用孟外光诱导螺旋链霉菌的溶源化菌株，得到一个不释放噬菌体的品系。这个品系。１４＾＃对温和噬菌体Ｐ１１还有免疫性。瑟慎吸印一分子杂交的结果表明菌株１４＾＃染色体ＤＮＡ和温和噬菌体Ｐ１１的ＤＮＡ有同源性。推测菌株１４＾＃可能是一个缺陷溶源性菌株。     

DENATURATION OF PROTEINS. V.* N.M.R. STUDY OF THE ARGININE RESIDUES OF LYSOZYME

The heat denaturation of lysozyme has been studied by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy at 220 MHz in water at pH 2.8. At 20°C a broad resonance is observed at 6.8δ due to the arginine NH₂ resonances, which becomes a well defined triple resonance at 40°C, without any change in the rest of the spectrum. This sharpening of the arginine NH₂ resonances is due to their increased mobilities and/or some normalisation of their chemical shifts. It is proposed that the surface structure of lysozyme is loosened at 40°C, without any change in the hydrophobic core and this is considered to be an intermediate phase in its heat denaturation. The heat denatured product at 80°C in D₂O retains some noncovalent interactions, since further treatment with guanidine deuterochloride or mercaptoethanol causes sharpening of the aromatic region of the spectrum.

The protected nonapeptide, Z-Asn-Glu(OBzl)-Glu(OBzl)-Gly-Leu-Phe-Gly-Gly- Arg(NO₂)OMe, corresponding to the amino acid sequence present in fibrinopeptide-B of green monkey, has been synthesised by conventional methods.     

大肠杆菌抗血清的制备及应用

制备了大肠杆菌抗原和抗血清,并用抗血清检测药品中污染的相应抗原.在家兔耳静脉注射大肠杆菌原,获得相应抗体,用玻片法和试管法检测样品中污染的大肠杆菌.结果大肠杆菌混合抗血清可与药品中污染的大肠杆菌形成特异性凝胶,该混合抗血清可直接检测药品中污染的大肠杆菌.     

黄酮类化合物库伦滴定法 大豆甙元的库伦滴定

本文根据黄酮化合物所具有苯酚性质,利用含有溴化钾的醋酸溶液电解产生溴对大豆甙元的库伦滴定进行了研究。通过实验,确定了滴定条件,测定了大豆甙元溴取代反应电子数(n=8),并建立了库伦滴定法;即以1M溴化钾和冰醋酸(1:1)作电解液,选择适当电流,电解发生过量的溴与样品反应后,加入一定量的亚砷溶液,然后再发生溴,滴定过剩的亚砷,用死停法确定终点。
