五味藤的抗炎镇痛作用研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:探讨单味五味藤水提取物(WW T)对炎症组织的影响。方法:用五味藤浸膏3.0g/kg、1.5g/kg、0.75g/kg 3个剂量进行试验。结果:五味藤浸膏可显著抑制醋酸诱发血管通透性增加,高、中、低剂量的抑制率分别为51.5%、28.4%和15.2%;显著抑制角叉菜所致小鼠足肿胀作用,抑制率分别为65.2%、58.1%和43.8%;显著抑制棉球肉芽组织增生,抑制率分别为55.1%和45.4%、17.9%;对醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别为69.2%、53.9%和35.2%。结论:五味藤水提取浸膏有显著的抗炎和镇痛作用。 相似文献

目的:研究落地生95%乙醇温浸提取物的抗炎镇痛作用及其活性部位.方法:使用Wistar大鼠和昆明小鼠,分别通过腹腔毛细血管通透性实验、足跖肿胀实验、肉芽组织增生实验和扭体反应实验观察落地生的乙醇提取液、乙酸乙酯可溶物和水可溶物的抗炎镇痛作用.结果:落地生乙醇提取物3g/kg和乙酸乙酯可溶物可明显抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔染料的渗出作用、抑制角叉菜致大鼠足跖肿胀、抑制棉球肉芽组织增生和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.01,0.05).水可溶物无上述效果.结论:落地生乙醇提取物和乙酸乙酯可溶物具有抗炎和镇痛作用,乙酸乙酯中萃取的成份为落地生的活性部位. 相似文献

[目的]研究桃叶鸦葱抗炎镇痛的药理作用。[方法]分别观察了桃叶鸦葱对醋酸诱发小鼠毛细血管通透性增高、棉球所致大鼠肉芽组织增生、蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀及醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的影响。[结果]桃叶鸦葱可显著抑制醋酸诱发小鼠毛细血管通透性增加,显著抑制棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生,显著抑制蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀,明显降低醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体次数。[结论]桃叶鸦葱具有显著的抗炎作用和镇痛作用。 相似文献

目的:观察玉洁栓的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲笨所致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,角叉菜所致大鼠足趾肿胀法和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型观察玉洁栓的抗炎作用。并采用热板法和醋酸扭体法研究玉洁检的镇痛作用。结果:①抗炎作用:玉洁栓能抑制角叉菜所致大鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成;能抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀;②镇痛作用:玉洁栓对小鼠醋酸扭体反应具有显著的抑制作用,能显著的提高小鼠热刺激的痛阈水平。结论:玉洁栓具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。 相似文献

目的:观察参七消痞颗粒(SQ)的抗炎作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀实验模型,观察参七消痞颗粒对急性炎症的作用;采用大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验模型,观察参七消痞颗粒对慢性炎症的作用。结果:参七消痞颗粒各剂量均可明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀率,抑制醋酸导致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加,显著减小致炎后大鼠足肿胀率;参七消痞颗粒中剂量和低剂量可显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成。结论:参七消痞颗粒对急性炎症和慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用。 相似文献

花椒毒酚(xanthotoxol,XT)是从蛇床子中提取出的一种呋喃香豆素。XT对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀、醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高、大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖肿胀均有明显的抑制作用,对小鼠棉球肉牙肿增生也有明显的抑制作用。结果表明XT对急性和慢性炎症模型均有抗炎作用。此外,XT明显降低大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖炎症组织内PGE含量。 相似文献

将马钱子提取物分离成4部分,即马钱子粉(A)、非生物碱(B)、非士的宁生物碱(C)、士的宁(D),观察各部分对大鼠棉球肉芽增生及角叉菜胶引起足跖肿胀的影响.实验表明A和C均明显抑制棉球肉芽的增生,给药后第5 h明显抑制足跖肿胀(P<0.05),B和D则几乎无作用.提示A具有抗实验性关节炎作用,且有效部位为C. 相似文献

目的:研究双氯芬酸钠气雾剂局部给药的抗炎镇痛作用及毒性反应。方法:采用醋酸扭体法、热板法和二甲苯致炎法,观察双氯芬酸钠气雾剂局部给药对小鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。观察家兔一次性口腔给药的急性毒性和滴眼给药的刺激性。多次给药对正常豚 鼠口腔粘膜及家兔损伤口腔粘膜的刺激性。结果:双氯芬酸钠气雾剂口腔给药,明显抑制小鼠醛酸扭体反应和热板舔足反应(P<0.05)。局部喷雾给药,对小鼠耳肿胀度有明显抑制作用(P<0.01)。一次或多次口腔及滴眼给药,未见明显毒性反应和刺激性。结论:双氯芬酸纳气雾剂局部给药,具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用,对家兔和豚鼠无 明显毒性和刺激性。 相似文献

