乳腺癌国际研究组001Ⅲ期随机临床试验的10年随访结果

John R Mackey等在2013年14卷第1期的《Lancet Oncology》发表题名为《Adjuvant docetaxel,doxorubicin,and cyclophosphamide in node—positive breast cancer：10-year follow—up of the phase 3 randomised BCIRG 001 trial》的论著,报道了可手术的淋巴结阳性乳腺癌妇女分别接受蒽环类或蒽环类联合紫杉类化疗的10年随访结果,并且对其最终的无瘤生存率、总生存率以及长期安全性等进行了研究。     

Experience with intraoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer: the Geneva University Hospital's experience

Background Breast conserving surgery along with adjuvant radiotherapy is effective in terms of local control and survival for earlystage breast cancer (1).External beam radiotherapy (EBRT) following breast conserving surgery has been shown to improve survival by preventing local recurrence,in the Early Breast Cancer Trialists' Collaborative Group meta-analysis (2).Standard radiotherapy typically requires numerous fractions over a 3-5 week period and is performed weeks or months after surgery or chemotherapy.Partial breast irradiation (PBI) techniques,including intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT),have been investigated in the last decades (3,4).

双侧原发性乳腺癌18例报告

随着乳腺癌治愈率的改善,双侧原发性乳腺癌(Bilateral Primary Breast Cancer以下简称BPBC)发病率有增加趋势。现报告我院收治的18例BPBC并结合文献予以简要讨论。

雌激素受体弱阳性乳腺癌患者辅助化疗的随机临床试验结果分析

早期乳腺癌联合实验组（Early Breast Cancer Trialists’Collaborative Group，EBCTCG）在柳叶刀杂志（Lancet2008；371：29-40）上发表文章，认为多种化学疗法作用于雌激素受体弱阳性的乳腺癌患者的远期疗效评估，以及这些疗效受年龄因素及他莫昔芬治疗的影响程度可以通过随机临床试验的meta分析进行评估。

Highlights in applications of nanotechnology in radiation research

Translational Cancer Research （Transl Cancer Res; TCR; Print ISSN： 2218-676X; Online ISSN 2219-6803; www. thetcr.org） launched in August 2013 a special issue on Applications of Nanotechnology in Radiation Research inviting Prof. Rao V.L. Papineni from University of Kansas Medical Center, Pataje G.S. Prasanna from National Cancer Institute and Mansoor M. Ahmed, National Cancer Institute to serve as the Guest Editors.

SUN Yan was born in 1929 in Hebei, China. He graduated from Peking Union Medical College with a M.D. degree in 1956. He has been working in Department of Medical Oncology in Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences （CAMS） since 1959. Between 1979 and 1981, he was a visiting professor in MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Dr. Sun was professor ＆ chairman of Department of Medical Oncology during 1986-1994. Dr. Sun is currently director of the National GCP Center for Anticancer Agents and New Drug Clinical Research base of State Food ＆ Drug Administration; member of International Society of Chemotherapy, International Association of Study of Lung Cancer, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and president of Asian Clinical Oncology Society, vice president of Chinise Cancer Research Foundation, chief editor of 4 medical journals, editors of 18 domestic and 4 international journals.     

同济医院肿瘤中心举办第三期PICC病友会(英文)

The 3rd Session of PICC Concern Group in Tongji Cancer Center was held in the classroom of Tongji Cancer Center on April 17th, 2013. PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) is a new technique which is widely adopted in Chinese hospitals soon after it was invented. The technique need smooth cooperation of medical staff and patients. Therefore Tongji Cancer Center has launched the PICC Concern Group since 2012. The 3rd session of concern group was hosted by Fengju Chen, the chief head nurse of Tongji     

多西他赛或长春瑞滨联合曲妥珠单克隆抗体序贯CEF方案辅助治疗乳腺癌：FinHer试验最终结果

目前尚无多西他赛与长春瑞滨治疗早期乳腺癌效果的比较。HER2阳性患者给予化疗联合短期曲妥珠单克隆抗体辅助治疗的疗效和长期安全性也尚属未知。Joensuu在2009年27卷34期的《Journal of Clinical Oncology》杂志上以“Fluorouracil，Epirubicin，and Cyclophosphamide With Either Docetaxel or Vinorelbine，With or Without Trastuzumab，As Adjuvant Treatments of Breast Cancer：
