可溶性细胞间粘附分子1和可溶性血管细胞粘附分子1是细胞间粘附分子1、血管细胞粘附分子1的可溶形式,在动脉粥样硬化中有明显的变化。在动脉硬化的各个阶段,可溶性细胞间粘附分子1均高于正常,提示慢性炎症的持续存在;而可溶性血管细胞粘附分子1仅在病变初始形成.或是出现血管痉挛、斑块不稳定等炎症急剧变化时迅速而明显增加,其上升的幅度与局部炎症的严重情况及转归相关。  相似文献

目的 研究糖尿病患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)和可溶性血管细胞粘附分子 - 1(s VCAM- 1)水平的变化。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA)检测了 18例 1型糖尿病和 47例 2型糖尿病患者及 2 0例健康对照者的血清 s ICAM- 1、s VCAM- 1以及甘油三酯 (TG)水平。结果  1血清 s ICAM- 1和 s VCAM- 1水平 ,1型、2型糖尿病患者组均显著高于健康对照组 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,2型糖尿病有微血管病变组又高于无微血管病变组 (P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,1型糖尿病与 2型糖尿病组之间无显著性差异 ;2血清 s VCAM- 1水平 ,2型糖尿病的高甘油三酯血症组 (A组 )、高甘油三酯血症合并高血压组 (B组 )高于单纯高血压组 (C组 )和甘油三酯、血压正常组 (D组 ) (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;3 1型糖尿病和 2型糖尿病患者血清 s ICAM- 1和 s VCAM- 1之间均呈正相关关系 (r=0 .83、0 .5 3,P均 <0 .0 1)。结论  12型糖尿病患者血清 s VCAM- 1升高与高甘油三酯血症有关 ;2血清 s ICAM- 1和 s VCAM- 1参与了糖尿病微血管病变的发病过程 ,并可作为糖尿病病情变化的监测指标  相似文献

探讨可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(简称慢性乙肝)、肝硬化(LC)患者的水平及其与肝纤维化的关系。sICAM-1的检测采用ELISA法,并同时检测PCⅢ、LN、HA,以20例健康者体者作对照。慢性乙肝、LC患者血清sICAM-1水平均高于对照组,且随着HC、PCⅢ水平的升高而升高。慢性乙肝、LC患者血清sICAM-1水平升高,可反映肝细胞损伤程度有肝纤维化程度。  相似文献

血管细胞粘附分子(VCAM-1)属免疫球蛋白超家族成员,是一种单链糖尿病。目前研究表明,VCAM-1与某些自身免疫性疾病密切相关,在被细胞因子活化的血管内皮细胞培养上肖或人血清中均检出可溶性VCAM-1(sVCAM-1),但其意义尚不明显。本研究测定不同糖尿病患者及正常人血清sVCAM-1浓度,并以尿微量白蛋白浓度分类进行比较,探讨sVCAM-1与糖尿病肾脏病变的关系。  相似文献

目的研究辛伐他汀对兔粥样硬化髂动脉组织P-选择素(P-selectin )、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响. 方法 30只雄性新西兰大白兔,分别予普通饲料喂养(正常对照组8只)及高脂饲料喂养(基础对照组10只,辛伐他汀组12只).正常对照组喂养6周后处死.高脂饲料喂养2周后行髂动脉内膜球囊损伤术;术后辛伐他汀组每只予辛伐他汀15 mg/d;分组喂养4周后处死所有动物,取一侧病变髂动脉做病理切片;取另一侧抽提总RNA和总蛋白,分别应用免疫组化方法、半定量逆转录多聚酶链式反应和Western蛋白印迹测定P-选择素和ICAM-1 mRNA和蛋白质水平的表达. 结果辛伐他汀可以显著降低兔血浆总胆固醇,正常对照组、基础对照组和辛伐他汀组动脉壁P-选择素 mRNA/β-actin mRNA的相对值分别为0.12±0.04、0.51±0.06、0.27±0.06,相互间差异有显著性(P<0.05);ICAM-1 mRNA/3-磷酸甘油脱氢酶(GAPDH) mRNA比值分别为0.25±0.08、0.91±0.10、0.47±0.09,相互间差异有显著性(P<0.05);P-选择素为6.41±1.64、14.38±2.56、9.47±1.69, 相互间差异有显著性(P<0.05);ICAM-1为4.71±1.64、14.03±2.05、6.78±1.39, 相互间差异有显著性(P<0.05);免疫组化结果与之相一致. 结论辛伐他汀可以显著降低兔粥样硬化髂动脉组织P-选择素和ICAM-1的表达.  相似文献

