexors and extensors, but does not alter the H:Q ratio.  相似文献

Hamstring muscles play a major role in knee-joint stabilization after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. Weakness of the knee extensors after ACL reconstruction with patellar tendon (PT) graft, and in the knee flexors after reconstruction with hamstring tendons (HT) graft has been observed up to 2 years post surgery, but not later. In these studies, isokinetic muscle torque was used. However, muscle power has been suggested to be a more sensitive and sport-specific measures of strength. The aim was to study quadriceps and hamstring muscle power in patients with ACL injury treated with surgical reconstruction with PT or HT grafts at a mean of 3 years after surgery. Twenty subjects with PT and 16 subjects with HT grafts (mean age at follow up 30 years, range 20–39, 25% women), who were all included in a prospective study and followed the same goal-based rehabilitation protocol for at least 4 months, were assessed with reliable, valid, and responsive tests of quadriceps and hamstring muscle power at 3 years (SD 0.9, range 2–5) after surgery. The mean difference between legs (injured minus uninjured), the hamstring to quadriceps (H:Q, hamstring divided by quadriceps) ratio, and the limb symmetry index (LSI, injured leg divided by uninjured and multiplied by 100) value, were used for comparisons between the groups (analysis of variance). The mean difference between the injured and uninjured legs was greater in the HT than in the PT group for knee flexion power (–21.3 vs. 7.7 W, p = 0.001). Patients with HT graft had lower H:Q ratio in the injured leg than the patients with PT graft (0.63 vs. 0.77, p = 0.012). They also had lower LSI for knee flexion power than those in the PT group (88 vs. 106%, p < 0.001). No differences were found between the groups for knee extension power. The lower hamstring muscle power, and the lower hamstring to quadriceps ratio in the HT graft group than in the PT graft group 3 years (range 2–5) after ACL reconstruction, reflect imbalance of knee muscles after reconstruction with HT graft that may have a negative effect on dynamic knee-joint stabilization.  相似文献

We determined the frequency of strength disorders in 26 athletes with a history of hamstring muscle injury and recurrent strains and discomfort. We also assessed the effectiveness of rehabilitation to correct muscle performance. After concentric and eccentric isokinetic assessment, 18 athletes were found to have strength deficits, as determined by statistically selected cutoffs of peak torque, bilateral differences, and the flexors/quadriceps ratio. The discriminating character of the eccentric trial was demonstrated, combining a preferential eccentric peak torque deficit and a significant reduction of the mixed eccentric flexors/concentric quadriceps ratio. The athletes with muscle imbalances followed a rehabilitation program individually adapted from their strength profile. Treatment length was from 10 to 30 sessions and resulted in isokinetic parameter normalization in 17 of 18 subjects. Isokinetically corrected subjects were observed for 12 months after return to athletics. None sustained a clinically diagnosed hamstring muscle reinjury. Subjective intensity of pain and discomfort were significantly reduced, and they all returned to their prior level of competition. These results demonstrate that persistent muscle strength abnormalities may give rise to recurrent hamstring injuries and discomfort. An individualized rehabilitation program emphasizing eccentric training based on specific deficits contributes to a decrease in symptoms on return to sports.  相似文献

Poor neuromuscular control has been proposed as a risk factor for non‐contact injuries, thus this study aimed to explore the effects of soccer‐specific fatigue on leg muscle activation, reactive strength, leg stiffness, and functional hamstring/quadriceps ratio (H/QFUNC) in elite male youth soccer players. Outcome measures were determined in 18 youth players (age 14.4 ± 0.5 years; stature 169.4 ± 9.9 cm; mass 59.3 ± 8.9 kg; maturity offset 0.86 ± 0.88 years) pre and post simulated soccer match play (SAFT90). There was no fatigue‐related change in the H/QFUNC; however, reactive strength and leg stiffness were both compromised (P < 0.001) after soccer‐specific fatigue. Muscle activation was also locally compromised (P < 0.001) in the medial hamstring and quadriceps but not in the lateral muscles. Where statistically significant changes were observed, the effect sizes ranged from small to large (0.33–0.97). Compromised stiffness when fatigue is present suggests an increased yielding action, greater ground contact times, greater center of mass displacement, and less efficient movement when the limb comes into contact with the ground. This combined with a reduction in medial quadriceps muscle activation may reflect poor kinetic chain control at the hip and an increase in knee injury risk.  相似文献

