Concrete facilities in the severe-cold areas of western China (salt lake environments and heavy saline soils) are seriously damaged by the multiple corrosion effects of freeze–thaw cycles and sulfate corrosion. Magnesium phosphate cement (MPC) cement-based material has become an ideal concrete structural component because of its superior performance. Because concrete structural repair materials are used in heavy-corrosion environments, their durability in those environments should also be considered. Regarding the salt-freezing resistance of MPC, the existing studies have all used a NaCl solution as the heat transfer medium. In addition to chlorine salt, sulfate, especially Na2SO4, is also common in typical use environments such as oceans, salt lakes, and groundwater. To evaluate the sulfate freeze–thaw resistance of potassium magnesium phosphate cement (MKPC) mortar, in this study the strength development, weight loss, and water absorption of MKPC mortar specimens subjected to different freeze–thaw cycles were tested and compared with those for Portland cement (P.O) mortar specimens of the same strength grade. The results showed that the P.O mortar specimen completely lost its strength after 75 cycles of rapid water freezing and thawing and 50 cycles of sodium sulfate solution (5%) freezing and thawing. However, the residual strength rating of the MKPC mortar specimen after 75 cycles of water freezing and thawing and 100 cycles of sodium sulfate solution freezing and thawing was higher than 75%. After 50 rapid freeze–thaw cycles in water and a 5% Na2SO4 solution, the P.O mortar specimen’s mass loss exceeded the 5% failure standard, whereas the mass loss of the MKPC mortar specimens was much less than 5%. Before the freeze–thaw cycles, the water absorption of the P.O mortar specimen was close to 8 times that of the MKPC mortar specimen, and after 50 water freeze–thaw cycles and 25 sulfate solution freeze–thaw cycles, the water absorption reached 4.88% and 5.68%, respectively. However, after 225 freeze–thaw cycles in water and the sulfate solution, the water absorption rates of MKPC mortar specimens were 2.91% and 2.51% respectively. The test and analysis results show that the freeze–thaw resistance of MKPC mortar was much higher than that of Portland cement mortar specimens. Those results provide a prerequisite for applying and expanding the use of MKPC-based materials in severe-cold areas of western China (salt lake and heavily saline soil environments).  相似文献

To study the high-temperature mechanical properties of potassium magnesium phosphate cement mortar and the high-temperature resistance of its laminates. Potassium magnesium phosphate cement (MKPC) was prepared by using heavy-burning magnesium oxide and potassium dihydrogen phosphate as the main raw materials, borax as the retarder, and compounded with a certain amount of fly ash and silica fume. The effect of the mass ratio of magnesium to phosphorus (M:P), compounded fly ash and silica fume on the setting time and mechanical properties of MKPC was investigated. Furthermore, based on the better M:P, the compressive strength of MKPC mortar was studied after 3 h of constant temperature at 400 °C, 600 °C, and 800 °C, and the effect of fly ash and silica fume on the high-temperature resistance of MKPC was analyzed. The high-temperature resistance of MKPC was further evaluated by analyzing the temperature variation of potassium magnesium phosphate cement laminate during a constant temperature of 650 °C for 3 h. The results showed that the mechanical properties of potassium magnesium phosphate cement were influenced by different raw material ratios, and the mechanical properties of potassium magnesium phosphate cement were optimal when M:P was 2:1, fly ash was 5% and silica fume was 15%. The internal temperature of MKPC laminate increased slowly with time, and its high-temperature resistance was better.  相似文献

The properties of cement concrete using waste materials—namely, recycled cement mortar, fly ash–slag, and recycled concrete aggregate—are presented. A treatment process for waste materials is proposed. Two research experiments were conducted. In the first, concretes were made with fly ash–slag mix (FAS) and recycled cement mortar (RCM) as additions. The most favorable content of the concrete additive in the form of RCM and FAS was determined experimentally, and their influence on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete was established. For this purpose, 10 test series were carried out according to the experimental plan. In the second study, concretes containing FAS–RCM and recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as a 30% replacement of natural aggregate (NA) were prepared. The compressive strength, frost resistance, water absorption, volume density, thermal conductivity, and microstructure were researched. The test results show that the addition of FAS–RCM and RCA can produce composites with better physical and mechanical properties compared with concrete made only of natural raw materials and cement. The detailed results show that FAS–RCM can be a valuable substitute for cement and RCA as a replacement for natural aggregates. Compared with traditional cement concretes, concretes made of FAS, RCM, and RCA are characterized by a higher compressive strength: 7% higher in the case of 30% replacement of NA by RCA with the additional use of the innovative FAS–RCM additive as 30% of the cement mass.  相似文献

