Bipolaris is an increasingly recognized cause of fungal sinusitis. Reports of imaging features are sparse. Our purpose was to review the imaging features in patients with Bipolaris fungal sinusitis. A review of our data showed seven patients with culture-proven Bipolaris fungal sinusitis. Computed tomography of the paranasal sinuses in all the patients and MRI in five patients were analysed for the location, nature, extent of the disease and density/signal characteristics on CT/MRI. The sphenoid and posterior ethmoid sinuses were most often involved (six of seven), followed by the anterior ethmoid sinus (five of seven), frontal sinus (four of seven) and maxillary sinus (three of seven) involvement. Five of seven cases had bilateral disease. Secretions were seen to fill the sinus and were expansile in nature in six of seven cases. Bony erosion was noted in all the patients. Air-fluid levels and bony sclerosis were rarely seen. Computed tomography showed central hyperdensity in all the cases. In the corresponding MR images (n = 5), the sinus contents appeared hyperintense on T1-weighted images and hypointense on T2-weighted images. Extension into the nasal cavity was found in six of seven cases. Five of seven cases had intracranial (extradural) spread. Intraorbital extension was seen in three of seven cases, with associated optic nerve compression in two. All the patients responded to surgical debridement, and systemic antifungal therapy was not required. Bipolaris fungal sinusitis typically presents with an allergic fungal sinusitis picture with expansile sinus opacification and bony erosions. There is central hyperdensity on CT scan, which appears hyperintense on T1-weighted and hypointense on T2-weighted MR images.  相似文献

Chondroblastoma: MR characteristics with pathologic correlation.   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to describe the MR findings of chondroblastoma with pathologic correlation. METHOD: In 22 patients with pathologically proven chondroblastoma, MR signal characteristics were correlated with pathological findings. RESULTS: On T2-weighted images, 12 (55%) lesions were hyperintense with hypointense areas in 9 lesions, whereas 10 (45%) were hypointense. Therefore, 19 of 22 (86%) lesions with pathologic correlation had hypointense areas entirely (n = 10) or partly (n = 9) on T2-weighted images. On gadolinium-enhanced images, 13 (59%) lesions showed lobular enhancement and 9 (41%) showed marginal and septal enhancement. Low signal intensity on T2-weighted MR images was most strongly associated with an abundance of immature chondroid matrix, hypercellularity of the chondroblasts, calcifications, and hemosiderin on histology. CONCLUSION: Chondroblastoma was found to show hypointense portions on T2-weighted images. Signal intensity on T1- and T2-weighted MR images in chondroblastoma was dependent on the amounts of histopathological components.  相似文献

CT and MR imaging studies were performed in a 3-year-old boy with infantile fibromatosis arising from the infratemporal fossa and extending into the middle cranial fossa. On CT scans, the lesion was hyperattenuating (44-49 Hounsfield units [HU]), enhancing significantly after application of contrast material (63-66 HU). The MR images showed a multilobulated lesion of heterogeneous signal intensity. The tumor was markedly hypointense on T2-weighted images and slightly hypointense on T1-weighted images relative to brain tissue, iso- or slightly hyperintense relative to tongue muscle on both T2- and T1-weighted images, and enhanced strongly after administration of gadopentetate dimeglumine.  相似文献