This study compared the effects of concentric and eccentric training on neuromuscular adaptations in young subjects. Twenty‐two men and women were assigned to one of two groups: concentric (CON, n = 11) and eccentric (ECC, n = 11) training. Training consisted of 6 weeks of isokinetic exercise, performed twice weekly, starting with two sets of eight repetitions, and progressing to five sets of 10 repetitions. Subjects were tested in strength variables [concentric, eccentric, and isometric peak torque (PT), and rate of force development (RFD)], muscle conduction velocity (CV), neuromuscular activity, vastus lateralis (VL) muscle thickness, and echo intensity as determined by ultrasonography. There were similar increases in the concentric and eccentric PTs in both the CON and ECC groups (P < 0.01), but only the ECC group showed an increase in isometric PT (P < 0.001). Similarly, both groups exhibited increased VL muscle thickness, CV, and RFD, and reduced VL echo intensity (P < 0.05). Significant correlations were observed among the relative changes in the neuromuscular outcomes and training variables (e.g., total work, average PT) (r = 0.68–0.75, P < 0.05). The results showed that both training types similarly improved dynamic PT, CV, RFD, and muscle thickness and quality during the early weeks of training.  相似文献

Introduction. – This study explored concentric and eccentric profile of knee musculature in a jumpers population. Relationships between isokinetic assessment and field tests performances have also been explored.Materials. – Jumpers population presented higher knee flexors performances in concentric and eccentric mode and superior knee extensors strength in eccentric. Significant correlations between isokinetics and field tests results were exclusively observed with athletes quadriceps performances. A very high correlation (r = 0.93) was found between the second bound relative performance of the ten multijumps test and eccentric quadriceps relative peak torque.Conclusion. – Jumpers training may favour a specific muscular development. The knee extensors eccentric strength may be a major factor in the athletic performance.  相似文献

Isometric and isokinetic (concentric and eccentric, strength of alpine skiers with different performance levels were measured. Nine national (elite, EG) and 10 collegiate (trained, TG) female alpine skiers (16 to 23 years of age) performed maximal voluntary knee extension and flexion. Peak torque was measured at an angular velocity of 30 deg.s-1. The cross-sectional area (CSA) of thigh muscles (quadriceps and hamstring muscles) was determined by an ultrasonic method. No significant differences in anthropometric variables and CSA were observed between EG and TG. EG had significantly greater (p < 0.01 for extensors and p < 0.05 for flexors) eccentric knee extensor and flexor strength than that of TG whereas no significant differences were noted in isometric and concentric strength. Eccentric strength/CSA ratio was also higher for EG than for TG. It was suggested that knee extension and flexion strength during eccentric muscle action might be related to the performance level of alpine skiers.  相似文献

Proximal‐distal differences in muscle activity are rarely considered when defining the activity level of hamstring muscles. The aim of this study was to determine the inter‐muscular and proximal‐distal electromyography (EMG) activity patterns of hamstring muscles during common hamstring exercises. Nineteen amateur athletes without a history of hamstring injury performed 9 exercises, while EMG activity was recorded along the biceps femoris long head (BFlh) and semitendinosus (ST) muscles using 15‐channel high‐density electromyography (HD‐EMG) electrodes. EMG activity levels normalized to those of a maximal voluntary isometric contraction (%MVIC) were determined for the eccentric and concentric phase of each exercise and compared between different muscles and regions (proximal, middle, distal) within each muscle. Straight‐knee bridge, upright hip extension, and leg curls exhibited the highest hamstrings activity in both the eccentric (40%‐54%MVIC) and concentric phases (69%‐85%MVIC). Hip extension was the only BF‐dominant exercise (Cohen's d = 0.28 (eccentric) and 0.33 (concentric)). Within ST, lower distal than middle/proximal activity was found in the bent‐knee bridge and leg curl exercises (d range = 0.53‐1.20), which was not evident in other exercises. BFlh also displayed large regional differences across exercises (d range = 0.00‐1.28). This study demonstrates that inter‐muscular and proximal‐distal activity patterns are exercise‐dependent, and in some exercises are affected by the contraction mode. Knowledge of activity levels and relative activity of hamstring muscles in different exercises may assist exercise selection in hamstring injury management.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to measure if passive stretching would influence delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), dynamic muscle strength, plasma creatine kinase concentration (CK) and the ratio of phosphocreatine to inorganic phosphate (PCr/Pi) following eccentric exercise. Seven healthy untrained women, 28–46 years old, performed eccentric exercise with the right m. quadriceps in an isokinetic dynamometer (Biodex, angle velocity: 60°. s−1) until exhaustion, in two different experiments, with an interval of 13-23 months. In both experiments the PCr/Pi ratio, dynamic muscle strength, CK and muscle pain were measured before the eccentric exercise (day 0) and the following 7 d. In the second experiment daily passive stretching (3 times of 30 s duration, with a pause of 30 s in between) of m. quadriceps was included in the protocol. The stretching was performed before and immediately after the eccentric exercise at day 0, and before measurements of the dependent variables daily for the following 7 d. The eccentric exercise alone led to significant decreases in PCr/Pi ratio ( P <0.001) and muscle strength ( P <0.001), and an increase in CK concentration ( P <0.01). All subjects reported pain in the right m. quadriceps with a peak 48 h after exercise. There was no difference in the reported variables between experiments one and two. It is concluded that passive stretching did not have any significant influence on increased plasma- CK, muscle pain, muscle strength and the PCr/Pi ratio, indicating that passive stretching after eccentric exercise cannot prevent secondary pathological alterations.  相似文献