Blast furnace ferronickel slag (BFFS) is generated in the production of ferronickel alloys and is used as cement replacement in concrete or mortar. The effectivity in reducing cement consumption and improving performance are limited. By referring to the paste replacement method, this work used BFFS to replace an equal volume of the white Portland cement paste to obtain greater performance enhancement. BFFS was used with five levels of replacement (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) and four water-to-cement ratios (0.40, 0.45, 0.50, 0.55) were designed. Fluidity, mechanical strength, hydration products, and pore structure of every mixture were measured. The results showed that the workability of the mortars decreased due to the reduced volume of water, but the 28-day compressive strength of the mortars increased, and the cement content of the mortars was also reduced by 33 wt %. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns revealed that there existed a carboaluminate phase, and the presence of the ettringite was stabilized, indicating that the accumulating amount of the hydration products of the mortar increased. Furthermore, the BFFS could consume the portlandite and free water to form a higher amount of chemically bound water due to its pozzolanic activity. A high degree of hydration and a large volume of the hydration products refined the porosity of the hardened mortars, which explained the enhancement of the strength of the mortars. Compared to the cement replacement method, the paste replacement method was more effective in preparing eco-friendly mortar or concrete by recycling BFFS for reducing the cement content of the mortar while improving its strength.  相似文献

The microstructure and performance of magnesium potassium phosphate cement (MKPC), a kind of magnesium phosphate cement (MPC), are determined by the hydration products. In this paper, the hydration behavior of MKPC is investigated through various material characterization methods and thermodynamic modeling, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimeter (TG/DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) and GEMS software. The results of XRD, TG/DSC and SEM all indicate that K-struvite (MgKPO4·6H2O) is the main hydration product of MKPC. When the curing age is 1 day and 28 days, the TG data indicate that the mass loss of MKPC in the range of 60–200 °C is 17.76% and 17.82%, respectively. The MIP results show that the porosity of MKPC is 29.63% and 29.61% at the curing age of 1 day and 28 days, respectively, which indicates that the structure of MKPC becomes denser with the increase in curing age. In addition, the cumulative pore volume of MKPC at the curing age of 28 days is 2.8% lower than that at 1 day, and the pore diameters are shifted toward the small pores. Furthermore, the thermodynamic modeling is well suited to make an analysis of the hydration behavior of MKPC.  相似文献

Concrete structures can be degraded by exposure to environmental stressors such as freeze–thaw cycling and salt corrosion. Magnesium potassium phosphate cement (MKPC) mortar is useful for the rapid repair of such structures but must acquire environmental resistance rapidly. In this study, the freeze–thaw resistance of MKPC mortar specimens of different hydration ages was tested in water and a 5% Na2SO4 solution. The strength, volume deformation, and water absorption rates were compared with those of full-age MKPC mortar specimens (28 d). The phase composition and microscopic morphology of the MKPC mortar specimens before and after corrosion were observed, and the corrosion-resistance mechanism was analyzed. After 225 freeze–thaw cycles in water and sulfate solution, the strength residual rates of the early-age specimen (1 d) were higher than those of the full-age specimen (28 d). The degree of strength attenuation in the 1 d specimen was lower in the sulfate environment than in the water environment. After 225 freeze–thaw cycles, the volume expansion rates of 1 d specimens in water or sulfate were 0.487% and 0.518%, respectively, while those of 28 d specimens were 0.963% and 1.308%. The comparison shows that the 1 d specimen had significantly better deformation resistance under freeze–thaw than the 28 d specimen. After 225 freeze–thaw cycles, the water absorption rates of 1 d specimens were 1.95% and 1.64% in water and sulfate solution, respectively, while those of 28 d specimens were 2.20% and 1.83%. This indicates that freeze–thaw cycling has a greater effect on the pore structure of fully aged mortar than on early-age mortar (1 d). Therefore, MKPC mortar is suitable for the rapid repair of concrete structures in harsh environments. The results form a theoretical basis for winter emergency repair projects. They also further the understanding of the application of MKPC-based materials in extreme environments.  相似文献