Diagnostic techniques as a whole and periodic ultrasonography (US) in particular frequently allows tumors < 3 cm (small hepatocellular carcinomas) to be detected in patients suffering from liver cirrhosis. Multifocal diseases are a major limitation to surgery. Recently, MR imaging has shown its capabilities in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinomas. In our study the diagnostic value of MR imaging was compared with that of US, of pre- and post-contrast CT, of digital angiography and of CT after lipiodol injection (Lipiodol CT). The morphologic and signal intensity MR features of small hepatocellular carcinomas were investigated. Fifteen cirrhotic patients with 31 nodules of hepatocellular carcinoma < 3 cm were examined. All patients were studied with US, MR imaging, angiography and Lipiodol CT; 12/15 patients underwent CT. Histologic confirmation was obtained in 12 nodules (2 at surgery and 10 by means of percutaneous biopsy); in the extant 19 cases the diagnosis was made by combining US, CT, MR, angiographic and lipiodol-CT findings; in 9 tumors < 1 cm Lipiodol retention one month after angiography was considered as diagnostic. MR imaging detected 21/31 nodules (63%), US 22/31 (66.6%), CT 12/24 (50%), angiography 24/31 (74%), lipiodol CT 29/31 (92.5%). Mc Nemar test showed no difference in sensitivity between MR imaging and CT, MR and angiography, MR and US, lipiodol CT and angiography; however, the differences between the detection rates of MR imaging and Lipiodol CT and CT and lipiodol CT and US were statistically significant (p < 0.05). The difference in sensitivity between the detection rates of lipiodol CT and US was just above the threshold value which is usually considered significant (p = 0.065). One false positive was observed on US and none with MR, CT, angiography and lipiodol CT. On Se T1-weighted images 18 nodules were hyperintense, 2 isointense and 2 hypointense; on proton-density images 14 nodules were hyperintense, 7 isointense and none hypointense. On SE T2-weighted images 18 nodules were hyperintense, 3 isointense and none hypointense. A pseudocapsule was seen in 10/17 nodules (58%), especially on T1-weighted images. Accuracy and limitations of each technique and morphologic and signal intensity MR findings of small hepatocellular carcinoma are discussed. We believe that US is still the best diagnostic technique for the screening of hepatocellular carcinomas in cirrhotic livers.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 400 WORDS)  相似文献

PURPOSE: To review characteristic findings of fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) at computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The authors retrospectively reviewed the clinical, pathologic, and preoperative imaging findings in 31 patients with histologically proved fibrolamellar HCC. Dynamic contrast material-enhanced CT of the liver was performed in 31 patients, helical multiphase CT in 21, and MR imaging in 11. Complete resection was performed in 17 patients, and imaging-pathologic correlation was performed. RESULTS: Large tumors (mean diameter, 13 cm) were depicted at CT and MR in all cases. At CT, the margins of the tumors were well defined in 24 (77%) of 31 cases calcifications were depicted in 21 (68%), a central scar in 22 (71%), and abdominal lymphadenopathy in 20 (65%). In 20 (80%) of 25 cases with hepatic arterial phase CT images, all tumors were heterogeneous and depicted areas of hypervascularity. At MR imaging, tumors were hypointense to liver on T1-weighted images (n = 11) and hyperintense to liver on T2-weighted images (n = 10). Calcification was not depicted on MR images, but a central scar was depicted as hypointense to surrounding tumor in nine cases. CONCLUSION: CT and MR images demonstrate characteristic features that may allow confident diagnosis of fibrolamellar HCC.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To retrospectively evaluate the clinical, pathologic, and helical computed tomographic (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging findings of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Institutional review board approval was obtained for this study; the need for patient informed consent was waived. Clinical, pathologic, and imaging findings were retrospectively evaluated in 22 men (mean age, 64.5 years) with HCC and NAFLD. Helical CT and MR images were reviewed for morphologic features such as tumor size, margins, necrosis, and degree of enhancement. RESULTS: Obesity, diabetes, and hypertension were common findings and were observed in 12 (55%), 14 (64%), and 13 (59%) of the 22 patients, respectively. The serum alpha-fetoprotein level was elevated in eight patients (36%). All patients had pathologic evidence of NAFLD. HCC was well-differentiated in seven patients, moderately differentiated in 11, and poorly differentiated in four. Large tumors (mean diameter, 8.4 cm) were depicted at CT and/or MR imaging in all patients. Twenty-one patients had a solitary or dominant mass. At imaging, tumor margins were well defined in 17 patients, with a smooth surface in 17, and there was evidence of a tumor capsule in 15. Necrosis was depicted in 16 patients. There was no evidence of calcifications, central scar, fat, or abdominal lymphadenopathy. CT was performed in 20 patients. HCC was hypoattenuating on unenhanced CT scans in 14 patients, heterogeneously hyperattenuating in the arterial phase in 20, and hypoattenuating in the portal phase in 14. MR imaging was performed in 16 patients. HCC was hyperintense compared with liver parenchyma at T2-weighted MR imaging in all 16 patients, hypointense at T1-weighted imaging in 14, heterogeneously hyperintense at arterial phase T1-weighted imaging in 16, and hypointense at portal phase T1-weighted imaging in 14. CONCLUSION: HCC in patients with NAFLD is more likely to manifest as a large solitary or dominant mass characterized by smooth and possibly encapsulated margins, necrosis, and hypervascularity.  相似文献