目的研究绳肌和股四头肌在不同测试速度下其肌力各指标的变化规律 ,同时为力量素质的评价提供正常值参考。方法利用REV90 0 0等速测力及康复系统对 30名健康男性双侧膝关节的等速向心收缩数据进行测试。结果峰力矩 (PT)及相对峰力矩 (PT/BW )均表现为股四头肌大于绳肌 ,慢速大于快速 ;惯用肢与非惯用肢峰力矩的差异 (Di)在 1 0 %左右 ;到达峰力矩的时间 (TPT)随测试速度增加而显著缩短 ;股四头肌和绳肌峰力矩角 (APT)分别为 50°~ 70°、32°~ 45°。绳肌与股四头肌峰力矩比率 (H/Q)在 50 %~ 60 %之间 ;耐力指数 (WF)在 65%左右。结论此结果为中国航天医学和生理学特别是模拟失重或微重力条件下的肌肉功能评定提供了一个新的思路。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to compare pure eccentric and concentric strength training regarding possible specific effects of muscle action type on neuromuscular parameters, such as a decreased inhibition during maximal voluntary eccentric actions. Two groups of young healthy adult men performed 10 weeks of either eccentric or concentric unilateral isokinetic knee extensor training at 90 degrees.s(-1), 4 sets of 10 maximal efforts, 3 days a week. Knee extensor torque and surface EMG from the quadriceps and hamstring muscle groups were collected and quantified in a window between 30 and 70 degrees knee angle (range of motion 90-5 degrees ) during maximal voluntary eccentric and concentric knee extensor actions at 30, 90, and 270 degrees.s(-1). Changes in strength of the trained legs revealed more signs of specificity related to velocity and contraction type after eccentric than concentric training. No major training effects were present in eccentric to concentric ratios of agonist EMG or in relative antagonist (hamstring) activation. Thus, for the trained leg, the muscle action type and speed specific changes in maximal voluntary eccentric strength could not be related to any effects on neural mechanisms, such as a selective increase in muscle activation during eccentric actions. Interestingly, with both types of training there were specific cross-education effects, that is, action type and velocity specific increases in strength occurred in the contralateral, untrained, leg, accompanied by a specific increase in eccentric to concentric EMG ratio after eccentric training.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a combined eccentric–concentric exercise program of the ankle evertors and dorsiflexors on the latency time of the peroneus longus and tibialis anterior muscles. Twenty‐four healthy male recreational athletes were admitted to this study and were randomly assigned to either the exercise group (n = 12) or the control group (n = 12). Subjects in the exercise group performed an isokinetic exercise program of the ankle evertors and dorsiflexors in a combined eccentric–concentric mode for 3 days per week for 6 weeks. Before and after the exercise program, muscle reaction times of the peroneus longus and tibialis anterior muscles to sudden supinating maneuvers on a tilting platform, and isokinetic strength of the ankle joint musculature were evaluated. The peroneus longus and tibialis anterior reaction times showed significant (P < 0.01–0.05) reductions following six weeks of intervention in the exercise group. Additionally, eccentric peak torques for the ankle evertor and dorsiflexors represented significant (P < 0.05) increases in the exercise group compared with the control group. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to reduce peroneal and anterior tibial reaction times following a six week eccentric/concentric isokinetic training program in healthy ankles.  相似文献