Concrete technology is adopted worldwide in construction due to its effectiveness, performance, and price benefits. Subsequently, it needs to be an eco-friendly, sustainable, and energy-efficient material. This is achieved by replacing or adding energy-efficient concrete materials from industries, such as ground granulated blast furnace slag, steel slag, fly ash, bottom ash, rice husk ash, etc. Likewise, copper slag is a waste material produced as molten slag from the copper industry, which can be used in concrete production. Copper slag can perform roles similar to pozzolans in the hydration process. This paper extends the comparative study of copper slag concrete with polypropylene fiber (PPF) subjected to destructive and non-destructive testing. Under destructive testing, compressive strength of concrete cubes, compressive strength of mortar cubes, splitting tensile tests on cylindrical specimens, and flexural tests on plain cement concrete were conducted and analysed. Ultrasonic pulse velocity and rebound hammer tests were performed on the samples as per IS13311-Part 1-1992 for non-destructive testing. The 100% replacement of copper slag exhibited a very high workability of 105 mm, while the addition of 0.8% PPF decreased the flowability of the concrete. Hence, the workability of concrete decreases as the fiber content increases. The density of the concrete was found to be increased in the range of 5% to 10%. Furthermore, it was found that, for all volume fractions of fiber, there was no reduction in compressive strength of up to 80% of copper slag concrete compared to control concrete. The 40% copper slag concrete was the best mix proportion for increasing compressive strength. However, for cement mortar applications, 80% copper slag is recommended. The findings of non-destructive testing show that, except for 100% copper slag, all mixes were of good quality compared to other mixes. Linear relationships were developed to predict compressive strength from UPV and rebound hammer test values. This relationship shows better prediction among dependent and independent values. It is concluded that copper slag has a pozzolanic composition, and is compatible with PPF, resulting in good mechanical characteristics.  相似文献

Limitations in natural aggregate resources and the continuous increase in the demand for concrete as a building material, as well as the increase in the production of waste and the problem with its storage were the reasons for attempts to replace the sand fraction in cement matrices with a corresponding slag fraction. Municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) slag, which is a product of waste incineration, can be used as an aggregate. This extends its service life and reduces landfill waste. Therefore, three types of cement mortars with different aggregate composition were prepared. In addition, to increase the durability of the cement matrix and the degree of immobilization of harmful heavy metals and salts present in the slag, a natural zeolite with pozzolanic properties was used. A set of tests was carried out on fresh mortar and hardened mortar, including strength tests after 7, 28 and 360 days. What is more, chemical tests were undertaken, including the content of chlorides and sulfates, leaching using the TCLP method and oxide composition. The conducted tests revealed that all mortars had similar strength properties and demonstrated the effectiveness of immobilizing harmful substances contained in the municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) slag by cementing.  相似文献

The effect of air-entraining admixture (AEA) on the fresh and rheological behavior of mortars designed to be used in 3D printers was investigated. Blast furnace slag, calcined kaolin clay, polypropylene fiber, and various chemical additives were used in the mortar mixtures produced with Super White Cement (CEM I 52.5 R) and quartz sand. In addition to unit weight, air content, and compressive strength tests, in order to determine the stability of 3D printable mortar elements created by extruding layer by layer without any deformation, extrudability, buildability, and open time tests were applied. Fresh and rheological properties of 3D printable mortars were also determined. It was concluded that the addition of AEA to the mortars decreased the unit weight, viscosity, yield, and compressive strength, but increased the air content, spread diameter, initial setting time, and thixotropy of 3D printable mortar. It is recommended to develop a unique chemical admixture for 3D printable mortars, considering the active ingredients of the chemical additives that affect fresh and rheological performance of mortar such as superplasticizer, viscosity modifying, and cement hydration control.  相似文献

Recently, much attention has been paid to the reuse of bauxite residues from alumina production, also known as red mud, in the cement industry. Red mud bears the potential to improve concrete properties due to its favourable chemical composition and particle size. In this work, the synergy between locally available red mud and common supplementary cementitious materials such as fly ash, slag, calcined clay and limestone in cement mixes is investigated. All materials used were sourced from the immediate vicinity of the cement plant. The study of synergy involved the evaluation of the individual chemical reactivity of each material using the R3 test by isothermal calorimetry as well as their joint contribution to the heat of hydration and the composition of the reaction products of the paste and the compressive strength of the mortar. The results show how, by understanding the synergy between the materials, a higher level of cement substitutions can be achieved without compromising the mechanical properties of the mortar.  相似文献