慢性病毒性肝炎与可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1关系的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的 探讨可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)与病毒性肝炎的关系。方法 用ELISA法检测 6 1例慢性乙型肝炎及慢性重型肝炎患者的血清sICAM - 1。结果 各组患者的sICAM - 1水平均高于正常人 (P <0 0 1)。而各组患者之间的sICAM水平 ,以慢性重型肝炎患者最高 ,中度慢性肝炎次之 (P <0 0 1) ,轻度慢性肝炎较低 (P <0 0 1)。sICAM水平与血清丙氨酸转氨酶及总胆红素水平呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1) ,与血清白蛋白水平呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 1) ,与体内乙肝病毒的存在及复制无关。结论 sICAM - 1是一项敏感的、非损伤性的反映肝炎活动性及肝脏损害程度的指标  相似文献

目的 研究血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体 I(s TNFRI)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法 采用超声诊断仪将 82例中老年患者分为斑块形成组与无斑块组 ,分析两组 s TNFRI水平变化及与多种颈动脉粥样硬化危险因素的相关性。结果 斑块形成组冠心病、高血压、糖尿病及脑梗死的发生率较无斑块组显著增高 ,斑块形成组s TNFRI水平显著高于无斑块组 ,s TNFRI升高组比正常组颈动脉内膜 -中层厚度 (IMT)显著增加。多元逐步回归分析示 s TNFRI水平与年龄相关。结论  s TNFRI水平与颈动脉 IMT相关。降低血清 s TNFRI浓度 ,抑制炎症反应不仅可能阻止颈动脉粥样硬化的进展 ,而且对于预防心、脑血管事件具有重要意义  相似文献

目的检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清黏附分子中可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)的水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,检测30名健康人和60例SLE患者血清sVCAM-1、sICAM-1水平,以分析其与SLE活动性变化关系。结果①SLE患者血清sVCAM-1平均水平为2342ng/ml,显著高于正常人对照组1240ng/ml(P<0.001)。②SLE患者中血清sICAM-1平均水平为802ng/ml,显著高于正常人对照组626ng/ml(P<0.001)。③SLE患者中,血清sVCAM-1水平活动期高于稳定期(P<0.05),sICAM-水平活动期高于稳定期(P<0.05)。④SLE组血清sVCAM-1和sICAM-1水平与SLE病情活动指数(SLEDAI)、抗dsDNA抗体水平及尿蛋白的发生呈正相关,与血清补体C3水平呈负相关。结论sVCAM-1,sICAM-1可能参与SLE发病机制。  相似文献

目的测定各型活动性幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)患儿血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管间黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-4、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平,探讨sICAM-1、sVCAM-1与疾病活动、疾病分型以及疾病严重程度的关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测30例活动性JIA患儿与8名健康对照儿童sICAM-1、sVCAM-1水平;用放射免疫法(RIA)检测IL-1、IL-4、TNF-α水平。结果30例JIA患者血清中sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、IL-1、IL-4、TNF-α水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);在各型JIA中sVCAM-1与血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)呈正相关(P<0.05或0.01);而sICAM-1仅在全身型及多关节型JIA患儿中与关节肿胀指数、夜间痛呈正相关(P<0.01),与炎性指标ESR、CRP等无关。结论JIA患者血清中sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、IL-1、IL-4、TNF-α水平显著升高,可能参与了JIA的发病过程,sVCAM-1、sICAM-1可与ESR、CRP一起作为判断病情严重性的指标,且可能与JIA分型有关。  相似文献