Intracerebral malignant melanoma: high-field-strength MR imaging   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8

Thirteen patients with intracerebral malignant melanoma underwent high-field-strength (1.5-T) magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. The images were correlated with computed tomography (CT) scans (n = 7) and surgical specimens (n = 7). Most commonly, these lesions were hyperintense to normal white matter on T1-weighted images and hypointense to normal white matter on T2-weighted images. Hemorrhage in the lesion may have a greater influence on this unique appearance than does melanin. The increased tissue sensitivity of MR imaging allowed for 22% greater lesion detection than did CT.  相似文献

The MR findings in six cases of paranasal sinus mucoceles are described. Two basic MR appearances were encountered: either moderate to marked signal hypointensity in the expanded sinuses on T1- and T2-weighted images (four patients) or moderate to marked signal hyperintensity on T1- and T2-weighted images (two patients). These patterns appear to represent inspissated or hydrated sinus contents, respectively. CT correlation revealed hyperdense mucoceles in the decreased MR signal group and hypo- or isodense mucoceles in the increased MR signal group. Superimposed allergic Aspergillus sinusitis was also present in two patients with hypointense mucoceles on MR.  相似文献

Thirty-seven patients with 48 lesions of focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) underwent preoperative magnetic resonance (MR) examination and surgical resection. Sixteen lesions were imaged at 0.5 T with T1- and T2-weighted spin-echo sequences; 32 lesions were imaged at 2 T with T1-and T2-weighted spin-echo and gradient-recalled-echo sequences. Contrast material-enhanced MR imaging was performed in 20 lesions. MR imaging failed to depict six tumors that were less than 3 cm in diameter. Typical appearance was present in 18 of the 42 (43%) lesions seen at MR. Atypical lesion features included no scar (n = 15), hypointense scar on T2-weighted images (n = 7), pseudocapsule (n = 6), strong hyperintense lesion on T2-weighted images (n = 3), diffuse hyperintensity on T1-weighted images (n = 3), and heterogeneous lesion (n = 1). Comparison between findings at MR imaging and at histopathologic examination was performed in 38 lesions: There was good correlation between presence and size of the scar on both examinations. In 13 of 20 (65%) of the hyperintense scars on T2-weighted images, edema was prominent, whereas in five of the seven (71%) hypointense scars on T2-weighted images, edema was absent or low.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To retrospectively determine whether there is a relationship between the intranodular blood supply evaluated at computed tomography (CT) during arterial portography (CTAP) and CT during hepatic arteriography (CTHA) and the magnetic resonance (MR) imaging signal intensity of nodules associated with cirrhosis. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Neither institutional review board approval nor informed consent was required for retrospective reviews of medical records and images. One hundred fourteen hepatocellular nodules 10 mm or greater in largest diameter in 58 patients (39 men, 19 women; mean age, 61 years) with cirrhosis were evaluated at CTAP, CTHA, and MR imaging. The CTAP and CTHA nodule findings were divided into three main types: Type A nodules were isoattenuating at CTAP and hypoattenuating at CTHA; type B nodules, slightly hypoattenuating at CTAP and hypoattenuating at CTHA; and type C nodules, strongly hypoattenuating at CTAP and hyperattenuating at CTHA. The relationships between the CTAP and CTHA findings and the MR imaging signal intensity among these nodules were analyzed by using the chi(2) test. RESULTS: On T1-weighted MR images, 27 (63%) of 43 type A nodules were hyperintense, nine (39%) of 23 type B nodules were isointense, and 19 (48%) of 40 type C nodules were hypointense; differences were not significant. On T2-weighted MR images, 31 (72%) of 43 type A nodules were hypointense (P < .05), 12 (52%) of 23 type B nodules were isointense, and 34 (85%) of 40 type C nodules were hyperintense (P < .05). CONCLUSION: There was a significant association between intranodular blood supply and nodule signal intensity on T2-weighted MR images. However, study findings did not show whether the blood itself (ie, blood volume or blood flow amount) directly influenced the signal intensity.  相似文献