Hamstring strain injuries during sprinting or stretching frequently occur at long-muscle length. Yet, previous research has mainly focused on studying the effectiveness of eccentric hamstring strengthening at shorter muscle length on hamstring performance, morphology, and hamstring strain injury risk factors. Here, we evaluated the effects of 6-week eccentric hamstring training at long-muscle length on functional and architectural characteristics of the hamstrings. Healthy and injury-free participants (n = 40; age 23.7 ± 2.5 years) were randomly assigned to control or intervention group. Training intervention consisted of 12 sessions with two eccentric hamstring exercises in a lengthened position. Outcome measures included isokinetic and isometric knee flexion peak torque, Nordic hamstring exercise peak torque, voluntary activation level, and countermovement jump performance. Ultrasonography was used to determine muscle thickness, pennation angle, and fascicle length of biceps femoris long head (BFlh). A significant time × group interaction effect was observed for all measured parameters except countermovement jump performance and muscle thickness. The training intervention resulted in increased concentric and eccentric knee flexion peak torque at 60°/s (d = 0.55-0.62, P = .02 and .03) and concentric peak torque at 180°/s (d = 0.99, P = .001), increased isometric knee flexion peak torque (d = 0.73, P = .008) and Nordic hamstring exercise peak torque (d = 1.19, P < .001), increased voluntary activation level (d = 1.29, P < .001), decreased pennation angle (d = 1.31, P < .001), and increased fascicle length (d = 1.12, P < .001) of BFlh. These results provide evidence that short-term eccentric hamstring strengthening at long-muscle length can have significant favorable effects on various architectural and functional characteristics of the hamstrings.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo assess the effects of eccentric exercise on optimum lengths of the knee flexors and extensors during the preseason in professional soccer.DesignTwenty-eight athletes from a professional Spanish soccer team (Division II) were randomly assigned to an eccentric exercise intervention group (EG) or a control group (CG). Over the four-week period two athletes from the control group suffered RF injuries and two athletes were contracted by other clubs. After these exclusions, both groups (EG, n = 13; and CG, n = 11) performed regular soccer training during the four-week preseason period.ResultsAfter the four weeks, the optimum lengths of the knee flexors were significantly (P < 0.05) increased by 2.3° in the CG and by 4.0° in the EG. The change in the EG was significantly (P < 0.05) greater than that of the CG. The optimum lengths of the knee extensors were significantly increased only in the EG by 6.5°. Peak torque levels and ratios of quadriceps to hamstring (Q/H ratios) were not significantly altered throughout the study for either group.ConclusionEccentric exercise can increase the optimum lengths of both the knee extensors and knee extensors flexors during the preseason in professional soccer.  相似文献

The acute effect of patella taping on torque and electromyographic (EMG) activity in maximal voluntary concentric and eccentric action of the knee extensor and flexor muscles in patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome was studied in 48 patients (62 knees). The patients (28 female, 20 male) were tested concentrically and eccentrically on a Kin-Com dynamometer with simultaneous EMG recording with the patella untaped and medially or laterally taped. Patients with clinically normal patellar mobility did not improve their quadriceps performance by taping of the patella: after medial taping they decreased theur muscle torque during concentric work at 60°/s (P<0.05) and eccentric work at 180°/s (P<0.05). After lateral taping they decreased their muscle torque during concentric work at 60°/s (P<0.01), and 180°/s (P<0.05) and eccentric work at both 60°/s (P< 0.01) and 180°/s (P< 0.05). Moreover, these patients also decreased their agonist EMG activity during concentric work at 60°/s (P<0.05) and 180°/s (P<0.05) and their antagonist EMG activity during eccentric work at 60°/s (P<0.01). Patients with a clinical lateral patellar hypermobility increased their knee extensor torque after medial taping at 60°/s during both eccentric work (P<0.01) and concentric work (P<0.05). The greatest improvement in quadriceps performance, however, was in patients with a clinical medial patellar hypermobility. They increased their knee extensor torque after lateral taping during eccentric work at both 60°/s (P<0.001) and 180°/s (P<0.001) and during concentric work at 60°/s (P<0.001). They also increased agonist EMG activity during eccentric work at both 60°/s (P<0.01) and 180°/s (P<0.001) and during concentric work at 180°/s (P<0.05). Patients with both lateral and medial patellar hypermobility increased their knee extensor torque by patellar taping in either direction; after medial taping there was an increase during eccentric work at both 60°/s (P<0.01) and 180°/s (P<0.05) and after lateral taping they also showed an increase during eccentric work at 60°/s (P<0.01). There was a slight decrease in knee flexor torque with either medial or lateral taping in comparison with no taping. Furthermore, there was higher antagonist EMG activity during hamstring measurements when the patella was either medially or laterally taped as opposed to untaped. In all four groups of patients, except for the group with lateral and medial hypermobility, there was a highly significant correlation between patients' own evaluation of the taping and their patellar mobility according to the clinical examination.This study was supported by grants from the Swedish Sports Federation and from Beiersdorf Compancy, Homburg, Germany  相似文献

