目的探讨血小板(PLT)膜表面α颗粒膜蛋白140(GMP140)分子数和PLT计数之积(GMP140×PLT)与出血及缺血性疾病的关系。方法测定22名健康志愿者(对照组)、42例出血性疾病患者(出血组)及30例不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者(缺血组)治疗前、后GMP140分子数,并常规进行PLT计数。结果出血组PLT计数显著低于对照组(P<0.001);GMP140分子数显著高于对照组(P<0.001),但GMP140×PLT显著低于对照组(P<0.001);经治疗出血停止后GMP140×PLT比治疗前明显升高(P<0.01)。缺血组治疗前PLT计数亦低于对照组(P<0.01),GMP140分子数显著高于对照组(P<0.001),但二者之积显著高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗7天后PLT计数、GMP140分子数及二者之积均达对照组水平(P均>0.05)。结论用GMP140分子数与PLT计数的乘积来做出血及缺血性疾病的病情判断,以及评价治疗效果,较单独用二者更准确可靠。 相似文献

目的 检验人工血小板计数与血液分析仪血小板计数存在的差异.方法 收集65例患者资料,进行全自动分析仪血小板检测与人工血小板计数的比较.结果 当血小板数在(100-300)×103/L时,血液分析仪与手工计数结果无显著性差异;当血小板数<103/L时,两种方法的差异存在显著性.结论 血液分析对血小板检测不能完全代替人工计数方法. 相似文献

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病及Ⅱ型患者与血小板膜GMP—140(GMP—140)水平的关系.方法;用放射免疫法检测54例糖尿病肾病患者,62例Ⅱ型患者及46名健康者GMP—140水平及血小板直接计数.结果:糖尿病肾病及Ⅱ型患者GMP—140水平显著高于健康者(P<0.001),糖尿病肾病患者亦显著高于Ⅱ型患者(P<0.001),糖尿病肾病患者血小板数目明显低于健康者及Ⅱ型患者(P<0.01和P<0.005)。结论:表明糖尿病肾病的发生、发展与GMP—140水平升高密切相关. 相似文献

近年来,在缺血性中风的血液学检测方面,发现了血小板颗粒膜蛋白(GMP—140)在血小板活化、凝集过程中起着重要作用.缺血性中风的主要病机是与动脉粥样硬化和血小板异常凝集形成血栓有关.祖国医学认为缺血性中风是由于各种原因最终导致气滞血瘀而发病.两者在发病机理的认识上有相似之处.本文通过对30例缺血性中风患者及30例健康者的GMP—140含量的测定,发现缺血性中风者的含量明显高于健康者.认为缺血性中风病中血小板CMP—140含量增高可作为该病的客现血液学检测指标之一。 相似文献

本文采用体外研究方法对40例脑梗塞患者血小板计数及血小板粘附率进行测定,并与30例正常对照作了比较.结果发现两者之间血小板粘附率有显著差异(P<0.05),血小板计数无差异,此结果更进一步说明急性缺血性脑血管病患者血小板功能异常活跃.为此我们建议可将血小板粘附率测定作为诊断及判断急性缺血性脑血管病疗效和预后的一项指标. 相似文献

Objective: To comparatively study the expressive conditions of platelet activation related factors (GPⅠb, GPⅡb-Ⅲa and GMP-140) in healthy subjects and patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) of blood-stasis (BS) or non-blood-stasis (non-BS) syndrome, and to analyze the relationship between the activities of various glycoproteins and the polymorphism of genes. Methods: With case control design adopted, patients with the CHD (40 of BS, 37 of non-BS) and 39 healthy subjects for control, all fitting to the inclusion criteria, were selected in this study. The number of affected coronary branches was recorded by the contrast examination. The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of GPⅠb, GPⅡb-Ⅲa, and GMP-140 (CD42b, CD61, CD62p) in patients and healthy persons was measured with flow cytometry, the polymorphism of HPA-3 gene was detected by Taqman probe technique and that of HPA-2 gene was determined by gene sequencing. Results: MFI of CD61 and CD62p was higher in the CHD patients than in the healthy control, which was also higher in patients of BS syndrome than in patients of non-BS syndrome (P〈0.05); MFI of CD42b was lower in the CHD patients than in the healthy control (P〈0.05), but showing insignificant difference between BS and non-BS syndrome (P〉0.05); at the same time, no significant difference of all the above-mentioned three MFI could be found in patients with various numbers of affected coronary branches, neither in patients with different genotypes at GPⅡb HPA-3 and GPⅠb HPA-2 polymorphism loci (P〉0.05). Conclusion: (1) The activities of GP Ⅱ b-Ⅲa and GMP-140 were obviously increased in the genesis and developing process of CHD and CHD of BS syndrome, and so they could be taken as one of the objective indexes for microscopic diagnosis of BS syndrome. 目的探讨临床妊娠期特殊生理条件下血小板功能状况,寻找并建立孕周相关的血小板计数参考范围.方法收集在本院建卡、生产直至产后检查“正常”的孕妇58例.分别观察其15周之前、20-25周、30-35周及产后4周以后血小板计数及血小板活化状态(选择MPV和GMP140两指标观察).选同期本院在健康体检的非孕妇女45例为正常非孕对照组.结果正常妊娠妇女MPV和GMP140与正常非孕对照组比较无明显变化.与正常非孕对照组比较,正常妊娠孕妇血小板计数随孕期增加而逐渐降低,至孕晚期降至最低点.结论正常妊娠期间血小板计数随孕周增加而降低,但血小板活化状态正常.孕期相关血小板参考值范围是:早孕155(78~289)×109/L,中孕140(75~260)×109/L,晚孕135(73~220)×109/L. 相似文献