To ascertain the magnetic resonance (MR) imaging characteristics of pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas and to compare MR with computed tomography (CT) and iodine-131 metaiodobenzylguanidine (I-131 MIBG), 19 patients (18 with pheochromocytomas, one with a paraganglioma) were studied. The 18 patients with pheochromocytomas had had positive findings with I-131 MIBG scintigraphy. Abdominal pheochromocytomas were generally hypointense compared with normal liver on T1-weighted MR images and extremely hyperintense on T2-weighted MR images. MR imaging was preferable to CT in the evaluation of primary pheochromocytomas due to superior tissue characterization, particularly in the patient with hypertension and borderline catecholamine levels. For patients with recurrent or metastatic disease, the data suggest that I-131 MIBG scintigraphy is the examination of choice.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Diffusion-weighted MR imaging of the spine has been used to differentiate benign from pathologic vertebral body compression fractures. We sought to determine the utility of diffusion-weighted MR imaging in the detection of vertebral metastases and to compare it with conventional noncontrast T1- and T2-weighted MR imaging. METHODS: Fifteen patients with metastases to the spine were studied using conventional MR imaging and diffusion-weighted imaging. Blinded review of all images was undertaken, and patients were categorized according to whether they had focal or multiple lesions. The signal intensity of the lesions was compared on T1-, T2- (fast spin-echo), and diffusion-weighted images. RESULTS: In five patients with focal disease, metastases were hypointense on T1-weighted images; hypointense (n = 2), isointense (n = 1), or hyperintense (n = 2) on T2-weighted images; and hypointense (n = 3) or hyperintense (n = 2) on diffusion-weighted images with respect to presumed normal bone marrow. In 10 patients with disease in multiple sites, all lesions were hypointense on T1-weighted images; hypointense (n = 2), isointense (n = 4), hyperintense (n = 2), or mixed (n = 2) on T2-weighted images; and hypointense (n = 5), hyperintense (n = 3), or mixed (n = 2) on diffusion-weighted images with respect to presumed normal bone marrow. CONCLUSION: As used in this study, diffusion-weighted MR imaging of the spine showed no advantage in the detection and characterization of vertebral metastases as compared with noncontrast T1-weighted imaging, but was considered superior to T2-weighted imaging.  相似文献

PURPOSETo evaluate the signal characteristics of the optic papilla (optic nerve head) on routine cranial MR images in patients with clinical evidence of optic papilla elevation caused by high intracranial pressure, and to compare these findings with findings in healthy adult volunteers.METHODSWe reviewed retropectively the MR imaging examinations of 15 patients who were referred with objectively decreased visual acuity and funduscopic findings of optic papilla elevation. T1-weighted and T2-weighted axial MR images were obtained by using conventional spinecho acquisitions on 1.5-T MR imagers. In addition, the MR imaging studies in 10 healthy adult volunteers without visual impairment were reviewed as controls.RESULTSIn 10 (67%) of the 15 patients, visual elevation of the optic papilla was shown by MR imaging. In all 15 patients, the MR signal intensity of the optic papilla was hypointense relative to the vitreous of the globe on T2-weighted images. In the healthy volunteer group, the optic papillae were all similarly hypointense relative to the vitreous of the globe on T2-weighted images; however, these optic papillae were flat.CONCLUSIONClinical examination and MR imaging may show elevation of the optic papilla in patients with high intracranial pressure. When chronic, optic papilla elevation has been shown to correlate well with severe loss of vision. Actual edema of the optic papilla seems to play little role in the physical elevation observed clinically in the chronic stages of this pathologic process.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Our objective was to determine the frequency and MR imaging findings of nondysplastic nodules that are hyperintense on T1-weighted gradient-echo imaging in patients with cirrhosis who undergo liver transplantation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two observers retrospectively evaluated in-phase (4-5 msec), opposed-phase gradient-echo (2.0-2.4 msec), and turbo short tau inversion recovery (STIR) MR images in 68 patients with cirrhosis--but without dysplastic nodules or hepatocellular carcinoma--who underwent MR imaging at 1.5 T within 150 days before liver transplantation. The size, number, signal characteristics, and arterial enhancement pattern of nodules that appear hyperintense on T1-weighted gradient-echo images were evaluated as well as the presence or absence of signal loss on opposed-phase imaging. These imaging findings were correlated with pathologic findings of whole explanted livers. RESULTS: Eleven (16%) of 68 patients had at least one nondysplastic nodule that was hyperintense on T1-weighted MR imaging. Three patients had diffuse nondysplastic hyperintense nodules (>10 nodules) measuring less than 0.5 cm, and the remaining eight patients had 22 nondysplastic hyperintense nodules ranging in size from 0.5 to 2.5 cm (mean, 1.2 cm), of which 13 were isointense and nine were hypointense on turbo STIR images. No lesion lost signal on opposed-phase imaging or enhanced during the hepatic arterial phase. CONCLUSION: In cirrhotic patients undergoing liver transplantation, nondysplastic nodules that are hyperintense are common findings on T1-weighted gradient-echo MR imaging and do not lose signal intensity on opposed-phase imaging or enhance during the hepatic arterial phase. These nodules may be indistinguishable from dysplastic nodules.  相似文献

