肺结核病人外周血淋巴细胞化学发光改变   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用液闪单光子辐射法检测肺结核病人进展期和稳定期外周血淋巴细胞的化学发光,同时检测血浆相关性介质环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果显示,活动期肺结核病人淋巴细胞基础发光显著增强,植物血凝素(PHA)所诱导的最大发光显著减弱。血浆相关性指标cAMP和SOD下降,cGMP上升。上述指标在稳定期肺结核病人已与正常对照无显著差异。结果提示肺结核活动期淋巴细胞  相似文献

对各年龄组支气管哮喘患者血液多形核白细胞(PMN)、淋巴细胞(Ly)的化学发光(CL),及血浆中相关介质与免疫活性物质检测分析。结果表明PMN和Ly显示预激活状态,基础发光增强,Luminol依赖酵母多糖及植物血凝素(PHA)刺激化学发光动力学扫描图形呈“双峰”状,峰时延迟,最大峰值降低,吞噬功能下降,氧化代谢与自由基释放增强,血浆中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、cAMP/cGMP(环磷酸鸟苷)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)低下,IgE抗体升高。提示:支气管哮喘与炎性细胞的激活,介质释放及免疫调节功能失调关系密切,化学发光分析有助于临床诊断治疗研究。  相似文献

温胃舒冲剂是根据临床实践组成的中药复方制剂,为了探讨其作用机理,用小鼠造成3种模型:去氧胆酸钠(DOCA)造成慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型;DOCA+甲疏基咪唑造成CAG-阳虚模型,DOCA+甲状腺+利血平造成CAG-阴虚模型。以血浆中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)观察其治疗作用。结果表明,温胃舒能降低CAG模型小鼠的cAMP、cGMP,也能降低CAG-阳虚模型小鼠的cGMP,与模  相似文献

用放射免疫分析法对84例急性脑梗塞患者(脑梗塞组)及60例同龄健康者(对照组)的血浆环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量进行了测定。结果显示,脑梗塞组血浆cAMP和cGMP含量及其比值均低于对照组,cAMP降低明显(P〈0.01),cGMP降低轻微(P〉0.05),其cAMP含量降低及cAMP/cGMP比值减小与病情呈正相关,提示检测血浆cAMP和cAMP含量有助于判断脑梗塞病情,指  相似文献

高血压病患者细胞环核苷酸与循环血管活性物质的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:探讨环核苷酸与血管活性物质与高血压病的关系。方法:观察107例高血压病患者和30 例正常人淋巴细胞环核苷酸和血浆多种血管活性物质变化,其中31 例高血压病患者服依那普利24 周后复查各项指标。结果:高血压病患者淋巴细胞环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)高于对照组(P< 0.01);血浆内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、内源性洋地黄物质(EDLS)和心钠素(ANP)增高并与cAMP呈正相关,ANP与cGMP呈正相关(P< 0.05~P< 0.01);依那普利干预后,上述指标均低于治疗前(P< 0.05~P< 0.01))。结论:细胞环核苷酸含量升高可能部分与循环多种血管活性物质水平增高有关,其相互作用改变可能参与高血压病的发病过程  相似文献

本文应用放射免疫分析方法研究充血性心衰患者血浆环核苷酸(cAMP,cGMP)水平,发现随心衰程度加重,cAMP、cGMP值增加,cAMP/cGMP值减小,与正常人有显著差异。心衰纠正后,cAMP、cGMP值下降,cAMP/cGMP值增加,与治疗前比,有显著差异。由此可见,血浆中环核苷酸水平可作为衡量心功能的一个指标。  相似文献

Castration of male rats decreased cAMP levels, and increased cGMP levels and gonadotropin release from anterior pituitaries incubated in vitro. Testosterone (T) replacement via silastic tubes filled with the steroid increased cAMP and decreased cGMP levels and gonadotropin release. Incubation of hemipituitaries from intact males with luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH, 5 nM for 2 h) resulted in increased cAMP and cGMP accumulation and gonadotropin release. Castration abolished LHRH-induced cAMP accumulation, but increased the effect of LHRH on cGMP accumulation and gonadotropin release. Testosterone replacement restored cAMP stimulation by LHRH but decreased LHRH-induced elevation of cGMP levels and gonadotropin release. These data illustrate parallel increases by castration of LHRH-induced cGMP accumulation and of gonadotropin release. Furthermore, these two parameters are influenced in the opposite direction by replacement therapy. These results support the concept of a role for cGMP in LHRH action as well as providing evidence of a link between the feedback action of T and cGMP in the pituitary gland.  相似文献