AIM To elucidate the biological and clinical significance of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in patients with gastric cancer.METHODS The serum levels of soluble ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were measured with sandwith enzyme immunoassay.RESULTS In gastric cancer patients, soluble ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 concentrations were significantly elevated in comparision with those of healthy subjects (289.23μg/L±32.69μg/L vs 190.44μ/L±35.92μg/L,1430.88μg/L±421.71μg/L vs 727.24μg/L±157.68μg/L, respectively, P<0.01). The increment in serum sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 concentrations correlated well with the staging of gastric cancer. The serum levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in patients of Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages were higher than those of Ⅰ-Ⅱ stages (346.60μg/L±92.10μg/L vs 257.54μg/L±32.77μg/L, 1800.60μg/L±510.76μg/L vs 1262.81μg/L±236.73μg/L). The levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were correlated significantly (r=0.49,P<0.01). The sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 levels correlated positively with alkaline phophatase (r=0.63,0.71,P<0.001) and white cell count (r=0.52,0.43, P<0.01); but correlated negatively with serum albumin (r=-0.41, -0.49, P<0.01).CONCLUSION The measurement of circulating ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 may bring additional prognostic information for patients with gastric cancer in varying stages.INTRODUCTIONTumor growth and metastasis involves a variety of cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix interactions mediated by cell adhesion molecules. Currently, a number of cell adhesion molecules, such as intercellular adhesion molecules-1 (ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecules-1 (VCAM-1), etc. have been found.ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 are members of the immunoglobulin supergene family which are cytokine-induced glycoproteins (IL-1, TNFα and IFNγ). Both of them have five or seven extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains, a single transmembranous domain and a short cytoplasmic tail[1,2]. The natural ligand of ICAM-1 or VCAM-1 is LFA-1 (CD11a) and Mac-1 (CD11b) or VLA-4, respectively[3]. ICAM-1 is a widely distributed protein on a variety of tissues, and can be detected in many cells such as macrophage, T- and B-cells, or fibroblasts, endothelial and epithelial cells. VCAM-1 is also a widely distributed protein and is constitutively expressed on tissue macrophage, dentritic cells in lymphoid tissue and skin, as well as on bone marrow fibroblasts and epithelial cells. Expression of VCAM-1 is inducible on vascular endothelial cells under pathological conditions[4].Recently, soluble forms of several adhesion molecules including ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were found in serum of normal donors[5]. Abnormally high levels of them have been described in some solid malignant tumors, leukemia, autoimmune disease, infectious disease, etc.The present study was carried out to measure the circulating levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in gastric cancer before treatment was given and to study their correlation with clinical, histological and routine laboratory parameters.  相似文献

目的探讨颈动脉(CAS)、股动脉粥样硬化(FAS)与冠状动脉粥样硬化(CAAS)的关系。方法以高分辨率B-型超声探查曾作选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG)病人双侧颈动脉220例及同时探查股动脉58例,检测斑块,累计每例各部位斑块厚度,分别得颈动脉、股动脉斑块积分(ffe、ny),并与冠状动脉造影对照。结果:(1)CAS、FAS、CAS+FAS预测冠心病敏感性分别为91%、85%、97%,特异性为57%、70%、65%,阳性预测值为77%、81%、81%,阴性预测值为80%、76%、94%;(2)CAS、FAS、CAS+FAS预测CAAS敏感性分别88%、83%、95%,特异性为77%、82%、76%,阳性预测值为92%、91%、91%,阴性预测值为67%、67%、87%;(3)CAS、FAS、CAS+FAS与CAAS病变程度相关,相关系数分别为0.71、0.63、0.77(P<0.001),(4)冠状动脉病变支数越多,PSc越高,PSc预测冠脉正常、轻度狭窄、单支、多支病变,总正确率70%。结论(1)CAS、FAS预测CAD或CAAS均有价值,但后者阳性预测值更高;(2)同时检测CAS与FAS,可提高阴性预测值;(3)CAS程度可以预测CAAS程度。  相似文献

