Introduction  

Technetium (Tc) methylene diphosphonate (MDP) has been the standard method for bone scintigraphy for three decades. 18F sodium fluoride (18F NaF) positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) has better resolution and is considered superior. The role of 2-deoxy-2-[18F]fluoro-D-glucose (18F FDG) PET/CT is proven in a variety of cancers, for which it has changed the practice of oncology. There are few prospective studies comparing these three methods of detection of skeletal metastases. Thus, we were prompted to initiate this prospective pilot trial.  相似文献

目的分析2019年天津市急性胃肠炎人群中诺如病毒的基因特征。方法本研究采集2019年全年天津市各区疾病预防控制中心送检的散发、暴发、聚集性腹泻诺如病毒阳性粪便标本,采用反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法将标本进行扩增,对阳性产物进行聚合酶区和衣壳区序列测定,构建系统进化树。结果诺如病毒总体阳性率为6.01%(97/1615),除1月无样本检测外,其他各月份均有诺如病毒的检出。 其中GⅠ组检出率1.11%(18/1615),GⅡ组检出率5.02%(81/1615)。 聚合酶区和衣壳区基因分型结果:2019年的基因型别为GⅡ.2[P16]、GⅡ.4[P31]、GⅡ.17[P17]、GⅠ.3[P13]、GⅡ.6[P7]、GⅠ.5[P4]、GⅡ.3[P12]、GⅠ.5[P12]、GⅠ.1[P1]、GⅠ.2[P2]等。 13起急性胃肠炎暴发或聚集性腹泻病例中占比前3位的基因重组株为GⅡ.2[P16](30.77%,4/13)、GⅡ.4[P31](23.08%,3/13)、GⅡ.17[P17](23.08%,3/13)。结论天津市诺如病毒感染的基因型呈多样性,不同基因型持续共同进化和循环,需进一步加强诺如病毒病原监测及分子分型鉴定工作。  相似文献

  目的  伤害是全球的公共卫生问题,是人群健康损失的重要组成部分。 分析、评估湖北省伤害导致的死亡水平,对制订省级伤害防控措施至关重要。  方法  使用2019年湖北省死因监测数据,分析湖北省常住居民伤害死亡情况。 数据经过整理、查重、剔除后,采用SAS软件进行统计分析。 以2010年全国普查人口为标准人口计算标化死亡率,不同组之间的比较采用χ2检验;利用ArcGis 10.2软件分析湖北省伤害死亡病例的空间分布。  结果  2019年湖北省常住居民伤害死亡率、标化死亡率分别为62.59/10万、53.15/10万;男性分别为77.07/10万、69.19/10万;女性分别为47.65/10万、37.22/10万。 伤害死因顺位前3位为意外跌落、机动车辆交通事故、自杀;除了被杀以外,主要不同类型的伤害死亡,男性均高于女性(P<0.001)。 城市居民伤害死亡率、标化死亡率分别为53.46/10万、46.64/10万;农村居民分别为73.73/10万、60.87/10万。 除了机动车以外的运输事故(χ2=2.90,P=0.087)、被杀(χ2=0.21,P=0.643)以外,主要不同类型的伤害死亡,农村居民均高于城市(P<0.001)。 伤害死亡率在5~14岁年龄组最低(9.32/10万),在65岁以上年龄组最高(265.13/10万)。 恩施州、荆门市、十堰市、咸宁市、天门市、仙桃市、荆州市的伤害死亡水平较其他市(州)高,而武汉市、孝感市最低。  结论  湖北省居民伤害负担较重,尤其是意外跌落、机动车辆交通事故、自杀。 伤害死亡存在性别、城乡等差异,需要采取具有针对性的防控措施。  相似文献