MR imaging of the kidneys after laparoscopic cryoablation   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
OBJECTIVE: We describe the MR imaging findings of patients who underwent laparoscopic renal lesion cryoablation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-one patients (men, 11; women, 10; age range, 36-84 years; average age, 65.5 years; SD, 11.9) with 23 small renal masses (< or =4 cm) underwent laparoscopic renal lesion cryoablation. Twenty patients (22 masses) underwent follow-up MR imaging on the first day after surgery, 12 (13 masses) at 1 month, 16 (18 masses) at 3 months, 14 (15 masses) at 6 months, and 12 (12 masses) at 12 months. Three radiologists retrospectively reviewed MR images for the signal intensity, characteristics, and size of cryolesions. CT-guided needle biopsy was performed 6 months after cryoablation (18 patients) and no evidence of malignancy was discovered. RESULTS: Including all lesions at all times on T1-weighted images, cryolesion signal intensity was isointense to renal parenchyma (47/76, 61.8%) or isointense with hyper- or hypointense foci (7/76, 9.2%). On T2-weighted images, almost all lesions (72/76, 94.7%) were isointense or hypointense, and there was a hypointense rim between the cryolesion and renal parenchyma in 38.2% of lesions (29/76). A thin peripheral rim of enhancement was noted in 19.7% (14/74) of lesions. Cryolesions decreased in size an average of 61.5% (SD, 22.82; n = 12) at 1 month, 78.7% (SD, 13.5; n = 17) at 3 months, 83.5% (SD, 24.3; n = 15) at 6 months, and 94.2% (SD, 8.1; n = 11) at 1 year after cryoablation (one patient was not scanned 1 day after cryoablation and was not included in our calculations). CONCLUSION: After renal cryoablation, MR imaging revealed common signal characteristics such as low-signal-intensity rims on T2-weighted images, enhancement patterns such as thin peripheral rims, and interval size changes.  相似文献

Benign primary cardiac neoplasms are rare but may cause significant morbidity and mortality. However, they are usually treatable and can often be diagnosed with echocardiography, computed tomography (CT), or magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. Myxomas typically arise from the interatrial septum from a narrow base of attachment. Fibroelastomas are easily detected at echocardiography as small, mobile masses attached to valves by a short pedicle. Cardiac fibromas manifest as a large, noncontractile, solid mass in a ventricular wall at echocardiography and as a homogeneous mass with soft-tissue attenuation at CT. They are usually homogeneous and hypointense on T2-weighted MR images and isointense relative to muscle on T1-weighted images. Paragangliomas usually appear as large, echogenic left atrial masses at echocardiography and as circumscribed, heterogeneous masses with low attenuation at CT. These tumors are usually markedly hyperintense on T2-weighted MR images and iso- or hypointense relative to myocardium on T1-weighted images. Cardiac lipomas manifest at CT as homogeneous, low-attenuation masses in a cardiac chamber or in the pericardial space and demonstrate homogeneous increased signal intensity that decreases with fat-saturated sequences at T1-weighted MR imaging. Cardiac lymphangiomas manifest as cystic masses at echocardiography and typically demonstrate increased signal intensity at T1- and T2-weighted MR imaging. Familiarity with these imaging features and with the relative effectiveness of these modalities is essential for prompt diagnosis and effective treatment.  相似文献