In this study, the amount of cement used in a concrete mix is minimized to reduce the toxic effects on users by adjusting the concrete mixture contents. The reduction of cement is achieved by using various admixtures (ground granulated blast-furnace slag, flyash, ordinary Portland cement, and activated Hwangtoh powder). To apply the mix to construction, material property tests such as compressive strength, slump, and pH are performed. Preliminary experimental results showed that the Hwangtoh concrete could be used as a healthy construction material. Also, the health issues and effects of Hwangtoh mortar are quantitatively evaluated through an animal clinical test. Mice are placed in Hwangtoh mortar and cement mortar cages to record their activity. For the test, five cages are made with Hwangtoh and ordinary Portland cement mortar floors, using Hwangtoh powder replacement ratios of 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% of the normal cement mortar mixing ratio, and two cages are made with Hwangtoh mortar living quarters. The activity parameter measurements included weight, food intake, water intake, residential space selection, breeding activity, and aggression. The study results can be used to evaluate the benefits of using Hwangtoh as a cement replacing admixture for lifestyle, health and sustainability.  相似文献

Waste glass is a bulk solid waste, and its utilization is of great consequence for environmental protection; the application of waste glass to magnesium phosphate cement can also play a prominent role in its recycling. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of glass powder (GP) on the mechanical and working properties of magnesium potassium phosphate cement (MKPC). Moreover, a 40mm × 40mm × 40mm mold was used in this experiment, the workability, setting time, strength, hydration heat release, porosity, and microstructure of the specimens were evaluated. The results indicated that the addition of glass powder prolonged the setting time of MKPC, reduced the workability of the matrix, and effectively lowered the hydration heat of the MKPC. Compared to an M/P ratio (MgO/KH2PO4 mass ratio) of 1:1, the workability of the MKPC with M/P ratios of 2:1 and 3:1 was reduced by 1% and 2.1%, respectively, and the peak hydration temperatures were reduced by 0.5% and 14.6%, respectively. The compressive strength of MKPC increased with an increase in the glass powder content at the M/P ratio of 1:1, and the addition of glass powder reduced the porosity of the matrix, effectively increased the yield of struvite-K, and affected the morphology of the hydration products. With an increase in the M/P ratio, the struvite-K content decreased, many tiny pores were more prevalent on the surface of the matrix, and the bonding integrity between the MKPC was weakened, thereby reducing the compressive strength of the matrix. At less than 40 wt.% glass powder content, the performance of MKPC improved at an M/P ratio of 1:1. In general, the addition of glass powders improved the mechanical properties of MKPC and reduced the heat of hydration.  相似文献

Liquid accelerating agents have the advantages of simple operation and fast construction, and have become indispensable admixtures in shotcrete. However, most liquid accelerating agents in the market at present contain alkali or fluorine, which adversely affect concrete and seriously threaten the physical and mental health of workers. Therefore, in view of the above deficiencies, it is necessary to develop a new type of alkali-free fluorine-free liquid accelerating agent. In this paper, the polyaluminum sulfate early strength alkali-free liquid accelerator is prepared using polymeric aluminum sulfate, diethanolamine, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate and nano-silica. The influence of this agent on the setting time of fresh cement paste and compressive strength of the corresponding cement mortar is determined. Thermogravimetric analysis curves, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy images are obtained to investigate the mechanism. Findings show that the initial setting time and the final setting time of cement paste are 2 min 30 s and 7 min 25 s. The compressive strengths of cement mortar cured for 1 d, 28 d and 90 d are 2.4 MPa, 52.2 MPa and 54.3 MPa respectively. Additionally, the corresponding flexural strengths are 3.4 MPa, 9.8 MPa, 11.8 MPa. When the mass rate of accelerator is 7%, the mechanical strengths of cement mortar are the highest. The additions of fly ash and blast furnace slag can affect the mechanical of cement mortar mixed with accelerator. When the mass ratio of the fly ash and blast furnace slag is 15%, the mechanical strengths of cement mortar reach the highest. Moreover, the hydration heat release rate of cement is increased by the accelerator and the corresponding time of hydration heat peak is decreased by the accelerator. The accelerator can decrease the amount of needle-like hydration products and improve the compactness. The mechanical strengths are improved by consuming a large amount of Ca(OH)2 and forming more compact hydration products. It is recommended that the optimum dosage range of the polyaluminum sulfate early strength alkali-free liquid accelerator is 7%.  相似文献