  目的  了解2019年中国克–雅病(CJD)监测网络中12个省(自治区、直辖市)的发病情况、流行病学和临床特征。  方法  对我国CJD监测网络获得的可疑CJD病例的临床及流行病学资料进行分析,收集患者脑脊液及血液样品,采用Western blot检测脑脊液中14-3-3蛋白,提取全血基因组DNA并利用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)及测序方法对朊蛋白基因(PRNP)进行129位和219位氨基酸多态性及基因突变的分析。   结果  2019年共监测CJD病例520例,其中临床诊断病例190例(36.54%),疑似诊断病例8例(1.54%),遗传型病例25例(4.81%),致死性家族型失眠症5 例(0.96%),格斯特曼综合征(GSS)1例(0.19%)。 病例报告无季节聚集性,长久居住地呈散在分布,职业分布广泛。 确诊诊断和临床诊断病例年龄中位数为63(40, 84)岁,男女性别比为0.96∶1;疑似诊断病例年龄中位数为64.5(45, 76)岁,男女性别比例为1∶1。 快速进行性痴呆为最常见的首发症状。 508份血液样品PRNP的检测结果显示,其中491份129位氨基酸为M/M纯合子,497份219位氨基酸为E/E纯合子。   结论  2019年我国监测到的CJD病例的报告时间、长久居住地、职业、性别比例以及年龄分布均符合散发型克–雅病的发病特点。  相似文献

Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) is a disseminated xanthogranulomatous infiltrative disease of unknown etiology due to infiltration of different organs and bones by foamy histiocytes. A 37-year-old male with cerebral and periorbital lesions was diagnosed with this rare disease and was evaluated with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and 2-deoxy-2-[(18)F]fluoro-D-glucose (FDG) with positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) imaging at baseline and following therapy. FDG-PET imaging allowed accurate evaluation of the extent of the disease at baseline, as well as assessment of response to therapy.  相似文献

  目的   通过回顾2019年上海市闵行区一起国际学校麻疹暴发疫情的调查处理,分析此次疫情的流行病学特征和暴发原因。   方法   对此次疫情中每位病例开展流行病学调查,收集病例血液、咽拭子和尿液标本进行实验室检测;分析暴发原因、临床特点、流行病学特点并对防控建议措施展开讨论。   结果   上海市闵行区共接报本区国际学校疑似麻疹病例18例,其中12例为实验室确诊病例,确诊率66.67%,分别属于闵行区上海美国学校3例、上海英国学校9例。 本次暴发的12例病例中,11例为外籍户籍(91.67%)。 发病日期高峰为5月28日至6月6日,共发病 9例,占75.00%。 年龄为4~15岁。 12例病例中,1例有3剂次含麻疹成分疫苗(MCV)免疫史,占8.33%;7例有2剂次MCV免疫史,占58.33%;4例有1剂次MCV免疫史,占33.33%。   结论   调查结果显示,此次麻疹暴发疫情的原因可能为首发病例通过学校运动会和网球俱乐部等活动造成共同暴露者的同源感染,提示国际学校易感人群较多,需加强传染病防控督导,纳入属地化管理;建议教育部门联合卫生健康部门制定国际学校凭证入学工作要求及补种制度,提高2剂次麻疹疫苗的免疫接种率是预防与控制校园麻疹暴发流行的有效措施。  相似文献

Purpose To assess the contribution of concurrent low-dose, noncontrast CT in the assessment of the malignant potential of incidental focal 2-deoxy-2-[F-18]fluoro-d-glucose (FDG)-avid colonic lesions on positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT). Procedures Routine FDG-PET/CT scans were reviewed for identification of focal FDG-avid colon lesions, and the CT component was independently reviewed for an anatomical lesion and malignant potential based on CT criteria. Clinical, endoscopic, and histopathology follow-up was obtained. Results A total of 85/2,916 (3%) oncology FDG-PET/CT scans had incidental focal colon lesions. Clinical and/or endoscopic follow-up was available in 83/85 (98%) patients. Focal, corresponding CT lesions were found in 44/83 (53%) patients, but features of malignancy were not assessable. Of the 44 patients with a final diagnosis, 32/44 (73%) were FDG-PET/CT true positives; 5/44 (11%) were false positives; and 7/44 (16%) had inconclusive FDG-PET/CT findings. Conclusions Concurrent low-dose, noncontrast CT improves localization, but does not provide independent information on the malignant potential of incidental focal colonic activity on FDG-PET/CT.  相似文献