A controlled cross over study on the effect of fasting on cyclic nucleotide and catecholamine excretion was carried out in 12 female RA patients. They were hospitalized during a control and fasting period. The fasting period started with 3 days of habituation to hospital conditions, followed by 7 days of total fasting. Thereafter followed 3 days of realimentation. The control period was in every respect identical with the fasting period, with the exception of food intake. All medication was stopped when the patients were admitted to the hospital. The urinary concentrations of cAMP, cGMP, E and NE were monitored daily. The clinical status of the subjects was evaluated every second day using Ritchie's clinical index. Clinical and laboratory measures of inflammatory activity remained unaltered during the control period, but improved significantly during fasting. Excretion of cAMP and cGMP was low during the control period when compared with published normal levels. The cAMP/cGMP ratio in urine was normal, however. The urinary levels of E and NE were normal in the control period, but increased significantly during fasting. Excretion of cAMP decreased during fasting, while urinary cGMP levels decreased initially, but rose to prefasting levels towards the end of the fast. The cAMP/cGMP ratio increased during the first days of the fast, with a maximum on days 2 and 3. This increment coincided in time with the greatest rate of improvement in clinical joint activity.  相似文献

The relative changes in vascular tissue levels of cyclic 3':5'-guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and cyclic 3':5'-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) were determined in bovine and canine vein strips that were quickfrozen during changes in contractility elicited by prostaglandins (PG) or isoproterenol. Prostaglandin F(2alpha)-induced venoconstriction was associated with increased vascular tissue levels of cGMP and increased ratios of cGMP to cAMP concentrations, but no consistent qualitative change in cAMP levels. In contrast, vein cAMP concentrations were increased during administration of the vasodilators PGE(2) and isoproterenol. The results suggest possible opposing roles for the two cyclic nucleotides in vasomotion.  相似文献

The correlation between the lymphocyte blast transformation test and the basal levels of cyclic nucleotides (cAMP and cGMP) in lymphocytes was studied in 30 patients with lepromatous leprosy and 14 healthy persons. Cells in cultures of whole blood were stimulated with PPD and PHA. As compared to healthy persons, leprosy patients showed inversion of the role of cGMP basal levels in proliferative activity of lymphocytes in a response to PPD. The data obtained give rise to a hypothesis which might explain the low effectiveness of immune stimulators in leprosy.  相似文献

目的探讨肺结核与肺外结核患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的检测意义。方法选择72例结核病患者,其中肺结核患者41例(A组),肺外结核患者31例(B组),同期选择32例健康体检者作为对照组(C组),应用流式细胞术即(FCM)进行检测。结果三组外周血淋巴细胞亚群的表达率比较,有统计学意义(P0.05),三组在CD+3CD+4/CD+3CD+8比值比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肺结核与肺外结核患者行外周血淋巴细胞亚群的检测对分析免疫状态有重要意义。  相似文献

The role of the endothelium in modulating cyclic nucleotide levels and intrinsic smooth muscle tone was studied in isolated rings of bovine intrapulmonary artery and vein. Cyclic 3',5'-guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels were threefold to fourfold higher in unrubbed artery and vein than in vessels that had been denuded of endothelium. Cyclic 3',5'-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels were twofold higher in unrubbed than in endothelium-denuded artery, but no differences were observed in veins. Methylene blue, an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase, decreased cGMP but not cAMP levels, and this was accompanied by increases in smooth muscle tone. M&B 22,948, an inhibitor of cGMP-phosphodiesterase, increased cGMP but not cAMP levels, and this was accompanied by decreases in smooth muscle tone. Unrubbed vessels were more sensitive than endothelium-denuded vessels to the actions of both methylene blue and M&B 22,948, and this may be attributed to endothelium-dependent increases in cGMP turnover. Moreover, unrubbed vessels were more sensitive than endothelium-denuded vessels to contractile responses to phenylephrine and potassium, and these responses were potentiated by methylene blue and attenuated by M&B 22,948. Although indomethacin lowered cAMP levels in unrubbed artery, no changes in tone or contractile responsiveness were observed. A consistent observation was that the smaller branches of unrubbed but not endothelium-denuded intrapulmonary artery and vein had higher levels of cGMP but not cAMP, were sensitive to endothelium-dependent vasodilators, were more sensitive to methylene blue, and would not maintain a steady level of submaximal tone to phenylephrine when compared with larger branches from a common vascular bed.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献