In this paper, the traditional, silicate-based Portland cement (PC) was employed as the control to explore the impact of adding varying amounts of metakaolin (MK) on the mechanical properties of cement mortar. In fact, as a mineral admixture, metakaolin (MK) has the ability to significantly improve the early strength and sulfate resistance of cement mortar in traditional, silicate-based Portland cement (PC). In addition to this, the performance of Portland cement mortar is greatly affected by the curing mode. The previous research mainly stays in the intermittent curing and alkaline excitation mode, and there are few studies on the influence of relatively humidity on it. Moreover, the paper investigated the impact of four different curing methods about humidity on the mechanical properties and sulfate resistance. The results show that the best content of metakaolin in Portland cement is 10% (M10), and the best curing method is 95% humidity in the first three days followed by 60% humidity in the later period (3#). Based on previous literature that suggests that adding MK thickens water film layer on the surface of mortar, the mechanism of MK increasing the early strength of cement was analyzed. The compressive strength of the Portland cement containing 10% MK (M10) after 1 day curing is 3.18 times that of pristine PC mortar, and is comparable if PC is cured for three days under the same curing conditions. The traditional PC mortar is highly dependent on the wet curing time, and normally requires a curing time of at least seven days. However, the incorporation of MK can greatly reduce the sensitivity of Portland cement to water; MK cement mortar with only three days wet curing (3#M10) can reach 49.12 MPa after 28 days, which can greatly shorten the otherwise lengthy wet curing time. Lastly, the cement specimens with MK also demonstrated excellent resistance against sulfate corrosion. The work will provide a strong theoretical basis for the early demolding of cement products in construction projects. At the same time, this study can also provide a theoretical reference for the construction of climate drought and saline land areas, which has great reference value.  相似文献

Foamed mortar with a density of 1300 kg/m3 was prepared. In the initial laboratory trials, water-to-cement (w/c) ratios ranging from 0.54 to 0.64 were tested to determine the optimal value for foamed mortar corresponding to the highest compressive strength without compromising its fresh state properties. With the obtained optimal w/c ratio of 0.56, two types of foamed mortar were prepared, namely cement-foamed mortar (CFM) and slag-foamed mortar (SFM, 50% cement was replaced by slag weight). Four different curing conditions were adopted for both types of foamed mortar to assess their compressive strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) and thermal insulation performance. The test results indicated that utilizing 50% of slag as cement replacement in the production of foamed mortar improved the compressive strength, UPV and thermal insulation properties. Additionally, the initial water curing of seven days gained higher compressive strength and increased UPV values as compared to the air cured and natural weather curing samples. However, this positive effect was more pronounced in the case of compressive strength than in the UPV and thermal conductivity of foamed mortar.  相似文献

In this study, the compressive strength and water contact angle of mortar specimens prepared by mixing two types of water repellent with ordinary Portland cement (OPC) and rapid-hardening cement mortar were measured before and after surface abrasion. In addition, the hydration products and chemical bonding of cement mortar with the repellents were examined using X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) to evaluate the performance of these cement mortar mixtures as repair materials. We found that the fast-hardening cement mortar mixture containing the oligomer water repellent showed the best performance with a high compressive strength and large water contact angle. With the oligomer water repellent, the rapid-hardening cement mortar mixture showed contact angles of 131° and 126° even after a 2 mm abrasion, thereby confirming that the water repellent secured hydrophobicity through strong bonding with the entire cement mortar as well as its surface. The compressive strengths were found to be 34.5 MPa at 3 h and 54.8 MPa at 28 days, confirming that hydration occurred well despite the addition of water repellent.  相似文献

This study investigated the air aging converter (Basic Oxygen Furnace, BOF) slag aggregate mortar with pulverized fly ash (PFA) and ferronickel slag (FNS). The chemical composition and mineralogical constituents of BOF incorporated mortar were analyzed. Setting time, flowability, compressive strength, and length change were measured to evaluate the fundamental properties of BOF mortar. The X-ray CT analysis was employed to observe the effect of converter slag in the cement matrix visually. The results showed that the hydration of BOF generated a pore at the vicinity of the aggregate, which decreased the compressive strength and increased the length change of mortar. However, the PFA or FNS incorporation of PFA or FNS can decrease the alkalinity of pore solution and subsequently reduce the reactivity of BOF aggregate. Thus, the incorporation of PFA and FNS can be a way to eliminate the disadvantage of BOF, such as volume expansion.  相似文献