采用抗人活化血小板α颗粒膜蛋白(GMP__140)特异的单克隆抗体(SZ_(51),CD(62P))和流式细胞术的方法,检测了30例冠心病患者及6例经皮冠状动脉血管成形术(PTCA)患者术前、术后静脉血中血小板活化状态,发现稳定型心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛、急性心肌梗塞病人的GMP__140阳性表达率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001),且各组之间相互比较也有显著差异。PTCA术后GMP_140的表达水平高于术前(5/6,83.3%),1例术前已呈高血小板活化状态的患者在术中发生急性缺血性闭塞意外。提示冠心病的发病与血小板活化有着密切的关系。用免疫荧光标记单抗和流式细胞仪技术可特异、准确地检测出冠心病人体内血小板的活性,对临床早期诊断、预测介入治疗的危险性以及指导抗血小板药物的应用,均提供了重要的价值。 相似文献

本文测定了50例急性脑梗塞患者发病不同时期血浆GMP-140含量的动态改变及其血小板聚集功能。结果表明,脑梗塞急性期血浆GMP-140明显升高,尤以合并冠心病者更为显著,但治疗四周后,无合并症患者的血浆GMP-140水平明显下降,而合并糖尿病者其均值反稍高于急性期。血小板聚集在治疗前后变化不大。提示:血浆GMP-140与血小板聚集一致性升高,在一定程度上反映了血小板在体内的破坏程度,且血浆GMP-140较血小板聚集更具血小板活化的特异性。 相似文献

目的:探讨冠脉循环中血小板活化状态在冠心病(CHD)发病学中的意义。方法:用放免等方法对受试冠状静脉窦(CS)及升主动脉(AO)血行血小板膜表面α-颗粒膜蛋白(α-GMP-140)和循环内皮细胞(CEC)等测定。结果:CHD患冠脉循环中α-GMP-140含量和CEC浓度均明显升高(P〈0.01),以急心肌梗塞(AMI)组为明显,冠脉狭窄愈严重,二升高愈明显,病灶多发比单发升高明显。结论:CHD患冠脉循环中血小板高度激活,在CHD的发生发展中有一定的意义。 相似文献

目的:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病所致肺心病患者体内血小板活化及血管内皮细胞受损程度进行对比分析。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶免疫吸附法分别测定肺心病急性发作期组(50例)、肺心病缓解期(38例)和正常对照组(37例)血浆血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)及血管性假血友病因子(vWF)的含量。结果:在肺心病急性发作期血浆GMP-140和vWF的含量均明显高于正常对照组,在缓解期血浆GMP-140和vWF均比正常对照三升高,结论:慢性肺心病患者体内血小板被激活,血管内皮细胞受损,可能惯穿着肺心病的发生和发展的全过程,认识并纠正上述病理变化可能有助于肺心病疗效的提高。 相似文献

Objective: To investigate the regulation of High sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) and WBC count in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) by percutaneous transluminal intervention(PCI) and to discuss the mechanism of inflammatory reaction after coronary stenting. Methods:127 patients who received successful percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting, were divided into groups of stable angina(SAP), unstable angina(UAP), and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) according to their clinical types. Another 41 stable angina patients with more than 7o% of coronary artery tenosis who did not receive PCI served as control. Serum Hs-CRP levels and WBC count were determined before intervention, 3 days and 7 days post PCI and the data were analyzed statistically by t-test. Results: There showed no difference in clinical baseline characteristics between groups. The serum Hs-CRP level and WBC count was gradually raised in the UAP and AMI group(how about SAP group, and had no difference in CAG group and SAP group). After PCI serum Hs-CRP levels and WBC counts were significantly higher in the SAP group than in the coronary angiography group(CAG) at 3 days and had no difference at 7 days. In the UAP and AMI group, the serum Hs-CRP level at 3 days and 7 days declined obviously, however serum WBC count did not decrease apparently. Conclusion: The serum Hs-CRP level and WBC count elevate transiently after PCI. There are different inflammatory reactions in different types of coronary heart diseases after coronary stenting procedure. 相似文献

目的 探讨冠心病患者血小板活化状态.方法 采用全血流式细胞术(FCM)三色荧光分析技术对50例冠心病患者和50例健康人的血小板活化标志物CD62P,GPⅡb/Ⅲa(PAC-1)进行检测.结果 冠心病组血小板CD62P(34.17±9.82)%与PAC-1(82.66±11.33)%阳性百分率显著高于对照组[(15.13±2.63)%,(38.07±5.44)%],两组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05).结论 冠心病组存在血小板活化,全血流式细胞术检测血小板活化可用于冠心病预防、治疗和复发的监测. 相似文献

目的 探讨老年冠心病患者血小板α颗粒膜蛋白-140检测的临床意义。方法 采用流式细胞仪(FCM)和单克隆抗体CD62p测定38例稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者,50例不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者和8例急性心肌梗死(AMI)中层得的外周血中血小板α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140),并随机选择35例体检者作为对照组。结果 老年冠心病患者的GMP-140阳性率与对照组的比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年冠心病患者血浆GMP-140含量增高,抗血小板活化在冠心病的治疗中有重要意义。 相似文献