目的 探讨辛伐他汀和普伐他汀对冠心病 (CHD)患者血清中可溶性血管细胞粘附分子 1(sVCAM 1)水平的影响。  方法  10 6例CHD患者随机分为 3组 :A组 (安慰剂组 ) ,B组 (辛伐他汀组 ) ,C组 (普伐他汀组 )。采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)和常规酶法分别测定 3组患者用药前与用药 4、6周和 8周后血清sVCAM 1含量及总胆固醇 (TC)水平。  结果  ①B组和C组患者服药 4、6周及 8周后血清sVCAM 1含量明显低于A组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1)。②B组和C组患者服药 4、6周及 8周后血清sVCAM 1含量呈逐渐下降趋势 ,同用药前相比差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1)。③B组和C组患者服药 4、6周及 8周后血浆TC含量与用药前相比差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1)。④B组和C组患者血清sVCAM 1水平的降低与血浆TC含量的降低无明显相关性。  结论  辛伐他汀和普伐他汀不仅降低CHD患者血浆TC含量 ,而且降低血清中sV CAM 1的水平。  相似文献

AIM: To examine the relationships between pre-diagnostic biomarkers and colorectal cancer risk and assess their relevance in predictive models.METHODS: A nested case-control study was designed to include all first primary incident colorectal cancer cases diagnosed between inclusion in the SUpplémentation en VItamines et Minéraux AntioXydants cohort in 1994 and the end of follow-up in 2007. Cases (n = 50) were matched with two randomly selected controls (n = 100). Conditional logistic regression models were used to investigate the associations between pre-diagnostic levels of hs-CRP, adiponectin, leptin, soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1, E-selectin, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and colorectal cancer risk. Area under the receiver operating curves (AUC) and relative integrated discrimination improvement (RIDI) statistics were used to assess the discriminatory potential of the models.RESULTS: Plasma adiponectin level was associated with decreased colorectal cancer risk (P for linear trend = 0.03). Quartiles of sVCAM-1 were associated with increased colorectal cancer risk (P for linear trend = 0.02). No association was observed with any of the other biomarkers. Compared to standard models with known risk factors, those including both adiponectin and sVCAM-1 had substantially improved performance for colorectal cancer risk prediction (P for AUC improvement = 0.01, RIDI = 26.5%).CONCLUSION: These results suggest that pre-diagnostic plasma adiponectin and sVCAM-1 levels are associated with decreased and increased colorectal cancer risk, respectively. These relationships must be confirmed in large validation studies.  相似文献

The soluble form of the vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) is detectable in human sera and is elevated in diabetic patients, with unknown clinical significance. In the present study, the relationship between serum soluble VCAM-1 and diabetic microvascular complications (retinopathy, nephropathy, and neuropathy) was evaluated in 95 Japanese patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Serum soluble VCAM-1 concentration was higher in patients with more advanced stages of retinopathy as well as nephropathy. There was a significant correlation between soluble VCAM-1 and log10 (urinary albumin excretion) in 69 patients with normal serum creatinine levels (r = 0.51, p<0.0001) and a significant correlation between soluble VCAM-1 and log10 (serum creatinine) in all the patients (r = 0.83, p<0.0001). Soluble VCAM-1 concentration was also elevated in patients with neuropathy. There was a significant correlation between soluble VCAM-1 concentration and the number of microvascular complications (r = 0.59, p<0.0001). However, multivariate regression analysis revealed that only diabetic nephropathy, was associated with the soluble VCAM-1 concentration. The elevation of circulating VCAM-1 level in diabetic nephropathy may result from underlying systemic endothelial dysfunction, increased VCAM-1 production in damaged renal tubular or glomerular epithelial cells and/or decreased renal clearance of this molecule, depending on the stage of nephropathy. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

目的探讨牙周病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与可溶性细胞黏附分子1(sICAM-1)的相关性。方法选择牙周病患者40例(牙周病组),另选择健康体检者40例(对照组),测定2组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、sICAM-1水平,采用彩色B超测量IMT,分析影响牙周病患者IMT的可能因素。结果牙周病组患者TC、TG、FINS、sICAM-1及IMT明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。牙周病患者IMT与年龄、TC、TG、LDL-C、sICAM-1、体重指数呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论牙周病患者血清sICAM-1水平升高,与动脉粥样硬化的发生有关。  相似文献