Machine-made sand is gradually replacing natural sand to achieve sustainable development. Experimental studies and gray-correlation analysis were used to study the properties of tunnel slag machine-made mortar and concrete. The properties of machine-made mortar with different stone powder content were analyzed through experiments. By analyzing the performance of machine-made sand concrete with equal amounts of cement replaced by stone powder, the optimum replacement ratio is obtained. Gray-correlation analysis was used to compare the degree of influence of fineness modulus and stone powder content on the performance of concrete. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD) were used to analyze the microstructure of tunnel slag sand concrete. The test results showed that the flexural and compressive strengths of the machine-made sand concrete were greater than the standard sand with the same stone powder content. The 28-day flexural and compressive strengths had a maximum difference of more than 30%. The best stone powder content of the machine-made mortar is in the range of 5% to 8%. When the replacement cement content of stone powder is about 6%, the mechanical and working properties of machine-made sand concrete achieve the optimal state. The lower the stone powder content, the closer the mechanical and working properties of machine-made sand concrete and river sand concrete. The correlation between the performance of machine-made sand concrete and fineness modulus is the largest. When the stone powder content is low, it has almost no effect on the compressive strength of concrete. The results point out the direction for the quality control of tunnel slag machine-made sand concrete.  相似文献

The application of granulated copper slag (GCS) to partially replace cement is limited due to its low pozzolanic activity. In this paper, reconstituted granulated copper slag (RGCS) was obtained by adding alumina oxide (Al2O3) to liquid copper slag. Blended cement pastes were formulated by a partial substitute for ordinary Portland cement (OPC) with the RGCS (30 wt%). The pozzolanic activity, mechanical development, and the microstructure were characterized. The results show that 5–10 wt% Al2O3 contributes to the increase in magnetite precipitation in RGCS. The addition of Al2O3 alleviates the inhibition of C3S by RGCS and accelerates the dissociation of RGCS active molecules, thus increasing the exothermic rate and cumulative heat release of the blended cement pastes, which are the highest in the CSA10 paste with the highest Al2O3 content (10 wt%) in RGCS. The unconfined compressive strength (UCS) values of blended cement mortar with 10 wt% Al2O3 added to RGCS reach 27.3, 47.4, and 51.3 MPa after curing for 7, 28 and 90 d, respectively, which are the highest than other blended cement mortars, and even exceed that of OPC mortar at 90 d of curing. The pozzolanic activity of RGCS is enhanced with the increase in Al2O3 addition, as evidenced by more portlandite being consumed in the CSA10 paste, forming more C-S-H (II) gel with a higher Ca/Si ratio, and a more compact microstructure with fewer pores than other pastes. This work provided a novel, feasible, and clean way to enhance the pozzolanic activity of GCS when it was used as a supplementary cementitious material.  相似文献

The use of a high volume of industrial solid waste mineral admixture and hybrid fiber can greatly reduce the amount of cement in mortar or concrete, improve its performance, ensure the service properties of mortar or concrete, and reuse industrial solid waste to reduce the environmental burden, which has significant research significance. In this paper, the mechanical properties, wear resistance and microstructure of hybrid fiber-reinforced mortar (HFRM) with a high content of industrial solid waste mineral admixture were systematically studied under different water/binder ratios. Mineral admixtures include fly ash, silica fume and granulated blast furnace slag (slag). The total content of hybrid glass fiber (GF) and polypropylene fiber (PPF) was 2% by volume fractions, and six different water/binder ratios ranging from 0.27 to 0.62 were used. The following conclusions were drawn: fibers have a significant negative effect on the properties of mortars with a low water/binder ratio (w/b = 0.27) and high content of mineral admixtures. In general, the effect of adding hybrid fiber on improving the wear resistance of mortar is more obvious. The average residual weight of hybrid fiber-reinforced mortar is the highest after the wear resistance test. Comprehensively considering the compressive strength, flexural strength, wear resistance and microstructure of the mortar samples, G8PP2-0.40 is the optimal mix ratio. At this time, the replacement rates of fly ash, silica fume and slag are: 20%, 5% and 30%, the water/binder ratio is 0.40, and the content of GF and PPF is 1.6% and 0.4%, respectively.  相似文献