To investigate the passive muscle tension of the quadriceps muscle heads in male athletes clinically diagnosed with patellar tendinopathy (PT) with those of healthy controls and explore the interplay between passive muscle tension and patellar tendon stiffness. Between November 2012 and December 2013, 66 male athletes (mean age of 21.1 ± 4.4 years) were examined using supersonic shear wave imaging technology. The passive tension of the vastus lateralis (VL) and rectus femoris (RF) muscles and patellar tendon stiffness were assessed. The shear elastic modulus of the VL muscle was increased by 26.5% (P < 0.001) in the subjects with PT when compared with the controls. Greater passive tension in the VL was associated with higher patellar tendon stiffness (r = 0.38; P = 0.001). The vastus lateralis muscle of the quadriceps shows increase in passive muscle tension in jumping athletes with patellar tendinopathy. These findings suggest that increase in muscle tension is not similar in the individual muscles of the quadriceps muscle. Traditional stretching of the whole quadriceps muscle might not be targeted to the tight muscle heads.  相似文献

AimTo combine peak torque and EMG analyses to investigate the hypothesis that 1) children with cerebral palsy (CP) have lower muscle fatigability than typically developing children (TD) and whether 2) muscle fatigue correlates with muscle strength.MethodsSeven CP children, eight TD children and ten young healthy adults (YHA) performed an all-out fatigue test of 35 maximal concentric knee extension and flexion contractions on an isokinetic dynamometer. Angular velocity was set at 60°/s. Peak torque (PT) was determined per repetition and either normalized to bodyweight or maximum voluntary torque. Surface-EMG of quadriceps and hamstring muscles was measured to obtain changes in median frequency (EMG-mf) and smooth rectified EMG amplitude per contraction.ResultsDecline in PT differed between all groups for extensors and flexors, where YHA showed the largest decline and CP children the smallest decline over the course of the test. YHA showed a larger decline in EMG-mf of all quadriceps and hamstrings than TD and CP children, while TD children showed a larger decline in EMG-mf of m.rectus femoris and m.vastus lateralis than CP children.InterpretationResults confirm that children with CP show lower fatigability than TD children and that the lower fatigability coincides with lower maximal muscle strength.  相似文献

In a comparative study, we investigated the effects of maximal eccentric or concentric resistance training combined with whey protein or placebo on muscle and tendon hypertrophy. 22 subjects were allocated into either a high‐leucine whey protein hydrolysate + carbohydrate group (WHD) or a carbohydrate group (PLA). Subjects completed 12 weeks maximal knee extensor training with one leg using eccentric contractions and the other using concentric contractions. Before and after training cross‐sectional area (CSA) of m. quadriceps and patellar tendon CSA was quantified with magnetic resonance imaging and a isometric strength test was used to assess maximal voluntary contraction (MVC) and rate of force development (RFD). Quadriceps CSA increased by 7.3 ± 1.0% (P < 0.001) in WHD and 3.4 ± 0.8% (P < 0.01) in PLA, with a greater increase in WHD compared to PLA (P < 0.01). Proximal patellar tendon CSA increased by 14.9 ± 3.1% (P < 0.001) and 8.1 ± 3.2% (P = 0.054) for WHD and PLA, respectively, with a greater increase in WHD compared to PLA (P < 0.05), with no effect of contraction mode. MVC and RFD increased by 15.6 ± 3.5% (P < 0.001) and 12–63% (P < 0.05), respectively, with no group or contraction mode effects. In conclusion, high‐leucine whey protein hydrolysate augments muscle and tendon hypertrophy following 12 weeks of resistance training – irrespective of contraction mode.  相似文献