Cranial magnetic resonance (MR) imaging studies in 117 control patients were reviewed to evaluate for focal signal-intensity variations in the posterior internal capsule. Rounded foci of increased signal intensity were found near the junction of the posterior limb and retrolenticular portion of the internal capsule on axial T2-weighted images in 56% of patients imaged at 1.5 T and in 50% imaged at 0.5 T. Corresponding hypointense foci were found on T1-weighted images in 64% of control patients imaged at 1.5 T and in 69% imaged at 0.5 T. With all sequences, the foci were homogeneous and well defined, without mass effect, and bilaterally symmetric. Comparison was made with MR imaging studies in 32 patients with pathologic involvement of the posterior internal capsule region. Symmetric morphology and signal intensity, sharply defined margins, confinement to a characteristic location, signal intensity approximating that of cortical gray matter on T2-weighted images, and isointensity or hypointensity on spin-density-weighted images appear to characterize normal posterior capsular foci and distinguish them from foci of pathologic lesions. A region that stained less intensely than the surrounding internal capsule was noted in tissue blocks from two normal brain specimens, corresponding in morphology and position to the signal-intensity changes seen on MR images. The properties of this focus suggest that it may represent fibers of the parietopontine tract.  相似文献

Hepatic metastases studied with MR and CT   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

Examinations of the liver using magnetic resonance (MR) and computed tomography (CT) were performed on 50 patients with hepatic metastases. MR and CT were comparable in their ability to detect metastases, which generally appeared hypointense compared with normal liver parenchyma on T1-weighted MR images and hyperintense on T2-weighted images. The MR imaging techniques that were most reliable in detecting metastases were inversion recovery and a relatively T2-weighted, spin-echo technique (TR = 1,500 msec, TE = 60 msec). We conclude that CT, because of its shorter imaging time, greater spatial resolution, and lower cost, should remain the preferred screening test for hepatic metastases. MR imaging should be reserved for patients with equivocal CT findings and for patients in whom there is persistent clinical suspicion of hepatic metastases despite a negative CT examination.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine whether solitary pulmonary tuberculoma and malignant tumor can be differentiated on the basis of magnetic resonance (MR) signal intensity. Twenty-eight patients with solitary pulmonary lesions were prospectively studied with MR imaging: T1-weighted, enhanced T1-weighted, proton density-weighted, and T2-weighted spin echo images were obtained. The confirmation methods used were computed tomography (CT)-guided biopsy in seven patients with lung cancer and four patients with tuberculosis; surgery in ten patients with lung cancer and five patients with tuberculosis; and laboratory data in two patients with tuberculosis. Morphologic features and MR signal intensity were examined in detail. As the test for detection of tuberculoma, signal difference on T2-weighted images was carefully analyzed. The signal intensity ratio of the nodule to thoracic muscle signal intensity was measured. The signal intensities obtained from the lung cancers and tuberculomas were variable on pre-and post-enhanced T1-weighted images and proton density-weighted images. Masses were hypointense in 2 of 17 patients with lung cancer and in 9 of 11 patients with tuberculoma on T2-weighted images (sensitivity 82%, specificity 89%, accuracy 87%). The mean signal intensity ratios of the tuberculomas to muscle were significantly lower than those of malignant tumors on T1-weighted, enhanced T1-weighted, proton density-weighted, and T2-weighted images (P < 0.0001). After gadolinium-DTPA enhancement, 2 malignant tumors and 7 tuberculomas showed a marginal rim enhancement pattern, whereas 15 malignant tumors and 2 tuberculomas revealed a diffuse enhancement. The results of MR imaging were consistent with those of CT in 84% of the patients. MR imaging is a helpful adjunctive method in terms of differentiating a tuberculoma from a malignant tumor.  相似文献