目的:观察前列舒通片(QLS)对实验性动物一般炎症与镇痛模型的作用,为临床应用提供药效学依据。方法:大鼠和小鼠分别均按体重区组随机方法分为空白对照组(n=8)、阳性对照组(阿司匹林组,n=8)、低剂量组(小鼠:25 mg•kg-1•d-1,n=8;大鼠: 17.5 mg•kg-1•d-1,n=8)、QLS中剂量组(小鼠:50 mg•kg-1•d-1,n=8;大鼠:35.0 mg•kg-1•d-1,n=8)、QLS高剂量组(小鼠:100 mg•kg-1•d-1,n=8;大鼠:70.0 mg•kg-1•d-1,n=8)。QLS各剂量组均连续灌胃给药3 d。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、卵白蛋白致大鼠足肿胀和棉球肉芽肿观察其对炎症反应的影响,并采用小鼠热板法和腹腔注射0.6 %醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果:QLS 3个剂量组均不同程度地抑制小鼠耳肿胀度,与空白对照组比较,50及100 mg•kg-1•d-1 QLS组小鼠耳肿胀度均明显减小(P<0.05或P<0.01),对小鼠耳肿胀的抑制率分别为53.97%和60.09%;QLS 35.0及70.0 mg•kg-1•d-1组均显著抑制大鼠足肿胀(P<0.05),且对棉球所致肉芽组织增生有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),大鼠肉芽肿的抑制率分别为32.40 %和35.65 %。与空白对照组比较, QLS 25、50及100 mg•kg-1•d-1组分别在给药后90、90及30 min均明显提高热板法小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05或P<0.01),且可明显减少小鼠的扭体次数(P<0.05),对小鼠痛阈抑制率分别为36.17%、44.13%和46.64%。结论:QLS具有明显的抗炎和镇痛作用。 相似文献

Objective To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of extract from the roots and leaves of Citrullus lanatus and assess their acute toxicity in animals. Methods The mouse model with ear edema induced by xylene and the rat model with paw edema or granuloma by carrageenin or cotton pellet were used for anti-inflammatory effects of the extract. Effects of the extract on analgesia was tested respectively by measuring the latency of mice licking hind foot from hot plates and by counting the times of body twisting in response to acetic acid. The acute toxicity of the extract was determined with the method of Bliss. Results The extract significantly inhibited the ear edema, granuloma hyperplasia, and paw edema. It significantly lifted the pain threshold on mouse hot-plate responses and reduced their writhing times. During the 7 d observation period in its acute toxicity assay, no apparent toxic reaction was shown and all mice survived at a dose of 87 g extract per kg body weight. Conclusion The extract could protecte mice/rates from inflammation and analgesia, and may be safe as an orally administered natural product for humans. 相似文献

Objective To study the pharmacology and toxicology of the extracts from Arcangelisia gusanlung (EAG). Methods The anti-inflammatory activities were investigated using various inflammatory models including ear edema induced by xylene in mice, paw edema induced by carrageenan, and cotton pellet granuloma in rats. The analgesic effect was observed in hot-plate test and writhing test in mice and the antipyretic effect was observed in rat fever model induced by yeast. The antitussive action was tested in mice by sequential method and expectorant action was evaluated by tracheal excretion of phenol red. The antidiarrhea function was observed on normal intestinal propulsion of mouse model of diarrhea induced by decoction of Sennae Folium. The toxicity was measured by toxicological experiment. Results Each dose of EAG could significantly inhibit the paw edema, cotton pellet granuloma, and intestinal propulsion. EAG significantly reduced writhing times and amount of wet manure. Obvious antipyretic action to fevered rat was observed. EAG obviously increased the tracheal excretion of phenol red and prolonged the latency of cough. No toxic reaction was shown in the observed period, and the maximum tolerance dose of mice was equivalent to 1360 times of common-used dose in human. Conclusion The clinical dosage of EAG is safe, and its anti-inflammatory, analgesia, antipyresis, antitussive, expectorant, and antidiarrhea effects are significant 相似文献

目的:研究马鞍藤(IP)正丁醇提取物抗炎镇痛作用及机制。方法:分别运用昆明小鼠醋酸扭体实验,SD大鼠角叉菜胶致足肿胀、棉球肉芽肿实验及角叉菜胶致胸膜炎实验,观察胸膜炎模型中血清丙二醛质量浓度与超氧化物歧化酶活性;灌洗胸膜腔并收集灌洗液,准确计量、测定白细胞计数,收集上清液用于测定蛋白质质量浓度。结果:与模型组比,IP(300,600 mg/kg)组能明显减少小鼠扭体次数,IP(400 mg/kg)组能显著降低2~4 h的肿胀程度;IP呈量效依赖性减少角叉菜胶致胸膜炎大鼠胸腔渗出液的蛋白质质量浓度;IP对大鼠棉球肉芽肿肉芽增生也有较强的抑制作用。结论:IP对炎症早期的渗出和水肿、中期的白细胞游走及晚期的纤维组织增生均有抑制作用。 相似文献
